These guys were awesome from start to finish! Really appreciate that they were very low pressure and listened well to what I was wanting to have done. From the salesmen that I first met at the door to Nathaniel who gave me my estimate to the guys who did the install on my gutters, to Blake who came and did an inspection afterwards and made sure everything was good!

Cautionary tale! There are so many window companies out there. I would STRONGLY advise you not to use power home remodeling for your window needs
We replaced our windows in 2021. We had quite a few windows to replace so it was an expensive project. We were told at purchase we had a lifetime warranty on the windows.
We’ll fast forward a few years and we are having major seal issues on over half of the windows. When I called about the warranty we were told we would need to pay $180 per panel of window ($360-$540 per window). To replace all the windows that are having issues we would need to pay another few thousand dollars.
Since we just spent thousands of dollars to replace these windows in 2021, it seems outrageous to spend thousands to replace them once more only 4 years later!! Especially after being told we would have a warranty on the windows.
If we could go back we absolutely would have chosen a different company to install better quality windows and hopefully stick to their warranty.
If you’re looking to work with this company, I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Maybe renewal by Anderson as they have come to our house multiple times to tell us how bad our current windows (installed by power) are.
See the discoloration on our 4 year old windows below.

I spent $11,000 on windows with this company, and I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so poorly. I HIGHLY recommend choosing any other company.

Once the project was complete, there was no thank-you or appreciation — just more slimy sales pitches for additional services. The sales and customer service teams were some of the nastiest, most manipulative people I’ve ever dealt with — worse than a bad car dealership.

Not only will you overpay for windows, but you’ll also be treated like a walking wallet. If you still decide to go with them, know that there is always a lower price hiding behind their fake “lowest price” pitch.

Here’s what happened to me:
After my install, I mentioned that I might do more windows and a sliding door in 2026. The salesman told me he could give me the absolute best price right then — “no overhead, no marketing costs.” I declined. Seconds later, he pulled out another sheet with an even lower price.

So the “best price” he swore by just moments earlier was a lie. This is a blatant disrespect to customers — especially one who just spent $11,000 with them.

Don’t fall for the “limited-time offer” or “spring/summer pricing” gimmick. They always have a lower price. My advice: choose a different company and save yourself the frustration.

One window arrived broken and it took two months to replace. They also failed to caulk windows, picture provided. Overall, it was a nightmare of an experience.

The staff were excellent - friendly and informative! They walked us through the entire process, making everything clear and stress-free. The windows were installed nicely, and the job was completed promptly, and everything was left clean and well-maintained. We had a great overall experience and would absolutely consider working with them again in the future.

We could not be happier! This siding install is our 3rd project using Power Home Remodeling and the quality of work from start to finish is worth every penny. Professional and respectful of all our concerns and questions with great and constant communication on all aspects of the process. You can not go wrong using Power!

Ignored my “No Solicitation” sign on the door. when I asked if they had seen it, they said “yes but…”

Rude and disrespectful. Have that sign up so i don’t get bothered during my workday for nuisance knocks while i’m on calls.

Apparently they simply don’t care. And from the number of similar reviews, i’m not the only one.

If you are a parent with a young child, you understand the frustration of them waking up from a nap while working from home. The Power Home Remodeling door-to-door team is inconsiderate, rude, and disregards polite requests for no solicitation. This is not the first time either. Our neighborhood prohibits solicitation, and there is a large sign on the lawn and one by the doorbell. Their reps get an A+ for their sales drive and an F- for respect and consideration. Ringing my doorbell multiple times as if it's a life-or-death situation made me furious. Leave a note or a pamphlet if you must, I understand you are growing your business, but do not continue the same disrespectful approach to marketing your services.

Gus and his team of installers so absolutely friendly and very knowledgeable. Gus walked me through step by step on the installation. We will definitely be using them in the future!!

A salesperson from this company rang our doorbell twice in one day, 6 hours apart, despite our very clear and direct “no soliciting” sign directly above the aforementioned doorbell.
In a reply to a similar review, the owner said to call to be added to a “do not knock” list. My work day was already disrupted by this company, why should I take more time out of my day or re-state what is already in plain print on my mailbox?
Instead, the company should instruct their salespeople to follow Denver ordinances and abide by posted “No Soliciting” signs. If a home has a sign, then do not knock. It’s very simple. I will not do business with a company that fails to encourage their salespeople to utilize reading comprehension and respect the clear, posted wishes of homeowners.

Sec. 47-18. - Prohibited activities: (c) To fail or refuse to leave peacefully private property immediately when told to do so by the landowner, the landowner's agent or representative, or the occupant of the premises or **to attempt to solicit business at any place which maintains a sign or other visible and legible indication that such solicitation of business is not desired or is prohibited**, unless the permission of the owner, agent, representative or occupant of the premises has been previously obtained.

I’ve lived in my home for 5 years. In that time I’ve had a prominent NO SOLICITING sign on my front door since day 1. Power Home Remodeling salespeople have not once, twice, three times, no, four times decided to ignore that sign and try some slick, disingenuous sales pitch to replace my windows. Is it that they purposely hire people who can’t read, or is it stupidity? Either way, I would actively dissuade anyone from using this company based on the half witted sales techniques utilized by their staff. I have more confidence in a used car salesman.

My windows are the absolute best. From the beginning of the project to the end, everything went smoothly and they did an amazing job with the installation. Everything was clean and no trash was left behind. I could not be more happy with this company.

Not only did the guy scare the crap out of me by knocking on my door when it was open (I had a fan in the door blowing cool air in) and it made my dog go nuts, but then he stared right at my ‘No Soliciting’ sign and tried to sell me on services. If this is how y’all are teaching business development, I’d recommend a new approach.

We used Power for our new windows and we couldn’t be happier. They were very professional from the initial contact to install and inspection. Dante was friendly, professional and knowledgeable he took his time to explain everything and answer our questions, even showing us a sample of the actual windows that will be installed. Austin with the pre-install crew was very transparent in taking final measurements and actually lowering the final cost by $2,000 because extra material and labor wasn’t needed. Aaron and his crew on install day were punctual, friendly and professional. He explained his plan for the install and even answered questions regarding concerns. They did a thorough job in protecting our belongs and clean up afterwards. Jack in quality inspection was just as professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He again went over the windows, materials, financing and warranty. He even did a last minute quote for siding (thank you Jack).

We decided to go with Power because our neighbor used them for her windows and we are very happy that we used them too. The windows are a great quality and I’m so excited to see the difference in our heating and cooling costs.

Do not hesitate to use them for your windows, you will not be sorry.

Power Home Remodeling has been a pleasure to work with. All estimates and follow-ups have been polite, professional and very informative. I've had my north side windows replaced with their proprietary Pella brand windows, which look amazing and will work much better than my ~70yr old steel single pane windows. The window technology is built for efficiency and convenience, allowing for easy access and cleaning, and will regulate interior temperature much better than my previous windows. Furthermore, I've been so impressed by their value, efficacy and civility, and need a number of further projects done, I have every intent of utilizing their service again to complete my upstairs windows and other issues. Truly, I can't speak highly enough of this nationwide company and look forward to future interactions and the value it will add to my property.

Getting a quote from them felt like I was in a hostage situation. For some reason this takes 2+ hours, (which is definitely NOT mentioned by the person setting the appointment) and despite my wife and I telling the person that we wanted to speed up and eat dinner, he kept talking for another 45 minutes. We could not have been more clear that we wanted him out of our house. By the end it seemed more like performance art rather than a quote; I was waiting for the cameras to pop out and reward me for my patience in not forcibly removing them from my home. Aggressive sales approach and scare tactics to try and get you to buy more. I will gladly pay more at a different company that does not operate like this.

I hope you never need to make a warranty claim.

UPDATE* Visit 6: They arrive with the replacement door and start taking out my old door. They then realize that they ordered the wrong door! They were replacing the Kitchen door, but they had ordered the Bedroom door! So now I get to wait more weeks and take a 7th day off work do deal with this joke of a company.

I had three sliding glass doors and two windows installed in late 2023. In the first few months, I noticed that one of my glass doors was not sliding as smoothly as the others and the track looked bowed, so I called for warranty service.

Visit 1: I take off of work. A service tech shows up with a screwdriver and a drill. He inspects the door and notes that it is bowed. He (claimed that) he scheduled another service visit for the door to be reinstalled. That appointment is ~2 months out.

Visit 2: I take off of work. This is supposed to be the re-installation, but it wasn't. They sent another service tech with a screwdriver and a drill. There was no installation crew, and the service tech didn't know that this was supposed to be a re-installation call. He contacts his office and says that Power Home will be in touch to schedule the re-installation. They ghost me. I eventually call Power Home again, and they schedule another service call.

Visit 3: I take off of work. Power Home sends a service tech with a screwdriver and a drill. Service tech again notes that the door is bowed and schedules a re-installation. I make crystal clear that the next scheduled service is for re-installation.

Visit 4: I take off of work. The installation crew arrives and begins setting up. They're not there long, however, because they determine that the door is defective and needs to be replaced. The service rep tells me that someone from Power Home will be in touch to schedule installation of the new door.

Visit 5: I take off of work. This visit never happened. I wake up to a missed call from Power Home. I call them back, and they tell me that my replacement door did not arrive, so they had to cancel. They confirmed the appointment the day before without having the replacement door in their possession.

Current Status: I'm going to call again this week and, if the door has been delivered, I'll reschedule and take a 6th day off of work to again try to deal with this inept company.

Edit: I was informed today (July 15) that the door is scheduled to be delivered on July 27. That's over two weeks past the "Visit 5" date that Power Home confirmed. They confirmed me the day before, and the door wouldn't be delivered for another 2 weeks!

I happened to be in the market to have gutters installed when they ignored my 'no soliciting' sign and so I thought I'd agree to getting an estimate. After they took a great deal of information, they made me repeat the same information again over the phone wasting nearly a half hour of my time. I was scheduled to have an estimate that evening for which no one ever came and I received no call. I can only imagine how difficult it must be to get ahold of these people when something goes wrong with their work if they don't even follow up with a prospective customer.

Really annoying company. We got a quote for a project and decided not to go with the company in the end. After that, they called repeatedly even after being told to stop. We ended up having to block 3 different numbers for the same company. They still send salesmen to our home. Super aggressive tactics and definitely lost business from us for any work.

I never thought I’d need to be going through the process of replacing windows and doors in a 10 year old house. Power Home Remodeling made the process so easy, it made sense to get it all done at once. While the price of new windows and doors can be shocking, I’d rather have the Custom Pella windows that we now have, versus the off the shelf stuff at the local home improvement store. A++ work!!

The sales representatives, Chase, was awesome. He explained in great detail all my options.

Their sale people continue to show up, 3 time in a row this week even after telling them No! After looking into them and living next to some shotgun town homes they helped put up along with all the video and photos of their contractors. I would never do business with or for this company they are just a sales company nothing else they do zero remodeling themselves it's all 3rd parties. If you do business with them get inspection even if they say you don't need it and do not use anyone that they recommend.

My husband and I are extremely happy with the entire process of replacing our windows with Power Home Remodeling. From their marketing team knocking on our door, Joshua showcasing the product and explaining the entire process from measuring, removal and installation. Austin coming to review measurements adding to the ease and completion of our project. Armando and Miguel coming to remove and install the windows, kindly answering questions along the way and Ryan coming in last to ensure the quality/ satisfaction with our newly installed windows and sliding door

"Gabriel" came soliciting at the door. His shirt had some kind of lightning bolt and simply "POWER", clearly meant to make people think these solicitors were from the actual power company. To his credit, he quickly announced the name of the company he was representing when I asked, but I hate these kinds of scammy opening tactics to get homeowners to listen to their pitch. This is not the first time people from this company with these misleading shirts have come to the door.

NO ONE likes solicitors. If your company did business worth paying for, you wouldn't need to harass people with door-to-door soliciting to drum up more business. Yikes.

Don’t believe the “lifetime warranty” I had my windows replaced by Power 6 yrs ago and now they look like the picture included because the seal failed and it looks like there’s debris between the double panes of glass. I called power to replace them because they have the lifetime warranty but the company said the manufacturer stopped making those windows (because they are flawed) and therefore they can’t be replaced under warranty. But of course they will offer me a great deal on replacement windows

If you like to be constantly harassed - give your phone number to Power...
In February we reached out to a few companies to get quotes on windows. My other half scheduled an appointment with Power to get the ball rolling. When they found out another adult lived in the home, they insisted I MUST also be at the appointment (not something discussed when they booked the appointment). Our schedules are very opposite and I was not available to make a time work where we could both be there. Power cancelled our appointment stating we both MUST be at the appointment, even though my partner is the sole owner of the home and would be the one making the decision. Since then, I have received 31 solicitation calls from Power!! I've blocked them but their unanswered calls show on our call log, showing they plan to call us unceasingly though they were the ones who cancelled our appointment. I get it may be a "waste" of their time to come to folks homes to give quotes only to be told the other person in the home needs to think about it, etc. But gatekeeping general pricing information so folks can have an intelligent conversation internally before choosing a company is a poor business model. It shouldn't be impossible to get them to come out to get a quote started. Demanding people to be available is unreasonable, especially with life/work/kid schedules. And then to call on a harassing level afterwards is simply comical.

Was working on my in-laws home. Told the solicitors that I have a construction company and that my in-laws didn’t need any help. I was nice about it. The snakes came back after I had left to another job for the day and bothered my father in-law about using their company. Anybody willing to try to take my own family away from a small, local business to pad their pockets is trash. Have some basic respect and common sense. Not everyone is your client. Get a clue.

I would never consider doing business with POWER based on their aggressive and disrespectful door-to-door tactics. Despite multiple clearly posted "No Soliciting" signs (one of which the rep literally stopped to read on camera because it's posted RIGHT NEXT TO THE DOORBELL and is a huge sign), their salesperson still pounded on my door and rang the doorbell excessively. It was jarring, invasive, and honestly creepy.

If a company’s representatives can’t follow basic instructions or respect boundaries, why would I trust them with anything else? These slimy sales tactics reflect poorly on the business and leave a very negative impression.

They are soliciting door to door for business. I get it, they are trying to get more business. This is now day 3 that they have been canvassing our clearly marked “no soliciting” community.
This time, I told the guy “you guys have already been here the last two days” he politely says “yes, but it wasnt me”. I now tell him this is a no soliciting neighborhood and he needs to leave. Instead of saying ok and leaving, he starts going into his sales man speech. I cut him off and tell him he needs to leave now. Still very polite he tells me to have a nice day and proceeds to go to my neighbors. I tell him they are not home and this is a no soliciting neighborhood and he needs to leave the neighborhood. Don’t recall what he said after that, but I then told him if he didn’t leave I would call the police. At this he tips his hat to me and moves on to the next neighborhood. This is now ridiculous. They are in a clearly marked no soliciting neighborhood. It’s been three days of these guys canvassing the area, knocking on everyone’s door. Dude was told straight up he needed to leave, and he still didn’t. Not representative of a company I want to do business with.

Ignored the posted "No Trespassing" and "No Soliciting" signs which are very visible from the street and on my front door. Rang the Ring doorbell, was told no one would be answering the door. He took that to mean he should knock on the door.

Why would anyone hire a company that clearly has no respect for its potential customers?

This company was in my neighborhood and someone was going door to door offering free inspections so I agreed. It was later in the afternoon and I took their last appt at 7:30pm that night. The inspector showed up and started doing his measurements. I told him to just measure the main floor windows but he takes it upon himself to also measure my basement windows. It’s passed 8 at this point and I told him he needed to wrap it up bc I had to work early the next morning. He then proceeds to open a PowerPoint and starts going through slides about their company and pictures of my windows in detail. I again relayed I had to be up early and asked if he could just email me the info and their quote. He proceeds on as if I hadn’t said anything. He finally gives me a quote of 40k which includes the basement windows. I tell him there’s no way I can afford that. I’m trying really hard to get this guy out of my house but he keeps trying to recalculate quotes, asking if this would be something I could afford. It’s clear he doesn’t want to leave without a sale. I tell him I need to think about it and will get back to him. He again doesn’t leave and offers an even lower quote, saying this deal leaves with him. I reiterate that I won’t commit to anything today and FINALLY get him to leave.
I was extremely turned off by this experience. I understand he works off commission, that part was very clear. I’m a young female who lives alone, so his pushiness and refusal to respect my boundaries after I made it clear I wanted the session to end made me feel very uncomfortable and a bit violated. Including going ahead and measuring my basement windows when I clearly told him not to, to up his price.
This could be a great company. Who knows. But he’s the reason I will not even consider using them.

Our experience with Power was extremely seamless and stress free. Me and my husband’s house was built in the 80’s and none of the windows were ever replaced, but we didn’t realize how urgently we needed to replace them due to impending water intrusion into the foundation of the house. Talisa performed the pre-inspection and demos and gave us a lot of security in the longevity and reliability of the product as well as locked us in to a good rate. Jack performed the final measurements and was very clear and concise with the preparation instructions. On install day, the crew was extremely considerate and timely and did a great job. Dewan and Jack came for the post-job inspection were very thorough and friendly. We would definitely recommend Power to friends and family and will be using their services for any future window needs!

Very pleased. Power has been very open and honest. They've been very communicative as well. The product is beautiful. They've taken very good care of me as an old lady. Their sales rep Angelo is what sold me on going forward.

A great experience from the first knock on our door to the final inspection. A first class company, to be sure. Many thanks to Nathaniel.

Do not have this company out for a quote unless you want a HIGH pressure sales pitch. We had a representative out for a quote and I have never experienced such disrespect. I requested for certain windows not to be measured, as I wanted to replace windows in phases, which was completely disregarded and they were measured anyways. I wanted certain windows to be obscured, to which I was told they don’t need to be because there are already blinds in those windows. The pitch was entirely fear based, emphasizing how dire and urgent the need was to replace our windows. After getting the quote of $51,000 for 26 new windows, and also being told that their financing with a 17.99% interest rate was good, I politely informed the rep several times that we needed to discuss this project and identify appropriate financing first, to which he continued to go on and on about how we need to give the green light for this project right now. He was at our home for 2.5 hours and I had to start dinner for my family (it was 6pm) and he was still going on and on as I was preparing dinner. I finally had to aggressively tell him to leave my home. I have never experienced disrespect like this for potential customers. It’s a shame because I liked the windows, warranties, company, etc and would have signed up with them for this project after determining appropriate financing, but I would NEVER work with someone who shows such complete disrespect. What a waste of time, take your business elsewhere!

Just another solicitor that either can’t read or doesn’t want to follow city code requiring them to respect no soliciting signs.

I have also reported them to the city since a license is required for door-to-door sales and part of maintaining that license is respecting “no soliciting” signs.

UPDATE: Giving people extra work instead of respecting their no soliciting signs is unacceptable. I don’t have time to contact every solicitor to provide additional personal information so that I can be left alone, that’s why I put the sign up.

UPDATE: They came to my house AGAIN.

I've had multiple Power Home Remodeling door to door salesman ignore my "No Solicitations" sign on my door. Sleeziest tactic ever and I will NEVER do business with this company. I have no idea how they have the rating they do with this BS.

They just came back.... again... and ignored the No Solicitation sign... again. 5/23/25

After a few bumps with the initial product and some frustrating delays, I finally connected with the right people at Power Home Remodel, and I’m truly glad I did. What could have remained a disappointing experience was completely turned around by a team that genuinely cared about making things right.

Once I got through to management, they responded quickly and with real urgency. I was especially impressed to see the Vice President of Operations personally on his knees, working hands-on to resolve the issues at my home. That kind of leadership is rare, and it shows just how committed this company is to its customers.

But what really stood out beyond the fix was the attitude of every person who came out to help. Each crew member was polite, respectful, and had a good heart. They didn’t just do a job, they made sure we felt heard, taken care of, and valued throughout the process. That level of customer service is something you don’t come across often these days.

In the end, our issues were completely resolved, and I can now say I’m a very happy customer. Power Home Remodel proved they stand by their work and their word. This is the kind of company you want working on your home, one that won’t quit until you’re satisfied.

Thank you again to everyone involved. You’ve earned my trust and my gratitude.

Highlights:
1) Does not work with insurance
2) High pressure sales
3) Broke sprinkler backflow during install
4) Had a panel falling off (fixed)
Will not work with them again.

We had our initial estimate appointment with Mike which ran much longer into the night than we were hoping. It seems the sales tactic was to talk at you until your eyes glazed over which was frustrating as we stated several times that we had to be up at 4 am, but appointment went well into 11 PM. To be fair, we were the last appointment of the day, and they had to grab measurements to estimate the job. Price was only good for the night so we moved forward without as much research as we typically prefer.

The install team was fast, but we are still finding nails in some areas. They stated they would pick up the dumpster the Monday after work was complete, and although the dumpster is gone, we still have some pallets of random leftovers blocking our driveway. This was picked up just shy of a week after the work was complete.

UPDATE: On hold with their support again. We noticed a siding panel falling off, which they came out and fixed. On top of this, they refuse to work with insurance, or itemized their charges, so insurance is not willing to cover their repairs.

LATEST: Discovered our sprinkler backflow had been broken, which we had to pay for repairs. Based on the damage, it looks like something dropped on top of it, and the damaged part was gently put back in place.

I cannot express enough the ease of the process, the crews that came to my house to install gutter system, three new windows, and fascia underneath my roofline. From the very first contact through the communication with all the people from the offices, the crews themselves, the quality of the work and product, besides taking my input into consideration, I can highly recommend this company for all remodeling needs.

Everything was good. Product seems to match the sales pitch, and everything was installed and adjusted to our satisfaction. We'll see how the windows hold up over time, but so far so good!
UPDATE 1: One of the fixed windows started leaking the first time it rained. I filed a warranty issue, and the nearest appointment to inspect the issue was scheduled in FOUR MONTHS. On top of this, the quality of the materials is starting to show, because the interior trim is getting unglued from the window frames. We'll see how it goes, but for now I have water leaking into my house and causing damage.
UPDATE 2: We had the warranty appointment expedited shortly after my first update, and they did fix the issue (the was some foam missing around the window trim). What they didn't fix is all the water damage that was caused to the drywall. They just painted over it. I was too frustrated at this point to have them do anything else, so I'm now repairing the drywall damage myself. and just so you know, there was so much water that the drywall completely lost structure. It would just crumble away with gravity. They also replaced the strip of trim that was getting unglued, which definitely looks worse now. And the worst part, when we were finally installing blinds, we realized that most of the windows were installed crooked. The spacing between the inner wall edge and the window varies by about half an inch!

Update 3: These door to door guys are real characters! Really saying something that they could spot an Andersen window immediately, but didn't recognize their own front door and barely recognized the Power windows in the basement. "I hate birdie houses." "They're harder. Absolutely. Working with limited resources." Sweep the leg, Johnny! This Cobra Kai villain couldn't be further off. Maybe use more resources on the hair toner? We love our Andersen windows in the front and the back of the house, and also our Andersen sliding door. Working with them was a dream, unlike Power. And guess what, the pricing is extremely comparable! That's right, when Power comes into your house they pretty much make up a quote from Andersen to seem competitive. Don't fall for it. These guys are taught scummy sales tactics to pressure you into going with bottom of the barrel service. I'd highly recommend Andersen, and kindly ask these salesmen to sashay away in their black skinny jeans for good.

Update 2: Ever since we got this service done we've been getting cold calls from every other type of remodeler under the sun. I'd guess that they sold our information on top of everything else. Cool.

Update: I followed up to the email provided on 12/15/23 with pictures and they never responded.

I agree with the reviews regarding poor attention to detail. The front door and window installation went great, however during the door installation they managed to crack one of our entryway tiles and we also had cracks develop in our drywall after the installation. When we spoke to Jon about our concerns, he initially seemed very receptive and went to call his crew about it. When he got back from the call roughly an hour later, he denied up and down that his crew had done anything, essentially gaslit me that I was imagining things, and was pretty rude implying that my house was too old and I was too new of an owner to be able to call out new damage done by them. I went back into my inspection report when we bought the house and that guy called out literally every crack and chip in the place — these cracks were not part of that report. While the damage itself is relatively minor and we can fix it ourselves, I'm appalled by the quality of the customer service throughout the end of the process, and the level of gaslighting given as a response. We love our new windows and door, but we won't be going with Power moving forward.

We hired power to replace all of our windows and siding. The seals failed on two of our windows and they have not honored their life time warranty. They say it will be 13 months before they can replace them. This after failing to show up twice to do the replacements. We asked for reimbursement instead & they wouldn't do that either.
The siding job had it's issues also, but at least all of those issues were resolved satisfactorily.
One more thing, they had a young child working on the installation crew, looked to be about 10 years of age, which raises concerns about child labor laws.
A follow up.... Power eventually honored the lifetime warranty and replaced every failed window. It just took literally years for them to do it. We're so relieved!!!
