Definitely recommend! Chris/team took the time to give FREE inspection and if there was any cost, he would help us make sure it was covered by our insurance. Chris was great to work with. Bad storm came through and knocked off some shingles. I saw their truck in the neighborhood and flagged em down. They gave me a great repair quote and knocked it out same day within an hour. Will definitely use them going forward for any repairs that may come.

Sarah and Chris were very helpful and listened to my questions and concerns. Insurance companies are no joke when it comes to getting them to work with you, but Sarah and Chris made the process a lot easier for me. We had roof issues with our insurance and with their help we were able to get everything situated in no time. They responded right away, and also came out to check the issue the very next day (we called sometime at night and they still fit us in their schedule.) We highly recommend Hybrid Roof & Guttering. We worked with Chris one of the owners. He is a very knowledgeable courteous young man. Chris answered all our questions and relieved us of any concerns or worries we had. He also worked closely with our insurance company removing the burden from our shoulders.

Our roof installation was delayed due to rainy days. Chris kept us updated as to the date roof would be installed. Roof was stripped and re-shingled in one day.

Day after completing the roof Hybrid installed new guttering which was completed in a single day. Chris and the men actually doing the job explained and wanted approval prior to moving any downspouts as well as adding additional downspouts to handle hard rains.

Since completion it has rained. The roof and guttering are working as expected.

Chris With Hybrid roofing is nothing short of amazing! We called him an hour after a crazy storm with hurricane force winds hit our house, and he was at our house within 40 min. We had other companies tell us we needed a whole roof replacement and weren’t even local to Rockwall. Chris showed us the damages and was very fair with pricing. Had the repairs done within a week. AMAZING workmanship and very fair and honest! Something that is very hard to find in a roofing company. Any other roofing needs we have we will strictly go through Chris and Hybrid Roofing!

Chris was very professional and prompt. We suffered a water leak and were concerned it would get worse having three children we needed to move quick. After the storms and high winds we experienced in the Rockwall area last week I noticed some missing ridge cap shingles. I contacted Hybrid Roofing, and he came out the same day and inspected the roof. Seems I lost 6 ridge cap shingles, but otherwise my roof was in good condition. He tarped the damaged area to prevent any further damage from the rains that were forecasted....he quoted me a reasonable price for the permanent repair, but mentioned that if I wanted to shop around for a better price no problem. This was after he had already inspected and tarped the damaged area. Not sure how many companies would do that. I gave him the go ahead for the repair and Hybrid came out within 3 days to finish the job. They say first impressions are important, and mine was very positive....

Background - project was to repair storm damage. Major areas of repair included roof, gutters, siding, fence, shutters/wood column, window screens, and interior drywall.

Review - Anthony, Chris, and the whole Hybrid Roofing team did an exceptional job on all aspects of my house. Why I would highly recommend Hybrid Roofing:

1. Transparency, genuineness, and no pressure sales - Anthony stopped by my house the day after a major hail storm and inquired about potential damage, whether I would be interested in a free inspection, and if he thought there was damage, we could discuss next steps. Most companies do this, but what was unexpected is what happened next. Anthony thoroughly inspected my roof and documented all the damaged areas via photos. Once he was done, he shared the photos with me, no strings attached, and we reviewed. It was clear there was damage. Instead of pressuring me to sign a contract, like I experienced in a previous storm damage claim with a different company, Anthony explained what anticipated next steps could be if I hire Hybrid Roofing. Throughout all of these discussions, it was clear Anthony was focused on explaining Hybrid Roofing's thorough approach to repairs and expressing a genuine desire to do the repairs right. He also noted that if we go forward, pending insurance adjuster's conclusions, maximum out of pocket is the deductible.

2. Support through insurance process - Anthony assisted at every step from making the initial claim, to reviewing the house with the adjuster, and submitting requested documentation. It could not have been easier. I was physically present, but Anthony did all the heavy lifting.

3. Scheduling and responsiveness - anytime I reached out to Anthony he would respond within the same day but frequently immediately. Regarding scheduling, work began at my house 2 days after I received the insurance checks.

4. Presence - on the day the roof was replaced and on and off throughout the other repairs, Anthony was present to evaluate, document the work (via pictures that I have access to), assure that everything went according to plan, and provide updates to me re status.

5. Attention to detail and documentation - as I mentioned in #1, documentation of the project began immediately and continued throughout the project. It was great to be able to visually view documentation of damages and the associated repairs. After every sub-project was complete (e.g., roof and fence), Anthony (and sometimes Chris) would check in to inspect the work and discuss any feedback that I have (*spoiler to the next point... I never had any concerns with the work, as I was extremely satisfied with all workproducts.)

6. High quality work - every workproduct looks phenomenal. A lot of new roofs in my area due to the major storm, but I 100% belive that all exterior components worked on by Hybrid Roofing looks the best. All work was done with extreme care and it shows in the workproduct. Re interior drywall repair, it is like there never was damage. I am especially impressed by how Hybrid Roofing was able to seamlessly blend the texturing and color.

7. Pricing - as I mentioned in #1, maximum out of pocket was noted as being the deductible. Notwithstanding challenges that arose in some of the adjuster coverages and general coverage limitations that I had, Hybrid Roofing stayed within their commitment to keeping the out of pocket maximum to the deductible (and they never once suggested that it could go over that).

Overall - Anthony, Chris, and the whole Hybrid Roofing team are top-notch, high quality people. If you want your home repairs done right, by people who genuinely care, I highly recommend Hybrid Roofing.

Hybrid Roofing was great! We had hail damage to our roof, fence, gutters and a small plastic shed. They took care of it all! They even got us a new shed and assembled it. Our rep Anthony’s customer service was awesome. If we had any questions or concerns I simply told Anthony and he took care of it right away. I highly recommend Hybrid and will be calling them again if we ever have need.

Roof repair after a huge hail storm was done professionally and in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly and kept in communication about the steps and process.
