Had 13 windows installed during a 2 day project. Installers were punctual and worked hard. Clean up was like they were never here. Would highly recommend this company if you are in the market for window replacements.

From start to finish with our siding and gutter replacement project, everyone we dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Work crew did a great job and asked if they had a question about my expectations *before* doing something that might be incorrect. House looks great!

This was our second project with Power. We first had our windows and front door replaced. We decided to replace our French door, and it turned out wonderful! From the color, to the frosted glass, to the black accessories. It’s amazing!

Very, very professional and personable. The windows sell for themselves and the installers are icing on the cake. I had no suspicions of their character. Throughly satsfied and WILL get the remaining windows installed!!

The did a great job and they are very focused on doing the job right, even if it means doing it twice. Plus the lifetime warranties are a really nice assurance.

Power was extremely professional, efficient, and friendly! Never pushed anything on us. We have a 3700 square foot roof, and their crew came in and knocked it out on one day! Insane work. Beautifully done, too! Very happy with Power. No money down, locked in low interest rate, and affordable monthly payments. Will was amazing at explaining the products and inspecting my windows for my quote. Billy came for a follow-up inspection to verify measurements and was so polite. Jorge and his crew were so fast and efficient at installation and cleanup. Bobby came to inspect the work and made sure I understood the best way to care for and use the windows. Everybody from the sales team, to the installers, to the team to check in a year later were fantasic!! They were all very nice and polite even with the kids interrupting non stop. If we have more projects to do in the future they will be our first call.

Absolutely excellent experience in every way. The sales representatives were knowledgeable, direct, and honest. Communication was thorough and frequent. Work was completed within promised time frames, and was executed neatly, thoroughly and professionally. The windows themselves are superior quality, and I noticed an immediate difference after installation. I would highly recommend Power.

We had 5 windows installed. The installation crew did a very good job. I do have an issue with some of the window casings (esthetics not functional), but that is already scheduled to be resolved per my recommendation. All appointments/personnel were on time and courteous. Everything was completely cleaned up (as in you couldn't tell they were here) after the installation.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They came out to complete a soffit/ trim/ gutter job. They forgot a portion of what was supposed to be completed, the work they had completed was horrible with some end pieces not even closed off, if it was closed off they just used huge amounts of caulk to cover it. I called to tell them how bad it looked the next morning, I was asked to email pictures to be called back with “I’ve never seen a job done like that. I’m sorry, we will get a new crew out to redo the job.” Schedule the install to be done Saturday July 5th to only receive a call that their truck broke down (an hour after they were scheduled to be there) and they wouldn’t be there until later that afternoon or the next day. 7:30 Saturday night I get a call that they weren’t going to be able to make it due to the truck not being fixed. Rescheduled it for Saturday July 12th, we had already taken 3 days off of work between my husband and I for this job. I just got a call that they were wanting to move the install to July 11th using the same crew with no project manager scheduled to be onsite after I was promised a new crew and a project manager onsite due to HOW BAD THEY DID THE FIRST TIME. I was met with attitude and being told they would be there tomorrow with the same crew and they would “try” to have a project manager onsite. I was originally working with a nick who made all these promises and told me everything was set up and would be fixed, to find out today none of that had been set up and he would be out for a few weeks due to a family emergency. I understand he couldn’t control an emergency, but to be lied to repeatedly then passed off to another project manager named Erica that is rude, and needs to work on her customer service skills. At least Nick was respectful when I worked with him. I will continue to spread word about how horrible this company is and not use them so no one has to go through the headache and hassle we did.

Smooth installation as scheduled. They had to come back a second day because unfortunately place lost power, but they came back the next day to finish the job. Thanks Nate, and Nate!

Needed a quote for a new roof. 2600 sq ft. By the time he was done the total was over $50,000. He tried to get me for everything he could think of. New gutters, new skylights; new wood on the roof, etc. Best part, if I commit that day, 5000 off! Oh and if I let him take a picture of my electric bill $2000 more off. So without the skylights and committing that day the total was $38334. What an absolute joke. Are people really this stupid. Next day I had an honest company (Doing It Right) come over for an estimate and I happily agreed to 18,000. He said most of the stuff power wanted to do was completely unnecessary. He looked in my attic and loved the amount of light coming in said it was great ventilation. But power said I need to expand it 6 inches. So anyway these people (or at least the one I had) are total scammers and obviously try and take advantage of customers. Especially when then see a nice house. STAY AWAY! I’m 48 and This is the first review I have ever wrote in my life. I don’t have time but this was important.

We needed a new roof, attic insulation/ventilation, trim and gutters. Everything was complete within a week, and the crews that came out to the house were professional, friendly and efficient. From the project manager, to the sales team, to the representative that came out to the house after everything was complete - quality work and we couldn’t be happier.

Great product, beautiful windows. We were very happy with everything, but the cleanup wasn’t great. We were told they would drop cloth everything and they did a great job covering outside but interior there was a ton of construction dust across the house otherwise. I would still recommend power, maybe just double check that surfaces are covered.

Power Home Roofing recently installed an excellent roof system on our home and I would like to share with you the quality of the workmanship. It always comes down to, you get what you pay for. We got EXCELLENCE from beginning to end. It all started with a friendly knock on the door, a complete attic inspection, and pictures to tell story. FREE i might add. From there we chose the roof & settled on a finance package. And now a roofing with unlimited warranties. GO FOR IT if you need a roof.

Everything was above and beyond my expectations from professionalism, timeliness and cleanliness to just having a great finished product. I will likely use them again for additional projects and encourage others to do the same.

Great communication, ease of scheduling and prompt with job completion. Would have been five stars but one aspect of our expections was not met. This was addressed and resolved in one day

Our window process was so smooth and easy we loved the service and attention. All that is just a way for them to send in the next sales guy to get an even bigger project from folks. Be AWARE before letting these guys in your house. They use serious sales tactics. We ended up finding 3 leaks in our roof shortly after the windows were done so we hired them to replace our roof, gutters, facia and soffit. While they worked on the roof someone put a cord around the chimney and the cap is now completely off. All this was done and told to the project manager by MARCH 24th! We have been nothing but kind and understanding given an injury and birth of a child for our project manager. This is now ridiculous!! Hunter has stood us up multiple times about coming and doing the work. When he finally did arrive he had the wrong side replacement cap. We were understanding, it’s an old chimney we said he could re attach the old cap but his work didn’t last through a single wind storm. It’s now June and we have water running down our chimney pooling behind it and rusting our very nice wood stove.

Excellent work by both Liam's roofing crew as well as Ricardo's soffit, fascia and gutter crew. Erica helped on the communication end. Fast work and great results.

Originally had a 5 star review, but had to update. Everything was smooth until we needed part of one of the windows replaced and were told it would be 2-3 weeks. Prior to this, they called 4-5 times at every step to confirm every little detail, almost to an annoyance. But once they got their money, the calls stopped and I had to call twice just to confirm the replacement window and get them to come put it in. Dropping to 2 stars because the windows themselves are
excellent and the install crew was great.

Brandon and Joe were very professional and amusing. They did everything we wanted for our doors. We're even having windows installed! Darren came out and checked on the crew. He was awesome!
We met with Brian and he just put us at ease.
We checked everything out when they were done and... perfection.
We can't wait for the window installation.

I had 5 windows replaced, and my front door. I got a project team arrival window of 8-10 am, they arrive shortly after 8:30a. They went to work and did a beautiful job on all the components. Work was done in about a half-day. Everything was wrapped up by 1:30 PM

The workers that are on my roof are amazing couldn’t be happier with the job that they are doing

TERRIBLE! they came to my house and spent over three hours with their hard sell circus act. trying to pressure my wife and myself into making a very expensive decision that night, trying to get me to finance the remodel for 12 years. I will never deal with companies like this.

I am so happy with my new window and doors installation! Everything was left neat and clean. The windows will be so easy to open, close, clean and keep my daughter and I safe in our new home! The doors are just beautiful. Brain showed me how to open the windows and how to clean them. He also showed me how to open the blind and lock the door. Brian is “the Man” He took his time to inspect every window and door to make sure the work was done properly. Thank you!

Great service from the initial meeting to the final walkthrough after project completion. The crew did an excellent job, arrived timely, explained the install and left the job site clean. Love the windows and the transparency throughout the process was top notch.

A lot of people complained about the lengthy estimate on here, I honestly appreciated it. The guy was thorough, went over everything with us. He also didn't just speak to my husband, he spoke to both of us. The project was scheduled quickly and was convenient for my work schedule. The roof was started and finished in the same day. The crew worked quickly but not sloppily. The roof looks beautiful and has a great warranty. It was pricey but overall we are pleased with the project.

We used Power to do our new siding! It turned out better than we expected. From the point of sale to install, everyone was very professional. The crews kept a very clean area, and Power kept communication open from start to finish.

We appreciated their ongoing updates through the Project Pulse app, professionalism, and keeping a clean work area. We are very happy with the finished product, and if Power is canvassing in your area, just know they are a legitimate company and will not steer you wrong!

There own quality control man said they dropped the ball. Was to replace window sills didn't even bring wood, was to "half wrap" sills didn't. daid they would take wood off bill didn't came out 7 times still have windows not able to open or close, Anyone wants to see poor workmanship can post and, i'll let them see first hand

May 2025 EDIT—showed up again, disregarded the no solicitation sign and lied about having a non-existent countywide permit. Police were called to escort them out of the neighborhood.

10/14/24 EDIT: Solicitor showed up again and LIED to my face about having a permit. I have a No Soliciting sign on my door and yet they interrupted my evening. Rude and unscrupulous company.

4/1/24 EDIT: keeping negative review as the solicitors were back today and AGAIN lied about having a permit.
harassed by door to door solicitors with no permit to solicit. if they can’t be bothered to get a FREE permit to solicit, why should I trust them beyond that? I told them back in November that we’re on the do not solicit list and that they needed a permit to solicit door to door. They show back up in January.
