We had a great experience from start to finish. A sales rep came by Monday, that evening Kevin came to tell us about the company and the work was completed by Thursday. thank you so much

This company sent a young man to estimate the price of installing 4 basement windows . First he inspected them, then measure, and gave me an estimate. He told me the system would not allow him to adjust the price under a certain amount. After haggling over some details, I paid in full the amount aggreed upon with a friend's help. Balance paid in full. He took down 2 people's bank routing numbers, and account numbers. I was not happy with this but needed to get only 4 windows done. Everything new. I stressed the importance of having all old frames ,windows ripped out. They were leaking, broken, cracked. The next day another rep comes to re measure the windows in basement again. Then tells me unfortunately, the first rep made an error in calculating the price of the new windows. He told me I needed to pay an additional $1525.00 to have the new frames done. I contacted numerous people in their customer service. I got the same answer. Our man made an error. But the system won't allow us to write off the error. Their attitude is calloused, unwilling to do whatever it takes to please a customer. I was firm. I told them im paid in full. Im not paying a penney more . I cancel the job. Got a full refund. Beware of their bait and switch tactics. Now I do not fault the young man who goofed in calculating the price of the job. He's human. He apologized. But still said they could not override the built in system of pricing. I told them all they were bad business practices, and poor, indifferent view of how to treat a customer. They are evil. Greedy. Fraudulent people.

Less than 3 years and roof installed leaks and caused damage to the interior of my home and the warranty seems like bs. How is it not urgent that someone can come fix leak. I had a roof over 16 years old prior that wasn’t leaking now this new roof with”superior material” is leaking and the next available appointment is October. How is this right? I’m still paying for this roof installation, I regret having Power do anything at my home. So disappointed.

RUN! DO NOT GET GUTTERS FROM POWER HOME. They do not come with gutter guards and you will be told you “don’t need them.” Yes, you do. All the leaves and debris that Power gutters takes in caused a huge flood in my basement because of the back flow of water after summer storms. In less than a year I have incurred of $1,200 worth of repairs due to the $3,000 gutters Power Home sold me. When I called to report this Power took NO responsibility. They said it was 1) my fault because I should have the gutters cleaned (which I do!), 2) my fault because it was the French drain (which I don’t event have) that’s caused the flooding, and 3) because it was only the first time I reported being unsatisfied with the gutters I was not entitled to a refund or any remediation funds. How does that make any sense?! My house was built in 1949. Within 11 months there’s a flood in my basement, and that’s a coincidence? It has nothing to do with the new gutters? I submitted all the photos and videos of damage along with the receipts for repairing the damage. Instead of taking accountability for their own product, Power told me to install my own gutter guards out of pocket BUT doing that would void the warranty. So in summary, POWER SOLD ME A PRODUCT THAT DOESN’T WORK AND DAMAGED MY HOME THEN TOLD ME TO VOLUNTARILY VOID MY WARRANTY AND SPEND MORE MONEY OUT OF POCKET TO FIX IT. And they will not even credit me the $900 it will cost me to install gutter guards after I paid over $40,000 for the roof, siding, insulation, full re-decking, and gutters. And before any of the con artists from Power respond to this review asking me to call them, I already have. I called on 6/10/2025 (for the initial report), then on 7/2/2025, then again on 7/21/2025. I am STILL waiting for the escalation team to call me back. I wish I could give Power Home 0 stars. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THAT DOES DOOR TO DOOR SOLICITATION AND USES PREDATORY SALES PRACTICES. Biggest regret of my life.

This is my first experience with Power Home Remodeling and I found everyone I spoke or met with were professional and communicated the product and services effectively. Once the process began, I could find everything I needed on the company app as well as phone calls updating me. The actual work, new gutters and trim, was also the same level of professionalism and quality.

All aspects of the job were excellent. The salesman, the install tech and the inspector all have all the information I needed and then some. Installation was beautiful and the area policed very nicely.

I had an excellent experience with Power Windows from start to finish! The windows are fantastic—high quality and exactly what I wanted. The entire team was professional, keeping me informed with clear next steps throughout the process. The installers were friendly, meticulous, and went above and beyond, leaving the workspace spotless. I’m already planning to call Power Windows again for a doorway project. Highly recommend their exceptional service!

We had 18 windows, a front door, and a sliding door installed on our home. We were extremely satisfied with everything they did. The crew was here on schedule and they were super-friendly and knowledgeable. They pointed out a couple of things that we should be in the lookout for as potential problems (like unsealed siding) without trying to sell us on anything. The crew was incredible clean and did the whole job in under 8 hours. Finally, the windows and doors look fantastic - a huge upgrade over our 40+ year old windows.

Not even a customer and this company hands down has the most unprofessional customer service and predatorial tactics in the year 2025. Will never use or recommend this company. A simple google search would have helped me from even affording them the opportunity to come on my property for a free estimate. DO NOT ENGAGE!

I am pleasantly surprised. The work was reviewed and confirmed both via App and on the phone. The day prior to the work, again I got a confirmation call. The team arrived 30 minutes a head of the schedule. They were friendly, relaxed and loved my dog. Most importantly they were clean. The team tarped and covered every inch of floor that might get dirty. The work got started and I noticed that the work was being monitored to make sure it was done accurately. Most importantly, my windows were made in the USA. Obtaining a home improvement loan was seamlessly woven into the process. I can monitor progress for future work on the App. I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling.

Very organized, sales team was honest and informative, price was great, and they turned around the work in less than a week. We had gutters, trim, and soffit replaced with only two days of actual construction. Cleaned up thoroughly when done, and the finished product looks great!

Great experience getting our windows redone with Power. Evan was great quoting us and noticing we could get our bay window done as separate windows to save money. Blake did a great job double checking measurements and getting everything ordered. Finally, Chong and his crew were incredible at installation -- efficient, precise, clean, all around awesome. And the windows themselves are awesome -- our house is quieter and better sealed!

I do not appreciate companies that ignore clearly posted signs. Despite having a "No Solicitors" sign on my door, a representative from this window company still knocked, trying to sell me their services. This shows a lack of respect for personal boundaries and neighborhood etiquette. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine what their service would be like. I would not consider doing business with a company that disregards clear requests for privacy.

Jul 7, 2025

Why would I want to hire a company that can’t read. There are no soliciting signs scattered throughout my entire neighborhood including my house yet. They were still ignored. I also did not like the fact that he leaned against my door and put his ear to it to see if there was any movement inside the house. One of these reps was also extremely aggressive with one of my neighbors. I don’t understand why you have to go out looking for work. Clearly, the quality of your work must not be any good because if it was, you wouldn’t have to to go out door-to-door

Jul 2, 2025

Salesman knocked on our door. Tried to say are windows were bad because of a "piece of wood" he saw in the window. That "piece of wood" was a decorative piece and had nothing to do with the window. He then proceeded to say our siding looked good. This same company tried to tell us our siding needed to be replaced a couple years back. Make sure you get a second opinion before they sell you a service.

As discussed in other reviews, the sales pitch was Hyper-Aggressive.
He was in our home until about 10pm.
Sad to say, it worked. He wore us down, and we now have new gutters and blown in insulation.... at twice the going rate.
We'll be paying this off for a long time.

Installers were average, messy, though they picked up the big stuff. We were cleaning up sheet-metal and nails for months.

The follow on service is Non-existent.
Several requests for gutter guards and help with high humidity issues have been ignored.
YEP, literally hung up on me.

WARRANTY SERVICE IS AN UPHILL BATTLE!

I was super impressed with the service I received from Power Home Remodeling with my recent window and patio door install. The company reps were knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to walk me through all of my options without being pushy.

The installation process was smooth and surprisingly fast. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and had everything installed and cleaned up within a day. The quality of the work and windows are amazing.

Power Windows exceeded all of my expectations. Definitely recommend!

Power Home Remodeling has been fantastic. We had them come out to replace our gutters and were very impressed with the quality of their work. The crew that did the job kept everything clean and organized; you wouldn’t have known they had been there, which is uncommon for many companies. We were so impressed that we are now moving forward with replacing our siding. Everyone at Power Home Remodeling has been incredibly helpful throughout this process, and we couldn’t be happier. We will work with them on future home projects.

Avoid power home remodeling. All my windows had to be replace from initial install. At first once they get first set of windows installed it’s great. But once they fail and you try and have them replaced it will take 6-12 months to get them in. IF they don’t misplace the order.
I regret working with them and I hope no one else needs to go thru this.

Jun 24, 2025

The hard sell by their door salesmen is some of the worst I have ever seen.
He spent an hour telling me all the things that were wrong with the house. I quietly told him, yes, we have made a decision to do our siding and would like an estimate. He would not stop — he continued degrading our property. I finally told him, this is not a good day and can you come back with an estimate. He became upset and stormed off and said , “ I will add this to your file.”
I wonder what that means?
I wouldn’t use power if they were the last on earth!!

A solicitor from Power Home Remodeling (I believe his name was Alex) came to my house and made me extremely uncomfortable. He was incredibly pushy, to the point of pressuring me to lie and say I was the homeowner — even though I told him I wasn’t and that I live here with my mom. He also asked me to lie about who’s on the deed. The entire interaction felt creepy and aggressive. I shouldn’t be put in a position to lie or feel intimidated just because someone wants to make a sale. Really disappointed in this kind of sales tactic.

Had my roof, windows, & gutters done by them in December. The different teams came and quickly completed the work, but rather sloppily. They drive extremely long nails into the roof, narrowly missing our water pipes in the garage. The shingles and edging (whatever it’s called) all seems to be curling and just kind of crappy looking. Our gutters are crooked. And worst of all, they WILL NOT STOP calling us to try and sell us more work. It’s only been 6 MONTHS! We paid $40,000 for this work and feel we way overpaid and we are NOT happy with them. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

DO NOT USE THEM. Absolutely terrible customer service. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with Power. I had my windows and doors replaced, siding, gutters, and now my roof back in February. They assured me the ridge vents and side vents is enough to keep the attic cool. As an electrician I spent many years in residential attics I am well aware of how hot they get. They told me I would not need an attic fan or any other ventilation. Now my attic is 96 degrees and it is only 70 degrees outside. That is not normal! My AC is running constantly. When I called them they assured me they would call back the next day with a solution. I waited a week with no call. I called them and they told me there is nothing they will do to resolve this issue. The representative didn’t care at all and was actually a but rude. As expensive as they are I would highly recommend finding another company. This company will take your money and once they’ve done everything they can to your house and your bank account will not care at all about you or fixing issues THEY caused! I don’t waste time leaving reviews unless it was either really good and deserved or incredibly poor and deserved. Unfortunately this is the later. STAY AWAY FROM POWER

LET THE BUYER BEWARE !!!!! We replaced all of our windows with Power Home Remodeling in Spring 2019 at a cost of $38,500. We were told at that time that the windows were fully covered under warranty. It turns out that we received a paper warranty only for the labor. Several of the window’s seals have started failing. We called Power who said that the windows are not being made anymore and the windows cost would be $181.00 each. THAT IS JUST NOT RIGHT! I gave them one star because we thought their installers were awesome, skilled, quick, clean and polite. They lost the rest because they sold us a poor product at a premium price and did not stand behind it!

a guy knocked on my door telling me a neighbor is getting a roof estimate from them, said that my roof is as old as the neighbors 15 yo roof. sorry, it is replaced last month. then tell me my siding needs some work too. sorry, my siding was replaced last month too. i tried to help him out by agreeing to an in home windows replacement estimate. a guy came, took 30 minutes to introduce everything, then took another 10 minutes to measure 2 windows, i have 30 windows and no time for his inefficiency, then things got pretty unprofessional quickly.

My experience is based on a door-to-door interaction with Power Home Remodeling on 6/3/25 at 6:39 PM EST. I believe the employee said his name was Parker. Despite several no trespassing signs and no soliciting signs clearly posted on my property, my doorbell was rang to solicit roofing services. I take professionalism very seriously and felt that disregarding the posted signs was quite unprofessional and disrespectful. My interaction was captured by the surveillance on my property, so I will be saving it in case employees from this company continue to return to my property and I need to escalate the concern. Being that the employee rang my bell at 6:39 PM, I am concerned that this company either does not have a peddler license or simply isn't obeying the restrictions of not doing so after 5 pm and not going to homes with posted signs. I politely told this employee that I have posted signs and would appreciate if he would respect that. He attempted to continue talking and at that point I had to cut him off and tell him to have a nice day. I will not be disrespected and disturbed, especially on a property that I pay for. I also would not hire a company that is unwilling to follow directions or respect boundaries. These types of interactions earn 1-star reviews. I hope that management will speak to their employees to avoid issues like this in the future.

I had Power Home Remodeling come out and replace my trim and gutters couple years back and the first floor windows. I just had them come out a second time to finish off the basement windows for me. Great experience both times with them would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace exterior products on their home. Alex was the quality insurance manager, he was very good. Explained everything to me again and I appreciate it.

I can't comment on the services because I cancelled my estimate but beware that Power Home Remodeling will sell your personal information to the four winds once you give it to them. They're also super pushy about how they want to give you an estimate. I've never received so many spam and solicitation calls in my life since I gave them my information.

Tim Carothers
May 19, 2025

Your solicitors need to take "no" for an answer. First, don't ring my doorbell 3 times. If am not answering, take the hint. Then, when I politely tell you I am not interested, and you keep talking over me. Oof. I said "no" like 4 times. I don't care about my fake neighbor two doors down - everyone says that. Get lost. Next time I see one of your people, I will call to have them trespassed.

As I was speaking with a salesperson from Power Home Remodeling, I talked with my mother, who had already received an estimate from them. She mentioned that we had already gotten a quote, and she felt the services being offered were too expensive for what she was looking for. She mainly wanted to get the bay window in the dining room and kitchen done.

My mother was very frustrated with the salesman. She felt that anyone can just put on a shirt with a company logo and pretend to be part of the company. It made her question whether he was truly a representative of the business. This raises an important concern: how can we better show that the individual works for the company and isn’t scamming people? It’s understandable that people get upset—especially if they don’t trust door-to-door sales and find the services too expensive.

From my experience, the guy who came was friendly and not pushy, which I appreciated. But my parent felt differently—and that’s okay. Not everyone feels comfortable with salespeople, and I understand both sides.

✅ Suggestions for Improving Trust and Customer Experience:

1. Professional Identity & Trust Signals
Official badges with QR codes: Each rep could carry a photo ID with a QR code linking to their verified profile on the company’s website.

Digital check-in system: Before approaching homes, reps can “check in” through a GPS-tracked app that notifies nearby homeowners through email or text that a verified rep is in the area.

Uniform consistency: Ensure reps wear standardized, clearly branded clothing, not just a shirt with a logo. Consider branded vehicles as well.

2. Transparent Pricing Education
Pre-visit estimate guides: Give customers a transparent breakdown of what affects pricing, and what’s included (like warranties, materials, energy efficiency).

Compare value, not just cost: Show side-by-side value comparisons to cheaper alternatives and explain the long-term benefits.

3. Less Aggressive, More Digital
Opt-in appointments only: Focus more on digital outreach and booking via website, text, or social media rather than unsolicited door-to-door sales.

Neighborhood previews: Send mailers or texts saying, “We’re doing work on your neighbor’s home. Want to learn more?” That feels less invasive and builds curiosity.

4. Reputation & Comfort Building
Customer reviews and testimonials: Allow reps to pull up verified testimonials on the spot, including ones from nearby customers.

Reps with empathy training: Teach reps to listen and respect when someone isn’t interested or feels overwhelmed.

I dealt with Power home remodeling back in 2020 when I had a roof put on. It was expensive but they had to replace wood underneath the shingles and they did an excellent job. The people I dealt with from the estimate to the final job were all fantastic.
What I have a problem with is their continued attempts at contacting me either phone or their people who canvas the neighborhood occasionally.
I have politely told them I'm not interested in any other home projects but their people keep trying to arrange their free home estimate. I eventually blocked their number and noticed that they have been calling me almost every day. Why can't they understand that no means NO! You would think they would have listened the first few times.

I am not a customer and I probably won’t ever be. The salesman Dennis knocked on my door 5 minutes before I was about to leave to take my daughter to the doctor. No matter how many times I expressed to him I did not have the time to engage in a conversation about my siding at the present moment because I had to leave, he just keeping pushing and pressuring me into getting a free estimate.

I very politely told him to leave me a number so I can call after I talk to my husband, but no I had to schedule it right then and there. Next thing I know, I’m thrust on the phone with a scheduler even after once again telling him I needed to leave and truly didn’t have the time.

10/10 not a good experience. Please for the love of everything holy train your sales team better. I know this is the just schedule an estimate no matter what mentality but I have never been so mad at a door to door salesman in my life. I feel bad because Dennis was just doing his job , what I’m sure his boss told him to do and he seemed really nice but WAY WAY WAY WAY too pushy. That experience alone will be the reason why I won’t even get an estimate from Power Home Remodeling.

Contacted them three times for repairs on work they completed via call and their portal and have heard nothing. I also spoke with two people who said I would get a call back which didn't happen. Next step is a complaint. Please beware they have tons of people selling vs servicing work they were involved in prior. Turned someone away as recent as last week.

Power Home Remodeling came to us as door to door sales men so we were skeptical, but through a lengthy (free) consultation with a very knowledgable team member, we ended up feeling good about their product and their price compared to what we were seeing elsewhere. Where they really came through was in the install, showing up right on time and replacing 7 windows (including 3 that were 70+ inches wide) in just a few hours. They were polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly, the quality of the windows and the work is excellent. We need our roof done in the near future, and we’ll definitely give them another call then!

The workers are on time and extremely professional. They will leave your home cleaner than when they arrived.

We had the windows done. We have had a couple problems, not with the windows, but with the contract, we agreed to. We were given one lump sum for the upstairs and the downstairs windows, and we're told we can do them separately, as long as they were all done in the same year for 17,800. To pay, we were also told that there was zero interest for the first year and that we can pay the loan off at any time. We go to get the second set of windows put in, and they're telling us it's a completely separate loan with a completely separate interest rate. And it would actually be three thousand more, then the total we were given, the first estimate. We attempted to pay off the first set of windows and are now being told that it has to be cash or wired through a debit account that another card that was 0% interest for a year was not acceptable for paying off the loan. A 100 of the $140 payment, a month goes towards interest. Where the money comes to pay off their loan shouldn't matter. But it seems like they want to stiff you into paying the interest since you don't have the cash up front. We obviously declined having the downstairs windows done through them. We'll find another company.Just be weary of what the salesman promises you and what you sign up for.

Zane and his bodyguard Axel blatantly ignored our No Soliciting signs, entered onto our property. When asked to leave they continued to pitch. When you enter onto someone else's property you should at least be respectful when asked to leave. If it happens again we will be contacting police for a trespass order.

I found Power Home Remodeling by a guy who knocked on my door! He sent a sales rep, and I was very impressed, so I booked them. They just finished replacing my 60 + year old windows. I love thé new windows! This is a top-notch company.

I was very pleased with the hole process in dealing with Power Home. The sales person was polite and thorough, and the installers were professional and cleaned up everything upon finishing.

We used power for our trim and gutters, windows and front door, I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. It was an efficient and enjoyable process. Highly recommended to anyone.

Not the worst experience of my life, but awfully close. We started with this group over 10 years ago and I was excited about the high quality and life-time warrantee. Our install was smooth and a good experience. Our 2nd project had the wrong door and because I hadn't paid close enough attention to the change in their process, we ended up with basement door that is a security risk and a constant source of anxiety. I went through several processes to see if we could remediate the situation and was told rather summarily that "buyer beware", you signed off and that's that. Needless to say after spending 10's of thousands of dollars on windows, doors and shutters, we will do no further business with PHR.

Additionally, about one or twice a years someone stops by the house to try to sell to us again, despite having told countless others we will never buy from PHR again. Over a dozen sales people have tried since our initial purchase and each we relay the same concerns. Each one says they will address it, and none of them have. Every time I see someone talking to a PHR sales person or at a vendor booth, I want to scream, walk away and save your self the stress.

Now to the saddest part. Within 1 year we had a molding and sill rot out due to poor installation. The year after that all the back door window seals began to flake paint and were replaced. Then came the multitude of broken and failing parts that are too numerous to list. Since 2022 we have had 9 windows fail, all the door sweeps and weather stripping are dry, receding and don't keep light out, let alone the weather. All of the decorative flanges are corroded and two of our locks area fully non-functional (locks to secure our home). Two of the door knobs are so worn that we almost can't get the doors to open. I have sent multiple pictures, emails and made multiple phone calls to access our "lifetime warrantee". It has been frustrating and overwhelming at times. I even stopped calling regularly as the next new staff person didn't seem to know there was even a problem.

Today, I mustered up enough to call again...and I was old that the previous ticket had been closed and completed in full, despite multiple things on the tickets having not been completed or even addressed. The staff person I spoke with was very nice, but likely has no idea how bad this company is at making good on a warrantee that should be as seamless as their sales pitch. I am stuck with the purchase I made, but I have to say to you "buyer beware!!"

Power Home Remodeling representatives Chris, Taylor J, and Cecil came to my home and discussed window replacement. All three were great gentlemen. Our talks were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the replacement window business. I was favorably impressed by all three gentlemen, and I did sign up for Pella replacement windows, as my current windows are 30+ years old and starting to fail. I look forward to the new ones being installed. To continue about 3 weeks later, Power Home Remodeling arrived with my new Pella replacement windows. They sent subcontractors Julio, Luis and Diego from MG Construction to remove the 30 plus year old windows with the new ones, 10 in all. They completed the work in 9 hours and did a great job. The neighbors noticed and complemented how nice the Pella windows look. The 3 member team did a great job.

Editing my previous rating. Was pressured to leave an initial 5 star rating before work was completed. The work was done poorly with trash and hardware left on site. They had to come out 3 separate times to fix what should have been a "one day" job. Do not use this company!

UPDATE. I didn’t think this could get any worse. After repair work done by 5 technicians during 5 appointments (9 appointments scheduled), some of the most visible cladding still looks HORRIBLE & I’m pretty sure the worst of the original problems (regarding water infiltration) still haven’t been fixed because there are confirmed signs of water infiltration. DETAILS.
• In early 2023, I started calling Power about warranty work on the Aug 2022 cladding job. Appointment #1 wasn’t scheduled until Dec 2023, and the first appt was cancelled due to illness.
• Tech #1 was able to come out later in Dec 2023 (appt #2); he was at my house for a couple hours & did few minor repairs. He said he would return next month.
• Appt #3 with tech #1 was cancelled due to sleet/snow.
• Tech #1 returned in March 2024 (appt #4); he worked a couple hours & did minor repairs. He said he would return. He texted a pic of a problem spot in the upper right corner of my house where the cladding doesn’t wrap around the top of trim & as a result water might be getting in behind the cladding in the front of the trim (see pic). I already knew about this. When I 1st started calling Power, I relayed numerous probs that I & a neighbor (retired contractor) discovered w/ original job. This prob w/ upper right corner was 1 of 2 probs that concerned me the most, w/ the other being I was pretty sure that some rotten trim was not replaced before it was covered during initial cladding install.
• Tech #2 showed up in later March 2024 (appt #5) & indicated that tech #1 couldn’t make it because he was in training for cladding work. This begs the question: why did Power initially send an untrained tech (several times) to do cladding repair? Tech #2 seemed competent & conscientious, however. He spent an hour+ inspecting the cladding. He texted me a report that he sent to Power summarizing what he said was about 2 doz probs that needed fixed (see pics – 4 pages of text).
• Tech #2 returned in May 2024 w/ tech #3 (appt #6). They spent several hours fixing the 1st floor probs. They said they would return to fix the 2nd floor probs including the 2 probs that I was most concerned about.
• During multiple calls to Power over 5 months to schedule the follow-up appt, Power said they needed to talk to the MD office & would call back; they never did. During this time a water spot appeared in the front right ceiling of my front right bedroom (see pic) – right behind that exterior upper right cladding prob.
• In Sept 2024 I was finally able to get the follow-up appt scheduled for Dec 2024. The 1st & a 2nd Dec 2024 appts (#7 & #8) were cancelled.
• Techs # 4 & #5 showed up at the end of Dec 2024 (appt #9) & worked at most a couple hours on the 2nd story probs. They reported a little after 9 AM & around 11 AM I went to see if they wanted something hot to drink but they were gone. They replaced some of the side cladding but I know they didn’t replace the center cladding nor the rotten wood behind it, & I’m pretty sure they didn’t fix the cladding prob in the upper right corner either - the two biggest probs I have been most concerned about. And the side cladding work they did replace looks HORRIBLE. In the two pics you can see portions of the upper & lower side cladding. The upper now wraps all the way around to the brick; the lower doesn’t but is supposed to. However, look at the caulking on the upper. It looks like crap compared to the fine bead of original caulking on the original lower wood trim. And the cladding still doesn’t wrap around the bottom of the trim like it is supposed to.

(ORIGNAL POST) I had Power replace my roof and gutters, and they did a good job. HOWEVER ... They talked me into cladding the trim on the front of my house. The trim was in need of some work, so I agreed (big mistake). Power did a very poor job on the cladding. It looks really bad and I really really really wish I never had it done. The more I looked at the work after the job was completed, the more problems I found. For example, (1) (deleted) (2) (deleted) (3) (deleted) (4) (deleted)

We had great experience with power home remodeling. We had 4 windows installed and we are doing now another project with additional windows. They are all very professional and friendly. The installation was a breeze and everything was protected under plastic sheets and they cleaned well. Highly recommend the company
