Daniel Barnes was our sales rep and he was out standing!! Answered all of all questions and returned our calls verry fast. He stayed in touch with us threw the whole project. He knows his stuff!! I would highly recommend him!! He also help us deal with the insurance company!! Highly recommend him!!

Advocate Construction served us great. They replaced our roof and gutters. Everything went according to what they told us would happen. They worked with our insurance company and we only paid our deductible. Highly recommend them.

What a horrible company! After the Memorial Day storm in 2024, they came out because they had replaced our roof previously. They did our roof and broke one of the caps on an HVAC pipe. They said they would pay for it, but couldn’t do the work themselves. We finally got that fixed. Then came the siding debacle. They put the siding on wrong and damaged soffits. I sent them pictures repeatedly but every time I asked them to fix it they wouldn’t send someone out. It took over a month! The only reason they finished was because I refused to pay them. I’m continuing to find nails and debris all over my yard. They also left cables hanging and they look awful. I was tricked into referring a neighbor to them and was told if the neighbor completed work that I would get a referral fee. The neighbors work was completed months ago and I have been ghosted by both Jack and his boss Nick. Don’t waste your time because I guarantee you it will take forever and the work is subpar. They kept telling me the reason for the delays is that they had so much work and didn’t have the infrastructure to support it. Awful company.

Advocate Construction, in my opinion, consists of extremely nice individuals that will lie to you. They had me sign a 5-page agreement (red flag) including an arbitration clause (BIG red flag) which they violated in numerous ways, notably the clause that states materials will be of good quality and work performed in a god workmanlike manner.
I communicated concerns re the quality of some of the shingles and their installation, which I could actually see from ground level. They sent 4 people to assure me nothing was wrong.(no pressure here) But, re an independent review: 1) THE INSTALLATION IS OF POOR QUALITY 2)THE ROOF WAS INSTALLED ON A DAY BELOW THE TEMPERATURE RECOMMENDED BY THE MANUFACTURER. 3) SHINGLES ON THE NORTH FACING ROOF ARE STILL NOT LAYING FLAT. 4) SHINGLES COULD BE LIFTED BY HAND IN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS 5) SOME NAILS WERE POKING THROUGH THE SHINGLES -- NOT PROPERLY NAILED OR SET. 6) REVEAL LINES WERE ERRATIC. 7)CAULK WAS VISIBLE ON THE TOP OF THE ROOF, 8) NO DRIP EDGE WAS USED AND IS REQUIRED BY CODE.
I disputed the charges. They sent representatives to assess the situation with my representative. I overhead the conversation that started with a quick dismissal by Advocate of anything being wrong. My representative insisted on a more thorough review after which Advocate agreed to 1. Replace the back slope of the house, any pipe flashing and 750’s vents 2. Hand seal any loose shingles on the front slope of the house (rather than get IKO to replace faulty shingles). 3. Seal down the end caps on all ridges 4. Install drip edges. When we meet with Advocate to confirm all was done, we determined they had only done 3 of the 4 items on the list. The rep did the remaining repair. 7 months into this project, I can say it's exhausting getting them to do the right thing. If you're exhausted reading this, note that it is a highly shortened version of all the events that occurred.

We had a great experience with Advocate Construction. They followed through with everything as promised just as their company name indicates. Our project manager truly was an advocate for us. He was incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Advocate made everything run smoothly and were always available to answer our questions. Excellent customer service from start to finish and would recommend to anyone needing roof work done at their home.

I am really disappointed in advocates client service - I was told the new siding would take 3 days to complete- now 7 days in - and only half way- the crew they sent were unable to speak English - which is so hard to communicate with them when I have questions about my siding- the foreman who does speak English has only been in the job sight 3 times and a max of 20 min and leaves - they left the sight informing me that now they are short in materials to complete the job - no calls from the company- after getting hold of the sales rep myself to see what is going on - I was told to call the customer service line so as to get things done - while all this is happening- I’ve had to get a carpenter to replace wood on the garage side - even though I was told that it is part of their job to replace rotten wood when it is spotted before the siding goes on - which I had to stop them from putting up my siding on 3 other places which had damaged wood - as for their client service- there is none - I will definitely be taking this further- so be careful when using them -

Great service, very satisfied with the service but also after the roof was replaced. I have enjoyed the people of advocate. The sales representative, Michael Glasgow has been extremely helpful and was able to provide me with the information I needed.

ADVOCATE CONSTRUCTION did an amazing job on our roofing project, Our sales representative Jack Bueker walked us through every step of the process, from contacting our insurance company to meeting the adjuster, and getting us a prompt bid. The crew who did the work were professional, cleaned up the debris when the job was complete and were able to complete it in one very long day. Everyone we encountered from ADVOCATE were prompt returning our calls and made our roofing job a priority. Matt Crowley the sales manager came by to check on things to make sure we were happy with the job, I would highly recommend them for a project.

It's never fun, after a storm, to find roof shingles down the street and realize they're yours. Oh goody! Time for a new roof. Upon neighbors' recommendations we contacted Advocate Construction and we couldn't have been happier. From our initial meeting with Brett he suggested that we contact our insurance company. So glad we did! Insurance paid for our new roof (of course minus our deductible). Knowing we were in good hands, we opted to also get new guttering. Today we signed the final check, it couldn't have been easier or more satisfying knowing that we are in great shape.

Advocate construction replaced our roof, siding, fascia and soffit. Matt Crowley and his team were on time everyday, worked like a highly efficient/well-oiled machine and were completely professional.
Not only were their services within the price point that I was looking for, but the finished product was worth every penny. I can’t recommend Advocate construction enough and have already referred my neighbors and friends to reach out to Matt and Advocate for all of their construction needs. 10/10 would hire them again.

Advocate gave me a quote for hail damage for roof and window wrap repair in Oct 2024. The roofing work was completed in Nov 2024. In Feb 2025 they finally got around to the window wrap work. The caulking was done in below freezing temperatures, in the dark with work lights and took 5 days. The crew caulked over the window weep holes thereby trapping rain water which will lead to window failure at some point. Advocate came out, cut out the caulk that was covering weep holes, thereby also cutting away the weep vent covers. In Mar 2025 I called about caulking hanging off the windows. They apparently came out again, without my knowledge or a knock on the door to 'fix' the situation. That fix turned out to be no recaulking of the actual caulk that was hanging off the window but rather recaulked over the weep holes once again. To date, no resolution. I wish I would have never heard of this company. Run away from this company!!!

I would love for this project to be done so I can never work with Advocate again.

Last fall a project manager from Advocate knocked on my door with a pitch about getting the insurance company to replace our whole roof if we can find enough damage to justify it.

During this initial conversation I said that I was interested but wanted to check on my deductible before moving forward. Chad, the PM, set a date to have their team come on the roof and look into it. I was pushed to sign paperwork and Chad left.

A while later, Chad is back at my house trying to get my wife to sign papers order shingles. We have never agreed to getting started and his attempt at getting a signature was aggressive enough that my wife called me and I advised her against signed.

Come to find out, the signatures Chad got from me on the first day allowed them to schedule a time for my insurance adjuster to get on the roof and assess the damage. I never would have agreed to this without a chance to do the research I needed to first.

Nevertheless, the adjuster was up there and decided to total my roof. It was less than 2 years old.

With the damage done, I had no choice to move forward. We scheduled advocate for this spring. There was little to know follow up as the date got closer. I actually had to email a few days before we were to start to see if we were still on. The response I got back was "they should drop off materials today or tomorrow". Great, would have been nice to get a heads up on that rather than having to fish for the info.

The crew that did the work was fine. They showed up, and started work, significantly earlier than they were supposed to and woke up my family. They left a considerable amount of roofing debri as well. But overall, they were fast and pleasant enough.

A few days after the job was complete a different person from Advocate came to inspect. He noticed that some flashing hadn't been completed and sent a request to get the roofers back out to finish.

Since then, I've gotten multiple email from Chad and the billing team asking to do a final inspection and pay the invoice. There's been no follow up on finishing the job aside from Chad saying he would "light a fire" under whoever needs to get back out here. It's been a week since I got that line.

The project management on this has been horrible. I've gotten so fed up with them that I requested they work with my wife via email and leave me out. Instead, I continue to get emails directly to me without my wife included at all.

I have felt hosed by these guys from the very beginning. I have a new roof I probably wouldn't have bought under different circumstances. And the work is still not done.

I recently had all new windows installed in my 1980s home. From the beginning, Jake was helpful and very communicative throughout the process. During installation, Zach and his partner were very thorough and minimally intrusive. They were also generous enough to help navigate a peculiar wall placement that would have interfered with the overall look.

I would say I got a great deal on swell product and a fantastic installation.

I recently had my roof replaced by Advocate Construction, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and thorough.
My salesperson (Eric D.) was always available to answer my questions and took the time to ensure I fully understood the process. Both Eric and the field supervisor (Sam P.) were incredibly responsive, no matter what I needed. One of the biggest challenges I faced was dealing with multiple changes in my insurance claim representatives—five in total! Advocate helped me navigate the entire process seamlessly, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier.
After the installation, they didn’t just disappear. A few days later, they returned to double-check everything and made sure my property was spotless—down to picking up every last nail. Their attention to detail and customer service were truly outstanding.

Our family just worked with Advocate Construction with repairs on our roof. From the very beginning they were extremely helpful and communicative. Early on included communicating with the insurance adjustor which aided us in getting a full roof replacement instead of a partial replacement. Their great communication was key to lowering stress on our end (we were going through a military move during this whole process).

During the whole process their communication was EXCELLENT. Platforms included phone, voicemail, text and email. There were times during the process I could not answer my phone and this enable me to communicate and keep the process going. THANK YOU for be able to use all forms of communication.

During the install all of the workers were extremely nice and arrived at the time I was told they would arrive. Regarding the workers, I greatly appreciated how they would tidy up and clean after a day's work. Again, THANK YOU!

My point of contact, Jonathan, was AWESOME during the whole process. He made multiple trips over to Belleville from STL to ensure things were taken care of.....again, which aided to keep the stress level real low during the whole process. I can not thank him enough!!!

All in all a VERY positive experience and Advocate Construction took extreme care to make sure our roof was done in a timely manner. Huge thank you to the whole team for our beautiful new roof!!!!!

Part 2: I just want to give a second shout out to Chad Korte and the financial team at Advocate. I made a mistake when using the portal to pay my out of pockets and I accidentally double paid but THEY CALLED ME and had the problem fixed before I even knew it had happened. I am very impressed with their honesty and the speed at which they handeled my issues!!!

I have had the pleasure and still have the pleasure of working with Michael Glasgow. He came to my door and talked to me about the processes to possibly getting a new roof, gutters and siding all for my deductible due to a somewhat recent hail storm. He was easy to talk to and answered all my question about this process. He handled all the heavy lifting with my insurance company and getting a team assembled for an inspection of the roof, siding and gutters. Within hours of the inspection, I had approval for a roof, some gutters and possibly, still waiting, on siding. Michael carries a professional and honest relationship with you through the whole process, which coming from a sales rep myself, I respect this approach. I would work with Michael again!

We had Advocate replace our roof. Mike Glascow did a wonderful job making sure the project went smoothly from start to finish and it was completed quicker than I had expected. Very pleased with Advocate and the process to get my roof replaced due to hail damage. Erik took the lead in working with my insurance company and I didn't have to do anything except pick the color! It was a great experience.

I have been exceptionally patient waiting for Advocate to address my concerns. However, after 6 months of dealing with their incompetence and lack of communication I am posting this review.

Working with Advocate has been a nightmare from start to finish. Horrible customer service, poor management, and my brand-new roof is LEAKING after just 3 months! The interior of my garage is now destroyed. I was better off never calling Advocate. There have been so many issues, I am only going to provide the most egregious. This nightmare has been going on since July 2024. It is currently January 2025. Advocate still needs to fix my leaking roof that they caused and now fix the damaged garage.

#1 - Leaking roof. My brand-new roof started leaking after the first winter storm. My old roof was replaced because of hail damage. It never leaked before Advocate touched it. The interior of my garage ceiling, walls, and some belongings are destroyed. Note - someone from Advocate is supposed to look at the damage next week when the snow melts. I understand they cannot fix exterior or interior until the snow melts and roof is repaired.

#2 - Sales representative sent the wrong brand shingles/materials. Had I not looked at the materials the day before installation the wrong roof would have been installed. This delayed my project by over a month.

#3 - All invoices, materials, and billing were incorrect due to the sales representative's failure ordering. Advocate is now unwilling to provide the manufacturers Preferred Extended Limited Warranty even though I have provided photos of the materials used. This was the reason I chose the shingle manufacturer and Advocate, because they were listed as a preferred installer. I will be reaching out to the manufacturer to inform them that even after I had four separate pieces of their materials (as required and requested) installed Advocate is trying to deny me the extended warranty due to the sales representative's error in invoicing.

#4 - Advocate uses less than subpar roofing contractors as evident by the leaking roof. The crew that arrived at my home did not wear proper safety equipment. One of the female employees that was on my roof was wearing Pink Crocs on my steep two-story roof. The crew did not speak English and there was no job foreman for me to request for her to get off of my roof.

#5 - Communication was an absolute nightmare. My sales representative would go days, and up to 2 weeks, without responding to texts and calls. The only time he was proactive was when it came time to sign the contract or pick up the payment. Even though I repeatedly asked to be informed when they would be doing work at my property, materials were delivered 4 days prior to installation and unannounced. Blocking one of my cars in the garage for 4 days. This is one of several failed communications. To my sales representative's credit he did replace my broken solar lights.

#6 - I have repeatedly asked to discuss these issues with the Olivette Branch Manager. I asked the sales manager on multiple occasions by email, copied the production manager, and even asked customer service. None of these individuals were willing to provide the branch manager's contact information. The sales manager did speak with me over the phone last week, and I appreciated that. However, I have been waiting 2 weeks for proof of installation and a final decision on extended warranty. I was abundantly clear that I have not been pleased with Advocate and simply asked for better communication which to this point has not happened. I understand management has other commitments and other customers. However, given the number of errors, issues, and damage Advocate has caused over the past 6 months, I would assume they would have the courtesy to make the paperwork for proof of installation and warranty information a priority.

If Advocate comes back and makes the necessary repairs and provides the extended warranty/paperwork, I will update this posting accordingly. This information is accurate as of January 2025.

Brett and the Advocate team was wonderful, experienced, knowledgeable I would recommend them to any one looking for roofing or gutter work. I'm very happy with results everything looks fantastic. They walked me through the process step by step and handled all of back and forth with insurance.

This is my third roof (two houses) with Advocate and I've been really happy with their customer service and delivery. Erik Dirkers was my sales and customer service guy this time and he did a great job working with my insurance and explaining the process. He worked with the adjuster to point out all the damage and get me a new roof, gutters and down spouts. The company has been top notch and Eric has been great to work with. My first roof salesman Rich gave me a ride to the casino to pick up my car and I'm guessing Eric would do the same. Highly recommend!

I have been working with Sam Phillips and Eric Dirkers of Advocate Construction to get a roof replaced through State Farm due to hail damage. The process began in early October, 2024 and I just found out today that insurance has finally approved the roof. Sam and Eric have been very resourceful helping me deal with insurance and finding ways to go back each time we got a "no" to try and get a "yes". They are professional and compassionate, which is much more than I can say for Brandon J Roofing that promised me the world and didn't deliver. I am so thankful that Sam and Eric continued to fight for me. Communication with them has been excellent. The roof replacement (and possibly other work) has not been scheduled yet. I hope I can return once that happens and provide another glowing review.

Anthony from Advocate was truly amazing. We had a catastrophic event hit our home and he took care of us every step of the way! The crew was amazing as well and our home looks fantastic. Thank you Advocate Construction for everything!

A representative from Advocate was in our neighborhood and asked if he could look at our roof. We allowed him to and stated that we could get a new roof because of hail damage. We made a claim with our homeowners insurance based on his information. Long story short, we aren't getting approved for the roof. We were only approved for gutters and some siding damage. Advocate won't even touch the siding damage. They said we needed to call our insurance company and ask to have it reviewed again. The insurance company did and still won't approve the roof. Now I have a claim against my insurance and no new roof. Thanks a lot Advocate Construction!

Anthony from Advocate knocked on my door a couple of months after a big hail storm that went through Valley Park. I am on the northern edge of that storm's track and didn't think I had any damage. I had however seen several new roofs going up in my area, so I permitted Anthony to check mine. It was on the bubble, but worth a claim to State Farm. Anthony and a colleague of his came when the insurance adjuster was here. One of them was on the roof with the adjuster and respectfully talked to him about what he saw. I got a new roof, facia, and gutters. After my deductible and requesting some upgrades, I paid $2100 for $13,800 worth of materials and labor. Scheduling and performance of each part of the work was smooth, and went quickly. The company is responsive and the employees are personable. The work and materials are both high quality and come with warrantees. I am thrilled Anthony knocked on my door and that I decided to go with Advocate.

UPDATE: Advocate came out and did the siding work in March. However, they ordered the wrong amount of siding so weren't able to complete the job. It is now July (over a year since my original contract was signed) and the work is still not complete. Calls go unreturned, zero accountability with this company. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

Advocate gave me a quote for hail damage for roof and siding repair in late June 2024. They finally did the roofing work in September but never showed up for the siding repair (it’s now mid-December). Contact with the sales rep was fast and quick during the sales process but got a lot slower once I was on contract and became extremely hit-and-miss once the roofing work was complete and I was trying to find out about siding. Nice guy but seems overwhelmed and overworked. Roofing work was fine except work was done by sub-sub contractors. The crew worked hard but I had to call the site manager because the crew was trying to work at 930pm with small lights and I was concerned about both safety and quality of work with a crew working on a steep 2-story roof in the dark. He informed me that the crew likely had bid another job the next day so wanted to finish in one night - that’s not my problem.

Work was mostly done to my satisfaction although when I went to hang Christmas lights, I found a ton of loose roofing nails scattered over the roof. I called the sales manager who said he would have someone come back to clean up but that never happened.

Disappointed I now have to find another contractor for the siding work and that Advocate wasn’t interested enough in the job to get it done. Seems like a company that is understaffed and bidding on too much work to satisfy its customers

I hired Advocate Construction to replace all the windows in my home. What I liked most about Jake was the fact that he understood what my goal was and how I wanted to get there. He was very intelligent on the product and had very good ideas to help me make my project a reality. When it came time for install, Zach and his team was on time and very easy to work with. They were clean, professional, and were very good on answering any questions about the install and even giving me insight on future projects. I would recommend this company for many reasons !

My roof replacement due to hail damage was made easily with the help of Advocate Construction salesperson Sean Viti. Sean walked me through their process and even put me in contact with my insurance company. The next day I was contacted by my insurance company with my claim number, name and phone number of the inspector and the date and time they would arrive to inspect my roof. Once the inspection and claim estimate was sent to me, Sean reviewed the claim estimate and found one portion of the roof needed to be clarified and added. Sean and I then contacted my insurance company and this new roof item was resolved with my receiving an updated estimate. The pre-installation process went just as Sean said it should work. The roof replacement also went smoothly and was completed within one day which included their clean-up. I much appreciated Sean staying in contact with me and his ensuring I was 100 per cent satisfied with their work. I recommend Sean and Advocate Construction for others who may need their roofs replaced.

Brett was very helpful, and he made everything easy entire roof change including gutters. I highly recommend Brett for roof and gutter upgrades.

My experience with this roofing project was great! Sean was patient, helping me to understand everything line by line as far as the removal, installation, and cost. He helped me with the gutter company, Leafgard. The gutters we're also damaged and I wanted to stay with that company.

I recently worked with Andrew Cheek with Advocate Construction, and it was one of the most intimidating processes that he made easier than I could have imagined! My roof, gutters, and downspouts needed to be replaced after a hail storm and he walked me through the entire process! Our Advocate Construction associate was Joey Jaycox and we found him to be exceptionally professional, respectful, consistently communicative and a true advocate for us throughout the entire project. My wife and I were out of town and heard we had sustained wind damage to our roof (shingles in the backyard). I contacted Don Rogers and he conducted an inspection within an hour! Luckily our roof was recently replaced by Advocate Construction, which Don Supervised, he sent photos of our roof to me immediately which eased our minds. I am so relieved to have to expertise of Andrew Cheek to help me navigate through the process of getting all of the work done on my house after a hail storm in May, 2024. Tim Flynn, Advocate Construction is a rock star! Sadly, this is the second time in less than 2 years that we had to rely on him and his expertise. First time was after a tornado and this year was from a huge hail storm. Tim was quick to respond and take control of a monotonous situation. He surveyed our damage and immediately contacted our insurance company, met with our adjuster, and handled and coordinated all of our repairs. Him and his team were very professional and his roofers were awesome. The roofers were neat and tidy and made sure all nails were picked up. My sales representative with Advocate Construction, Timothy Shearn, was amazing throughout the entire process. Tim is very knowledgeable about the process. Tim would contact me and inform about every step of the process. He made the process easy for me. The process started with Tim assisting me in submitting a claim to my insurance company for roof damage. I previously had other roofing companies informed me that it was doubtful that my insurance company would cover the cost to replace my roof, which was damaged by hail. Tim organized a team approach for my project. This included Tim arranging for Donald from Advocate, who is very knowledgeable about insurance company’s requirements for replacing a damaged roof, meeting at my house with the adjuster for my insurance company to view the damage. My insurance company ended up covering the cost to replace not only the damaged roof, but also the damage to my fascia, gutters and downspouts. I had a great experience with Brett Meyer of Advocate Construction. He communicated well and was very responsive to my calls as was the office. The roofing crew was a hard-working bunch that got a lot of work done in two long days. We received a torrential rain last night and had no issues! Very satisfied!

Except I just discovered that they didn’t touch my window wells! Which is the primary source of leakage!

We recently had roof damage from a strong spring thunderstorm in March that produced high winds, rain and hail. Many homes in our subdivision had similar damage to ours. As a result, there were many roofing company reps knocking on doors to solicit roofing repair business.
Jake Lintzenich from Advocate Construction came to our house inquiring if we had roof damage. In our nearly 50 years of owning houses in Missouri, Florida and New Jersey, this was our first experience with roof storm damage. We invited Jake in and listened to his description of Advocate’s services.
We were impressed with Jake’s overall knowledge and Advocate’s strong corporate history and growth in sales in the many markets/states they are active in. This was not a 2-man operation.
We quickly decided to go with Advocate to replace our roof. Immediately a date was set for a foreman from Advocate and a claims agent from our insurance company to meet and inspect the roof shingles. The insurance claims agent agreed with Advocate’s assessment.
The roof shingle replacement went very smoothly after a very long day for the roofing crew.
Subsequently, Jake took the lead in managing the claim process with our insurance company and the final insurance payments were issued quickly.
With Advocate Construction assisting us, the whole roof repair process was smooth, fast, and stress-free.

Jonathan Hathaway was very attentive to all my needs and concerns. I would highly recommend Advocate Construction for your roofing needs they walk you through everything from beginning to end.

Terrible customer service. Will not complete job after many attempts to rectify this situation. Constantly getting the run around after over a month of constant back and forth class. Completely unprofessional and sent work crew that did not speak English and did a terrible job. I would recommend using a more professional company.

After much back and forth Advocate Construction did rectify the issues and completed work as promised.

Very impressed with Advocate! Did a great job replacing our roof. Two or three years later we had an issue. Called Advocate and they had someone to our house in two hours who fixed the issue on the spot. Turns out it was unrelated to their work but he took care of it at no charge. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Fair prices, great work and great customer service.

Due to a recent severe hail storm, Advocate replaced our roof again. As the first, they did a fantastic job. Andrew Cheek and Jake Sanchez were super nice to work with and extremely helpful. We are so impressed that we have engaged them to replace our sliding door and some windows.

DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

Long story somewhat short, this terrible company pressure sold my 80 year old mother a new roof. I wasn't living in the state at the time, and wasn't able to be there to inspect it myself for her, which would of saved her a lot of greif, but those vultures came around after a storm and said she really needed a new roof. Not knowing much about such matters, she agreed to it, and they told her they would work with her and her insurance. Unfortunately, I came back to visit soon after they "installed" the new roof. IT HAS TO BE THE ABSOLUTE WORST ROOFING JOB I'VE SEEN DONE BY SO CALLED "PROFESSIONALS." Not only does the roof not look right just standing on the ground and looking up at it, but in my mother's open ceiling porch, there are roofing nails protruding through the cedar ceiling slats that are used in open ceiling designs. They quite clearly didn't measure anything and used far too long of nails. Now her beautiful screened in porch looks like a mess on the ceiling. It has to be covered now.

Advocate now says they repaired the problem. I can show anyone that nothing was fixed. They are liars and scam artists. They need to lose their business license.
