I hired Superior one roofing to tune up the roof and address a problem with a ceiling leakage. Adam from this company performed an initial inspection of the house and provided a detailed break down of the work needed. He was very courteous and professional and addressed all of my questions. When I hired them for the job he made sure that all of the items identified were addressed to my satisfaction. I’m pretty happy with the work they had done and would certainly recommend them.

Superior One made us priority. Communication with Adman was professional and timely and always took time to answer our questions.. They made sure things were taken care of from start to finish and even took the time to break down insurance coverage and details. Shawn from the main office was great and always took time to answer our questions.

Adam and his Team did a fantastic job with my reconstruction. Adam was very responsive and his Team was meticulous in putting in new flooring, reapplying the baseboards and rebuilding my cabinets due to a major sink leak. So far from the water damage that is being repaired I have to say that Manuel has done a great job. The flooring as well as the wall repair looks great and he did an excellent job with the painting as well. Manuel and his supervisor want me to be happy with the outcome of the project and even though they couldn’t find a vanity locally in the right size they found it online and are waiting for it to be delivered. They have been very thorough in keeping me informed about this project and are very thorough in that regard. I appreciate that and also Manuel’s work ethics. He has made it a point of keeping everything clean and I appreciate that as well. I am very pleased with the outcome so far.

Highly recommend. Adam and his crew provided quality workmanship and he kept us in the loop on scheduling and got us back in our home as quickly as possible. We had water damage in five rooms and they replaced kitchen and bathroom cabinets, sheetrock, flooring, countertops, and painted.

I had my roof replaced by Superior One in 2012. It was then installed with 50 year shingles. During past few months I started having leaks and some shingles were blown off during storms. I called Superior One what to do, and Robin came over to assess the roof. First action was to call insurance if they would cover it under wind damage. They declined saying it's not enough damage to warrant whole roof replacement.
Next we made claim with shingles manufacturer. With help of Superior One we collected shingle samples and sent for analysis. Few weeks later I received letter that the claim is approved and I got reimbursed for new roof! At that point Josiah have taken over the arrangements for scheduling replacement work. I got it done in less than a week! Josiah kept me up to date with all the steps and followed up after work was done to make sure everything was done properly. Due to the manufacturer reimbursement the out of pocket cost was nearly nothing, just to cover miscellaneous materials. It's much better than paying insurance deductible!
Overall I'm very pleased with the workmanship and long time support of Superior One. All the people there (special mention of Robin and Josiah) were very supportive and quickly answered any questions or concerns I had. I'd definitely call them first in the future if I had any questions about my roof.

Excellent roofing company. I needed a small repair and had a hard time getting another roofing company to even come out and look at it. Adam at Superior One responded promptly and quickly made the repair for a very fair price. He also examined the rest of my roof. This is the only company I will need when I need a roof repair. Very honest & fair.

Superior One was recommended to me by my insurance company,
USAA, to replace my wood floors that were damaged by a water leak.

Almost two years later the wood flooring around a toilet that they had removed and then reinstalled
began to warp.

I called Superior One to come back and look at the damage, hoping that they would take care of the problem.

Adam came out, looked at the situation and immediately started to schedule the repair. He said that they had made the error and would take care of it all with no charge to me. He continued to keep me updated with the progress. The work has now been completed, and I am very happy with the job they did.

Our home had serious damage to the ceiling, walls, and floors due to a severe water leak. It was awful to go through, but I am so happy I found Superior One to help with the fixes. Adam our project manager was an incredible communicator, constantly checking in on the work being done, clear and transparent, knowledgeable, and kind. I could tell this would be somebody I’d like to do future home improvements through, and ironically I already had him help with some small roof repairs after my house was fixed.

Manuel helped with the Sheetrock, painting, and redoing some base boards. He was extremely kind and worked very hard the few days he was here. So kind that he noticed my front door was squeaky and proactively put some WD40 to fix it.

After dealing with the aftermath of a burst pipe for over a year, I finally connected with Robin Spruell—and I couldn’t be more grateful. Robin is a true expert in his field. He visited multiple times to thoroughly assess the damage and walk me through the repair process in clear, simple terms. He even helped secure an extension from my insurance company, making a stressful situation far more manageable.

These guys are the best ever. They put my roof on way back at the beginning of Covid, and Adam came by today and repaired my roof that had minor damage due to the high winds. I tried to pay him for the time, but he wouldn't accept. Top notch work, hard to find a company that takes this much pride in their work.

Adam is outstanding. When a notorious Texas 70+ MPH thunderstorm blew through the metroplex this morning at 5am. My home sadly was damaged from the intense winds. Contacted the company and Adam was at my house SAME DAY and able to make repairs and offer an honest and fair evaluation of the roofs condition. Given I have a light colored roof that is a few years old I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t as bad as I originally thought. I highly recommend Superior One Roofing!

We had a major hailstorm and needed our roof replaced. As usual we got several bids from different companies and Superior Roofing stood out from the rest.

They surveyed the damage and mentioned items that our existing roof had that other companies missed. For example, others just quoted felt barrier when we had a much better weather barrier on our existing roof. This was important since it meant we needed to make sure it was included in our insurance claim as well.

They also took the time to explain other areas that may have been missed by the original insurance claim and took the time to explain all the options available to us, ensuring we understood the materials, the process, and the costs involved. They even pointed out and worked with us to fix an issue with our chimney what could have been a bigger problem down the road.

When installing the new roof, they arrived before the scheduled time, which was appreciated. Before starting, they were sure to cover anything necessary and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. The quality of the work was great, and we are very happy with the new roof!

The price was fair and competitive. There were no hidden fees or surprises, and the payment process was straightforward.

Superior One Roofing rocks! We called State Farm, because we thought we might have hail damage. They sent out Adam from Superior One, one of State Farm’s preferred roofers. Adam did a thorough check of the roof and an estimate of needed repairs. We had serious damage. He submitted the estimate to State Farm. Then State Farm took a look. They missed some of the damage. Adam called them for us and State Farm agreed with him. The roof took 2 days to install & it is beautiful. Adam supervised the team and was there throughout. He sent us photos of their work as they went. We couldn’t be more pleased!

Ben was excellent in addressing my questions on my roof. His prompt timing, friendly manner, and knowledgeable answers to any and all my questions had me at ease on one of the most important aspects of my home. The report following the appointment had everything we discussed and the photos were crisp and clear. The photos attached to the report are amazing and allow me to know where my problem areas are.

I recently bought my house and wanted to make sure all was well. I have a fairly steep roof plus a second story so a bit difficult to inspect. Superior One Roofing did an excellent job documenting and communicating their findings.

Superior one was not the first company that got up on my roof but Adam was the third. He was the only one that patched a section that was hit really bad by hail that could have cause potential leaks. The first company just showed me pictures and was like ya you’ll want to get that fixed. They did a great job and they handled everything my gutters, downspouts, garage door, my fence and my roof. The only issue was that the day they came out the vendor had not shipped them two boxes of the ridge shingles but since Adam was here overseeing everything he made sure to get them and finish the job the same day. Highly recommend them.

Superior 1 Roofing installed our roof in 2017 and did a fantastic job. The salesman was on site the entire time and made sure the crew did all as promised. Recently i had some shingles come loose near the garage and they came out and fixed under warranty with no issues or delays and no cost. Recently they reached out to me to ask if i wanted a free warranty roof check due to recent storms. They came out, checked the roof, found only minor hail dings and pointed out that my AC pan drain might be clogged in the attic as condensation was dripping on the roof from a secondary drain. All of this at no charge and to maintain a great client relationship.

Adam showed exactly on time. Did a very thorough job of inspecting potential damage to the wood flooring, determining that replacement was not needed. I appreciated his explanations and thoroughness.

Superior One and Ben Besst were wonderful to have as our contractor. After flooding we were needing to have new floors along with kitchen replacement and brick work. Ben was on top of the job at every move with an array of subcontractors who did an outstanding job. If you need a reliable contractor who will do what they promise, then you found one.

I recently worked with Adam to resolve a recurring roof leak. Other roofers had attempted to repair the leak in the past, but their patches inevitably failed after the next heavy rain. Adam took the time to not only inspect the roof from above, but took the time to inspect the decking from below inside the attic and he was able to identify the problem was more significant than the previous roofers had addressed. Adam and his team communicated every step of the way, including sending me photos of the issue, each step of the repair, and the final product. I had a small leak in my roof that was causing damage to my interior. The first company quickly inspected the roof and told me that there was no damage. After that I had Superior One take a look. Adam spent the time to thoroughly inspect my roof and was able to find the source of the leak.

I had Adam to evaluate my roof after the last storm in Frisco. He is very polite and gave an honest assessment, which in my case was that no big damage is present and roof is still decent. I was a bit nervous, but had great overall experience.

Adam with Superior One Roofing came out to check on some leaks that I had acquired from the previous storms. Adam inspected my roof found some areas where water was getting through the roof dormers and fix them. Adam answered all my questions very professional and told me why my dormers were leaking. I am a repeat customer of Superior One Roofing, as usual, they were great I would never have no one else on my roof.

Our existing roof was installed in 2016 by Superior One Roofing & Construction; they did an excellect job. We experienced a minor leak in this week's intense rain storm. Adam was dispatched and arrived the next morning after my call to Superior One Roofing & Construction. He was able to locate and fix the problem quickly.

I can't speak highly enough on behalf of Superior One Roofing, who had been recommended by my brother following hail damage at his home several years ago. They did a phenomenal job following the May 19th hailstorm, and Ben (who I worked through) was highly ethical, attentive to detail, and made sure that everything that needed to be fixed was covered by my homeowners insurance, even if it meant coming back to them several times with additional comparative research to justify the work. Hands down, I would recommend them to anyone and turn to them first should the need arise again.

I experienced some water damage from my air conditioner and my insurance selected this business to do the repairs. They replaced about 25% of my fours and installed new tile, fixed my walls, & repainted fully.
Adam was supportive every step of the way and kept me informed as they gathered materials. The crew sent out to install. My tile was quick and professional, and the quality of their work was outstanding! When laying my vinyl floors, they feather them out, so they naturally blended in with the existing flooring.

Update October 2024 - Recently had a visit (2nd one) from Adam to inspect my roof. This is an annual checkup Superior One includes as part of my warranty. He adjusted a rain diverter. Customer care is great.

I am very happy with my roof replacement by Superior One Roofing six months ago. Adam Karnkowski, was my Project Manager. I needed and wanted more than a standard roof job. Adam listened to me and we had a plan. He had very good gutter and gutter facia replacement tradespeople he works with, and he managed from start to finish. Adam communicated often and sent pictures during the process. The roof was removed and installed in one day, leaving a very clean, picked up area. My additional work added more time, but necessary. They did a great job.

After a hail storm last spring, I asked my insurance company to recommend a company they had vetted to repair my roof. They recommended Superior One Roofing & Construction. I was not disappointed.

My Project Manager was Adam Karnkowski. Adam was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was also patience and a good listener.

I used superior roofing to replace my roof in Plano in 2017. Adam Karnskowski the manager in charge did an excellent job handling every detail of the job. I called Adam again 8 year after my roof was replaced, because a small issue with a few Shingles on the roof, Adam came promptly, and fixed the issue immediately, No questions asked. Not a lot of companies do that after the roof has been installed 8 years ago Superior Rood really stands by their warranty. I fully recommend Superior Roofing for any roof project.
