Worked with Christian from out of state as part of a house sale. Christian was very helpful in talking through the project and working through some additional requests I had for repairs related to the sale. Called for the consultation/assessment on Thursday and by Wednesday the following week, the project was completed. 1 day for the roof and 1 day for gutters. Grateful for the additional support, attention to detail, speed of delivery and communication along the way.

Had a total roof replacement after the June ‘23 hail storm. Christian B was our rep. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about all the steps in the process. A couple months after the work was done we noticed a few items that needed to be touched up, Christian was on it! All items were corrected promptly. I would recommend Christian without hesitation.

I had my roof replaced in 2019. After having some issues with rotting decking and a previous Representative- Christian Bethune was given my case. After speaking with Christian on the phone he came by to inspect the matter. Two days after his inspection the rotten decking was replaced through the warranty. Christian has restored my faith in good customer service. He was prompt, courteous, professional and to the point. If I ever have issues or need a new roof . I will contact Christian. I’m editing my review- just found out yesterday that roofs have different classes ex: 1-5. Five being the best. My original sales person Adam- did not discuss this with me. After seeking another home owners insurance co. I found out my roof is a class 2. I’m upset that I was NOT informed by Adam that roofs come in classes. Which is now going to cost me more money for insurance. I was willing to pay extra at the time my roof was being replaced - I even discussed having extra work done if there was any damage not caused by the hail storm that caused my roof to be replaced. If I had been properly educated that this was a thing- I definitely would have paid extra at that time for a far better roof.
I’m disappointed with Adam. And because of him Integri-built will NEVER get my business nor a referral.

We had a leak in our attic and contacted multiple companies to check on it. Three companies said they couldn't find the leak but Christian with IntegriBuilt came back twice and finally found the leak. We ended up getting our roof replaced and Christian was extremely helpful during the whole process. Rarely if ever, in your life, you will come across the kind of exceptional service a contractor will deliver for you like the Integribuilt team will. Right from the moment you meet Scott Kerlin and see the precision and dedication with which he documents the damage and works with the insurance company you know you are about to witness something exceptional. I was worried about how my insurance company was dealing with my claim and a friend recommended Scott Kerlin to me. Once he came and did his assessment and supplemental I was greatly relieved that all the damage to my house would be paid for by my insurance provider. Going just beyond the roof replacement I was blown away with the kind of documentation and photos Scott generated that showed beyond a doubt the damage to the gutters, gutter covers, downspouts, windows, chimney shrouds, fence, pool and AC equipment. He worked with the City of Plano to ensure that the roof ventilation met code and was able to get that also paid for by the Insurance company from the bucket that is available to meet code during repairs. That involved putting in enough soffit vents and solar powered attic fans to proper attic ventilation. He also ensured that other minor needed repairs were take care, ex.: rotting fascia board in a few places. I could go on and on and on but you get the picture. Scott is assisted by Brea who also delivers exceptional work from the office side with supporting documentation, filing the docs with the Insurance company for the depreciation etc. So if you ever have damage from a hailstorm just call them and you will be in the best possible hands.

He is a thorough professional - he educates the home owner, uses cutting edge technology to put together evidence, helps home owner submit and navigate insurance claim, and stays with roofing crew during install (answering questions, coordinating changes, etc). Our roof in Flower Mound was recently destroyed in a hail storm and needed replaced. We were fortunate to have chosen IntegriBuilt Roofing as our roofing contractor, due to many professional references, but even more fortunate to have been assigned Christian as the Project Manager. From the first meeting where the roof was inspected and a damage report developed for the insurance company to numerous meetings covering all aspects of the job, Christian was always readily available to answer questions, schedule the job, direct contractors to insure the work was performed correctly and provide ready access to a group of highly skilled experts when needed to resolve various issues. He has vetted an extensive group of trades such as painting, ventilation, drainage, carpentry etc. that might be needed to successfully complete a roofing project.. Bottom line, IntegriBuilt Roofing is in a class of its own and with Project Managers like Christian on your job, your cannot go wrong. Ask for him, you won't be disappointed, plus he is just a really good person. This comes from a very satisfied homeowner who is/was not the easiest to deal with!

Fast forward to July 2024 when another hail storm gave me the opportunity to work with IntegriBuilt and Christian Bethune a second time. My second experience was even better than the first! The entire process was simple and seamless, the work was completed with excellence, and the property clean up was fantastic! With IntegriBuilt's "storm watch" service, an inspector arrived at my home after a hail storm without me having to make a call! Christian Bethune was excellent to work with from start to completion. He handled filing the claim with my insurance, met the insurance adjuster at the house, and walked me through each next step along the way. The roof/gutter replacement was completed in a very timely manner. Christian keep me updated on the progress as we went and the contractors arrived exactly when scheduled. This company provides greate service. Christian was our contact person, and he was very diligent in working with the insurance company and the construction crews. He was in constant communication with us and always made sure things were being managed.

Christian inspected my roof after a recent hail storm. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. At this time my roof didn’t have damage, and he set me up with a 6mo inspection rotation. I would recommend Christian to any of my friends and family.

Before we even hired him for the job, he first came out to assess the damage and then came back while the insurance adjusters were there to make sure we got what we needed. He did a detailed review of the quote and made sure to answer any questions. Upon hiring, he and his crew moved very quickly. The work was done thoroughly and we are very happy with the quality. If I could give this shady company 0 stars, I absolutely would. The worst service and communication I have ever experienced with a contractor. ADAM BROWNING is the main reason why my experience was awful. Overpriced, terrible work, not responsive, and clearly did not have my needs in mind. I can't believe how both rude AND incompetent this man truly is and IntegriBuild should be ashamed to be so crooked and dishonest.

We discovered IntegriBuilt through a stranger’s yard sign (the roof of that house did look very good), and over the last two years, I have come to think of Adam Browning as “my” roofing guy. We have a house with an older roof, and every time we have a hail storm or high winds, I text Adam, and he comes out to take a look.

So far, we have not sustained enough damage to need a total roof replacement, but twice we have needed smaller, “spot” repairs — a place where the wood decking broke, or some shingles were blown off. I feel like IntegriBuilt cares about our long-term relationship (not just landing one big job). When they make a repair, they leave the roof better than it was. We have a complicated roof with high parts and steep parts, one of which was directing too much water to a spot on a lower roof (which is why the decking broke). They solved the problem in a long-term way by installing a rain diverter. They’re always ready to explain the work they did, and they always make sure the repair is done before the next rain.

We had a massive hailstorm in Allen, and Luis Toral was next door doing an inspection on the neighbor's roof. Luis was kind enough to inspect our property and gave me a comprehensive report on all the hail damage. He was extremely friendly, professional and i would highly recommend Luis and IntegriBuilt Roofing. HIGH quality company and Luis was amazing!

Cannot thank IntegriBuilt enough for the easy and quick process to get our roof, gutters and garage door replaced! Clint made the entire process smooth and stress free. He answered & explained every question we had. He was extremely professional & you could just tell that he was an honest & caring guy. On install day, when I walked outside, Clint immediately greeted me, started explaining the process, and showed me the materials that were being used. I decided to go with Scott and Integribuilt after meeting him at another job site. Scott was as knowledgeable and professional as they come. His crew was on time and helpful. Daniel Lehew has taken great care of us. I am on an HOA board of an older condo complex and first we used Integri-built Roofing to cover 17 patios and Daniel took good care of us. Next we had several hard to resolve leaks at a few fireplaces and corners and the quotes were fair and the work was done promptly and as of this time all problems have been resolved.

IntegriBuilt was quick to respond, efficient, and the whole team performed like a well-oiled machine! I visited with the Leads and they were very instructive. They arrived on time, worked straight through the entire day and a bit into the evening to get the job done as promised. They built a chimney cricket to bring the house to code. They showed us where the gas water heater venting wasn't running through the roof and was burning the underside of the roof decking and added new venting to make it safe. They cleaned up that night and came back the next day to make sure they didn't miss any of the cleanup. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs and/or replacement.

Then completed a comprehensive report of damage and provided an overview of their process, timelines, and warranty. He also shared what to expect from my insurance company once claim was filed, and took the time to answer all my questions. The job took two days to complete and their team was very thorough with clean-up. It has been 4 days since job completion and I have found no nails in my driveway or backyard where the family pet spends most of his day.

IntegriBuilt Roofing, especially the contractor, Marc B., provided professional service in the replacement of my hail-damaged roof and gutters. Marc was there throughout the entire process, answering all of my questions and helped navigate me through the complex insurance waters with professionalism and knowledge of the industry. I have been a home owner for over 13 years and done several major projects on two homes. Scott and Pedro made this my smoothest project by far. Six stars for the whole team if I could give them. Scott is a dedicated and detailed rep that fights for you. Roof, Gutters, Leaf-guards Siding and a new Garage door. The install and craftsmanship was great.
