Al and his team remodeled our basement. Added bathroom, bedroom, and laundry room. Excellent work. Very detailed. Al was always onsite checking to make sure things were going smoothly. You can tell he wanted to do a good job and make us happy. Enjoyed working with him. Will definitely call him for our next project. Highly recommend!

Al is phenomenal to deal with. He is responsive, friendly and has great integrity. My wife and I had a shower issue in our new home. And unscrupulous people were quoting terrifying prices to fix it. And I remembered Al from a previous job. He came and discovered the real problem for a fraction of the cost. I couldn't recommend 1,2,3 done more.

We had considered renovating our home for the last 5 years, but never moved forward with it as all of the contractors we met with were not a fit. A neighbor referred Al and once we met him, it all clicked. He is great to work with and will manage your project & home as if it is his home. He is incredibly communicative, has a fantastic team of subs and is easy to work with.

We renovated the main level (took walls down, rerouted plumbing & HVAC, replaced/updated a fireplace), added a bathroom to the basement and installed HVAC for the upstairs (plus more). There was always someone working and we were able to move back in after 9 weeks! There were still a few little things to finish up after returning home, and they were handled quickly. To say I'm in LOVE with my house is an understatement.

I definitely do not want to do a reno again, but if I did, I would call Al without hesitation. Truly, a great experience.

Al is amazing! Trustworthy, reliable, honest and hardworking. He remodeled our kitchen and basement. We are very pleased with the outcome. He was available every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend him more!

I cannot say enough good things about Al. He remodeled our entire first floor (kitchen, dining, living room, office and powder room) about 8 years ago and did a phenomenal job. We get compliments on our kitchen and fireplace design to this day. We still love it and the construction is solid.
We recently asked him to remodel our 2 upstairs bathrooms and pull the carpet from our stairs and put down hardwood. Everything looks phenomenal and was completed on time.
We have referred countless family members, coworkers and friends to Al and I see a lot of familiar names on this review list who have worked with him and highly recommend him.
Not only is the quality and timing fantastic but one of my favorite things about working with Al is the communication. He either contacts us daily via phone or stops by to check on the progress. He is always on top of the status and keeps us updated on next steps.
He also works with incredible subcontractors. Their attention to detail and passion to do exceptional work is unmatched.
I cannot recommend Al more we will continue to go to him for any additional home projects we have.

Five stars - plus, plus, plus! I have worked with Al at 1, 2, 3 Done Construction for several years. He has remodeled my primary suite bath, laundry room, family room, and most recently a main floor study. I trust Al implicitly, he is highly professional, detail oriented and truly cares about his clients and the quality of work with each project. One of the things I have grown to appreciate about Al the most is that he does not start a project until everything has arrived onsite (washer/dryer, cabinets, light fixtures, bathtub, etc.). This thoughtful approach has undoubtedly saved me many days with unusable rooms in my home. I highly recommend 1, 2, 3 Done Construction, I would not consider a remodeling project with anyone else!

Al and his team did a major remodel of our house in 2023–gutted the kitchen, primary bathroom, raised a sunken family room, and redid the hardwood floors on the first level. I would recommend Al to anyone and everyone. He is honest, punctual, kind, and excellent at what he does. He cares deeply about making sure everything is done right. He runs a tight ship with his subcontractors so things get done on time. He and his team were truly a joy to work with and the finished product exceeded our expectations.

I’ve known Ali with 1,2,3 Done Construction for a long time and had several projects over the years. I quickly learnt that Ali is knowledgeable, knows what he is doing and what customer is expected of him. His communication skills are superb. I cannot say enough positive things about Al. We redid our kitchen and most of main floor- knocked down walls, raised the floor, and ran into a lot of unexpected issues in our older home behind the walls that we were unaware of. Al was nothing short of fantastic. His communication daily telling us when what was happening and who would be at the house and when helped make a chaotic time less stressful. Every sub contractor he sent was great, and it was clear he was well respected by all who worked for/with him. We have used Al since for other issues - basement leak and bathroom leak and everytime Al comes over we know everything will be ok. My kids call him "Super Al." We will be using Al for any and all projects going forward.

We loved working with Al and his team on our major home Reno. We knocked down walls, redid the kitchen, bar and flooring. He also custom built lofts over our kiddos’ closets, which they love! His subcontractors were all great and Al goes above and beyond, even if you call late at night with an issue. He with two friends before and after our Reno and we all loved him!

We had our bathroom renewed by 1,2,3 Done recently and we are super happy about the result. Also The manager was quite professional in giving us ideas and advise to get beyond our expectation. Everything was done timely and accurately. My family and I have been working with Al for about 4 years. I met Al from our neighbor, who spoke very highly of him and his work. When it came time to renovate our home I knew exactly who I was going to call. From the moment I spoke with Al on the phone, I knew that this experience was going to be different than when we hired contractors in the past. He was honest and quick to come up with a FAIR quote. We have worked with quite a few people in the past who would upcharge just based on the location of our home, but that is not Al. He knows what things should cost and I can honestly say that he has never gone over what he has quoted us. We have heard horror stories of people that have gone double sometimes triple over their original budget and that has never been our experience with 1, 2, 3 Done. Once we started the work, Al frequently checked in with us and was at our house on most days keeping an eye on things. If something wasn’t done to his satisfaction he made sure that it was fixed and done the right way. I can not recommend Al and his team enough. They will be the only company that we use for any future renovation projects. We have been incredibly happy with all that Al has done for us. He is not only amazing at his job, but he is a wonderful person and treats my family as if we are his own.
