Not impressed needed chain I cut what I needed but no one around to messier it waited 20 mins then went to register to try and check out and they said sorry we are short habd have to wait for a chain spec list to messuer it. So I set it down and left. Customer service is gone

I needed a large fan on wheels. They had exactly what I wanted. But I looked on Amazon to see if I could get it for less. Which I did. But if my memory serves me right, if you can show that it's less money Lowe's will match them. I think Home Depot will do the same. I would ask first to make sure.

Should I purchase some deck stain or actually I paid somebody to go down there and pick it up. I could have finished my project about three of the cans weren't mixed. I was very hot irritated that I couldn't finish the project. I've deleted my negative review just for the fact that my wife went back down there Monday and talk to very educated man very nice to her and took care of her very well. A little bit of effort goes a long ways in a poor customer service person when you call will push you over the edge. Have revised my review still had to go back and get a remixed my advice is to check every can of paint before you walk out of the store. But thanks to the older gentleman i changed my review

I have no had this type of AMAZING customer service in YEARS…. In fact I was convinced it didnt exist anymore! As soon as i entered the garden area I was greeted and asked if I needed anything to let them know! (By 3 different employees)
I soon needed help getting a couple of planters down! They were so happy to so this and when checking out offered to get my car loaded!!! I have never done a review but could not pass the opportunity to do this one!

Lowe’s of Searcy mixed two gallons of paint for my deck. One was the correct color and the other was orange. I took the wrong color back the next day and it was a nightmare. After waiting for someone to help me, I reached out to the checkout employee for help; the rude associate told me that when someone in the paint dept left for lunch, that the entire dept shuts down until they get back. I’ve been to Lowe’s more times than I can count, and I’ve never heard of such a policy. Finally a young man walked up, stating that was not his job but he had been called to that area to help. He was quite reluctant to help me after I explained the situation with the paint. His words indicated that he hated his job. It was obvious. He wanted me to go back to customer service where I started. Customer Service had sent me directly to paint when I walked in.
I just wanted the paint correctly mixed. It wasn’t my fault that they mixed the wrong color in the first place. I had heard that the employees in this particular store were quite indifferent toward the customers who needed help. I suppose this is a perfect example of what they meant. I spend a lot of money in Lowe’s every year, from appliances to flooring, to carpentry materials, to lawncare, etc. I don’t expect to encounter lazy, rude employees. The curbside pickup people are quite the opposite. Those young men are always friendly and helpful. It’s the associates “inside” the building who need some customer relations training! Dawn is the exception.

Nice clean store, stocked products, staff very helpful & friendly. We had an online order for windows & the process was more than easy!! We definitely come here when we are working in the area.
Little Rock native here & this store is a cut above what i am used to in my area!

The girl at the service desk could not even process a payment for their credit card I had the statement from the mail or written out check and all the info right there and she still could not process the check for the payment of the credit card it is crazy then I go to check out with my little purchase that I had and all they had a self checks that's fine I like self checks but no cash accepting self checks machines are useless and you need to label them and let it be known that these machines do not accept paper original money of the United States instead I had to stand there for 45 minutes waiting on the little employees to quit laughing and he he hawing by the door to come help me cancel that order and go somewhere that does accept cash searcy's Lowe's is horrible has always been horrible and has not improved and I don't ever foresee it improving at all they are the worst I do not understand why all of our good stores around town close and the one that has the worst customer service the worst policies should you say it's still open close that store it is useless or get a whole new crew in there and teach them a little bit of courtesy customer service because that store has lacked it for as long as the doors have been open and it's still lacking it

We bought a refrigerator on 12 20 and scheduled delivery for 12 28..We cleaned out old refrigerator and moved it outside the day before delivery..We were notified the delivery would be between 4 pm and 8 pm Sat..Why so late , they knew about this for 8 days..that's kinda late for old folks...

Me and my husband ordered a washer, Monday Dec 9, and got it installed today, Tuesday Dec 10. When we were at the Searcy AR Lowe's store Monday we were told that they would also take the two dryers we had sitting in our garage after installing the washer. Well after they installed the washer my husband asked if they could take the dryers, they said no and left. I then called the store to figure out why I was told they would when the drivers said no. I got a hold of a guy in appliance and was told if they installed a washer they could only take a washer. I asked why I was told one thing and now being told another, and trying to figure out what I need to do. Before I could ask what to do next he transferred to customer support. The lady that answered and I told her what I’ve been told and that I’m just trying to get the two dryers out of my house. She then told me that no, in fact, I had to pay a $50 appliance removal fee per appliance. I was ok with this. When I was fixing to ask what I need to do then, like whether I need to schedule an appointment for it and what I need to do next, She just hung up on me.
I’m just trying to figure out what I need to do to get the two dryers out of my house. I never raised my voice or was mad, just frustrated with how I was treated and that I was told different things with each person I was talking to. If this is how a person is treated, I’m so disappointed in this store. You can do better and be better than this.

Michael Meyers was awesome! He was very nice and accommodating! I really like the toilet we got. However, you lost a star due to the other employees we had the displeasure of speaking with during our visit to the "store". It really seems more like a warehouse with several people working in it and when I ask a question they're like "Wow, you're dumb. Do you even work here?" Like maybe they aren't aware that this is supposed to be a store, I guess. Anyway, Michael Meyers earned all 4 of these stars. I don't usually leave bad reviews but feel I should warn others. If you go here, try not to bother the employees, they're busy.

I had to buy a new washing machine which I purchased in the store. I quickly found what I wanted and an associate helped me promptly. I had to arrange for delivery, pick up of the old appliance and get the new one installed. The guys that delivered were great and very quick. They were professional and know what they're doing. Great experience.

I was able to find what I had come for. Workers seem to be short staffed and items in the garden center are really spread out. I had called before I came looking for a specific color of azalea and representative checked for me. She said they did not have that shade. When I came I asked where to look for azaleas. I was told they were spread in different locations in the garden center. I was able to find the exact color I was needing for my flower bed. It was the most beautiful plant. You just need to catch the plants right as they come in for the best selection. So a good place to visit.

I use Lowe's a lot because this location is close and usually they have what I need. I also have there credit card and get 5% off. Over all I can usually find what I need. This location is usual organized and when you find help the individuals are polite and courteous. They still keep showing me that, I can find about anything I need for home improvement at a reasonable price.

I shop a lot at Lowe's I had to buy a dryer this past December and a five burner propane heater the same month. Prices are ok when you have to buy it, only place in town that had a 5 burner .

Even though some stores have lower prices I go to Lowe's because of selection. I have tried other local stores to save money but seem to always still need one more item not stocked at the other local stores. If Lowe's prices were the same or lower than other stores I would give a 5 star. They usually have what I need in stock. Update: Had to return an item bought a few months ago. I bought through my Lowe's account so the return was simple!
