First time calling Red Top Recovery. Everything about this was perfect. From getting a human dispatcher to the tow truck operator on site less than 20 minutes from the initial call. Cost was reasonable, payment easy, and receipt texted upon completion of job that was accepted by my insurance within minutes of claim submission. Go to tow company here.

Al was wonderful! When I called a person, not an answering machine, answered right away. Al arrived at my truck within 10 min. He was very considerate & friendly. Also very helpful answering questions I had. He helped me with my belongings as I'd just been to the store & gave me a ride home. They have a new customer in me!

Excellent company! From the dispatcher to the driver - everyone was so helpful. The driver got my car out of a tight spot. Amazing! They even went an extra step and went back to move my car into the dealership, when it was the dealer’s fault. Just can’t say enough good about them!

Al was exactly on time! He changed my tire in 7 minutes plus he filled my spare for me. Excellent service and very personable! Need to add that it was 0° and he asked us to stay inside to keep warm.

Worst experience of my whole life. they refuse to give any information on my car until i signed over the title. i couldnt even know where my car was until we went there and they wouldnt tell us until the title was signed over (i couldnt even get anything out of it until then). To move the car out the lot was just price gouging. it got worse when it was $100 every day it stayed in their impound lot, forcing me to either pay $1000 or sign over the title and let them keep my car. i hate this place with my whole heart and soul and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

These guys are great people will only use this service if I ever need it again.

Red Top Towing And Recovery was amazing in responding to a blown out tire on the side of the interstate. They were very helpful even when they were already busy for the day. Their dispatch office personnel was able to get someone out to me quickly. Everyone was very personable, efficient and effective to get me on my way again in a pinch!!

I blew a tire on a dually flatbed pickup about a mile west of New Salem. They were the only tow service that answered their phone. The gal who answered the phone was very kind and able to understand my idiotic rambling. They told me they would have someone out in 45 minutes to an hour, and 45 minutes later Al showed up. He was very professional and even helped when I had to move 2 bunks of lumber from my truck to another trailer which was a bit tricky given the steep ditch in that area. I feel they were competitively priced as well, but I don’t have anything else to compare that. Either way, if I find myself in a pickle in the Bismarck area, I will absolutely use them everytime

I had a very large wreck recently involving my semi with spray trailer and a large case ih sprayer being in a ditch on its top! Fast recovery and top notch service! Very impressive job they performed! I hope to never have a wreck this big again but if I do they are who I’ll call!

Alex Came out super fast turn signal on trailer had some bad wiring got it reconnected and on my way would definitely call them when up this way again.

When I went to get my vehicle from them I delt with Lisa! She was very friendly and helpful. She made a stressful situation in the end seem like it was nothing more then a normal part of my day. She was a great lady to work with and if I ever have to go through this again I hope I get to work with these guys they seem to know how to make sure you don't feel like your the worst person in the world! I’ve had to use my OnStar services a couple times this year already and Red Top Recovery was very quick and diligent with helping me on both occasions! Friendly staff and highly recommend if you need a tow or a jumpstart. When the service call was place through OnStar the first provider (Maas Euro, Bismarck ND) that came to jump start my car didn’t even bother trying to jumpstart it! They tried for a 30 seconds then said my car was shot and was treated very poorly. Thankfully OnStar sent Red Top almost immediately and they were able to get my car started (on the first try). Hands down amazing service and their pricing is reasonable!

Was stranded with a blown tire on a Dodge Grand Caravan with the tire stuck up under the car. Called and Little Lee came to assist me with the task of getting the spare tire out and on my car. I am so glad I called Red Top Towing. They are very professional and got me back on the road to home. I would recommend them anytime you are around this area. Great Service.

Called around and just about impossible to get help let alone speak with anyone! Until we found this company... we have a motorhome and we're towing an enclosed trailer behind, but still they were able to bring the right rig out to us within an hour. Tyler pulls up and has us hooked up within 30 mins or so while being distracted/bombarded with questions from myself and husband haha he was extremely friendly and a great conversator the whole ride to our destination! Rain or snow, 100% recommended this company (Tyler specifically if he's available) if you're ever caught in a pickle in the middle of North Dakota area.

Called this morning as our car was stranded the night before. They said they could get someone out right away. Within 30 minutes our car was dropped off at the shop we requested, Alex was extremely nice and professional. He waited for us as he got there before us. He made sure we could get the right receipt for our insurance. If we ever need towing again, there is not even a question on who we will use. Red Top Recovery and Towing is the only way to go. These guys really helped me out. I had an air bag blow out in my trailer and needed it replaced, even though they were very busy dealing with an accident as well as other calls, they were able to squeeze me in. Alex stopped by and got the parts, then in between calls was able to get me on the road. He was friendly and efficient in spite of being very busy. My dad ran out of gas.he has dementia. Instead of towing his vehicle . They put in gas and moved it off the road. And didnt charge us . So nice that people are helpful instead of being greedy!
I have been so busy going between my dad in Mandan and mom in bismarck hospital. So I don't know when I would of made it over to pick it up.

Tyler and Alex were amazing, they came and pulled me out of some pretty deep mud I got sucked into with big ol' sherlock and they did a fantastic job. Great guys!
