I was walking around Lowe’s and this great gentleman named Cody came up to me asking if he could help. I dragged him from flooring all the way outside to find pots for my new plants at home. I showed him pictures of the plants to guess the size of pot I’ll need and he helped me even down to the color, to match my living room! I couldn’t believe the amount of customer service! 10/10 I would come back here again!

If I could give a zero rating I would. This has been by far the worst experience. I have always used Lowe's and within the past 3 years I have bought two refrigerators a dishwasher and a zero turn lawn mower. One of the perks of purchasing a lawn mower here was getting Lowe's cash rewards. It was $65 worth and now I don't have them because apparently they expire after 30 days which I think is a bunch of crap because if you buy a 5K item that's your money. I don't know why they would let them expire. I don't think I could ever do future business with Lowe's ever again seeing how much I have purchased from them within the past 5 years and they shrug their shoulders and say oh well. We don't have a process for that. I'm recommended by customer service to go into the local Lowe's and see if they will do a $65 store credit because obviously I buy a lot of things and I could use it at any of the given trips that I go every week. But nope, the shrug of the shoulder saying I don't have a process for it is all it gets. Avoid Lowe's. They just want your money. They don't really care to give you any even if you earned it and it was a perk. Use home Depot or tractor supply or anything else besides Lowe's.

One of the worst Lowes I’ve been in, I was at the Pro desk for a price match of an item I needed today. It was $111 here and Amazon had it for $37.75. Even though it clearly says on the website that they price match Amazon they wouldn’t price match. It’s very sad that price matching is even a thing. You would think a large company like Lowes would have at least close to a similar price of Amazon.

Ordered 240 pounds of Salt Pellets to be delivered to a commercial building for a water treatment system we are installing. Received a notice on 6/16/25 the order was in route. Shortly thereafter I received a notice the items were returned and a credit would be issued. NO call or any other info given.

Called the store a spoke to 3 or 4 people and got nowhere. Asked to be transferred to Amy Christenbury, Store Mgr. and was left on hold. Called back, left on hold, called back and left on hold.

Terrible customer service - no one wants to help determine what happened.

I purchased wrong color wood stain a couple weeks ago and tried to return it today at lowes in Mocksville NC. All I did was open the wood stain and realized it was wrong color, kept receipt and tried to exchange it for same thing but in different color. I thought since I haven't touched the product other than opening it and since I had the receipt that the exchange would be real simple. But that was not the experience I had. A gentleman was called over to look at the stain and the interrogation began.

This employee stared and stirred the stain for what felt like forever, examining it closely. I told him I had the receipt on my phone via email and told him it was purchased a couple weeks ago and he didn't even look or ask to see the receipt. He just kept examining the stain and questioning me. He then examined the lid and pointed out small rust spots on the lid and questioned me about that. He then studied the batch number on the stain lid and claimed that this lid was from 1984! Thankfully a female manager (i assume) came over and simply said, it's our product and he has the receipt and allowed me to make the exchange. Thats how it should been from the beginning without the Interrogation. Do better Lowes.

I had a pesky,persistent air leak on my Air gun blower in my truck. I was finally able to stop the leak with fittings from here. Located down the road from the TA so it was easy for me to get to also.

I bought 30 2x4 and loaded them inside the store onto the cart paid for them. Took them to my truck loaded them on the back of my truck all done by myself. I have nerve damage in my left arm meaning I loaded them all 1 at a time with one arm. I slide the lumber onto the cart and truck by taking one end then the other end on my left should to support it so I can slide it to load it. They watched me and as I got to the last one an employee was good enough to walk over and say I will take your cart. There was 3 or 4 employees collecting carts. Thanks Lowe's of Mocksville

I ordered and paid for a Maytag dryer last night and it gave me the choice of picking it up today or having it delivered on Sunday. I chose pickup today as I have wet clothes in my washer and my dryer is dead. I didn't receive a text saying my order was ready so I contacted customer service. They told me it would be ready for pickup in 23 days and acted like I was lying about it supposed to be ready today. I've spent so much money in this store. Do better Lowes, I hate orange but seems like this is now my only choice for this purchase.

I had multiple questions concerning a faucet and toilet leak. I ran into Alex who is an employee, works in plumbing who was a MAJOR help. He guided me in the right direction to parts I needed to purchase and assured me through each step of the process to complete the job. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. We need more people in this world as an example like him! Thank you!

I decided to purchase some carpet from them but I needed tack strips and I was installing on a wood subfloor aka osb, and the Lowe’s associate told me to get The concrete subfloor tack strips that would work just the same, so I purchased them only to have to return them after consulting with a friend of mine who installs carpet saying that they would splinter and damage my OSB and absolutely do not use those. Do not listen to these associates they do not know what they are talking about.

My girlfriend bought me a carhart shirt for Christmas at this Lowe's and they left the security tag on . So I walk in with it and I don't have the gift receipt or any reciept. There is nobody at the return desk so I wait 2 min and she shows up . I tell her what I need and she asks for the reciept , I tell her it was a gift and I don't have a reciept . So she tells me she didn't see me walk in with it and pretty much treats me like a thief. Calls the manager to review the security camera . I can understand that but have some decency about it don't talk to me like I'm a thief . Last time I'll spend my money at Mocksville Lowe's . Better give your people some sensitivity training . Because you lost this customer

I recently purchased a privacy fence from Lowe's, and while the company met some of my expectations, I am feeling very disappointed with the overall quality and installation. The fence itself looks decent, but the most concerning issue is with the fence posts. After installation, I noticed significant movement in the posts—it's so loose that I can push them slightly with just my fingertips. This makes me seriously doubt the long-term durability of the fence. Considering the investment I’ve made, this is frustrating.

The fence is supposed to be guaranteed for a year, which doesn’t seem like enough coverage given that it will take me nearly that long just to finish paying off the full cost. I'm worried that this fence won't hold up for even the full length of the warranty.

The installation was handled by a third-party company, Gammons Fencing, which was hired by Lowe's. While the installers did come out to inspect their work after my concerns were raised, they defended their methods and assured me that the posts were fine. However, I’m not convinced. To make matters worse, I noticed that the cement bags used to set the posts had been exposed to heavy rain from Hurricane Helene. Despite my efforts to cover the material with a tarp, it still got soaked, and when I raised this issue, the installers insisted that the rain-soaked bags were still good to use.

I’ve also uploaded a video showing the issue with the post movement, and I’m hoping someone can tell me if this level of "give" is normal or if this indicates a serious problem with the installation.

While Lowe's customer service has been polite and responsive, the fact that this is even an issue at all has me second-guessing my purchase. Based on my experience, I would urge others to do thorough research on the installation process and inspect the quality of the materials, especially if you live in an area prone to heavy weather. It’s frustrating to feel like I’m stuck with a product that may not last as long as I had hoped.

Normally I have a good experience with the mocksville Lowe's. However, my last visit to both the Mocksville and Salisbury Lowes have been horrible.I asked an associate to get me a brad nailer, which was locked up. I looked around for 15 minutes and couldn't find an employee. Then I went up to a cashier and they said the only person who could get the nail gun was on break. They said they'd call a manager. Well a manager never came. A random employee walked in who was starting her shift They then left me standing for like 15 minutes. Then she finally got the nailer. I went through the checkout only to find that shed given me the wrong nail gun. So, I had to go back into customer service return the wrong item and then again get the product unlocked and checkout. This literally took 30 to 45 minutes on something that should have been a 5 minute process. Then I was purchasing a pallet of wood as well and then another cashier didn't even know how many pieces of wood were on in. Instead of having someone else check they had me walk to the back of the lumber department and find someone who could answer. I don't know what's happened to Lowes but they is zero customer service anymore and everyone you talk to is incompetent. None of the good employees are left at this location anymore it's all young people who don't know what they are doing.

This is review is for the Vevor Commercial Series Ice Maker Model #SSX90C. The unit does not work. The helpline does not respond. The directions are terrible. It is my belief that the positive reviews are fakes, there is no way they can be real. This unit is a piece of garbage. We have put in hours to attempt to make this thing work, we have typed messages to the helpline-no response at all. I will put it in the dumpster unused, and I will never buy a product that is made by Vevor again.

i called 3 times, phone rang forever... finally someone answered... a female pro associate answered the phone (i don't remember her name and she's lucky i don't because i would've put it!) and i stated i had been trying to get someone to answer so they could check on a product for me so that i didn't make a wasted trip out there. she told me that the computer said y'all had one so i asked if she can go see if it's actually there soo didn't have to drive it there for no reason. her response to me was "that's actually all the way on the other side of the store" as if she was about to walk to new york city to check for me. transfers me to electrical, which never answered, and i gave up. if i could give ZERO stars for her ugly customer service and laziness i would!!

Lowes is just Lowes. A good place to find just about anything to do with home ownership.

Just ordered a grill.

Grill was picked up and is being used.

Back today for a new Christmas tree and landscape lights.
