Had to make a quick stop when my check engine light came up and I needed a code reader. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. One of them even lent me some of his personal tools to change a part. Thank goodness for the staff at this store, they saved the day!

Quick check since my engine light comes and goes literally with the wind …. Justin recommended Rislone / Fuel, Exhaust and Emissions System Cleaner 16.9oz after running a check and my vehicle is running better than it was yesterday.

Unfortunately I was in a rush and didn’t have time to grab his picture.

Stop by and check out Autozone Justin was more than pleasant and helpful ! Highly recommend !

I went in today to pick up some oil and oil filter and some windshield wiper fluid, I immediately walked into an older sales rep berating some poor older employees about a display being over stocked or some such; completely out of line and inappropriate around customers especially.

When checking out the same older sales rep kept asking me if I know I have the right oil filter and to make sure to keep the receipt just in case which was whatever a little condescending. However upon returning home my husband found out that the items I purchased were not even what I paid for!

The sales rep that was so harshly berating someone else for mistakes charged me for 2 windshield wiper blades instead of the items I went to check out with! I just wish I would have paid more attention to the man's name.

The older guy that was working today right when it open was beyond rude. Refused to do his job. I’ve purchased here for 4yrs and never had an issue. Same info I provided him about my car is what I’ve given others at same store and they had the knowledge to help. Not sure if auto parts should be his career. I’ll give my business to O’Reilly as I was able to get what I needed without an issue

Workers on night shift are not happy workers I go in asking for help first worker just stared at me and says he’s busy,no greeting or anything. Second worker comes in tried to help but did not want too instead they both proceed to tell me to just make the purchase and come back tomorrow and return it and then proceed to argue with me and cuss me out would not return at night at least

I like the people working at Auto Zone. They almost always get the parts I need, and give us veterans a 10% discount. Can't beat that.

Helpful staff! Had an emergency right before closing time. Employees took their time to help me anyway. I’m sure they wanted to close up but you’d never have known it.

Well, unsure entirely why it changed, but first they stopped price matching against online retailers, which I understand. Was told then, whoever they price match has to have a store front, meaning a place you physically can go in to buy things. Today, they said they no longer price match Walmart, now only other auto competitors (Napa, O'Reilly, etc). It changed "three months ago because Walmart is too cheap," cashier said "well go to Walmart then." Offered a 10% courtesy discount which was nice, but I receive one already as a veteran.

Went to O'Reilly, they priced matched Walmart on oil and filters no problem, said they would price match Summit as well, did my military discount and out the door I went.

Sorry AutoZone, been going there for 20 years but O'Reilly is where I go now.

My car broke down right outside of this AutoZone. Everyone inside was incredibly helpful and willing to spend the time to walk me through diagnosis, repair, and get me back on the road. It would've taken me far longer to gain my bearings and figure out what to do as I'm not from the area. Thanks again!

I am a person that totally believes in leaving feed back for the better of our local business, Good or Bad.

So here we go, as I stated I support local businesses in our quite town and AutoZone is a major one due to our farm requires many different oils and parts.

Sometimes, or most of the times it is not that easy to find the parts that are needed.

This is when Chris comes into the picture. She always has a greeting for people that eases the dreaded and stressful time of repairing your vehicle, truck or what ever you drive.

Chris, has always given an undivided attention to every customer and they (the customer's) feel like they are the only one in the store and all of the attention is on them. (very unusual for a person to posses this quality.

In closing, please reward her with a mid engine Corvette (she picks the color) also a trip to the island of her liking (at least 3-weeks) or a very big shout out for her excellence and professionalism that Chris displays everyday.

Thank you and keep up what you do to keep our farm moooing.

I purchased transmission fluid, my son and I couldn't find to fill tank. I went in asked for help, it wasn't busy. The guy said, I'll be out . He never came out, so we left. I've always gone to O'Reilly's, but my son says Autozone. I'm not going to Autozone any more, you get better customer service at O'Reilly's

The service at this store was top tier. The guys at the counter were knowledgeable and delightful. They had exactly what I needed when I needed it at 8:45 pm on a Sunday! Not going anywhere else when I need some auto parts. They go above and beyond any other auto parts store! Love this store. Highly recommend.

Stopped in to get a few things and before I knew I had my hands full. Mario, one of the employees ran up to me with a basket without me even asking. It's pretty rare to see customer service as good as this at any auto parts store, especially a big chain. But Mario was spot on. I also saw him interacting with other customers and he did a great job.

If the management keeps hiring people like Mario, it can only raise the bar for customer service in general. Well done! I'll definitely be back.

Service was great. I went in to purchase a battery for my jeep and pickup supplies to change my oil. Tim did a great job finding me the right one, he installed it quick and fixed my error codes. Much appreciated..
Mario assisted me in finding the right filter and was pleasant to talk to.
Overall excellent and friendly customer service. They were both glad to help me and it really made this visit quick and simple. Always a pleasure doing business with this store and their team…

Usually have, or can order basic parts. Helpful, can read code if check engine light is on. Can test batteries and alternators.

Tim, CJ and Gordon where so great. These folks went above and beyond to help me. I blew a differential seal and they had the parts and ordered parts and had them the next day so I could get back on the road. If I’m ever going n Fernley again and need something I won’t think twice about where I’m going for help. There help, kindness and customer was top notch.

Came here to check on battery after I had to get a jump start at the hospital after my and wife delivered our baby .Got my battery lchecked by Tim and it was no good but He was extremely helpful and friendly he swapped it out for me in just a few minutes for a new one and also tested my alternator also and it was good . Will def be coming back here for any future car necesites. Thanks again Tim

Had to get a new battery for my wife's buick enclave. The battery was a pain to remove as it has a fuse box mounted and clipped onto it. Tim and estabon went above and beyond in helping me pull out the old battery and install the new one. Great customer service, much appreciated.
