Chris's Castles

I have family that work in the same industry but in another state. For this area, I’m sure Chris’s Castles charges a bit more than what folks would like or are used to but my family all have confirmed that his quotes are very middle of the road and fair in terms of pricing for the work we’ve received quotes on. And he is insured, which isn’t something every contractor in the area can say. We still have a fair bit of work to have done but the work Chris’s team has done so far has been fantastic in terms of quality and was done in a very timely manner.

They did a great job on my roof. Was supposed to be done in August but was done June 25. It was done in 1 day and they did it very professional. Thanks Chris.

Chris’s Castles added front and back roof overhangs to our camp. Excellent communication, quality work, high grade materials. I can’t comment on price since I’m not from the area. However, I would definitely ask them for future work.

Had a relatively small project, improving the outside of my garage. Nice job, nice price, explains things. The roofing contractor - same deal.
They clean up the mess. Had a plumber recently. Not Chris. But geez, you'd think I was the plumber's clean-up crew.
Anyway, the garage project went well, so now I am working with Chris to improve/repair the outside of my house.
Overall, I'd recommend Chris and his crew.

Chris' Castles has always produced quality results. I have used them for several projects, the largest of which was a complete replacement of an improperly installed metal roof. Chris and his crew were meticulous in their work, including removing old metal roof (and disposing of same), proper install of new roof, removal of a non-functioning chimney, site clean-up, etc. i have been very happy to recommend Chris' Castles to several people and organizations in Aroostook County.

I would recommend them for nearly any construction work. They performed 2 complete bathroom remodels that turned out great. Chris was always easy to get ahold of when I had questions or concerns. The work was completed by pros with insurance and licensing and estimates were reasonable by professional standards. Would use again.

For example, he’s installed tile for me using laser leveling to ensure everything is perfectly aligned — not something you see every day.

While he hasn’t always been the lowest bid, I’ve chosen to work with him based on the quality I’ve seen firsthand. In my experience, you get what you pay for — and I’d rather pay for it to be done right the first time.

As a top 2% master google reviewer in America, I'm telling you to run!!! Far away from this greedy man! So overpriced it's disgusting. I've had 3 contractors quote my home for basic siding. The highest quote I got was $15k for premium everything and window trim and fascia board and any rotten wood underneath. Chris' Castles (goofy name) quoted me almost $30k for the same. What an absolute joke. When you have no talents, but riding a snowboard and riding around in a fancy truck; I guess you have to way over charge so you can pay the guys that actually know what they are doing to come do it for you. You're not a contractor little fellow, you're a subcontractor. Thats an unskilled and unintelligent person that runs their mouth, over bids the job and pays other guys with skills to do the work. Not impressed at all. But hey atleast you can afford those pens and magnets with your goofy name on it. Absolute joke. If you're not from this area beware, these sacks will try to charge you out the wazoo
