Extremely Disappointed

I had Power Home Remodeling come to my home to replace all my windows and doors. That part of the project went great. The installation was done well and every follow up related to that was handled professionally. I was impressed and felt confident in moving forward with them for other work.

That confidence turned into complete frustration when I chose to have them install solar panels. This has been one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.

They scheduled the installation quickly, which was promising. But once the panels were installed, everything went downhill. The crew finished the job and just left. As they were leaving, they broke two roof tiles that fell to the ground and shattered. They did not say a word. I waited four days for someone to call me, only to find out they had no idea about the damage.

After finally getting the tiles repaired, the solar system stopped working just three days later. I called over ten times and waited through multiple callbacks just to get someone to come out and look at the issue. When they finally did, they said the problem was a faulty breaker. It took two more weeks for them to replace that. Then three days after the replacement, the system stopped communicating again.

I called back. They came out and said they had no clue what was wrong. They told me someone would follow up. I waited a week and a half. No one called. When I called again, I was told I would have to wait another week for someone to get back to me with a solution.

This system was installed in June. It is now August. I still do not have a working solar system. I have been dealing with issue after issue with no sense of urgency or care from their team.

Power Home Remodeling might know how to install windows and doors. But when it comes to solar, they have no business offering this service. The communication is awful, the support is nonexistent, and their follow through is disgraceful.

I regret ever signing up for solar with this company. They do not care about their customers once the job is done. I feel completely abandoned.

From start to finish, each employee was so professional. It’s a company that is reliable and stands by their lifetime warranty.

mark showed up to assist us with finding a solution to our broken French doors. it was a project me and my wife had been talking about for at least 10 years and had always felt it was out of our budget. we got a quote we were happy with at a financing rate that was competitive and gave them the go ahead .
The installation team showed up on time and worked efficiently. the attention to detail was fantastic (including clean up) and all in all I was very impressed with everything and would recommend them to anyon looking to upgrade and replace any window/ door.

Super fast install, all went well with install! First thing we noticed was how quiet the house was! Super happy, house looks great!

From the knock on our front door to the end of the chat with the supervisor we have been nothing but impressed. The business model, education and customer service showed throughout our entire install. A company that communicates and cares not only about their customers and products but their employees is a breath of fresh air. You can tell they pride themselves in their work. From our salesman to installers and inspector we have been utterly impressed. We will be working with this company in the future and plan on sharing our wonderful experience with friends and family. Thank you again for the care that you put into your customers, product and employees, it shows!

Everything was great from the initial contact thru the final installation. We are very happy and the new windows look GREAT!!!!

Chris came to my house knocked on the door made my dogs go crazy and then I asked him to leave information for me as I said I'm not available for meeting and he was rude and walked away after disturbing me… Very rude very unprofessional and had an attitude. I actually wanted to know more about the company as I am a realtor but he just walked away when I asked for him to leave information for me like a brochure ‍♂️

Crew was professional. Kept doors closed on entering & exiting so dogs wouldn't run out. Did a thorough job on installing & finishing.

The crew was very fast and they even were able to get around some obstacles that I hadn’t gotten moved before my appointment. That was very nice that they were able to work efficiently given the challenges I put before them. I would recommend them to anyone who’s looking to lower their energy bills.

Power has been the most professional and communicative company I have ever worked with, starting with Rachel who introduced me to the company at my door. When I expressed interest, she called the scheduler Justin who exhibited the same professional and courteous demeanor. Then Blake came to inspect the windows and give an estimate. He also gave a very impressive demonstration about heat transfer between different types of windows, proving our current windows were VERY inefficient letting in 87% of the heat ... the same demonstration on Power's windows let in only 1% of the heat! Blake was knowledgeable and informative, with no hint of a high-pressure salesman.

Tone was thorough and detailed in his measurements (all the windows fit perfectly).

Jaime's crew were efficient and courteous, asking questions, answering ours, and they showed an unusually high deference towards our valuable antiques, being careful to not cause damage in the house (which I appreciated!). They worked the entire time. Their confidence is well earned and the experience evident.

Paul, the quality assurance person, came to inspect the job while it was finishing up. He reminded us of the warranty, the finance payments, and more. He was personable and patient, and thanks to his expertise we decided to get another sliding glass door done - purchased the same day.

From start to finish, Power has been the kind of company that all companies should strive to be: experienced, communicative, honest, fair, and efficient ... all conducted with respect and personal interactions.

We will definitely use them on other properties.

Power has been amazing to work with, from the initial door knock - Angela, to the sales representative - Will, to the pre-installation manager Russell, to the Installation Crew (these guys were amazing, respectful, polite, and professional), and the Quality Assurance - Paul.

The whole crew has made this an outstanding experience. All services requested were made, questions answered, and concerns were addressed. The prices compared to the quality and warranty provided definitely made the value worthwhile for this investment.

Another thing I'd like to commend the team for is their ability to be on-time and keeping all scheduled appointments. They said what time they would be there, they showed up, they said what day they'd be there, and they were there.

Respectful, punctual, quality products, and quality work - what more could you ask for?

Great job to Anthony who caught me unexpectedly at the door but convinced me to get a free quote to compare to one we had done with another company as well as Tom who have us so much solid thorough information. He was willing to spend 3 hours with us showing the details of the windows and explaining the company. Then the install team was so efficient and kind and the windows themselves are beautiful and add so much beauty and efficiency to our home!

Great communication and information at every point. Everyone was friendly, kind and caring including the installers. The product looks great and immediately makes the house look better and stay cooler.

From initial contact until the project completion, Power and their crews have been courteous, professional, and explained everything thoroughly to us.

The whole process from beginning to end was smooth and easy. Any questions I had were answered. Company has great communication with any changes that comes with the project. Love the new windows.

A word to those who get approached by this company- stay away. A reputable service does not need to send salespeople to your door with scummy, high pressure sales tactics and then refuse to leave you alone when you tell them you're not interested. I told them multiple times I was no longer interested in their services (thanks to said pushy salesperson and after a 5 minute Google search showing they are wildly overpriced and predatory) yet they continued calling. I've since blocked their number, yet when I check my missed calls they're still trying to reach me several days a week.

Find a good, local renovator through word of mouth and I guarantee you'll get better service and save money. Thanks to their sleazy sales tactics, I will happily tell anyone I know looking for renovation to NOT use Power Home Remodeling.

Love our new windows and can't wait to finish the few remaining windows. Not only wee all points of contact professional in their demeanor but respectful of our home and our needs.

Very professional, workers came on time and very nice guys, windows looks beautiful, quality control person answer any questions we have , they clean up everything they did no mess in the house

My whole experience was great, everyone I interracted with were great at explaining everything and left absolutely no room for confusion. I didnt even feel like I had any questions to ask since everything was explained and demonstrated in great detail. Tom and Anthony were great at making us feel comfortable with the entire process.

The company is professional. This is the 2nd project they have done for us, and both times, they did a great job. Everyone from the knock on the door through the instalation was done very well and professionally.

Alright- I’m going to review my full experience with Power- the sales , the product, etc.

Started with a door knock the guy wanted to see if we were interested and my husband agreed to let the sales guy come and give us a price. The guy came that night and he was nice enough. Windows were something we have thought might need to be done at some point down the line, it wasn’t something I seriously had planned on before they came. The sales pitch and inspection was fine, the high pressure sales tactic, was a bit much. They start with the highest price and then try and talk you down into saving money with a today price. We did see the need for the windows but it was also something I would’ve liked time to look into. Dude was nice but also on the pushy side. He talked us into with the the today price discount, leave a review discount, and let us take pictures for marketing discount. Ok fine. We signed up.

The installation was scheduled for a few weeks later and was done yesterday. The crew was great. They had two sets of two guys who tackled the whole house in the pairs. It wad a lot of windows and they got it done in a day. The crew were efficient and cleaned up, although with glass of course you’re gonna find some after. I give them 5 stars.

That same night the quality assurance guy came. He was friendly but did the whole “I noticed you didn’t get the front doors” and also mentioned two sets of windows we didn’t have done. We didn’t do those because they told us those would be some crazy custom price and may not be worth it. He came back with another price, a lower interest rate and a lower-ish pressure sales offer to do everything. I opted for the two sets of arched windows but declined the doors.

So, we are now repeat customers.

The quality of the windows is great. I see the value of finishing those up because it would bother me to have it unfinished. They look amazing, the double hung windows have it to where you can slide both top and bottom in for washing and there is a VERY noticeable difference in temperature. I am happy I chose to do this. Windows, 5 stars.

At the end of the day, id say the Power team is efficient, a little high pressure in their sales techniques, but the quality and installation service is great. I don’t know how they really compare on price as I would’ve preferred time to really look into this and make more of an informed decision rather than the do this now for the lowest price. No thank you on doors right now but I would consider them in the future should I decide on doing them, I just won’t call them first. The 4 star review overall is for the sales pressure to do everything right now and not allowing me time to think or even check around.

Power has been awesome from start to finish with our window replacement project. Would highly recommend your friends and neighbors.

My experience with Power for my window renovation has been nothing but excellent. Very comfortable dealing with them. They are very professional at what they do and would highly recommend them to anybody.

Was solicited by a salesman at my house yesterday. I told him several times that I wasn't interested and he just kept going. I was trying to be polite to him because that's just who I am, but he was going hard trying to schedule me for an estimate. When I finally told him it was enough he started to insult me personally until I told him to eff off and closed the door on him while he persisted. The most shocking lack of professionalism I've ever seen. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY and do not give them any information if they come to your door. I will make sure everyone I know knows not to deal with them too.

2 pushy sales people just ignored the "NO SOLICITING" sign on my door and disrupted my work day. (I work from home) Despite saying "NO" several times the woman never stopped talking. She even lied starting the sales pitch saying they just finished a door and window install on my street. No such work done on this street in the past 3 months. Do yourself a favor and RUN in the opposite direction from this company. They were dishonest from the first opening sales line.

Our experience with your service team was professional, comfortable, and informative. I will be recommending Power to all my friends for their window and door covering needs.

We recently had Power Remodeling replace all our windows, front door, and sliding back door, and the entire process was exceptional. From the initial introduction, their representative was personable, professional, and clearly explained their company and services. They promptly measured everything, and just three weeks later, the installation was completed. The products are high-quality and absolutely beautiful, transforming our home. We are not easily impressed. When Tim Figurowski came to our home I was expecting the same old thing, hard sell etc.
Instead… he educated us on our past years of power usage and had so much new information about making our home affordable to live in.
We are very happy with our purchase and you should ask for this amazing young man when booking your appointment.

8/2/25-update!
Nothing has been done to fix my issues and this greedy company continues to have telemarketers call me to try to sell me more of their crappy product and sloppy work! Today I received a call from Jonathan who was looking to sell more windows, after telling him how UNHAPPY I WAS he then said he would put me on their do not call list which I obviously requested a year ago! I did one job with them which I fully regret, and I’ve had three people come by my home and two phone calls trying to sell me more. They won’t let up trying to get more money from an unsatisfied Customer is mind blowing And frankly stupid.

Ana came by my home today and I again shared how disappointed I am in your sloppy work. I can not comprehend how you are regularly sending agents to knock my door yet NEVER fix my issue...not good!! I have spoken to Dan a Manager, Monica a Manager, Nick a Representative as well as Ana today. For $15, 000 I would hope my home would look better. Please see the pictures attached. I will be getting more windows done but not with this company as your customer service is 1 out of 10, yet you always send canvassers to knock my door. to add insult to injury this was the reply from another "manager " today.

Our records show that our Installation Manager was out of 8/12 & 8/16 to address your concerns.(and FYI he came out and offered to paint but I would have to color match and buy the paint. This is sloppy sloppy work)

Looking at the pictures, we did use stucco patch for areas that were damaged on the exterior.
It is our policy that we do not paint, as this would be the responsibility of the homeowner.

As a reminder, do have a Lifetime Warranty on both your Windows and Door, so we are married to your project for life if there is ever an issue in the future.

Married for life? Wow so lame and the email wasn't even signed so cowardly. Widows are nice but prepare to have your whole home repainted because it looks like trash when the install team is done. If you look at the reviews most are posted from people NOT living in Vegas and dealing with this crew of installers and Managers who really do NOT care!
