I am a first time home buyer and was not well prepared for a hail storm that came to my neighborhood. I had multiple people come to my door asking if they could do service, Ash is different. His company runs from word of mouth, no annoying door to door salesmen here.
His company single-handedly took care of everything. They contracted a company to remove my solar panels, then they removed and replaced the worn shingles and gutters. They reinstalled the panels and the contractor they hired even found that the panels were installed incorrectly by the original contractor.
To top it all off, they work with an independent law firm to get any insurance issues worked out on my behalf. This man has the entire package ready so you don't have to worry about anything!

911 Exteriors went above and beyond delivering a new roof. Ours was complicated by the fact that we had Solar Panels that had to be removed and replaced. Also Ash and his team had to deal with a very reluctant insurance company for coverage. Both of these issues required multiple months to get approvals but 911 stayed the course and resolved all the issues created by both companies. We have a great looking roof, Solar working as new and Ash also changed out our Power vent and aging Sky light. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend 911 Exteriors for any repair needs.

I had roof and gutter damage and called 911 Exteriors. Met Ash who was informative and transparent, explaining their streamlined claim process, which includes legal support, and forewarning a battle with my insurance company would be imminent. Well, he was right. It was a 3-month battle before my insurance company agreed to full roof and gutter replacements. They handled everything; I wasn't involved in the fight at all. 911 Exteriors also repaired an interior ceiling impacted by a leak even though the insurance claim had just closed (with minor out of pocket cost for me). The roofing/gutter/ceiling personnel were friendly and professional. They did a high-quality job and cleaned up the site upon completion. Special shout-out to Mariela who came out to do a quality check even though it was her day off. 911 Exteriors and especially Ash went above and beyond to work with our insurance company to get our roof fixed after a big storm right before we had to get the house ready to be sold. They fought for our case when insurance didn't want to cover our roof and were in the process of working it out, but unfortunately we ran out of time to see through with that process. Regardless, Ash was able to work directly with several manufacturers to quote us and extremely fair price for a roof replacement. He worked directly with our title company to get it paid for out of closing costs and everything. I HIGHLY recommend 911 Exteriors to anyone in the DFW area. I wouldn't bother looking at the competitors since these guys are THE BEST.

From the moment Ash showed up at our door, we knew we were in good hands. We have unfortunately had several hails storms directly hit our neighborhood in the past year and had NO idea that it caused damage to our roof. That is until water started leaking into our back room we thought maybe it was an issue caused from some backyard renovations we did but our patio company recommended 911 to come out and take a look. And I’m so thankful they did! Ash was knowledgeable, professional and showed us detailed photos of what was causing the issue. As soon as they put the temporary cover on, the leaking stopped. He was up front that this process with the insurance company would take a while, so we knew exactly what to expect time frame wise and were patient. We didn’t have to do a thing. His team battled the insurance company and in the end we were able to get multiple things replaced or repaired. We are beyond happy with the results.

Just a couple of side notes as a homeowner, that I wish I would have thought through ahead of time. Make sure that you take precautions on protecting plants that are close to the house while your roof is getting redone. Some of ours ended up getting squished from falling shingles. Also take down or move anything that you don’t want to get wet if you have to have your gutters replaced. We didn’t take this into account and had to replace a TV at no fault to 911. Sometimes scheduling isn’t as quick as you think it might be due to weather, so just be prepared. Overall a wonderful experience! I would recommend to everyone!

***UPDATE: This is how amazing this company is. Ash just called after reading my review and not only apologized for the plants and TV damage, but is sending us a check to cover the cost of the new TV we had to purchase. I do not blame them one bit for either of these incidents as sometimes things happen and we could have been more proactive. But I am so very appreciative of the level of customer service that he and his company provide. This kind of dedication to quality workmanship and attention to detail is rare to find today. I had seen the 911 Exteriors crew working on a neighbors house after a hail storm hit our roof. I could see that other neighbors in the area had also had their roof replaced so it prompted me to call. Within a day or two I was able to meet with their field crew and go over the entire process of filing our claim since they assessed our roof did have significant damage. They even ensured that we would have attorney representation (which no other company has advised). The process once the claim was file was all handled by 911 Exteriors which was a BIG help for us. They worked diligently with our Insurance company and when it was approved, they had our roof replaced within half a day. We did have a couple minor issues with leaks to our patio cover and fireplace but 911 Exteriors were more than diligent in having them repaired. Overall it was a great experience and they made it seamless. Would definitely recommend to others.

It is never a good thing to wake up after a storm to find a huge limb on your roof. I called my brother for the name of the roofing company he had recently used. He was very pleased with the work 911 Exteriors had done for him. I called and they were out promptly to assess the damage. We had hail and wind storm damage insurance claim with AAA insurance and they were absolutely a nightmare. They are the worst insurance company they were trying to tell us we don’t have enough damage to our house and we should just do some patch -up repairs, I had interviewed 4 different contractors and everyone tried to work with AAA and they all failed until I consulted with friends , so a friend recommended 911 exterior roofing and construction and they said they are one of a kind and  if 911 exteriors roofing and construction cannot do it. Overall a pretty good experience. As anyone knows getting approved for a new roof can be a task on its own. 911 pushes to get it done (through a lawyer) but it took over a year, not 911 exteriors fault.

Not much communication along the way and I had to reach out several times for updates. When approved, the work got done fast but interior crew had to come back twice to complete a small job.

I would give 911 Exteriors one hundred stars if I could. If it wasn't for them, there is no way that I would have a new roof.
I called them because of a leak in my roof. Ash A. came out the same day and started the process. This man was like a knight
in shining armor. From day one, Ash was very professional when I spoke with him. His guys came out, assessed the roof and
determined that there was hail damage. Of course the insurance company said that it was the flashing. The problem is that the
insurance company also said there was hail damage on the gutters. Don't quite understand how you can have hail damage on the gutters, but not the roof. After 911 covered the roof with a tarp, there was not a leak, so go figure, because the flashing wasn't repaired.
It took a long time of fighting with the insurance company, but Ash and his staff were victorious and didn't give up on me. I got weary from time to time and would send a text to Ash. He would say, just hang in there Ms. Johnson. He and his staff were always patient with me and responded which gave me comfort.

911 came in and did a phenomenal job when our hot water heater essentially exploded in our attic over the garage. I got multiple bids and they were the most reasonable. They worked with our schedule and got us hot water heater in just a couple of days with all repairs completed in less than 10. They were prompt and professional.

I just finished the last part of my business transaction with 911 Exteriors yesterday afternoon. At first, I was a little skeptical as to why they had so many reviews and yet managed to keep a 5-star rating. I now understand why. They deserve 10 stars. Not pushy, whatsoever, not shady but rather very transparent, and very personalized customer service as opposed to money-driven selfish interest. Mr. Abram and his employees were kind, they were quick to respond, and they were very attentive in addressing each one of my concerns, as minor as they may have been. I'm a very detail-oriented person and brought several things to their attention, asked many questions, made a few requests and even paid close attention to the work they were doing (probably detailed enough to annoy any other company). However, at no given moment did this ever seem to frustrate them, cause them to respond harshly or impatiently and each one of my questions received a reasonable and acceptable answer, plain enough for any person with no roofing expertise to understand. It is very important that you pick a professional, experienced roofing company. Our roof was only 5 years old before it started to leak to the floor. We were concerned about mold and other toxins around our family. I was very frustrated with our insurance company. They just talked over us constantly belittling us. Our roof was damaged during a storm in September 2022 when tree limb fell through our roof and punctured it all the way inside one of my kids' room. We had never had to deal with anything like this before so while we were panicking trying to figure out what to do and/or who to call on a holiday weekend, one of my friends recommended 911 Exteriors. I gave them a call and Ash and his team came to us within a matter of maybe an hour. They jumped up on the roof and quickly removed the tree, tarped my roof, and installed fans in my house to help with the moisture. Soon after, I contacted my insurance company for the damage and was given the run around, gaslit, and overall taken advantage of from the very beginning. The insurance company wanted to do the very minimum and essentially not repair the entirety of the damage my home suffered. Ash and his team were amazing and stood by us the entire time and helped get all the damage covered in the end. I can honestly say, they have gone above and beyond and I am eternally thankful. I thought that 911 Exteriors did an excellent job in installing our roofing, and they were very professional and efficient. Until the roof started leaking. We had another come to inspected, and they found several problems. When I called 911 exteriors, I was put on hold, and then, they would promise to call back. It got so bad that even my insurance company had to get involved, and it was still not resolved. I am so disappointed. If I could give no stars, I would. Don't trust them, and when they finish, you need to get a 3rd party to inspect their work and make sure to call your insurance to make sure that they weren't overcharged for their services.
