Lowe's Home Improvement - Ardmore, OK

Very professional, helpful staff.

There were a bunch of large carts on the back wall blocking an aisle and making it impossible to get to a few things we wanted.

Love going to spend my CSA Bonus to get a toilet working. Lol.
At least Nate was able to find 5 more of what we needed back in stock so we didn't have to go anywhere else. He was efficient and friendly and came back with the right supplies and put them on our cart all with a smile. Keep him happy and well paid Lowe's management. You definitely want to keep staff like that.
We will be back when it's time for flooring.

Ardmore - Monday at 12:15pm. Went in to buy a freezer. Several people already back in the appliance department waiting on help to purchase items. Two different couples wanted a washer/dryer, and one needing a hot water heater, and another wanting a microwave. One lady said they'd been there 15 minutes waiting on help. I pushed button by register again and PA kept announcing customer service needed in appliances. No one came. I went up to customer service desk, and he paged, but no one came. About 10 minutes later, some guy walked over and sat down at one of the desks by the tile and cabinets. He started looking at the computer. I looked at my wife and said maybe this guy can help us , so started walking over to him, and he got up and walked away. There’s no way he couldn’t see all of us standing there, or hear us, because he wasn’t 15-20 feet away. One man behind me waiting on a washer looked at me, said a few words about the man and Lowes, then said "Guess they don't want our business" and he and his wife left. I went to customer service again. They just kept paging for assistance. Lots of employees walking around, but none trained in that department and able to operate the cash register. Guy wanting water heater finally gave up and left. Finally a lady named Jeanne showed up and started helping people. She was very apologetic. She called several times to get someone to help her. She finally had to go back and get the freezer herself and rolled it out on a big dolly to the appliance register and checked us out. She then rolled it to the front door, and luckily she got a guy at the front to help me load it in my truck. Total wait time was almost an hour. Yea, I know you're going to read this and say, "We're sorry". Don't just be sorry, fix it. There are multiple reviews stating the same issue of lack of help, customer service, and long waiting times. Gave 2 stars because the lady that finally helped us was very nice and apologetic.

Friendliest staff I've ever met at a Lowe's. Even though it seemed like they were very busy getting ready for Black Friday sales, they seemed genuinely happy to help the customers.

This Lowe's is really nice. It's always clean and generally easy to find stuff. If not they have pretty good customer service to provide you with help.

This place is a joke

When I returned the material they promised me a refund then never got it they eventually said they screwed up and I’m screwed and was gonna do nothing about it.

Next problem they said they priced match and I look at my card it was $500 more than what my original quote was.

Next problem kept promising me material saying it was coming why I’m paying labors sitting around waiting all day kept getting same answer that it was coming (called 4 times) and eventually at 7pm I send my guys home and it came the next day.

Lowe's employees are always so helpful and nice. And the self check outs are great too. And the store is always clean. And they give a military discount! Home Depot doesn't. They need to get with the program.

They have the best customers service.I would go back here all the times.It is worth being their.clean and good people

Place has everything, I had a few questions and not only did they show me were they helped me find the right screws for the job.

Finally got a new washing machine! I will say, I had to wait quite a while as it was busy bc of the holidays.

Man I really like Lowe’s for the convenience but I think I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. So far McCoys has treated me better and WAY more helpful than most of the staff here. Who carries paint and not have any of the base coat. Pallets in the way most trips. Forklifts honking at you to get out of the way. It’s getting to feel a lot like Walmart at Lowe’s. I know as an employee they’re going to get paid the same and couldn’t care less about an irritated customer.

The pro desk staff at the ardmore location really takes care of business. Joey buck has been my pro associate for years and this guy always goes above and beyond to meet my companies needs. I deal with a lot of salesman and suppliers with my construction company and I have to say Joey buck is the easiest to work with by far and makes ordering materials an easy and streamlined experience! Thanks Lowe’s pros !

This Lowe's store is one of the most mismanaged stores I have ever seen. Their answering machine doesn't work at all, and they can't answer their phone. If you go into the store and need some help, there are plenty of people working in the store, but you can't seem to find anyone that can help without walking the whole store to find somebody. They need to close down and let someone else that cares about their customers have a shot.

Hired me as a part-time cashier. While I was doing my computer training, I overheard hr talking with store manager, so I decided to check my schedule. 14hrs every 2 weeks, screw that. Walked out, I could have dealt with 14hrs a week. Will never waste my time with lowes ever again, too bad their isn't a home depot in town, I'd go back to working for them in a heartbeat. Way better company than lowes.

While checking out at the front counter (Self-Checkout), I attempted to put my cash into the bill validator after scanning my item and pressing the pay button. It wasn't taking my bill. An employee approached and rudely said "Well, you have to finish the transaction first". I looked up at the screen and noticed I haven't finished the "Quiz". I joked about how a lot of self checkouts have too many questions before you can just pay. This Employee said "Well, they assume most people can speak English". I let him know how I felt about the way I was treated by him. Jerry was the first name of the Employee. He was at the front counter with an Employee that had assisted me before and that young man was awesome. Jerry, not so much.

It was okay the store is clean, the employees are very nice but if you need help you will have to wait a long time before somebody will come help you
