My wife and I was just there for an hour and a half we could not find one person to help us. I stood in front of the paint department for 15 minutes and never did get help. We found some product that we wanted, we finally go to the register and the price doubles. They have the wrong prices on stuff. I honestly don't know how people shop there. And just to let you know we are standing there trying to find help two employees walked right by me and never said a word. And the girl that they finally sent over for paint couldn't even spell paint.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Lowe’s. I called ahead to confirm the availability of a specific refrigerator I had been eyeing, which was listed as a clearance item. I spoke directly with a staff member who assured me that the fridge was in the receiving dock and confirmed it was still available. They specifically encouraged me to come in as soon as possible to purchase it.

I drove over an hour, rearranged my schedule, and even lined up help for transportation, only to arrive and be told the refrigerator was no longer available. No one could give me a straight answer about what happened. One employee casually mentioned it may have been sold, another said it was never there, and a third seemed surprised anyone had even told me to come in.

The lack of communication between departments and the dismissive attitude I was met with were incredibly frustrating. Not only did I waste over two hours of my time and gas money, but I also left empty-handed with no apology, no alternative, and no accountability from the staff who misled me in the first place.

This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a major retailer. I expected better organization, clearer communication, and some level of responsibility for the inconvenience caused.

I went into the store looking for a lawn mower. I didn't see anyone in that department but I did see someone working with someone. I asked if she could get me some help with a lawn mower. I went back and there was someone there. In a few Jamie came over to make sure I was getting the info I needed. I had other products I needed to looking at. Jamie went with me to each department and help me with each product I was searching for. Jamie made sure I had all information I needed on everything I had a question about. Jamie made this a great experience. Thank you Jamie.

I went to Lowes for a lawnmower I was interested in. I spoke to a gentlemen names Rodney Simmons. I asked if they had financing and he said no. He said I would have to apply for the Lowe's credit card. I didn't think my income would be enough since I am on SSDI. Iwas surprised when I was approved. I told Rodney I had bad vision , so he helped me with the process. He went above and beyond. He gave GREAT service. Please give this man the recognition he deserves. Thank you Todney.

Friendly Lowe’s that has a great selection of wood and lumber. Most employees are helpful at this location compared to different locations.

I selected the only delivery option that was available on the website. Apparently that means door dash or similar will deliver. Fine, except I ordered $800 worth of 16 foot deck boards. No gig driver has a way to haul that. It took nearly a week to finally get my wood. The option selected said same day but I didn't really expect that. Which meant a wasted day that was specifically scheduled to work on the deck. I left instructions to drop them on the saw horses at the top of my yard near the road so it would be near the deck. Instead, they threw everything on the ground on the complete opposite side of my yard. So now I have to carry 50 16 foot deck boards all the way around my 1 acre yard instead the quick 100 feet it should have been.

I've been a Lowe's customer/pro for 20+ years and I have had exactly one decent experience with delivery. They've been late. They've delivered damaged goods. Their unaccountable third party crew lied to me about knocking on the door I was sitting next to and drove away. They've given me the run around and threw their hands up when trying to get any issues resolved. Do better, Lowe's. You're lucky there isn't an orange store in my city.

Home Depot is stocked better than Lowes AND WHY ALL THE STORES ARE LUMPED TOGETHER IN ONE AREA OF MURFREAKSBORO IS TOTAL POOR PLANNING ON CITY AUTHORITIES. The gridlock and bottleneck is ridiculous. Southern mentality is something to behold. A very dangerous ilk from California is

Poor delivery service, they used excuse they couldn't get down our driveway. But when I had yall deliver washer and dryer they had no problem. Now we have to load it up to bring it to our front yard to set it up. Which we can do cause look at this box they could of carried this to the area we ask them to. Lazy.

Store itself is nice, but many of the employees are clueless and not helpful. Specifically front end employee David when it comes to asking about lumber. I don't expect everyone who works here to be a master carpenter, but they should have basic knowledge of things and should know how to not waste a customers time.

Drive to Home Depot instead if you actually need help.

Bought several hardscape rocks. Young man, Gabe, walked up and offered to help us. There had been 2 young men that had walked by and didn’t offer to help us but Gabe saw us and immediately came over and helped us load the cart and then helped us unload to our truck. Outstanding customer service from this young man.

People here are so nice Carol especially in the Garden area has been so sweet she deserves a raise thank you so much for being there Carol we really appreciate everything you do for us.
I am not the Carol that works At Lowe’s, the Carol that works at Lowe’s is just awesome but I do want to say this as a dog owner that takes her dog everywhere. He loves going into Lowe’s because he gets a special treat. Lowes has been so kind to all of The dogs that comment to those were their owners been tons of money lately though you’ve put the treat table out in the entry and half the time is empty. The other half it gets milkbones I don’t know about you, but my dog gets milk bones at home and really enjoys to get the other treats that you all used to offer. It seems like you’re kind of going away from being kind to dogs. What is going on?

Changed my review. The phone line is never answered. Associate in store is not helpful. I had to return a toilet because I needed a bigger rough in. Looked for it in the store, not there, so needed to order it online. I specifically told the associate I needed to order online. They gave me a gift card that I CANNOT USE ONLINE. Went to the store and asked if they could order it and I was told they could not. I have NEVER in my life. Lowe's, cannot order items you want to get because you can't use your gift card online. What a scam. Now I'm sitting on $200 in a gift card that cannot be used on a similar item I purchased but needed to return. RIDICULOUS.

This Lowe's location is pretty typical of what you'd expect from the chain. The employees are generally friendly and helpful, though it can sometimes be tricky to find one when you need assistance in a specific department. One downside is the occasional frustration of not being able to get down an aisle because of the movable ladders in the way, but I guess that's part of being a warehouse style store. Despite these minor inconveniences, we're still grateful to have Lowe's in Shelbyville, as it's a reliable place to shop for home improvement needs.
I will also add that if you are on a budget and shop like my household has to, you will find a lot of the items in this store can be purchased less expensive at other local stores.
