They had exactly the toilet I needed but absolutely no employees willing to help me get it to the car. Make sure you bring help.

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to an outstanding employee at the Lowe's in Fernley — Joshua. He went above and beyond to help me out, without expecting anything in return. (I told him I don't have cash to give him as a tip, ) It's rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful and kind. Joshua truly made my experience a great one.

This store has the rudest lowes employees I've ever come across at any lowes. Anywhere. Been feeling this way for quite a while. I'll drive the extra to go to reno for better service won't be back. Corpret really needs to get involved here. Maybe hire people who want to be there?

The Fernley Lowes is a very clean, well stocked location. Every time I have been to the Fernley Lowes I’m greeted with a smile and eagerness to help. Definitely recommend Fernley Lowes.

Takes over an hour to get there due to the little town4x6 where I live. More options than our hardware store here in town. Worth the drive even if I wish they had one here. I get some stuff online if I know what I want.

This store is degrading on a human ,Everytime I leave this store I leave pissed at way they suspect u as a thief when your checking out ,it doesn't give a good feeling ,I don't know if they do that to everyone or they are racially profiling or otherwise profiling me,some of us actually do real work and come in there dirty,it wasnt like this a couple years ago ,I've spent a lot of money at this store,it was better when the ladies at the self checkout out were there to be helpers not security guards ,union iron worker here that works to damn hard to be treated as a thief,
Big R treats me better,I apologize to the employees at Lowe's that do not do that ,

Horrible customer service!!! I ordered shutters for my new home on May 1st I also paid an additional $1,500 to have the store measure and install the shutters. The shutters arrived and during the install I was informed that the measurements were incorrect and they would have to be reordered.6 MONTHS LATER the replacements arrived and this time they were a completely different style. I called Lowe’s and told them I would like them to come pick up their product and I would like a refund. They refunded the money for the shutters but now I am fighting to get a refund for the money I spent on the measurements and installation!!

If you are bored and in the mood to deal with incompetent idiots, Fernley Lowe's is the place to go. If you actually wish to make a purchase and receive the item you intended to purchase, go somewhere else, anywhere else. KEEP DRIVING, DO NOT SHOP at the Fernley Lowe's!

It's the worst store ever!! I'm a senior citizen and could not found any help. The isles are cluttered and when you buy playwood. Me , myself with no help couldn't go through without moving the stuff that is all over the place in the way...No help to load it!! And the computer is not updated with the inventory.it said they didn't have the material...me myself needed to go all the way to the back of the store, find it and come to tell the associate there were 32 sheets!!!!I drove 72 miles to shop at your store..... What a terrible thing!!

lol we come here like every week or maybe even twice a week - this place has everything!! Even in this little town you can find so much home improvement stuff and little things… today I got some wire cutters for a soldering project I was doing. Pretty quick and always coming here, not bad at all! Would recommend if you need a place to go for lumber, tar, or plants and gardening! Everything from lights to paint.

Edit: they’ve had these Christmas decorations since like November 1st like how do they just skip Halloween

Every order we have made with this Lowes has ended up wrong or missing. We went in to make an order for 3 windows. Walked, sat with an employee step by step with them to make sure we got the same windows we already have on our home. We ordered 3 SQUARED GRIDED windows and at custom sizes. ($1300) We RECIVED THEM WITH only HORIZONTAL WHITE. Grids.. we can't wait for another order BECAUSE WINTER IS COMING... then we created an order for our shed. They forgot to include metal sheathing. Did not include our points to the order. Transaction ID doesn't work. We also went in and written down all what we needed with the corresponding codes, the people working at the front cant find them OR saying they were out of the items. When clearly we walked around to get the codes ourselves . Go to The Other Lowes they seem more professional.

I always have a good experience, and I find what I need.
I used to work for Lowes in Utah, but I've noticed here that some employees could work on not ignoring customers when walking by. A simple hi makes a huge difference.

So I have had bad experiences with lows for quite awhile, they do not honor their lifetime warranty products at all. This is not what made me write this post today, my sister in law works at lows in Fernley. The way they handle family emergencies and deaths is unacceptable. The way they handle employees who are sick is unacceptable. Saying quote, " we will not accept a doctors note as this is not highschool anymore", my sister was highly contagious at this time and the doctor put her put of work for two days. Apparently lowes does not care about their employees or their customers. Someone being highly contagious is public safety. Lowes also does not care about giving their employees time to grieve. We just lost our aunt last Sunday and they will not allow her sufficient enough time to grieve. This is also a safety concern because her mind will not be on the job and that could get her or someone else hurt. Good job Lowes, way to make lining your pockets a priority the good old American way.

I have been trying to get my delivery for the last four weeks delivered every time I get a delivery date they cancel call today. They said it’s scattered all over the floor that they promised they’re gonna call me back. They never call me back. No manager was available every time I call a manager the phone rings and rings and rings and rings and rings and rings. Customer service said I’m sorry but I’ll take a message. It’s been four weeks. I’ve taken messages. Nobody responds to my call, I’m sorry it’s only been $4000. You guys been holding onto for the last month. May a regional manager give me a call.

Very unknowledgeable and unprofessional staff they are more worried about the color of their hair than helping customers. Web description doesn't match products many employees standing around playing on their phones. Too many women trying to be men here. Lowe's, you've lost a lot of money not just from me but I influence builders. The store can barely service a DIY shopper

Thank you for hiring seniors and especially veterans. I always enjoy going in the store and being helped by competent employees. They're always friendly and respectful.

This is 2 separate reviews and nothing has changed. My husband went to Lowes in Fernley again. Its Saturday people. Get some help. They need people to help people load their lumber and heavy stuff.. Your service is not good in lumber..First review. They need more help in the check out in pro service on weekends. I felt sorry for the eight people behind us.

I was in need of a washing machine. I was on BEST BUYS website and decided to check Lowes. There was a washer i found that i figured would work great so I ordered it for delivery. The main reason I choose Lowes was it advertised "basic installation included with most washers, dryers, refrigerators and stoves. ADVERTISED WHILE ORDERING!!!!!!!! I consider plugging into the wall and connecting the cold and hot in the back pretty basic. Thats why i purchased 40.00 worth of new connectors also so that the installer would have them to use for the "basic hookup". The washer arrived and I was told by the delivery person that basic hookup was another charge, NOT INCLUDED. HOW DECEPTIVE. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! BBB WORTHY!.CONSUMER AFFAIRS WORTHY! THIS IS BAIT AND SWITCH!. I now have a new washer not hooked up to anything.....NEVER AGAIN. Itsme itsme

I like Lowe’s because EVERYTHING at their store is cheaper than buying it at the hardware stores in Fallon Nevada. Occasionally if I have a big list of supplies to get, I can fill my truck with fuel, drive the 30 miles to get to this Lowe’s from Fallon buy my stuff, drive home and still have saved money.
