I would recommend not using this LOWES for any kitchen cabinets or countertop installations. They sub out their work and then when the work isn’t done, the take the word of their installers and not the customer and guess who get screwed… the customer.

Poor service… you pay them for the work and cabinets, then they leave you in the dust to deal with people that you have no customer relationship with the solve their problems. I guess as long as they get their money that is all that counts.

Not all LOWES are like this…. But this one is! Stay away! Not worth the hassle.

We deliver to lowes all over. This place is the worst. There attitude toward truck drivers are just flat out rude. Everyone knows how traffic is on 64 or rt 77. If you are 5 minutes late getting here might as well plane on being parked. They won't work with you.

I did a delivery for this lowes this morning to one of their customers. I get back in the area and get an order to deliver food to an employee there at the same lowes. An hour later i find out the worker removed the tip after i completed their delivery in less than 10 minutes and left it with customer service as they requested. Thanks there Kacie, such a trashy move. Leaving the review because employees are a reflection of the business.

Lowe’s is ruining my vacation!!! I ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered yesterday. No one showed up, no one called!! At the end of the delivery time I called to find out that they needed to use a different truck! So my entire morning and early afternoon was wasted!!!! They said it would be delivered today and would call this morning! No phone call, when I check the order online it gave me a late morning to early afternoon time! An hour later it was pushed to tomorrow!! Therefore, I am spending days of my vacation trying to get a washer and dryer delivered!!! I am having to cancel other important events due to the lack of courtesy for my time!!!

Tomorrow is the last day of my vacation!!! Now, I have to either extend my vacation or pay someone else to complete the other important events that need to be done!!!! Either way it is going to cost me hundreds of dollars to adjust the timeline of the outstanding events!!!

Called to ask for referrals for a licensed plumber to work on a hot water tank that I purchased from them two years ago. Someone from plumbing picked up, transferred me to the help desk, the help desk than transferred me to back to plumbing who transferred me to delivery than transferred me back to the help desk... after waiting on hold for ten minutes when checking thr phones timer. I ended upj ust habging up without having any resolution to the call. The hot water tank was still under parts and tank warranty. If they don't have a list of plumbers available, makes one wonder if those that do the installation are liscnesed.

I was trying to get carpet installation after having my rooms measured but the girl named Angel made it as difficult as possible. Absolutely horrible, snotty attitude. Refused to answer my questions. Quoted me twice what the math showed it to be and refused to explain it. She then chastised me about swearing when I said "damn." I'll take my business elsewhere.

I enjoy it but you need help and no one is around. I needed a large order delivered and she said 2 weeks. Upon saying no thanks she said well when would you need it, like let's make a deal.

We went to look at an upright freezer and asked about my military discount and we were told they do not give discounts on appliances. We purchased one elswhere cheaper with military discount. That evening I put a curbside order in for the store and they said it was ready. I went to store and sat in car for 45 min and no one ever came out. I canceled order. The same thing happened to me about 3 months ago at the same store. Until managment at store #0675 straightens up I would think twice about shopping this location.

My husband had came into the store this evening to buy a fireplace for our living room, and he tried to show his military card to get this discount and they told him they wouldn’t do it he had to go online, many other stores are so easy to scan and give him the discount, what happened to just being an American and honoring our veterans who have fought for our freedom, disappointing.

This is usually the store that we go to instead of south ridge. We spend thousands at this store a year. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because we haven’t had an actual issue prior to this.

However this time, we feel we were profiled because we brought in a bag from the outside and it was an issue for whatever reason, and after we complied to what they asked us to do security was still constantly walking past us for the the following 2 hours.

Above that, I’m alternative- dress in dark clothes and have facial piercings (3 that can be seen just by looking me and 4 if I'm talking), I wore a Jason Voorhees beanie and a true crime hoodie and I have dark brown hair. My husband is tatted up and has visible hand tattoos. This ain’t the first time we’ve been profiled at this store but this last trip was nothing but a headache because of the above. On top of all of that we had our young children with us so they got to witness all of that going on, so that was absolutely grand explaining that to a 4 & 6 year old.

They've made almost everything ineligible for Veteran's discount. Their delivery team is a disorganized mess. I've had several in-store staff act like asking for help is a huge burden to them. I blame corporate for the Veteran's discount issue. The numerous issues beyond that, which I've only mentioned a couple, are a direct reflection of the Store Manager. I'm in a leadership position in my company, so I know those type of issues start from the top down. I'd be embarrassed if I was running that particular store. Lastly, the quality of lumber there sucks and if you request delivery you will absolutely get the worst of the worst, if you even manage to get everything you ordered. This store is an absolute disaster and I'm done with it. Not based on one bad experience, based on 3-4. Go to Home Depot or anywhere else. You'll thank me later.

Everyone that works here doesn’t know anything about what they are selling. Why hire people that don’t know anything about hardware to work in a hardware store? Asked 4 different people for help and no one knew anything. Then I had to check my own self out. Lowes I’m sending you a bill.

You’re better off making the trip to Home Depot in South Charleston, where the staff are kind and go out of their way to be helpful. Finding someone to help here is like pulling teeth. And don’t even think about placing an online order for pick up. It takes so long and is never accurate. We placed an order at 1:30, for less than 10 items, and it said pick up same day. The closes at 10 and at 8:30 our order hadn’t even been started. Genuinely a joke.

I recently purchased a window and had it installed. My son went to look for a blind or tint to put on it, and was harassed by security to the point he ask service desk to speak to manager, and overheard them tell not to answer their phone. My son left and security followed him out yelling at him. This is not the way your paying customers should be treated. This store has went down hill. Someone should be held accountable and maybe better security. Your service desk is responsible for poor service

I had to visit the customer service desk. The employee that what you would call assisted me was the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life! The issue that I came to the store with was not resolved. However I did experience verbal aggression the highest level of UN-customer service and disrespect from a besheveled employee engaging me in arguments to the extreme you can't even imagine never been treated like this at a store. I wanted to make a written complaint about the behavior. The employee refused to give me a last name or an employee number. The other employee came over in response to the clerk's raised voice instead of asking me the customer what was wrong She did not make eye contact with me and asked the rude clerk what was going on. When the other clerk finally made eye contact with me I told her what was going on and said that I would like to have the manager's name the manager's email and a written address to make a written complaint She said I quote, "I ain't Writin' nothing down!" I asked for the information again same clerk responded "thers' his picture on the wall!" Lowe's Kanawha City is horrible. I left so upset I couldn't even concentrate in tears of frustration. Even worse directly in the middle of the counter in front of the disgruntled employee I had left my cell phone. The employee who obviously saw it did not make me aware ma'am you left your phone I had to make a return trip back to the store for my phone. If you do not want to be treated poorly I would recommend to go to any other location with the exception of Lowe's Kanawha City McCorkle Avenue enue.

Lowes has really improved its pickup process. There is a separate line for pickups, so customers are no longer waiting at the customer service counter, waiting for returns to be processed. And no one has requested to take my driver's license out of my hands while they verify my identity (I had previously argued that they could not just walk off with my dl in their pocket!!) I'm impressed with the changes in process. Good job, Lowes.
