Power home remodeling was very quick and simple job for our windows. They knocked on our door and asked about our windows which was rotting and gave us a very good price on four windows. They came in to inspect the windows and in a few weeks they came and changed all four of our windows in a matter of four hours. I highly recommend looking at power house remodeling to fix windows or other pieces of your house that need to be changed at a good price.

Power Home Remodeling was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt, the team arrived right on time, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The windows look great, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Power Home Remodeling scheduled appointments with me twice, called to confirm my appointments, then canceled the day before with the same lame excuse that the schedule was overbooked. I have found them to be extremely unprofessional prior to getting any work done. I guess this is God’s way to telling to me run the opposite way.

Extremely efficient “swat” team of installers showed up at 6:30 on the morning and were done, cleaned up and off the property by 2:00 pm. Excellent quality materials and system. Involved sales process but all questions answered to high level of satisfaction. Would definitely use these people again.

Power has been an amazing company to work with from the beginning. I will admit I was hesitant about the door-to-door, BUT, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’m so glad I answered the door. Needing new windows can be a daunting thought, but with Power, it was so easy, timely, and efficient! Every Power representative and installer was kind, professional, and knowledgeable! There are so many good things I could say…but I’ll leave it at this: Power was absolutely wonderful to work with from the start all the way to the finish. And I now have some beautiful new windows :)

Working with power have been amazing!! We got all our windows done with them the customer service is beyond excellent. We have had multiple encounters from start to finish was a great experience I cannot recommend them enough! They’re beautiful

I was pleased with the window replacements. Cost was extreme but I wanted quality. Later I contracted with them to replace the front door. The old door was fine but had gaps. I used weather stripping to help remedy the heat/AC loss, but thought if they put in a new door the issue would be resolved. Paid them 6k for new door and have worse gaps than I had with the old door. They have been out at least 4 times to tighten the screws in the face plate but only solves the problem for a few weeks. The issue is the faceplate is not positioned right. I can’t do anything, it would void my warranty. I recently called and complained about the door and was told there would be a representative call me. It’s been over a week and I’ve heard nothing. Don’t do business with this company, they do not honor their warranty.

My experience with this company was very great they gave us great information about they company, Our contract person was Ross who gave us very great Intel about their company everything was very explained very gratefully and very understood to us so we went ahead and did this project which will which turn out to be great for us so I was tell anyone try this company. They also explained the finance to you in detail It I would need to be done the team that set up that put it in this morning. Three young men did a great job too very reasonable young guys. We got new windows from Power. They were very easy to work with for picking our options and deciding what to get. Scheduling was quick, install has been very professional with very nice, respectful workers. And the windows themselves look absolutely great!

Unfortunately did not have best introductory experience to Power. They have many layers to their sales. When the “pre”install person came, the scope of work, pricing and billing were “explained” and clarified. Unfortunately, it was not explained in detail on the initial visit and therefore there were many misunderstandings as to what was actually being replaced. Because of the miscommunication and what we felt were several red flags, we chose to cancel the contract two days later. Not comfortable with the communication.

We had a great experience with Power. They were timely, efficient, and clear about the service they provide and how everything would work. The windows look lovely and we are pleased with the work provided.

Worst experience ever! First he is soliciting in a neighborhood where it’s not allowed. Big sign when you pull in showing not permitted.

I just happen to be home at the time and do need a few windows replaced. What should have been quick and easy turned into a never ending story.

He went on and on about how great the company is and how many jobs they do. Kept trying to show me all the houses on a map they have done. I told him I don’t need to hear all that bragging. I just need a quote and I will do my own research of the company and the product.

He would not stop speaking of all the great reviews and BBB status and how busy they are. Which brings to my attention why the soliciting? Great companies get a lot from referrals. Once I told him I’d had enough of the up selling of the company and how all the others out there
don’t compare. I was done and didn’t no longer want his estimate.

He got upset and became rude! These people are trained to twist you in to thinking it’s the end of the world if you don’t sign with them today. I would recommend anyone thinking of using this company get other estimates as well from other reputable companies out there.

I decided to do my windows and door this year in my new-to-me house. I went with PowerHRG for the whole project. The remodeling consultant and PNP measured the for window's and doors and explained the entire process, including the price structure. I was able to speak with live people when I called for prior to the install with questions. My install was pushed out 1 week bc there was a delay receiving the front door. The install started on the reschedule date, on time and smoothly. The Quality Assurance Manager arrived about an hour after the install started and checked each window and door with me. She addressed all of my questions on site about the installation and any possible future service needs. So far I am happy with my experience.

We were approached by Andrew to set up a consultation, and Johnny was the one who did the consultation with us. Both men were very friendly and helpful, and did not push us when we were unable to purchase at this time. Johnny tried everything to get the price as low as he could, and treated us and our home with the utmost respect. We’ve saved their numbers, and plan to use their services in the future!

Eric and Leigh/QA Mgr. were both AWESOME!!! The customer service with this company is absolutely amazing!!! The quality of work and the installation team was amazing. They showed up exactly when they said they were and took their time installing the windows. The follow up was done on the same day with the QA Mgr who reviewed the work and made sure we were satisfied with the work!! We will DEFINATELY use them again.

Awful experience. Sales people were super nice, white glove treatment promised. We decided to go with them despite the estimate being double anyone else's because they pitched us well on superior products and installation and we had the absolute worst experience from the moment the contract was locked in. Poor communication, parts of the job missed, multiple trips back out, nails and rubble everywhere, crooked gutters. They also removed all material that had us under a wildlife warranty, leaving a gap along the whole roofline that critters easily made their homes in, leaving us with gigantic wildlife removal bills we never should have seen a penny of...would never do a project with them again.

This has been amazing. They have been professional and attentive throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them for your siding projects.

Very friendly upon arrival explanation is a 10 out of 10 of what you’re getting done clean up is extraordinary. The crew was on time. The product was done properly exceptional work 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Outstanding all around. The app is excellent. Particularly impressed by the fact that they lowered the price on the day of install because they used less wood than expected.

Great team. Each step of the process was enjoyable and informative. I've been exploring getting new windows for a while and Power pulled together all the elements I wanted: R- / U- values, installation, warranty, & timeframe. So far so good! And what a transformation it is to go from 80-yr old single pane 6 over 6 grids to a wide expanse of sliding windows. Quite a transformation.

The crew is ¾ finished with my new roof as I write. So far everything is going well. The company sales people, the pre-installation inspector, the installers & the day-of inspector have all been very professional. The crew arrived very early this morning and have been very efficient. They have been cleaning up as the stuff comes off the roof which is appreciated. They could have been better about protecting the plants around the house, but I could have done better about that myself, too.

Our experience with Power Home Remodeling was exceptional from beginning to end. There were no hidden cost, the representatives and crews were professional, kind and considerate.

These people will not stop harassing me. I talked to their in person salesman once, even though the service seemed okay, but we declined because we could not afford it. Since then I have received multiple calls daily from them. This is insane. I told the in person salesman we would contact them for their service if and when we wanted, but I cant get a moments peace from their garbage calls.

I dont care how good the service is, I will never use this company for anything solely based on how persistent and borderline harassing their call center is.

Awesome company to work with.! All staff were on time and very pleasant. Second time having work done and each time the work has been expertly completed. I really trust this company with my home.

Extremely Pushy and Misleading – Beware
Power Remodeling showed up uninvited at my door, starting with a classic sales lie: “We were just down the street replacing windows for another customer…” and offered a “no-obligation free quote.” Seemed harmless at first, and like most people, I agreed out of curiosity.

But then the red flags started.

The rep immediately called their head office and started taking down excessive personal information, including asking, “Do you live with your spouse?” and “Is she home?” — very intrusive for a simple quote.

About an hour later, they called again to say the team was running late and again asked if my wife and I would both be available. Turns out this is textbook sales strategy — they want both “decision-makers” present so they can go full pressure-cooker mode.

A salesperson finally showed up around 6:15 PM and began a long-winded pitch that lasted over an hour. It was clear this wasn’t about offering a quote — it was a high-pressure sales presentation, more like a timeshare pitch than a professional remodeling consultation. I had to interrupt him around 7PM saying it was dinner time and our kids’ bedtime, but he kept pushing through his scripted “special pricing” nonsense. Even threw in a “good-for-today-only” $3,000 discount if I signed immediately.

I wasn’t about to make a $12K decision based on one hour of sales fluff. He finally left at 7:45 PM — wasting our evening with zero respect for our time.

Even if I were in the market for windows, I wouldn’t trust this company. The entire experience felt unethical, manipulative, and completely sales-driven. No real interest in customer needs — just a pressure tactic from start to finish.

Avoid this company. BEWARE of their door-to-door approach and deceptive practices.

Leaving a review so hopefully others don't have our experience. They were going door to door in our neighborhood, they mislead us telling us they would "quickly" look at our windows which we said sure why not. This turned into a high pressure two hour sales presentation during a workday. We did not give them permission to come into our home and do a two hour presentation. They were very disrespectful of our time. we would have ended the meeting, but they kept misleading us telling us they were "almost done". they also called my girlfriend many times after she said she was not interested.

I am disabled and on a walker. I don't really know what things cost to repair. I had gutters replaced on one day and when they came to inspect the work I was pressured to replace a back door. They charged me 6,000.00 for the door replacement. A few different friends that came in my house told me the door itself should have cost around 2,000.00. I asked their customer service also a few times to give me an itemized breakdown of the door cost versus the labor cost. They refused to supply me with one and said the work was closed out and I could not get one. I feel like I was charged an outrageous cost for the labor. I also requested to be transferred to a supervisor and the person I was speaking to was Carlos on 4-25- 25, and he refused to transfer me and told me nothing can be done. I asked him again and he refused to transfer me. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone I was totally taken advantage of with the costs of my repairs.

I would've given them 5 stars based off the work. They came to my home and replaced all of my windows on the same day. They did a great job. I wish I could remember the sales person name, but the young women and she did a great job as well. Very knowledgeable about the product she was selling.

The bad - the sales person that came with the guys doing the work tried to sell me on get my roof done. I denied because the price was entirely to high.

Fast fwd a couple years and there calling me to see if I need to replace any windows. Why I have a lifetime warranty. Then I started getting random calls from them trying to sell me something. I said no and they keep calling.

Im trying find out who sends these door to door harassing sales person or this one who shows no respect to the home owner when told we dont what door solicitation ,we have a sign at front entrance of the subdivision stating no solicitation ,an he had no id badge ...police were callled an report made....

I am thoroughly pleased with my experience with Power Home Remodeling. I would highly recommend them to others. I totally appreciated the final inspector Leigh who explained everything again to ensure I had no questions. I am looking to do future projects through Power because of my experience and their quality products.

The crew came on time and got started on the window right away and did a very good job. They clean up very well and left me with some great windows for my house.

She showed us the technical details of the windows and the advantages. The pre-install inspector verified measurements to ensure a proper build and smooth installation. The installation was perfect. We just finished our window installation with Power and the job from start to finish has been excellent. From the first visit with Max where he walked us through the whole process and did an impeccable job. He made sure we were comfortable with everything. Then Hector came back to make sure all the measurements all the measurements were perfect. He was professional and very knowledgeable. We really appreciated the attention to the details. Once the windows were ready, Joao and his crew did an amazing job on the install. The treated our home with such respect and love. Love the windows. These windows gave our house newer look. We are amazed at how much quieter our house is. These guys are very good. From sales to the finished product, The install crew was prompt and professional. They did a great job on the install and left everything clean. We are very happy. Thank you Power.

My original review was 5 stars 6 months ago for the siding but that’s absurd to leave at this point. The installers have costed me another $700. I’ll leave the original comparison photo because the siding looks good but I ran into another expense from the installers messing up the flashing on my chimney during the renovation and I had to pay a roofer $700 to come repair. That doesn’t mention the ceiling drywall repair that needs to be addressed. Roof was over 5 years old and out of warranty. The images you can see pulling off the old siding crumpled the flashing kick out and they tried to put it back up but then once the siding was installed it was completely gone in the completed photos. This company’s sales reps are nice but the work being installed needs to be tediously watched, as with any company. They will fix rotted wood on the side of the house during install if you ask them but they may not notice if you don’t bring to their attention. The gutters we had done is in a separate review because they were originally the only problem we had, bad cuts, leaking, cheap material, ect. We had hired them again during the “inspection during install meeting “ to replace a door and that’s the only project that hasn’t cost additional money so far and I am pleased with. If you hire this company watch their work. Take plenty of before and after photos before any company does work.

I initially gave a four star. I’m frustrated and feel deceived. We financed our windows in March of 2024. The financing was done through Stream Financial. We couldn’t do all our windows, but the cost was $21,000. Been paying $490 every month. Now, we want to pay off early and we owe $44,000..plus, what we’ve already paid. Something that costs $21,000 and we are paying almost $50,000. Be ware of the financing. It sounds good, but not worth it. Get your own financing! RIP OFF!!

Update: some delays with warranty issues but still overall happy.
