So much so we immediately decided to do additional windows!

We are extremely happy with our new windows and doors. From the presentation to install the whole crew was very professional. Would definitely recommend, great job guys!!!!

Everything went well from the initial sales visit, to the measuring of our existing windows, to the installation of our new windows and, finally, the quality control process. The entire team was courteous and kept us well informed throughout the entire process.

I would love to give no stars. I set up a solar estimate after a door to door guy came up to my home against my better judgement but I was slightly curious to know a genuine cost. While at work yesterday, I got 7 calls over and over again from this company. After the 3rd call I was no longer interested. I already don’t want the person knocking on my door, but relentless phone calls like an exgirlfriend is the easiest way to ensure I do 0 business with you. Your entire team from start to finish ensured that I never give you a dime. Unreal.

Alex was the best. So knowledgeable and he was happy. He answered the same question over and over. He explained things and was nice and funny!!!

Replaced 7 windows. They did a great job and I’m super excited about the bathroom window that went from a clear picture window to a window that opens from bottom to top, top to bottom, the screen moves up and down, it has a security lock to keep it open, they also fold in so they can be cleaned and privacy glass. It’s my favorite window!

Had doors and windows installed and had a great experience. Everyone involved in the process was professional and showed up on time. Pricing was in line with what we expected and are very happy with the quality of the windows and doors.

I am not happy with Power Home Remodeling! First off this is what has happened:
I am very very disappointed with the company. Yesterday, July 23rd, 2025, was the last time a worker came to finally install a simple screen door. We've had issues since the very beginning which was a start date of 01/22/2025.
The first crew came and installed the first set of windows, of which one had to be re-ordered due to a mishap of a window. The second crew came on 02/20/2025 to install an additional window and front door that I ordered. I called and complained about the screen door not moving smoothly to close.
An inspector was scheduled on 03/03/2025 at 3:30 pm to come out to inspect the problem. He never showed. I was re-scheduled for 03/31/2025 for the inspector to come out, it was a no show.
They came on 04/08/2025 at 7:30 am to install the screen door and again, it was not the correct size. Meanwhile, the door jamb around the patio doors had scuff marks on it. I asked how they got on there and I was told, probably when they got them from Home Depot. Well, if we paid thousands of dollars for that install, we could have bought them from Home Depot and paid less!
I was told it could be painted over to get rid of the marks. On 07/23/2025, the installer came and installed the screen door and lo and behold, it fit! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! In the meantime, the door jamb was painted and when the painter's tape was taken off, UGH! I did take pictures in case they were ever needed. I had to go to Lowe's to get some paint thinner so I could clean up the mess around the patio door.
I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in the company and I wish we had never heard of you and most definitely I regret having a contract with your company.

Jason and the crew showed up on time to install 3 windows. The installation went smoothly without any problems. The work area was cleaned up before they left and Jason answered the questions I had. Happy with the windows and would recommend them.

Power home remodeling came to us from other neighbors, they were all very friendly and thorough. The crew was very friendly and nice. They did a great install and a great clean up! Go to power for all your window and door needs!

From the first door knock to the final quality assurance visit; Power employees are very professional and knowledgeable in their craft.

Very pushy sales person cam to my door today. Kept telling him know we don’t need a new roof and he just kept pushing it. Please teach your sales people on how to interact with potential clients. If and when I ever need a roof this would be the last place I would call after this experience

Every stage was handled professionally. Installation was clean and quick. Everyone was willing to answer questions and be totally transparent about all stages from sales, assessments, costs and installation. They were very personable, kind and considerate.

This company was so professional. The initial presentation was extremely informative and not a high pressure sales pitch. They inspected the windows inside and out and showed us where they were leaking and causing damage to our stucco and where they had separated from the frame which was allowing air to come thru. They educated us and explained why that was happening with our current windows and why it would not happen with their windows. They showed us a sample window frame and explain the installation in detail. They also showed us how the windows will prevent heat from coming into our home in the summer and prevent heat from leaving our home in the winter. Their pricing was very good and guaranteed for a year. The whole process has been very easy, very professional, on time and they cleaned up after themselves. The supervisor came out after the installation to inspect everything and make sure we were happy. We highly recommend this company. Oh, and they don't do just windows. We're getting a quote for roof replacement next and a bathroom remodel.

We've had two separate installs with Power Home Remodeling recently and each time the process was great. We look forward to at least one more round of installs with Power. I highly recommend them if you are having any difficulty deciding who to work with for any door and window replacement needs.

My experience with Power Window Installation has been a pleasurable experience from beginning to end! Alissa was amazing and very thorough!

I wish I never bought these windows from this scam of a company. They told me up and down when I was buying these that they come with a lifetime warranty. No matter what happens to them they will be covered. I spent thousands on insurance according to my contract that I thought was to hold-up the lifetime warranty of the windows. I guess not. Just another scam company that goes around door-to-door like the solar panel companies out here.

What a waste of $18k with this company.

Had Power do our entire house of windows and we are thrilled. They were very communicative throughout the process and the crew was amazing. Bryce our sales rep was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Would recommend to anyone in need of windows especially with a stucco home. They installed so there is no further work to be done on the home and everything is sealed up properly.

From beginning sales to final instal, everything went smoothly. Crew arrived on time and efficiently and professionally installed windows well within estimated timeframe. Looking forward to better energy efficiency and easier to clean windows. They're beautiful.

Some products were damaged prior to install and the cleanup could have been better. They are replacing the damaged products at no extra cost. Would be 5 stars if it weren't for these imperfections!

25 windows and a French door, premium materials at a respectable cost. Everyone from initial sales and pre inspection to day of installation team and quality assurance inspection was professional. I recommend them to anyone needing new windows, look into their symphony models.

Everyone that we’ve had contact with has been very professional. I typically turn door to door sales people away immediately, but the salesman, Brandon, was personable and did an amazing job with setting everything up. The sales team came to the house and explained every step of the process, as well as the products. They were transparent with price, financing options, and were a great to work with.

Jacob, Mike, Ray, Myles, and Andrew were extremely professional and courteous. Each member had extensive knowledge and explained our product and project completely. We are extremely happy with our products and experience. We look forward to working with Power on our future projects.

The day of the install the warehouse did not have 1 of our 6 windows, but they were prompt and helpful in getting us scheduled again to finish the job.

Power home remodeling just redid our windows. We were needing this sooner than later as our windows were original to our home. From start to end our experience has been amazing. AJ was extremely thorough doing the estimate. Power Home communicated with us thoroughly the whole way through. Installation went smoothly and the team was wonderful. We had a quality inspection with Ian after and took the time to expect every window to ensure proper functionality and correct installation of everything. He did talk to us about some additional projects so we decided to add front door replacement to our project. We are very happy and will recommend them to anyone looking to get new windows or doors.

Alyssa came out and was super helpful and certainly worked with us and our unique circumstances. Ken and his team were professional, friendly and extremely efficient in their work. Even without asking as I took work calls they minimized drilling and moved onto tasks that wouldn't make much noise until I was done with the call. I'd rather them more than 5 stars if I could.

Just got an unsolicited sales call. Guy beat hard on my door with a piece of metal. I thought it was the police or the fire department and my house was on fire. It woke me up. I ran downstairs and found your overly aggressive salesman at the door holding a small metal rod he used to knock on my door. When I explained he woke me up and I didn't have time for this. He started backing up and when I asked for his business card he literally ran away. I got a picture of his plates.

Also, you should probably space out your positive bot feedback so it's not on the same day lol.

Miles and his crew were on time and got our windows installed so fast. Very professional and quick install. The sales person, Mike, was also very friendly and professional and really sealed the deal for us to move forward.

Power sales, installers, and QA follow up were all friendly, professional and prompt. We really like the new windows on our home and will definitely work with Power to complete the rest of our project in the future.

The stress of getting windows done under this company is not worth it. Initially I was happy with Power as Zane was great to work with. However, not receiving his direct number should have given me a clue that the customer service was going to be poor. I schedule an install for all my windows for 6/30 at 7 a.m. He said they would take care of getting the paperwork to my HOA. They didn't, but I wasn't overly concerned as I handled it. However, on 6/28 when I looked at the app it had the install down from 10-12pm. I immediately called and explained I need a first in the morning appt. They said no problem that they could switch the time. I asked if I needed to call back to confirm and they said no they just confirmed it. Today I looked at the app and it still said 10-12. I called and was on hold for 90 min. When I got a person they said the workers were at Buckeye and they wouldn't be at my home until 9:30. At 10 a.m. I called back and asked for a manager. I asked that Power cover a Holiday Inn for one night as now the house will not be able to cool down. He said he couldn't do that. He was sarcastic in his responses so much so the other person living with me went into an anxiety attack because she was agree. I told him that we did not negotiate the cost and we are spending $20K. I brought up that we are getting a small new customer discount. I explained that he just lost a repeat customer as I was thinking about buying a door from they and paying for my sisters windows. His reply was ok. Worse customer Service. I will come back and update how the window install went just in case you are ok with poor customer service.

Loved working with Power Home Remodeling! So much so we will have them continue to work on our house. We had our windows replaced through the whole home. They have been efficient, friendly, and thorough. During installation they were clean and respectful. We live pretty close to the interstate and our old windows were noisy. Powers windows were so quiet!! The difference in temperature is awesome. Dillon was very patient with us as we went over finances etc. Ian came and inspected the work the day after installation and was pleasant as well! Definitely recommend this company.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND POWER HOME REMODELING... They DON'T go or do what they promise you even they put it in the writing and signing it with their contract. They just want to trick you in to signing the contract and when it's to late to cancel it you can not cancel.. You won't even hear anything from your salesman, ZANE OSBORN. I'm filling a complaint to the BBB because it the contract that we signed that they supposed to put doubled and screen on top of it. I made sure that they will do that because I almost got raped and I don't feel safe when people looking at me outside our window but no they back out on it and saying it to safe to put another screen on top of it. What about my safety and they know I was very afraid that's why we cancelled the first contract and they come up of putting a secondary screen on top of it... DON'T BELIEVE AND DON'T TRUST THEM, THEY WILL TELLING YOU ANYTHING YOU WANT TO HEAR SO YOU WILL SIGN THE CONTRACT... they ROB ME of my safety net after spend nearly $24,000....

Since I got the windows, my electric bill has been very low which I've been very happy about. Windows are good I like them, I was so happy that I had them come out to do my back door. I could feel the heat coming in and once it was done I could notice a huge difference in temperature. Would recommend.

A nice gentleman from Power Home Remodeling knocked on my door and asked if I wanted to get a free consultation for new windows. So, I set up the appointment and Alex came and spoke with me and gave me detailed information about the windows install installation and then Patrick came by for the walk through and I told him. I wanted all my windows installed. He changed the financing and inspection on that day with no issues. Jaimie showed up on time to install the windows. And is doing a FANTASTIC JOB on the windows. Now Andrew has been going through and making sure that everything is going well and I’m happy with everything, which I am. Thanks once again for your great service.

Everything was installed well and the installation crew were polite and answered any questions we had. The only downsides were communication wasn’t great between scheduling and installation crews, there was inconsistency in the project pulse app with appointment times and confirming appointments, and the installation crew did not explain how everything on the new sliding door worked and seemed like they were rushing to leave after they finished.

I’m updating my original review regarding this company and how they handled their customer service.

We got our windows installed on 8/13/24.
We originally agreed to getting the windows installed a week before but they were late. I had to move furniture twice and miss 2 days of work for this.

When they deliver the windows one of them was broken and it is now 9/3/24 and they still haven’t fixed it.

They used a vacuum when they cut out the old windows but the filter to the vacuum was so dirty it blew heavy dust all over and I had to spend hours dusting everything off.

They left a mess in the front yard on the pavers of shavings from when they cut the window out.

Might not sound like a big deal but for an expensive big company that underlines their customer satisfaction and how they follow the necessary steps to do a clean job I expected them to follow through.

My experience has been great from beginning to end: the installers did a fabulous job, protecting things & cleaning up after. The windows & doors look great and I already feel the difference with the thermal shield.
