What a great contractor, our roof and gutters needed replacing and we hired pro exterior llc to do the work after meeting with project manager Caesar. Caesar is phenomenal, he not only made himself available to answer our questions but also followed up and inspected the work himself to ensure that the work is done properly.

When we had a concern, Pro exteriors was available to address our concerns in a timely manner even after the work was complete. We highly recommend those contractor.

This was my 3rd roof and Pro Exteriors did the best job. Reilly managed the project which also included gutters, damaged house trim, fence stain and window screens. He made sure it was all taken care of. But the most important thing to me was he keep me informed the entire time. 5 Stars !

Initially, my insurance company only wanted to partially cover the cost of the siding repair. However, with the help of Anthony and Chandler from Pro Exteriors who worked diligently on my behalf were able to secure full coverage for the claim. Once they took on my project, they handled all communication with the insurance company, which was a huge relief. I appreciate that they also provided updates in a timely manner.

After a recent hail storm, Peter our project manager, came out to meet with us and our insurance adjuster. They determined the extent of the damage and very shortly afterwards the work began. We were impressed to find that Peter was on site throughout the entire process including the cleanup, which was fantastic. Both Tyler and Chandler were great. Took time to explain process, product and timeline. As bad as hail storm was I expected very long delays but it went very quickly. Their team also assisted with communicating with insurance and gutter installers taking many headaches off my plate. Got upgrade to my roof tiles for free that should lower my home insurance too. Very happy with Pro-Exteriors, the high quality of roofing materials and will use again if ever required.

After a huge hail storm I saw the trucks for Pro Exteriors in my neighborhood. Initially, I spoke with their walk around sales person, then I got to chat with Tyler Weyer who helped walk me through the entire process of getting insurance involved and getting my roof and gutters replaced. Tyler was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful when I had questions. Things in life are rarely perfect, but when people respond to issues like Tyler and Pro Exteriors they give me all the confidence I need to say I'd happily work with them again.

Did a reroof following a hailstorm in July. Like any job/home repair with so many moving parts it wasn’t without a few hiccups but I was always able to quickly reach someone who took care of any issues without delay. They were readily available and done with work in a timely manner and always followed up to make sure that it was done to satisfaction. Roof looks beautiful now. I would definitely work with Pro Exteriors again and would recommend them to others as well.

The project started of a bit shaky. Working through the difficulties the job was completed to satisfaction. Tyler and Cesar came through at the end of the day and did everything they said they were going to do.

Cameron was the best! He was punctual, informative, diligent and went the extra mile to be clear and make sure we knew how to deal with our claim and get our repairs done. Many people say that roofers can be unreliable. Pro Exteriors was the opposite. Their installation and clean up was outstanding and they also dealt with my insurance company which turned out to be extremely valuable. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

The last thing you want is to deal with roof issues. We had serious damage after the ‘23 hail storms. All I can say is wow! These guys arrived at 7am and had everything done by 4:30. The crew were very respectful of my property, cleaned up well and overall was just an amazing experience…not to mention the roof looks great! Chandelier and Gil were outstanding, I was extremely pleased with the customer service and professionalism.
