I have not received the respect or concern for my problem in many years. I have been in the business 60 years and have not seen the kind of service and respect since the 60s and 70s. My experience was top notch. Friendly staff with excellent mechanics. Got my radiator replaced here in 4.5 hours and the mechanic stayed late to finish it. Above and beyond my expectations.

Was charged 200 dollars more than quoted for a wheel they ordered, and they charged sales tax on shipping which is not required in Oklahoma. After some discussion I received a 100 dollar refund plus tax which is still too much tax and 100 dollars over the quoted price but they did work with me. I will use them again but will be very cautious about anything they have to order.

Repairs were done in a timely manner and everything was fixed. Randy and Matt are great to work with and will keep you informed. I highly recommend this shop.

The employees are great , They worked together to help solve a situation I had that I
had with my truck at the last minute tp keep me on the road .They went above and beyond after closing time to get the part I needed. Great Job!!

I want to take the time to as publicly as I can thank BRIAN JACKSON of Premier Truck Group of Ardmore for everything he did to assist me in the purchase of my 2021 Freightliner Cascadia 116SLP. I was looking locally in the DFW area and was unable to find what I was looking for which caused me to extend my search into Oklahoma. Tulsa more specifically. I inquired about a couple trucks in Tulsa and began working with Trevor, whom is also a great guy. We began the finance process and during this, I was informed about a couple options in Ardmore, which is a much closer drive than Tulsa, so my wife and I decided to take a trip to check them out. I walked through the door and was directed to Brian. I explained that I wanted to look at the trucks and he wasted no time allowing me to do so... I told him that I was already working with Trevor out of Tulsa and it didn't stop his amazing hospitality a bit. He treated me as if I was his personal client, regardless of if he benefitted from my purchase. Well, I did purchase one of the trucks, and he helped me with understanding paperwork, fixing anything that needed fixing, etc. He went above and beyond what was required, because that's just who he is and what he requires of himself. The absolute best customer service I've experienced. It was a new experience for me as this was my first Semi purchase and I'm glad we met. Matt and Randy, service writers, were absolutely wonderful !!! Juan, tech, was a great person to work with, very thorough !!! If you guys are looking at purchasing other locations could you please purchase Freightliner in Fargo and Grand Forks ... they need help !!! They are employee owned. I almost forgot the Service Manager and parts for a job greatly appreciated !!!

Great experience so far. Matt Poe and his manger were the best. I called the roadside service for overcharging my alternator and he sent a technician within 30min and solved my issue. They was very professional, respectful, and concerned about me having the best experience possible. Matt Poe is truly an asset to this company. Great job Freightliner for hiring this gentleman. This is the most awesome Freightliner Dealership anywhere hands down. Thank yall for caring about the professional driver.

This service department is very fast, thorough and efficient! We were very pleased with the professionalism that we received. The work quality was outstanding! We would highly recommend this service department if you are needing repairs. With 12 tractors running over eleven years we have not come across very many 5 star shops.

PTG has almost always provided us with quality parts at reasonable prices! I appreciate their adherence to a good standard! My small business relies on that standard!

Took our rv in for a safety check and to get the alignment done. The service guys were awesome and had great customer service. I even met the mechanic that went over our motorhome. He was very knowledgeable and explain everything he did ! I give this place 5 stars. This is far the best place I have been to in a long time and I think other companies need to take notes from this business!

I called around 0800 am with a air leak and they said come on in .the mechanics diagnosed my problem within a hour .clearly explained it sent a video and repaired it plus another video of future engine problems plus wrote up an estimate for!!! Give them an a+++ fir everything ,as an oo the worst thing is wasting my time , will definitely be back in the future .

Stopped in to get my fuel filters changed in my m2 106. Got there at 6:45am. They helped check me in right away at 7am. Truck was being worked in by 8am and I was on my way out by 9am. Very friendly staff! Thank you for good service. It is a rare feat these days!

First job they did was a little high. The second job they gave me a good deal and it was $200 less than what they quoted me.

This shop is the best dealer I’ve ever dealt with. They kept their work about time and when above and beyond to get me moving quickly. My only complaint would that the test drive wasn’t long enough. So I had a couple air pockets in my coolant system which was a little scary. But awesome job guys. And they were very friendly to my dog. Tks again

This is the place to shop got 4 wipers for 16 dollars. More worried about make the customer happy then any thing else will stop in every time!

Jerry is a master of his craft in the parts department . I’ve never went to them and left unpleased. They definitely will go above and beyond for your needs. You can tell everyone is happy with their job.

Very quick delivery of parts. We have called Roger, our sales rep, in the evening and had the part at our shop at 8am the next morning. The prices are very competitive and normally less than we can get anywhere else. Highly recommend

When you're on a 5 month trip in a Freightliner Chassis, Class A Motorhome you come to expect good service. I would describe their service as above and beyond "Exceptional Service". On June 29th they were able to fit us into their already booked schedule. Within four hours of our arrival, the problem was diagnosed and repaired. It was an easy wait, their facility was Hospital Clean and had a comfortable waiting area. Their service writers all had a great attitude towards servicing their customers.

Fast service! Really recommend this place. Nice people working and it took only one day to get the truck back running, thanks guy for everything!

After a year we came back to this shop with different truck and issue. And the service is even better than before. Know we receive a video with everything pointed out what we have to take a look at. And I was impressed with that!!
Because you can be sure what really needs to be done and what you can take care of latter.

While not the closest to my home, PTG of Ardmore is my service center of choice for my RV with the Freightliner chassis. Whether doing service or repairs, they handle it with professionalism and care. The shop is clean and easy to access from I-35. I highly recommend them!
