They did an amazing job on our home at a fair price. We definitely will be using them on future projects.

As much as I love painting, in my 70th year, I'm just not up to the exterior stuff. But, not to worry, CertaPro was able to fill the need. Their guy was able to do all the prep, painting and staining in two days, and it looks great. He also redid the caulking, repaired some split wood and gaps, and left everything perfectly clean. He even did the backs of the shutters - just like my dad taught *me*. We couldn't ask for more. Thanks, CertaPro!

CertaPro of Jackson painted my house in 2012 after a fire and did an excellent job. Then in 2024 I wanted to repaint the house, fix several soffit/facia/trim spots, and then pressure wash and stain 4 very large decks. After inspection it was determined that the entire house didn’t need to be repainted which I attribute to the good work done on the 2012 job. So the remaining work was done, which was still a large job, and I could not be more pleased. The attention to detail, willingness not to rush things, and the workmanship of the carpentry/painting crews was excellent. Lastly, a special shout-out to Mr Lopez running the painting crew, Sharman who did the carpentry, and Tony who managed the project……well done team!

Great team of professionals! From Tony and Jennifer in sales to Nick and Justin who did the painting, all were awesome! Nick and Justin arrived on time and went straight to work being very mindful of our home. Used multiple drop cloths to protect our floors and went overboard to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend Certapro!!

I had CertaPro Painters of Jackson paint our soffits, trim and doors at our house. Tony Caballero provided a VERY competitive estimate (literally thousands of dollars less that other painting contractors), Jennifer Belt conducted daily calls to provide outstanding communications for scheduling status and the painters themselves did an excellent job completing the work. Tony followed-up after to inspect the work and I even received a handwritten note from Jennifer thanking me for using them. I couldn’t be happier with my experience using CertaPro Painters and highly recommend the Jackson team for your next painting project!

The final paint job was very good and we are satisfied with the finished product.
The only negative was daily arrival time and one no show day. Our painter said he would arrive between 8 and 8:30 I think the earliest arrival time was 9:30 and a couple of days after 10:00. I was asked if he could come on Sunday morning to finish up he never showed up and never called. The same thing on July 4 he asked to be here and I agreed no show no call. I would have had no problem not having him work on July 4 and Sunday but he offered then didn’t show

I would like to thank my Certa Pro rep Tony! He was super patient as I achieve getting my parents house from a different state! I had to change dates and he was more than understanding! The team came and painted and completed on time and even work on holiday! Definitely recommend!

My overall experience was good. Please allow me to add these notes:
1. Often telephone were not returned in a timely manner.
2. My estimate stated 2 coats of paint on the walls, I was forced to insist the crew return to complete the second coat.
3. The estimate stated the electrical covers would be removed and replace, they were not.
4. I asked for the cleaned up NOT be preformed on my property, the request was not followed.
I will recommend CertaPro Painters to everyone, the items I list here are issues I could have handled better with the crew, that is on me, so to speak.

Ollie and his crew were sent out to my home to repair a ceiling and painting. The crew did a great job with the texturing after sheet rock repair. Painting was the last step. They were neat, efficient and worked with care, as if repairing their own home. Thanks Certa Pro for sending out a good crew.

Certapro did an excellent job on painting our 1972 house that has needed some paint for several years now. They first pressure washed it to prep it and remove any flaking paint. They also did some minor repairs and caulking on our porch columns that were cracking and coming apart (a temporary fix for now and to be replaced at a later date). The columns looked great when finished. We were able to go out of town for the birth of our grandson and had to leave a note for the painters to go forth with the plan even though we wouldn't be there. And we appreciate them working with us on that because we didn't know when little Wilkes was going to make his presence. Thank you Certapro for a job well done.

I contracted CertaPro of Jackson for the 2nd time, most recently to paint my home's exterior. There were a few minor caulking touch ups I requested afterward, which they handled immediately. They do great work and stand behind it. I highly recommend.

The price quoted should be the price charged! I shouldn’t have been charged an additional amount because the painters chose a more expensive paint! I have used this company twice and I won't be using it again. They did warranty out the bedroom and kitchen wall which needed to repainted after getting a full paint job two years ago form the same company! I believe in second chances which is why i chose to use them again. I noted two years ago they had to come back twice because they missed spots due to them rushing! I would not recommend.. save your money

I was so impressed with CertaPro… Their name is very fitting because they’re completely professional… They showed up on time. They were polite and respectful of my property and finished on time, and most of all my place looks great as a result!

CertaPro's crew were dedicated and very focused on the job at hand. We had all of the trim in our entire house, including interior doors, prepped and painted with 2 coats of oil based paint. They did a great job and finished the entire project in 8 days. Would use again on future projects as the need arises.

I have been in the construction industry since 1998. I have dealt with a lot of contractors and these guys are as zipped up and professional as any I have ever dealt with. They show up, do the work and stand behind it. Had a problem with one job with the paint not adhering and they came back and took care of it. Never worried one second. I highly recommend them.

Fair price quoted, and the painters showed up on time and completed ahead of time. Correct estimate on paint required. Could have been a little more careful with the use of drop cloths but overall great job. The neighbors like the new look.

We had an issue with water damage in multiple rooms. the discoloration and peeling paint was awful. CertaPro was able to schedule the job promptly. We were quoted a 3 day job by other crews but CertaPro was able to complete the job within 1 day and the job was done neatly and professionally. By far the best experience we've had with any painters and will definitely be using this company again.

I liked everything about Certa Pro Painters. They were thorough, on time, and did a very good job at a reasonable price. We had neighbors and friends who came over to look at the paint and saw they were using Sherwin William's paint. Omar, the carpenter, was very good, as was Calvin and Gregory, the painters. Tony did a great job inspecting and made sure everything was perfect. I would use Certa again.

CertaPro did a fantastic job. We were doing a full remodel of our kitchen and CertaPro was great about working with the scheduling of other contractors working in the home.

It’s difficult to find good painters who guarantee their work. CertaPro lets you know up front what to expect and they deliver. If something goes wrong, they will make it right. This was the second time we had them paint some areas of our house. They did well on the mainstream stuff and, when the wrong finish was applied to our cabinet doors, they sanded everything down and made it right.

I was most impressed with the responsiveness and the timeliness of completion. It's hard to find a contractor who will show up when they say they will and finish the job when they promise. CertaPro made sure that happened and everything was done on time and just as they said. The process was simple and there was plenty of communication through the whole process. The price was a little higher than other quotes I received, but not by much at all. In my opinion, the small extra cost was well worth the transparent communication and the fact that they showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do. I will definitely use CertaPro for any future painting projects.

Very timely coming over and giving a rel time quote. Started the date they said they would. At the end brought a list to attention of painters and they did a great job getting it done. Paid a little more than I expected, but I will for service and quality. I would use them again.

The guys from CertaPro were great. We had them do the exterior of our house and paint our kitchen cabinets. Their bids/estimates were reasonable and their work was phenomenal. They were able to work around my schedule and completed the work sooner than they had initially said. The workers were very friendly and kept the work areas clean and tidy. Their quality of work was also outstanding. They were able to prep, prime, sand and paint the cabinets over the course of a couple of days, completely covering the gel stain that was on the cabinets from before. I highly recommend CertaPro for any painting needs!

Got an estimate for $350 to paint 2 exterior boards and I supplied the paint. Said they would be able to do it in about 2 weeks. 2 months later they show up. This is my elderly mothers house. Took about 30 minutes to do. The painter said the boards were rotten but his boss said to just paint over them. My mom went out and looked at the job and the sun was shining on the boards so she went ahead and paid and when the sun went down it looks as bad as it did before he painted them. Then I got them to give me an estimate to replace the boards at over $850. And the guy even admitted the job looks bad!

I am so disappointed with what I received. Not only did they not cover my furniture they got paint on it, holes poorly patched, not a professional job at all. When they came back to "fix it" Tony and Adrian talked to each other in Spanish but to me in English. I can't help but wonder what they said that they did not want me to understand. Will not recommend. My walls are still messed up. Poor job the 2nd time also.

On top of that the guys were very nice and personable. Definitely would recommend them and would use them again.

If you are looking for a high quality, professional, team who will show up every single day, then Certapro is your company. You can find cheaper quotes. You run the risk, however, of gaps in work due to employee issues, unguaranteed work, and lower quality painting. Even when we ran into a miscommunication, their team was highly responsive in making sure the project stayed on course. The paint project took years off of my house and is the project I’m most pleased with having done.

Great job! The painters worked very hard and were meticulous! No mess anywhere and everything was cleaned up perfectly. The contract listed everything they were going to do -- paint colors, type of paint, and what was to be done. I really liked that because everything was spelled out with no surprises as I've had with other paint companies.

I had exterior and interior painting done by a crew(Greg's crew) through Certa Pro. I was pleased with the exterior; however, there were a lot of places that were missed within the interior. When I informed Certa Pro (Chad), Rell from the crew came back to finish the job but those same places were still unfinished. I informed Certa Pro again. Tony from Certa Pro came out and did a walk- through and took pictures of all unfinished work. He was excellent. He got an independent painter(Josiah Moton) who also works for Certa Pro, not affiliated with the crew. Josiah Moton came out and had to re-sand and repaint all unfinished work. I was very pleased with Josiah's work. He's awesome!!! Because of Josiah Moton, I would actually rate Certa Pro 5 stars!!! Also, Certa Pro was very professional and responded to my calls in a timely manner. I would recommend Certa Pro but ask for Josiah Moton.
