Had a humiliating experience with an older lady who refused to ready written numbers on paint cans and even with support from paint department came and confirmed what I told her she then began to debate with her. Other customers were reiterating exactly what I was saying . The sad part it was what I looked like as opposed to what I was saying. #stillhere2025smh !!!!!!

This store has the nicest associates i have seen. Everyone is making sure you can find what you are looking for. When you go there ask for JO, white beard (reminds of Santa) or Kystyna, Helped me with my military discount. To all of the managers those two are your greatest assets.

We ordered expensive carpet from them, their installers showed up drunk, under influence, and ruined our carpet, trim, home, and walked around our home soaked with sweat, shirts off, and shorts off their waste, boxers exposed even were drinking in our home. Lowe’s says they sending out another installer to inspect and make a plan. I demanded my money back in full and they can reinstall with professionals . UPDATE still not resolved weeks later, they keep saying they want to make it right. They want to get new carpet and reinstall it with new contractor, however we want a full refund and are done. Local GF Managers haven’t returned a call, corporate keeps calling us 5-6 different people. They ordered new carpet, they didn’t, they didn’t and then they did. They owe us for DAMAGES our home, plus the installers waived $1,500 fee and refund that has to come through Lowe’s, they haven’t don’t yet. Plus damages and the installers covered the new carpet after the first carpet was ruined. They owe us our money and won’t refund it and no one can make a call back and it’s always a new person. Also the sales lady fraudulently put our name on some fake contract, all we were given was an estimate and told to online. Stay away from Lowe’s period!!!

Apparently, you have changed your credit lookup policy so that now, a manager has to be called to the register for every purchase. The manager at this store on thursday, April 17th 2025 was a real jackass about it and told me that I should get a credit card and I wouldn't have to deal with it.

I did my recon before entering the store. I knew I wasn't going to find help, so I found what I needed on their website, and went directly to that aisle and bin. Self-check out was quick and easy.

We bought a dishwasher at Lowes of Grand Forks. The salesman was great and very helpful. He advice us to go with the installation package so we did buy the installation for our dishwasher but the installer broke one of my cabinet drawers n didn't pick up after himself left in a hurry left my door to the garage wide open he had my overhead door for garage open throughout the installation when it was very cold n I heat my garage he also left that open n just took of. What an experience with this guy. He never even presented himself so I don't know he's name but I will sometime today cause this is not over.

Waited all day for appliance delivery between 9AM and 9 PM. Had email the day I ordered confirming this date. No phone calls or messages so I called to find out that the delivery got pushed. I wasted a whole day waiting and now will have to wait again next week. A phone call would have been the least you could do! Some of us have jobs!

5 Years ago we built a new house and purchased all appliances from Lowes. The delivery and installation went well. This year we built a new house and again purchased all appliances from Lowes. This time, the delivery and set up was horrible. Upon delivery, they set all the appliances outside on the driveway and refused to bring them in the house because of a dusting of snow on the driveway. Our house builder had to bring them into the house to prevent damage from sitting outside. With the appliances in the house they returned for installation. All they did was to move the refrigerator in place, did not level or remove packing material. They also refused to connect the washer and dryer, so my house builder had to do that as well. My house builder also had to install the double oven, dishwasher, and stove. I’m not sure what happened at Lowes, but they have gone steeply downhill in recent years. I will never use them again.

I ordered a fridge on November 2nd (to replace a 3y/o fridge that abruptly stopped working on 10/30) and am still waiting for the undamaged new fridge to arrive (which hopefully will arrive tomorrow 11/21).

Pictured is the damaged fridge that they brought for me to use (11/17) .

If this seems trivial to you, I ask you to try to go almost three weeks with no fridge and a family of five.

I really just wish there was more employees. I can never seem to find someone when I have a question. Otherwise it's typically very clean and well stocked.

I had a deliver problem and an appliance problem that I had purchased today and the person I originally spoke to was not very helpful, there was a lot of confusion from both parties with the order I placed. I talked to the manager Kenny and just wanted to be heard, I didn’t expect anything to be done. Kenny completely changed my negative experience by just listening to me and not ignoring my issue like the other person had.

The only thing I would recommend is seeing if your 3rd party that delivers to the military base would be willing to deliver through the main gate on holidays/weekends just like all the other truck companies do. I understand the commercial gate is closed but they don’t turn trucks away at the front gate, I know the “s” shaped road to get on from the front gate is a pain but it’s always an option if your third party is willing to do it.

So hard to call this store for a quick question. It literally took 10 minutes and then they hung up on me before I could speak. The phone system is some sort of stone age AI. So now, do I go there or somewhere else for what I need? It's a time consumer to be running around.

I don't know who is responsible but I have been going back and forth with frigidaire and lowes about a fridge that hasn't worked for more than a month. I have had
a non functional fridge for almost a year with warranty running out soon. How come customers get the run around with no results. You wait 30 minutes to get someone on the phone and they turn around and tell you to call the company. I have a code for a new fridge but no one answers the phone! Lowes tells me code is no good after 30 days and frigidaire tells me they will honor the code. Seriously cant believe this. Not a happy customer. I am tired of using a mini fridge!

Purchased a fridge on sale and had it delivered. Delivery was quick but the fridge was badly damaged, I figured accidents happen so I refused it and decided to try again. 2nd fridge was also badly damaged, I refused that one as well. Went to Lowes and talked with the Appliance manager and he said he'd wave the $30 Delivery fee and give me a discount but I'd have to wait until the damaged unit came back to the store. Later that day I find out the fridge is onsale for $70 less than the price he said he'd give me. Went and talked to the manager again for a refund and he jerked me around saying he couldn't give me my money back. Asked for his manager and he said there weren't any. Asked for corporate and he just laughed. That's when I got really mad and sure enough there was a manager hiding in another room and after they talked he came out with my cash but again tried to short change me saying the price on the receipt is not what I paid. I'm out the money, I know damn well what I paid. I had probably a dozen people warn me not to buy appliances there and I should've listened. I'll never spend another cent in that store.

So after dinner I went to lowes in grandforks north dakota store 1896 I bought a new Samsung electric dryer. They said they'd get it ready an bring it out front .We'll here comes this guy dryer on cart drops my tail gate loaded it an says thank you. I strap it down head for home get home open box wrong dryer it's a whirlpool which does not match my new washing machine. So I call the store they call me back an says why didn't you open the box outside to make sure it was yours then he proceeds an says were not bringing you your dryer will you expect that one which is way cheaper then what I paid for. We are foster caring at this time an I need a dryer he says I can tell you now it might be 3 to 4 days till we can make it over
Here's what beats all I said who am I talking with so I can talk it over with my wife an call you back he said you don't get my name just ask for the night manager that's all you need .I got salesmanship I'd number but how unprofessional to blame me then be disrespected that way

This place was great! The store is full of great products. The selection is fantastic. They have anything you need from tools to plants and much much more. It's well kept and the help is always there to be of assistance.

I bought a washer and it was delivered the following Monday. I thought the hoses were hooked up wrong because I had to set the water temperature to hot to get cold water. They came back and delivered the machine was defective. I called the Grand Forks store and was told they had another machine and it would be delivered Monday. It was not delivered Monday, so I called the store again and no one knew anything about it. Then I was told they had one coming in Tuesday and it ibe delivered Wednesday. Now they are telling me it won't be delivered for another two weeks.
Then I was told to call delivery people at 6:00 in the morning, and I said I thought he should call them and he hung up on me.

The prices are a bit higher than menards, but at least you can usually find an employee to help if needed!
