Went in to purchase 3 ceiling fans, 3 outside motion detectors, and bulbs! I was in the ceiling fan isle across from service-returns for 2-3 hours, asked for help three times! Never got any service! I did purchase the ceiling fans, motion detectors, and bulbs, but I will never be back in this business! I did find an associate on the way to check out and he read the ceiling fan box for me like I could not read! Check out lady was the only service that I received! Also when I got to Lowe’s I asked for a larger cart to load my merchandise that I was going to buy and these two associates told me the larger carts were behind Lowe’s and as I was walking back to get one they were laughing at this old 78 yr old man having to walk behind the store to get a cart and the cart was damaged and as soon as I loaded it, I could hardly get it to move! You all do have a manager at this Lowe’s, don’t you! Well they need to get off their behind and manage! Bad, bad, management!!!!!!

This particular store was in Corinth Mississippi and they got a great staff friendly helpful always asking if you need a helping hand not hiding out and pretending they don't see you lol but very clean store and good prices Great place to shop if you need any hardware and you're in the area.

This is simply put, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They screwed up the purchase. They screwed up the delivery twice. And when I asked where it was at the lady on the phone said “I don’t know and I don’t care. I need to end this call”. I ended the transaction and asked for my money back but they even screwed that up. This isn’t a home improvement store, this is a day care center where the children cry if they have to do anything. I would much rather spend more at the local store and deal with real adults.

I came in today to get a few buckets of paint and a couple of tools to go along with my project. Once I placed my paint order, I went to aisle 14 to retrieve a staple gun/nail gun. I first went to a regular associate and asked for help, they announced over the speaker, no one never came. I later approached a manager that took every bit of seven minutes, trying to find the right person. I approached him because I noticed he just helped another couple right before me, asking him for my help- needless to say, he took the same amount of time that could have been ample time to addressed the question that I had at hand, to ask someone else to assist me. Unfortunately I never receive an associate for the nail/staple gun, at this point I was so frustrated, I also left my paint in the painting department. There was no need for me to retrieve one thing for a project, when I was not successful to receive the other things needed.

Hopefully this will address the need of customer service when it’s needed. I know everyone plays a role within a shift, but the main goal is teamwork and sales! As a previous general manager, now business owner, I truly understand the importance now.

Management was not the best representative for Lowe’s today.

They did whatever the hell they wanted with my purchase. I told them I wanted my gift card. They returned my purchase to a card I no longer have because I lost it. I'm left without the product and without the money. Wretches.

I went into your store during a huge storm…I asked the desk, as I came in, for a particular item. Several workers all said… this guy right here can help you best and pointed to a gentleman a few feet away. Jerry Arnold, in the garden department ( I hope I got his name right) not only took me to what I needed but an item you do not carry- he went outside into the pouring rain just to “make sure”. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the products….I live in Memphis,TN. It was truly refreshing to have great service at a large store for a change. Thank you Jerry!!!

I'll go somewhere else if I have to stand and push a button for 10 minutes while 4 associates watch. All I needed was someone to unlock the wire cage so I could buy 12 rolls of 250' 12-2 wire. They make enough money to hire someone to walk over and unlock the cage. Ridiculous!

My husband bought me a washer/dryer for Christmas and the washer leaked water. Someone was supposed to come fix it today, they didn't show. It was our second appointment for service. Someone should've been here. Now they keep pushing me out a week at a time, the store will do NOTHING!! The return policy is insane. I have a 1200.00 machine that won't work and I can't take it back to the person who sold it to me brand new. ?! Their policies do not reflect the values they claim. They don't care about their customers. Once you are out that door, you are screwed. I'm poor. My first brand new appliance has been a disaster bc he bought it at Lowes. We will not be shopping there and I will warn everyone I know not to also. This ruined my Christmas and many other days. I'm a very kind gentle person, I wasn't mean or disrespectful, just simply asked for help bc their machine is defective. We can't get that 1200 back. I wish weekend wouldve bought propane with that money instead. Please beware. Shop around. And try to find places who value their customers for your needs. I would hate to see anyone else end up like this. New service order is supposed to be next friday..they are gonna push it out so long there will be no chance of us getting another one that works. I don't even want money...I just need a washer that works. I'm going to come to this page and warn people everyday. Life is hard, all of us are pinching pennies and it's not worth taking the risk. I came here 2 minutes after they closed they were still checking people out I asked if I could just run in to buy a cap for my plumbing so I could turn the water on in my house the lady told me she would ask the manager and never came back to the door. I've come to expect horrible customer service at Lowe's, but this shows me they couldn't care less about there customers.

I honestly haven’t had the best experiences in this store as of late — Many of the employees cop an attitude and don’t want to work, while others (very few) are working in overdrive trying to make up for it and seem genuinely overwhelmed.

But today as we were loading a massive purchase of cabinets and counter tops etc… Cody, a gentleman with longer curly dark hair, was walking to his car after his shift ended and stopped to help my husband and I. It’s so rare to find people like that, and we were so thankful. We didn’t even ask… he just saw a need and filled it. I don’t know who his boss is or if this will be seen, but that man deserves recognition.

I had a nightmare of 48 hours. My old water heater exploded without warning. It flooded my home & destroyed my floors. Lowe’s showed kindness to me today that I will not soon forget, and was very helpful in purchasing a new one. I will now purchase my flooring from there as well. I am so grateful for them making a crappy nightmare just a bit better. Thank you for showing me grace and being so helpful. Emma was a great cashier.

Received a protection plan refund card for a washer that was beyond repair. I was pleased with the ease of using the refund card and purchasing the new washer. I requested a delivery time in the afternoon when we would be home from work. I was told note would be made and to notify the scheduler of requested delivery time when they called to schedule my delivery the night before. When I received the text to schedule delivery, I was given a time of 3-7 pm. I responded with my request of any time after 4:30. The next morning around 11, I received a call that the driver would be at my home around 12 and told that if no one was there, it would be returned as refused. The dispatcher called at my request and said she would make note. I was out of state and my husband was at work. at 4:50 pm, I got text that the driver was on the way, then immediately that it was delivered. When I called home, it was not delivered. About that same time I received a call for survey asking how delivery went. i was told that the washer was back at store and would not be delivered that day and they would not deliver to my area the next day. After speaking to 2 more people, i was told if I would agree to Thursday delivery, this was Monday, he would schedule me for 4:30 as I was requesting. On Wed evening, I received text they would deliver from 9-1 on Thursday. I called dispatcher the next morning did not receive any help. I called corporate and made complaint, but, they use contract delivery, so they didn't care. I called the Corinth store and customer service there was not even interested. The delivery driver called at 8 am to deliver around 9. I happened to get someone home and it was left on porch. I could not get cash from the refund card, it would have been store credit, or I would have returned my purchase and bought from somewhere else. I would not recomment purchasing any appliance from Lowes. They obviously do not care about customer satisfaction.

Getting the oven was awesome on all aspects to include buying the assurance (insurance coverage for it). Still the bad part was getting the assurance customer care to write and send me the check covering the worth of the damaged oven. Been on this circle since March with no luck at all. Still waiting for my compensation for the broken oven per Lowe's maintenance (who were very professional and accurate), but not professional or accurate assurance team!

Sales person wasn't interested in showing us what flooring was available waited by product asking other personal to contact a sales person then were told it would be delived the next day Satuday 6/28 asked what time was good we said morning no delivery came we called after 12n were told that it would be delivered 7/5/24 No one called to change plans. Customer service dropped the ball on a 2968.25 spent will go to Florence Alabama Home Depot next time.

We spent 3 hours gathering our items. A total of three carts and one basket, $1,700 worth of merchandise. We asked two different people at two different times about leaving the two carts in a closed checkout isle. They both said it was fine. We finally get all of our stuff and go back to our other two carts. The one cart with the majority of our things was missing! Another lady is in self checkout, I ask her where our basket is. She said it was taken by another employee to put up because it was abandoned. I immediately informed her it was not. The lady there before her said it was ok to leave there. I want my stuff back. She said it’s taken away. I said have them bring it back now! She called someone and they said they were putting it up.
Long story short, we ended up having to spend another hour getting our merchandise back with no help from them! Incompetence!!!!!

We were looking for flooring. Am employee came to help and was great answered all our questions. They had samples that we were able to bring to to see if it was the color we needed. Told us everything we needed for the project. They have both self check out and a few people to check you out as well. Quick in and out. Fast and helpful service in the garden center.
