Lowe's Home Improvement - Fremont, OH

Wife and I got screamed at down the lumber aisle along with several other people by the loud mouth tow motor operator that wanted through. "You people need to move and I dont care where you go as long as it ain't here. . I left my cart behind and walked out, Menards or home depot will be just as glad to take your money and not yell at you. (probably)

I was window shopping inside Lowe’s. Diane was very helpful. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and guided me thru several options.

Honestly I don't go here often ,when I do I have no other place I can get it from. Their customer service is horrible waited over 30 mins to get a 2x4 cut once after talking with 3 different people. You can flat out walk up to a person working there ask for what you need and be told it's not their department and they will walk away and do nothing not talk on the radio to get you help not direct you to someone who can help you. You can walk up to customer service and they will tell you they aren't sure and then also walk away like you don't even exist. Don't go here and expect any assistance from the staff.

What ever you do, DO NOT!! have your materials delivered by these derelict! I am working on a basement remodeling job and am now 5 days overdue on delivery of materials. I don't know how others do things but if I don't work, I don't get paid. I can't for the life of me understand how it can be so difficult to put some of their trash products on a truck and drive it 12 miles down the road to the customers home. These people are a joke. Zero stars!!!

I came here for gardening supplies and mulch. They were great about getting the 30+ bags of mulch and other supplies and helping me load them into the car.
Wonderful service and a well organized and clean store.

Our experience on Saturday the 14th was one we will remember. We've never visited the Fremont store before as we are from Sandusky. The associate, Ivory, in the blind department was fantastic! He arrived quickly after we pushed the help button. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and patient. I wish he could be cloned because he made our shopping trip a pleasure! Wish he worked at the Sandusky store. Thanks Ivory!

The person who helped us select the paint for our nursery was SUPERB! I regret that I did not get his name, but his advice and options he led us to were spot on!

We found the perfect subway tile to update our kitchen and it looks fabulous. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Had the same poor staffing experience when trying to return some merchandise. The person who tried to help me didn’t even know how to run the register, and a second person tried to help but they just then started to argue over what needed to be done. In the end my merchandise was evidently bought too long ago to return, so I put it all back in the bag I brought it in with the old receipts and threw it all in the trash and left. I am sure I’ll be back to shop as I usually do not need anyone’s help in the store and can check myself out as there aren’t any staffed registers hardly anymore.

I usually deal with the lowes in Sandusky but ran to the Fremont store for curtains and a oil filter change for my newly bought s170 john deere riding lawn mower. After looking for an associate because all of them were to worried about how hard it was raining out I found 2 of them sitting around talking and asked for help. After explaining to him what I was looking for he was clueless and never asked for help on my question and blew me off. After shopping for awhile with my wife for other things the hole store was the same way. Employees talking or going to break and not worried about there customers. What a joke

I have had pretty good experiences at this store since they opened. Most of the time the employees know where stuff is.
