It’s difficult to know where to start, however, I will just say that the sales rep broke the entrance to my attic space with a ladder —then never came back. He eventually emailed an estimate for work we didn’t want done that totaled 54k. It was a waste of time and now I have to pay someone to fix my attic entrance.

The workmanship of a Power Home window. They're about 3 years old. Yes, that's ice. Most of our windows are usually soaking wet all winter, but today theyre frozen. I called about this, and they said it's due to humidity. The humidity in our home is currently 35%, which is very low. The actual issue is that the windows are poorly insulated and a few are leaky. The seal between the two panels is weak and the quality of the panes is poor.

We got a quote from them for siding and windows and it was EXTREMELY high, over $12,000 more than any other estimate we got. They used pushy tactics to get us to sign immediately without getting other quotes. When we didn't sign their offer right away they called us every day to Badger us with "new savings" that they wanted to come try and sell us in person. When I asked them to just send a new quote electronically and explained that we had many other more reasonable quotes the man on the phone was very rude and short with me and hung up.

Very exploitative prices, predatory sales practices, and incredibly rude customer relations. Go with literally anyone else

I have not and would not do business with this company. They use very aggressive marketing tactics that border on harassment. A salesman stopped by my house this summer, walked into my backyard and was trying to sell me new siding and windows. We had Pella windows installed a few years ago so I told the guy repeatedly that I wasn't interested. He would not take no for an answer. I did not want to make a scene so I agreed to an appointment. When the company called a couple days later to verify the appointment I let them know that I was not interested in their services. They continued to call me on an almost daily basis. I blocked the number and had peace for a couple months. I recently got a new phone and their calls started coming through again. A phone call every day since I got the phone hooked up. I reported them to the FTC and blocked the number again.

Everything was great at the beginning sales person promised us to come back after the window installation but never came back. We have so much inconveniences with the instillation. They schedule an appointment for 8 am, showed up at 2 PM to install 6 windows, of course that didn't happen. The next day they show up at dinner time 5 pm left a mess after 9 pm. When inspection time come they they did the scheduling, well so they said. waited all day at home. The second time the inspector come we failed the inspection, missing screws on some windows. The bigger problems is to get some one on the phone it's a nightmares' They lack communication, organization. They don't want to give you their cell # so they only have one person in the office to answer the phone. Good luck getting someone on the phone. We are missing one screening for one of the window. After almost two months we are still waiting, honestly I don't think we will ever get it.. Don't know who they hired for the installation but they are are not service oriented people nor reliable. We are so dissatisfied with this company I am extremely upset with the installation and service. Please use local businesses directly for everything and do not use this corporation, all they wants is you money. We Used Lowes for the tall windows and the front door and the experience was like day and night. Do your research and reads all the reviews. before to commit to anything. Never again!

Be aware! Not professional and not on time. When you call in some reps sound like they’re sleepy or high, then they transfer you to someone else who does seem professional but it was too late my first impression was already made. Do yourself a favor and hire a different company!

Power Home was very attentive and transparent from beginning to end. The roof was replaced as well as half the decking on a 2000+ sqft roof in one day! Between the work and the customer service, I was extremely satisfied and would contract with them again for future work.

They do door to door marketing. All good but when you have a no solicitation sign on the front door and they still ring the bell and harass ur wife and ask a million questions makes it super sketchy. I’m going to the police and file a report on this one.

We got 22 windows on our house redone in one day. Everyone was so professional, we are so happy with their work. The price is reasonable with the quality of the windows. Everyone was on time and super helpful, answered all of our questions and did an excellent job.

Just two fellow veteran home owners here. Company came out and gave us quote. We accepted the project but were told we have a 3 day cancellation time frame. We decided not to go through with them since we found a much affordable company. We called to cancel and they mentioned we would be allowed to cancel without a cancellation fee. They sent out consultant the next day and they dropped the price 10k( which that price should’ve been offered to begin with) we were also wanting to get basement windows done which they do not do, we chose to go with a different company that does everything that would be nearly the half price of this company. When we first called to cancel, they assured us there would not be no cancellation fee but when the consultant came out the first manager, we spoke to said we would have to pay the $7700 even though they had guaranteed day prior there would not be a fee. After speaking with the first manager Joe, he said we would have to pay the $7700 without a doubt. We requested to speak to another higher manager multiple times he said we would get a phone call later on In the day. I mentioned a negative review and that’s how he transferred over to a high manger, and that’s when they offered the free cancellation fee. Even though we are on three day grace period which we signed on the contract. Great company at first with great consultants but of course getting the run around to cancel the project. After speaking with manager after manager they said they would cancel project without fee. I would usually never do this but people need to be aware of companies like this.

Horrible company. After they get your business and work is complete they are no longer customer friendly and do not follow through with their customer relations. Long story short i have done a full window project with them and a full siding project with them. We needed one window replaced due to it being broken during an electrical fire. I paid for the window and waited 3 months for them to come install the window. We aren't living in the house due to the house needing to be repaired so I was waiting for a phone call or some kind of communication. I never received the window and never received a phone call and once the scheduled date of install went by I started calling them. They claim to have dropped off the window at my house which I paid $450 for to be replaced and it is not at my house . They will not refund me my money for the window which I do not have nor did I ever see it. Also, they were supposed to install this window but they didn't have a frame for it when they showed up, now they were trying to charge me $800 more to have them install a window that they claim they left on my property that isn't even there. How stupid do they think people are? This company is scum. The warranties are not worth the stress the provide to home owners. Please use local businesses directly for everything and do not use this greedy corporation. They literally stole my money and tried to get more and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told they would not allow me to speak to one.

We used Power Home Remodeling to replace 5 windows in our home. The product was as promised and the install crew was very professional. There was a quality control person who came out a couple days after the install to ensure that we were completely satisfied. When the inspector noticed a color discrepancy on the capping color, he immediately arranged to have that corrected at no cost to us. We would certainly recommend this company to other home owners.

We recently had all windows replaced in our home. Power home remodeling was very professional and skilled in their trades. We were very pleased from the initial consultation through completion of the job. The consultant was very knowledgeable of the product and installation process which put my carpenter husband's mind at ease with the process. Set up for installation was prompt and professional as well. The installer was very professional and courteous with our home as well. We also had a thorough follow up after installation to ensure all customer service points were met to not only our standards but theirs as well.

I had all my windows taken out and replaced by power home remodeling and loved it. All the workers were super friendly throughout the entire experience and very communicative, plus everyone who came into my home was extremely polite. The company cleaned up in and out very well at the end of the entire experience.

Power came out to my house after a door to door solicitor knocked on my door (despite a no solicitation sign and not having a village permit) and I had them send a salesmen out to quote for new windows.
When the salesman arrived we talked and despite me telling him I couldn't afford all the work, insisted on giving me a quote for my siding, gutters and also told me my two year old roof was very old and needed to be replaced as well.
Their very long presentation on material is very showy and they claim they are the only ones in the industry that have these things, but everyone else I had quote had the same thing. DONT GET FOOLED BY THE UV LIGHT and Window Demonstration.
When they finally presented me the quote, I nearly fell out of my chair laughing and asked for the real quote.
Whole quote was over $200K!!! On a 1,200sf house worth 198K at the time.
8 Windows $38k
2 Bays $20K
1 Door $10K
Siding and Gutters $87K
Roof $48K

I had several other highly reputable and local companies come out and quote the above, all were at 50-70% less than them.

The kicker is that they were very very pushy after presenting the quote. Telling me that the quote would go up 15% after they left that day stating a UPS theory and package deliver, saying it costs them more to come back yada yada. They also called me daily, sometimes several times a day after, offering me discounts and such, getting the price about 20% lower what I was quoted but told I had to do everything at once. Wasn't until I threatened them with contacting the BBB that the calls stopped.

Power home remodeling did our window installations and we are very happy with the results. Everyone throughout the process was very nice and helpful, (salesperson, contractor, pre-install person). They installed very quickly too.

My wife and I trusted Power Home remodeling to do a lot of work on our home. It was the easiest and smoothest home improvement project we’ve ever experienced. The work was done brilliantly with attention to detail. The installation teams were super nice and took great care to keep our pets safe. From the sales staff to the quality inspectors, everyone was easy to work with, they did what they said they’d do and they made sure we were completely happy before we paid a dime. The transferable lifetime warranty sealed the deal for us. They’re not the least expensive but there is a lot of value to the product and overall experience. Our HVAC expenditures have gone down which certainly speeds up the ROI. I feel like it was a worthwhile investment. I think you will too.

The estimator was a very nice kid but pushy. Kept trying to sell me a quote for my roof started off at 64,000 for my roof my faces and my gutters and a replace some wood. Telling him that we couldn't afford it this time. And after I said that he kept coming then with my payment of $1,600 a month to 478 very poor quality for this company. When I just got a quote for the same thing replacing wood fascias and gutters for 17,000

I'm fed up with this company. We spent money on new windows and new doors. I had to have someone come out and inspect my new back door to find out that the installer cracked my brand new door frame. I can see daylight around my front door and I have a window that doesn't close right. They scheduled an appointment to come look at it and then blew me off. They conned me into another siding estimate and then didn't show up (which is fine because I don't want to do anymore business with them). When they called to confirm the siding appointment, I told them nobody showed up to look at the window and door. I was told someone would call me. It's now been close to 2 weeks with no call back. Do not do business with them. Find someone cheaper.

Great company to work with, very courteous and friendly. They did not pressure us in any way. Great windows everything is so easy to use. Love the lifetime warranty, that is hard to find in a company!!

Power home remodeling has been an excellent company to do business with from the moment they stepped on my front porch. Everyone that I have interacted with has been straightforward and very nice to speak with. I will be using this company for further projects as they went above and beyond expectations.

We have been trying to get some poor quality trim work replaced. I made an appointment 6 weeks ago and took the day off work. Nobody showed up and when I called my appointment isn't in their system. I made another appointment for 6 weeks later and they won't send me an appointment confirmation. So now I have to take another day off work and hope someone shows up. I feel like we are getting the run around. Save yourself money and headache. Go somewhere else!

Just had new windows installed. I'm in love. My home already looks and feels different. Installers arrived on time. Very friendly. Everything was done same day. They cleaned up as well highly recommend Power Home Remodeling

I had them put on a new roof. Original estimate was replace 11 boards, then pre-inspectors said needed less, lowered prices. Well... after the job, I can see boards right when I enter the attic that should have been replaced. Likewise, before the work both sales guy and pre-installation inspectors said they would sister a problem but then they didn't. Got 3 different stories as to why they didn't. Also the chimney Cricket that they sold me on wasn't put up, just flashing, because they said they couldn't and then I got a call saying they would come back and put it on but they didn't when I cancelled other projects.

This company presents well but they are highly disorganized. When you actually use them you never speak to the same project manager more than once and I honestly cannot recommend this company over others in the area. All they do is just inflate prices without understanding the local market.

They also tried to tell me I needed new siding while the roof was still being put on, implying that not only if I didn't go with them, the warranty couldn't be fully honored but also directly told no one else can install vinyl siding the right way.

Oh and their own reps don't even know that the labor warranty is not transferable.

Extremely overpriced, and forget that lifetime warranty covering anything! We had our entire house re-sided. It was a small fortune. DO NOT fall for their "deals." They will throw tons of them at you. The work itself isn't worth the price tag! I would gladly give them 0 stars! DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOUSE!!! I wouldn't even bother listening to their sales pitch!

Add in they bent the flashing from roof to gutter which allowed water to get into our house and they claim they are not responsible.

This company has my complete trust.
They are honest and transparent, quick and reassuring. I always knew what was going on from the time they knocked on my door to the time they finished the job. Our roof is one of the best investments we made on our home.

Form day one, every member of power home remodeling were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and explain the process step by step. The day of the installation, every one was very professional and keep everything really clean. Great experience. Power home remodeling is the way to go.

Very disappointed! Install was awful! The caulk in places is not sealed, there is a draft that comes in under my patio door, the installer used my hot tub cover as a table and got caulk on it in several places which I cannot remove. The screws that hold the fixed door in place were not installed, the screws that hold the screen door frame to the house were not installed properly and the frame would pull from the framing when the screen door is locked. I specifically requested pet screening in the screen door, they showed up with regular screening, I was told they'd put a note in and have someone come back out. Everytime they've been out (which has been 3 times) I ask them to do the pet screening and they never have it on the truck. I even mentioned the screening to customer service when I made the 3rd appointment. The first door had bubbles and scratches in the glass, a second door needed to be ordered. The second door arrived out of the packaging and on the back of a pickup truck. The second door had scratches and black marks in several places of the vinyl. They had to send another guy out AGAIN for a 3rd to take care of that. When he came out he used acetone and sand paper to "fix" the issues. He used my wood Pottery Barn table as a work station, which we all know wood and acetone do not mix very well. I had to ask him not to use my table. I still have not had my screen door repaired. I still feel like the door is improperly installed.

Initially hired to inspect some sliding glass doors but they explained what was causing my concerns and went above and beyond to address them. Ended up getting all my exterior trim and gutters replaced and everything looks great!

I will update this review upon completion of the work, but we were scheduled (more than a month ago) to have them come out to our house for a new door. The DAY before the installation I get a call stating that the door was not on the truck and they will need to reschedule. I'm sorry, but if you do all your work with this manufacture, don't you think they should let you know a product isn't on the truck? A whole day of income lost for nothing with another day off needed for whenever they actually get the door. If they had let us know even a few days before that the door wasn't on the truck, fine, but the day before? Nothing we can do because the delay is the "manufacture's" fault.

From the first person who came to our door asking if we wanted a free estimate, to the quality manager coming out after installation, Power has been wonderful! Great communication, installation, and customer service. We love our new windows.

Their customer service is pretty terrible. The guy who sold the company was great and professional, everyone else has been a mess. They broke 2 shutters on our house and have yet to replace them. Called 5x and can never seem to talk to a supervisor, always saying they will call back and never do. There were nails and trash left everywhere, one ended up in our tire and blew the tire as well. For how much they praised their customer service before completion, I am not impressed at all. Go somewhere else, do not get service from them

Very professional! They came through my neighborhood and offered a free quote for my roof. Appointment was easy and thorough. They offer a great product and warranty, which I sorely needed. I would highly reccomend going with this company for all your home improvement needs!

I have been overall impressed with the presentation of all of the products that have been shown to me. The demonstrations have been displaying the knowledge and benefits of using powers products for my home. Every project has been completed in a timely and efficient manner. All of the staff has been friendly professional and has taken good care of my property each time. The communication was great throughout the project any changes that took place I was notified. My house has all of power’s from the roof to the siding the soffit the facia the gutters windows and now doors. I am extremely pleased with the results of all of the workmanship and would highly recommend them to others!!

The sales people rang my doorbell. They were very friendly and offered a free estimate for window replacement. I already knew I wanted to replay windows eventually, so I agreed to get the free quote. The sales person came at the arranged time and was very friendly and thorough. I got a few different quotes to see what would fit my budget best. All other appointments and install happened on time. I liked the no money down. It made me feel comfortable that I wouldn’t have to pay until the work was done.

Power home was great from start to finish. The first rep that came out to us educated us on all things gutters and siding. We feel like better informed home owners. The whole process was easy and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Our house looks so much better and it is better protected too!

We just got our windows replaced by power home remodeling. We wanted to get them done as they were 30 yrs old and our window frames didn't need to be replaced yet but it was only a matter of time that if we waited it would have cost us a lot more money. I would highly recommend this company as we love the new windows

I am so dissatisfied with this company I am extremely upset my warranty installation for the incorrect kitchen window size that was initially ordered and then tried to Jimmy rig it to install it also to the slider door was delivered with a warped door so it does not close properly it was installed crooked it was also installed too far outside the opening so now my flooring does not meet the door I was told to keep the door shut the sun would heat the door and it would close right well that didn't happen now I've been waiting probably since June or July for the replacement door slider door so which they're supposed to come and replace and I've had to reschedule the insulation warranty repair four times now I was supposed to have an install for this Wednesday the 21st and now come to find out the local office that handles the Perkasie Pennsylvania area cannot do it this time and they have to schedule it out to November not happening I will bring you to small claims court if I have to I will call Green skies from which the windows are financed explain to them to issue to stop all payments until everything has done been done completely. I keep being told that I will get a phone call back I never get a phone call back they tell me they called to reschedule they don't call to reschedule they take it upon themselves to reschedule the date doesn't happen that way we had an install for last month they never called to say they canceled my husband took off from work so a whole day was wasted very dissatisfied will not recommend this company ever again and I would like somebody to call me back from the head off

Just had my living room window and patio door replaced and installed by power Home remodeling. The process from start to finish was awesome. Very professional on all levels. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting new windows.

I had a friendly, easy, and worry free experience with Power Home Remodeling. From the first time I spoke to them, to the post installation inspection I was treated great. Everything is explained with care a detail and the installation was fast.

We hired Power to install a new roof after being impressed by their communication and innovative ventilation technology. They work fast! We had a new roof within 10 days of the initial estimate.
Be aware - your initial estimate is not just an inspection, but a sales pitch with discounts offered for signing up on that day. You'll also continue to get pitched on the day of the installment if there is more work than needs done on your house. The sales person and quality assurance representative were VERY knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to want to help. They do subcontract out to crews, but they train and certify the leaders of those crews and seem to be constantly evaluating their work. There was an issue with the flashing that we noticed and they will be sending someone back to fix it before we have to pay.

Power Home Remodeling was an overall great and easy process. Very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. Very satisfied with the quality of the product and the people working for this company. Highly recommended for any repairs to your home!

From start to finish the experience the experience has been extremely stressful. We have had windows windows installed and we are planning on having new sighting installed in the very near future. The sales professionals were extremely polite and friendly. They took their time to is time to show and demonstrate the quality of the products. We were impressed by the no money down policy plus the flexible financing options will financing options. The Timing of the job could have been a little better we did have a few Reschedule appointments, Other than that this process has really been amazing we're very excited about the look of our new home

We originally had power out for an estimate on our roofing and windows. We met with their sales person who demonstrated the windows extremely well. He was very thorough and informative we felt like the company altogether has set up very professional expectations and follow through with the finished result very well. We love our new windows they are very quiet they look great and super energy efficient. We would be happy to recommend them in the future and also consider reusing them at some point in time.

Power knock on my door and I was interested in getting an estimate on the windows in My Home. I met a sales person who is extremely professional and respectful. He demonstrated a high-quality products and also how energy efficient that they were. I’m really looking forward to saving money on my energy cost. Would also help me is the fact that they were using Pella brand windows which I was familiar with especially the quality. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the results of my project everybody has been very respectful and thorough. I’m happy to give power a five star review

From scheduling to inspection to installation, they keep you well informed and they continually check in to make sure you are completely comfortable. I would highly recommend doing business with this amazing company.

We recently had our hime windows replaced with Power Home Replacement and loved the experience. From scheduling the initial inspection, to the product demonstration, and the Installation, all went smooth. Their employees were on time and on task and very professional. We highly recommend Power Home Remodeling.

We had half our windows installed and a quality person came out to check them... turns out that is so called quality guy was just a sales man getting us to buy the rest of our windows. After we got the second set installed, Power made NO CONTACT. There have been multiple issues with these windows in quality, for example they plugged all the holes for the drains in the windows. When we asked for a real quality person to come out they blew off that appointment without any notice. I will never use this company again and I would suggest you don't either.

I just had my soffit, fascia, and gutters replaced by Power Home Remodeling. My gutters were way too small and would pour over. I'm really looking forward to having bigger gutters. Work looks great. Power exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend.

Had my rotten siding from 1982 replaced by Power Home Remodeling. They covered everything from start to finish. Excellent product and people. Had no issued with anything. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Siding project done by Power Home Remodeling, great sales people and siding crew. have been easy to work with gave us good explanations of products kept in close contact with us with all the weather changes. Product met expectations and other than mother nature everything has gone according to plan.

Just finished having the windows and front door replaced . This is the second house we have had done by Power. We have found their products to be very good and the quality of installation second to none. The lifetime warranty is a plus as we are retired and trying to get the house in shape for a little to no maintenance place.

A very nice salesman came knocking as they were working on a neighbors house and we just happened to need roofing, gutter, and window service so we scheduled a free estimate. 6PM the next day. "Please make sure you are there because it reflects poorly on me if you aren't" he said. He made sure also that I was very clear about when they would call to confirm the apoointment for the free estimate. And then left me a card with the date and time.

They did indeed call the next day to confirm for 6pm, just like he said. "Make sure your wife is there too" because obviously they want to sell both of us at the same time. "And make sure you have time to give the estimator so he can measure and ask questions". OK I got it.

My wife and I have 3 small children and re-arrange our schedules and order dinner so we don't have to cook and can give the estimator our full attention.

6PM comes, nobody shows up. 6:30pm. 7pm. Nothing. No phone call, no explanation. Maybe I should have given THEM the lecture about how important it was to keep the appointment.

I run a business also and if I didn't show up for an appointment without calling or trying to reschedule I would never expect someone to work with us.

They call the next day at 9:30am, not to apologize or explain the no-show, but to reschedule. "What happened yesterday?" I asked. "Oh sometimes our estimators inthe evenings are running around and can't make it", he said, "So when can we reschedule?".

Hard pass.

From start to finish, completely pleased with every aspect of hiring the company. Phone calls, meetings, inspections, installation, all great. Everybody I spoke to was friendly, professional, straight-forward. Nobody I spoke with was awkward or pushy or deceptive. Installation crew was friendly, clean, and professional. Great product, great customer service. Save hundreds doing diy window replacement, but hiring a company like Power Home is worth it. Treat you fairly, install properly, and have high quality materials in your house.

Every point of contact I've had with power home remodeling has been positive. We chose to redo all of our windows (9) and our sliding door all at once. The customer service has been exceptional and the quality of the product is instantly noticable. Every part of their team has been so nice, which goes to show customer service goes a long way. Would recommend to a friend.

They come on time , polite , cleaned the place vgood. It was thoroughly explained to us step by step on roofing process. This was an excellent process all the way and we would highly recommend their services!

We are just so happy with our whole experience with power home remodeling! Matt gave us a very informative presentation on power and the pella windows they use. We were sold with the heat lamp display. The workers that came were so punctual and wonderful with our kids! They were meticulous to detail and the windows turned out beautifully!

The whole process from start to finish has been a great experience. We just had some windows replaced along with our gutters and they are amazing. We are going to get the rest of our windows done next!

Everything was great at the beginning sales person promised me to come back after the window installation but never came back in my window now is creating mold water and you can feel the cold coming through very bad job on this one and they take so long to come and fix it very bad experience as far as the service

Initial meeting with sales person was highly informative, we learned everything we needed to know about their products and services. Inspection was done the same day, issues were highlighted to us. All planning was handled well, phone calls and texts fine for scheduling. Installation was done in one day, supplies were delivered ahead of project and left enough out of the way for us to park in our driveway. Overall a great, professional experience. Warranty is thorough and offers great piece of mind.

At first it was great! They showed us how our roof was leaking internally etc. They got the deal from us in august we have a 40,000 dollar loan and there is a leak in our roof!!! They came out once and said oh it is your window. Obviously it wasn’t! I unfortunately wasn’t home because I have to work and so they caulked my window from the outside. A month or two later, it rained and the leak was still there! I sent them an email again asking them to come out that they had not fixed it and they sent me an email a month or two after, telling me someone would be out. Well I am glad I did not hold my breath because I am still waiting. He said they help vets blah blah blah. I am a vet and where is the help? They are almost as bad as the VA is to medical. Now I have a $40k loan and a leaky roof! I tried submitting a complaint through the BBB and supposedly their website is not working when I try to make a complaint against them through the BBB. I would stop paying my loan however they have their money. I just owe the financing company now also left nails everywhere on the outside and I can see them in my ceiling

Update: they came back to fix the leak two weeks after my post but only after hounding them. I have not seen a leak since. I hope I don’t have an internal leak I cannot see due to insulation or something weird like that.

They were great and kept us up to date when the install date had to be pushed back. The install went smoothly and quickly as well. The initial contact at home really allowed us to see the quality of windows we would be getting.
