What a great experience, from scheduling to the job being finished was superb. I called Sarah a couple weeks before the job was to be done because i had more shingles blown off in a storm and she had guys out there within an hour in pouring rain to cover up. When it came time for the job they were there when they said they would be, and when the shingles show up the job gets started so get out of their way! The company that delivered the shingles damaged a gutter. Andres would not accept payment from us until that gutter was replaced to our satisfaction.

Be patient as great roofing companies are busy and working to complete their jobs. They also use top of the line shingles made in Missouri (keep the money local). All I can say is Andres Roofing is amazing from the quoting process with Sarah to the roof installation team. I was amazed at how clean they left the job site and how polite the workers were. My recommendation is don’t get three quotes get one from Andres and have them install your roof because of their competitive price and excellent work.

Arguably the best contractor I’ve ever worked with! Not only was the price and quality of work excellent, but if there is a problem they will take care of it. Our roof is 8 years old and after a gutter replacement, noticed the shingles our a bit brittle. Without questions they agreed to come out and look at it to see if it is a warranty issue. Not to mention, Sarah and John are very nice and a pleasure to work with.

I have hired Andres Roofing on many occasions over the past 8 years, whether it was installing a new roof on my house, or my investment property (2 of those) , or investigating the cause of water into the attic or house. Once was a weird leak through the attic fan into the hallway which had never happened in 27 years and John figured it out. John has been able to pinpoint the source of the water intrusion and make the appropriate repair without having to make a claim or buy a new roof on several of my properties and those of my clients over the years. Communication is outstanding as his wife runs the business, books, invoices, etc. Can't say enough good about the Andres family and their crew. They do it right.

Andres roofing is very easy and enjoyable to work with, and they do outstanding work! The scheduling was simple and everyone, especially John and Sarah, are incredibly accommodating, attentive, and kind. Something very important to me - they took extra care near my neighbor's fence and yard, which was very close to the house, and I was frankly amazed how cleanly they can remove a roof. I couldn't recommend them more!

Our second time using this company was definitely not the same as the first 15 years ago. Working with Sarah and Russell was great! It was an insurance claim for hail damage and all went well. HOWEVER....I can not leave a 5 star rating because of the unsupervised workers. One worker was caught by me near a window using our SPRUCE TREE AS COVER TO RELIEVE HIMSELF!!! I was appalled to say the least! Loud music going on the roof at 8 a.m. was not appreciated by me and I'm sure, my neighbors. They were told by me to turn it off. It was back on within the hour. I'm hoping this less than perfect review will spark change in procedure to either provide a JOHNNY ON THE SPOT for workers so the temptation to use the homeowners' bushes doesn't happen again. I definitely recommend homeowners be at home and watching the workers since nobody else is.

We saw a wet spot on the ceiling of our baby's nursery after a big storm and contacted several roofing companies in the area. Andres Roofing got back to us right away and came out in person to check the damage. They walked us through what was going on and what repairs would be needed. They were more responsive and professional than the other companies we contacted. The quote was reasonable and they were able to do the repair in a quick time frame. Would absolutely recommend!

Always like doing business with a local, family-run firm that's been around for years. Andres is all that. Their price was about the same as others, so we made our choice and we are glad we did. Sarah did a great job helping us select the color and the quality level that made sense for us. The work began in a few weeks, and was completed over two days as weather became a factor on day one.
The only negative was the delivery of the shingles. The firm that supplies them showed up almost an hour early (6:10am!) and just started roughly tossing the heavy shingle packs up on our roof. Bang! Bang! Not what we expected. They were none-too professional about how that was handled.
A quick call to Andres' owner took care of that problem, as he phoned the supplier and within minutes the shingles were being put in place with care. An apology was delivered when the Andres crew came. They worked quickly at removing our old roof and cleaned up the area perfectly. Every guy was on task and when done, we were pleased. The roof looks great and we are very happy with the look, the quality, the color, and the Andres crew.
