Had my roof replaced with Alpaca, under care of Alfonso and Ricardo. Fully satisfied with the professionalism, workmanship, and punctual communication. I had 5-6 bids from various local companies, Alpaca was most professional, detailed, and competitively priced, and got me scheduled right away.

Guillermo came out to look at my roof. Assured me I needed no work done. It was perfectly fine. I am grateful that he was honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.. thankful that I called them . I suggest you give them a call for a honest company. Thank you!!!

I couldn’t have been more impressed by the Alpaca team. We needed a full roof replacement on a short turnaround for our house closing and also needed to navigate a warranty claim for defective existing shingles and they were probably the most responsive service provider I’ve ever worked with. I needed to replace my roof quickly before painting my house. I called Alpaca Roofing and Guillermo was out within an hour to start a quote. He’s not a pushy salesman, just a down to earth real guy. He gave me an honest quote and even advised me on some ways to save money on my home owners insurance. Alpaca was back out in no time to do the roof and had it done in just 2 days. I was impressed because this was a challenging job, an old Victorian house with a steep roof and a detached garage. Guillermo was easy to communicate with through the whole process and always responded very quickly. He even got some photos of my house with the shingles removed, that was really cool to get to see.
All said and done my roof looks great and I couldn’t be happier. I hope I don’t need another roof anytime soon, but if I do I’ll call these guys.

Alpaca Roofing installed a fabulous new roof on my home. The partners are professional, and went beyond installing a new roof, by helping me navigate throughout the entire process from the beginning. We started working with Alpaca thru our Realtor. Guillermo came out to do a second inspection of the roof of the home we were planning to purchase and provided his professional opinion. When we sold ours and the inspection came back with a potential roof item, he took the time to thoroughly explain to me why he wouldn't recommend addressing what the inspector wrote down. He could've easily just given us a quote to get it fixed rather than explaining why he wouldn't do it. Guillermo is very honest, responsive and very patient when it comes to explaining things. For any future roofing needs we need we will definitely be reaching out to him!

Guillermo and his team were great to work with! I needed chimney cap installed and Guillermo took care of the issue super quickly. They even fixed a couple shingles that had cracked, completely complimentary.

Alpaca roofing did a great job replacing our roof — from the initial scoping, selection of shingles, and scheduling, to the execution of the job. They had a large crew that knocked out our new roof in one day, with Alfonso present the whole time to oversee the work. They even worked with us to install some vent hoods we needed for our bathrooms and followed up after a couple days to make sure there were no issues. From start to finish, they were professional and high quality. We received two other quotes and Alpaca was the best deal for the quality of shingles and warranty received. Although a newer company, they were very easy to work with, and I’m very glad we went with them.

I just wanted to post a review to share my amazing experience with Alpaca Roofing, specifically Guillermo. Not only am I impressed with the level of education (PhD), but with how he earned my trust. This is sadly a business where there is not a lot of that. They can easily tell the every day homeowner they need tens of thousands of $ of work and we’re at their mercy. I had concerns about needing a new roof, as well as structural issues in the crawl space. He checked everything out, including go through the entire teeny crawlspace, and let me know everything was fine. There was a small issue with a vent in my roof, which would be like, a $500 fix, but his suggestion was to just leave it, it wasn’t causing any issues, critters couldn’t get in, it was merely cosmetic and unseen unless you’re on the roof or footing a drone over it.
I have repeatedly been screwed over by contractors, landscapers, etc, and it was SO refreshing to find a company with integrity and high standards for honestly, work ethic, and customer satisfaction. Communication was quick, clear, and respectful. Look no further, I definitely won’t!

They did a wonderful job reroofing the skylights, which were leaking, and adding an attic vent. Super pro, showed up on time, did good work -- highly recommend!

Alpaca Roofing services went above and beyond expectations. They were very kind and friendly to us and along with replacing our roof they replaced all of our gutters. They also repainted the two sides of the house that were damaged the most. When the work was done the company got us a yeti thermos with a kind handwritten note inside.
