We remodeled our windows with Power house. There was great communication throughout the whole process. On installation day the crew came on time and finished in a timely matter. Our new windows look great. We will be referring this company to our neighbors and friends.

It was all a good experience. From Marc Franco to Colby Cobb presenting their products. Currently purchased the gutters for our home. The install was easy and the contracts were on time, fast and knowledgeable. All our concerns and questions were answered.

They were very professional and courteous. On time for every appointment and had a service called PowerPlay that let us check in and see progress on our custom windows were and track all the contracts and paperwork. It’s just like the Pizza Hut delivery tracker.

Cody Vann was our remodeling consultant who did an excellent job going through the options and demonstrating the Pella window benefits for energy saving.

Melissa Givens walked through the project prep and scheduled the installation. She did a great job explaining what we needed to do prior to the installers coming (take down window treatments, etc). She texted me some pictures from other jobs so we had an even better idea of what patio door would look like. She even found a small change that reduced the overall project budget.

They kept the original date and the windows and patio slider were installed on-time.

The installers Santiago and Manuel were very courteous and covered everything on the inside and out. After completing the project they cleaned up very well.

The most impressive thing is they have a QA person, Mario Suarez. who came several hours after the installation to inspect the work and ensure we were completely satisfied.

They’ve changed the game for contractors.

Fidel was prompt on the day of install, and his team was well-choreographed. The whole install took less than expected. Steven followed up right on time for the Quality Assurance Inspection that afternoon, and really, we couldn't be more impressed and grateful for such a smooth install and process.
