Always make sure the price you are charged is what you expect. Website sells installation the store can't support. (Those are separate issues from separate encounters.)

So I really didn't my glass room completely for my fgansay and new sync.New mirror you liked picture.That was very, very expensive.Had installed by an electrician Even the flowers were from lowe's and You can see in the picture that it's crooked and it can't be straightened. So now it has to be taken down. Put back in the box brought all the way back to the store and get another one and have that installed. You don't probably have to pay again to have it installed. And there goes another 3 hours out of my life because I have to drive an hour there. Spend time in the store and then drive an hour home. There's $50 in gas thanks Lowe's care. Scrutiny, once again first thing she noticed was the light was crooked. Everything was redone the whole bathroom and with the light being crooked.It threw up everything and it wrecked everything, so thank you.I spent alot of time and money on it and the poor QC wrecked it way to go Lowes thanx again

I needed a safe and called several times both the local store and the customer service line before placing the order to make sure it could be delivered inside the house. I was assured that it would not be an issue. I even had a customer service representative walk me through the ordering process so I got the right kind of delivery for my needs. I received confirmation texts in the days prior to the delivery, only to be told on the day of delivery that the safe would not be delivered on that day or inside the house, but would instead be left at the curb at another date for me to somehow bring indoors on my own because it required special handling due to its weight. What a joke! My life is as busy as anyone else's and my time as valuable. I had made special arrangements for this safe including travel and days off work. Why assure me that you can get something done that you either know you can't, or are unsure you can? I will not be doing business with Lowes again. At least Home Depot had told me upfront they would not be delivering indoors, instead of feeding me deception and lies like Lowes. I'll get my safe from a Mom&Pop shop. At least these people still care about their average Joe customers.

I hate this store over the past 2 years I have had nothing but problems with delivery and returns. This Lowes is a joke your management doesn't know what their doing. The only reason you guys are still doing buisness in presque isle is because there is no other option. Very dissapointed in your customer care. Shame on you!

I went today to Lowe’s. I’m a customer and it was 10 minutes to close the store and the guy. He shut the door and I saw him his 10 minutes. Can you please let me in so when I turn around He shut the door his name is (NATE) and I’m so really he was really rude with me and nobody all employees he can. They cannot give me his name until I find out and I’m working Maryland.

***LOWE'S FAILURE***TO GIVE REBATE AS ADVERTISED.

UPDATE #1: called the customer service number after the response from owner. Rep said "Lowe's will email you within 3 days to investigate further". STILL GOING IN CIRCLES, STILL UNRESOLVED, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

UPDATE#2: NO EMAIL FROM LOWE'S REPRESENTATIVE AFTER 5 DAYS, REP SAID THEY WOULD CONTACT ME WITHIN 3 DAYS (as stated in my review, Lowe's has no intention of giving these rebates to their customers).

UPDATE#3: FINALLY Received rebate after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and waited to post this until I was able to take it to the store and make sure it would work. It took six months of nothing but aggravation to get my rebate. A note to Lowe’s: you may want to consider implementing a customer service system that actually works, instead of farming out customer service to organizations like “Zendesk”. You may want to consider bringing all of your customer service departments back in-house, so that when a customer calls for help, someone at Lowe’s will actually pick up a phone, speak to them, and solve their problem.

Lowe’s FAILURE TO GIVE REBATE AS ADVERTISED. I was told by Lowe’s sales people that the John Deere riding lawnmower that I purchased qualifies for a Lowe’s rebate. However, I have been waiting since May and still no rebate. When I check on my rebate online at the Lowe’s website, it says I do not qualify, however, I do qualify as stated in the very literature that Lowe’s has provided to me. Please see the attached rebate receipt that I was given at the time of purchase along with the list of qualifying John Deere riding lawnmowers - as can be seen from my receipt and the Lowe’s qualifying list, I do in fact qualify for the rebate. I do not think that Lowe’s has any intention of giving these rebates to their customers; it is not a very good feeling to be cheated by Lowe’s. I searched for similar complaints online and found several complaints with the Better Business Bureau, so that is my next step, to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and the state of Maine Attorney General’s office. If that does not work, I will take them to court.

This store is NOT what it used to be. Most staff is rude and unknowdgeable. Uninformed too about their products. The head of the paint department never heard of tsp? Really. That and many other similar reasons I will never go back to this chain anywhere ever again. Sad. What happened. It's now an inefficient smoldering dumpster fire . Lost all my respect. Never going back. Mail order is less hassle for people who really are professional.

My review is on the ridiculous policy that there are no even exchanges allowed. Twice in the past week I have made a purchase and there were either missing parts or wrong parts in the package. Both times the after being inconvenienced going back for the item that was actually paid for I was forced to do a return to my card, then to repurchase the item. This tied up $620.00 on my debit card with holds to the account causing a second inconvenience. The “store” policy makes no sense at all. I made no changes in items just wanted the items I paid for fair and square. When expressing my frustration to the self proclaimed “ Interim Manger” Nate, he said and I quote” If you don’t like it, don’t shop here” He told me this at least 3 times. I told him he clearly should not be in management and he told me “ I know”. Side note: I called corporate who told me he is not the manager. They would not give me the actual managers name at the store, nor would the corporate rep I spoke to. She told me she could not give me that information. I asked what the big secret was. She placed me on hold came back on the line and then said the manager is Thomas, she could not give me his last name. If I could rate the young lady who waited on me Hailey, she would receive 10 stars. She was kind and doing what she was told by “management”. I was told with both returns, if I do an even exchange my boss will fire me. Do better Lowe’s and provide some customer service refresher training for the “Interim Manager” Nate.

I bought a washer/dryer and paid for installation. They showed up with the wrong vent for the drier and wouldn't hook it up to the existing vent. So now instead of a crappy dryer I have no drier. I've been on hold for over 20 minutes already and about to go down to the store.

Personally I think the installation guys saw it had to be run through the floor and just didn't feel like doing the work. The had me sign the paperwork while I was on hold with customer service, and I noticed the dryer as they were leaving. I literally chased them down on foot and they insisted they weren't allowed to hook it up to the existing vent.

Lowe's owes me a free installation visit and some kind of gift certificate to cover the expense of using a public laundromat at the very least.

Great selection of products and thoughtbit was neat that you can be a big kid and try out the drills on pieces of wood. We will say the prices were quite expensive

Poor service thru out departments and don't even talk (the worst) about the horrendous delivery and installation services. Used to be Lowes was quality- now they don't know what the word means.

I thought I was a fluke with their poor roofing, instillation delivery services but had a interesting talk with some of my coworkers and their experiences with the company- not a good thing was said!!
Lowes wants their money upfront- they contract those services out and then everybody gets their money and the buyer is left with either nothing or a mess that they have to put more money into. Buyer beware!!

Soon to be another big box store that goes under.

we have had a terrible time getting our purchases delivered! Bought a frig that was in stock and it got sold again before delivery, bought another frig along with some other items for delivery and the frig came but the other things didn't so now we have to find a way to get these items. Very unsettling

Not impressed with how I was followed around as though i was suspected o.d'd stealing. I spend a lot of money in this store and didnt appreciate the fact that your employees were playing shadow games trying to not be obvious that they were following me everywhere I went. P.s they aren't very discreet at sneaking around. Probably wont go back to this location ever again 0/10 would not reccomend. P.s not enough Milwaukee products

Whoever the young kid was that thought he was helping me messed up, I asked for bluebird so I go to look and he showed me so I asked if I could pay for it then pick it up later, we go to register I had few items besides that. I wanted to pay cash, he says no cash just card so I ran my card I only had enough for 2 items. Then I ran my other card for blue board. I told him I'd be back next day to get it. Needless to say he didn't put it down that I was getting it later so it looked like I took it with me then. It wasn't possible I was in a car. So few days go by an I bring my receipts with me witch I had lost one but they should be able to pull it up with my number what they sold that day I gave them the exact time and date. But they where insisted that I didn't even buy it. So I'm out blue board cause this guy didn't do his job....

It is what it is ... Not typically in a hurry but I was this time... I don't usually place my orders on the app, but I did the night before and going in to pick up my product they had all the useless things of my order that I added because I was chasing one specific thing. Specifically balusters for a handrail and the app took my order and said it was ready and waiting. When I got there they failed to tell me they had everything except for what I truly needed. Customer service couldn't help me and sent me on my way. By time I got to my truck I said, " I wonder". The app said it had five cases. Sure enough I went back there, and they were on the floor right where they should be. Had I gone home and not been able to finish, I would have been a bit more pissed. Now I'm pissed like they forgot to give you a straw at KFC with your meal. More or less aggravated because someone didn't do their job correctly. Pissed mostly because the app said they had them, the picker didn't pick them, nobody let me know that they didn't have the product I needed, and they still sent me a text saying that my order was complete and ready for pickup. Aggravating but it's Lowe's, and it is what it is

This Store is AMAZING now with the New Management! TJ Is an Excellent Manager and I've seen this store do a Complete 360 in just a couple months! The new Management really has a handle on things! Great Store! And Ask for any discounts they are always willing to work something out or they have a ton of promotions going on!

I don't even know what to say. This is the absolute worst Lowes I've ever had to go to. I only go when it would cost me more money to not go. Most everything is cheaper on Amazon if you can wait a week or so for delivery. There is also a Tractor Supply and SW Collins available in the area.

There are some really amazing underpaid and overworked staff in the Garden Center and Lumber section.

Management seems to skate by with this overall ritualistic poor customer service due to the "labor shortage" and the fact the location around the store is a dying town/county. This store would have been taken over by corporate if it was located elsewhere.

Prices frequently don't match the stickers/shell labels. When this happens you can pay the higher price or you can walk back to the shelf, take a picture with your smart phone, show the cashier, and then listen to them audibly sigh.

They don't honor their corporate price matching policy.

I don't think the floor staff is treated or paid well.

Online ordering requires an extra step at this store: Call the "Pro Desk" and let them know you ordered. If you call the main store number they probably won't answer. Curbside pick up can take a literal hour.

Frequent technology issues (causing major delays in check out) with no corporate support.
