Mike and his company were able to quickly fix the issues on our gym roof. Our HOA used Vodika for several of our condo roof leaks ( we had already scheduled to have new "vertical shingles" replaced on our 40+ y/o units with another company, but they were unable to come out promptly for an evaluation. But we needed our leaks repaired NOW...We called Mike Vodika, who immediately came out , and assessed our problems. He provided
immediate quotes; and had workers out the next day to do the repairs. Mike, and his staff, are prompt, reliable, honest and extremely competent, as well as having reasonable rates. We had such a great experience, with him fixing our leaky roof problems, that we also used his company to fix problems left by the "other" roofers who replaced our vertical shingles, but did a terrible job. So, Mike and his worker's saved the day" AGAIN!
