Emergency Restoration Experts (ERX - Las Vegas)

Terrible service. They took a year to set up about 10 sqft of flooring and a drywall ceiling. Had to call them repeatedly over the year, many times they didn't even know what they were going to do. SAVE MONEY AND TIME! STAY AWAY! Terrible experience, and bad installs. Will probably see them in court

They tried to cheat me out of $750!!! I was promised a discount of $500 plus if I give a good review (I guess this is the only way they can get a good review), they will give me an extra $250 off. I left a good review immediately and a month later they tried to charge me full price. I went over the bill with their adjusters and they told me everything was correct. After a LONG DEBATE, (I assume) they finally realized the error and agreed to the discount. They won't admit blame that it was the (lack of) accounting made a mistake.

Now, I had to get a plumber out to my home to finish their job and they want the rest of their money. NICE COMPANY!!

I wouldn't go back to them if they even paid me!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I've had several problems with this company. The mitigation department broke my bathroom mirror but refuse to replace it, they also put small holes and damaged the paint to my walls and ceiling but refuse to fix that as well. They closed my file in the middle of my restoration and refuse to tell me the reasoning. Jennifer in the restoration department doesn't care about the people they're supposed to help. She hung up the phone in my face unprovoked, continued to cut me off and won't allow me to finish a sentence, she's been very rude in her demeanor and tone of voice and shouldn't be working with people at all. This company has caused more damage than assistance. They're extremely overpriced because they assume insurance will match whatever they say. This is absolutely the worst company I've ever had to deal with.

We had a pipe burst a couple of weeks after we got home from a surgery and nearly a month in the hospital for my husband. I am not embellishing when I tell you that without Jorge that may have been the point I broke with the pipe! He calmly came and handled things. He helped me understand the differences between my home warranty and home insurance. Then helped me make the calls to report the issue and took care of that end after. Jorge and everyone else with Emergency Restoration Experts are proof that kindness counts! They also do great work!!!

Jorge and his team responded quickly to the plumbers call. Their communication and urgency were so impactful on creating a great experience during a challenging time. Their team's concern for my family's needs was amazing as I had just gotten home from having surgery a couple weeks prior to the incident.
They came out and made repairs to create a more comfortable environment when the plumbers were slow to react and execute needs for the property. I would refer my friends and family to Jorge and team for any future emergencies. Even the insurance adjuster told me that they are a top notch company and he prefers to work with them because of their professionalism, communication and urgency to get the job done for their clients.

I was so overwhelmed with water damage to my house but Jorge Miranda stopped by to access damage and was very professional, reassuring and knowledgeable about the process. He made sure that we knew what was happened throughout the process of demolition and estimates along with updates and emails throughout. His team were amazing and efficient and when Jorge wasn’t available on his off day Sam Wehrmeister was there to step in. Our insurance company was being very vague and tried to use wording to make us think we had to go through their contractor but she stepped in and reassured us that her whole team was going to advocate for us. I genuinely couldn’t have gone through this stressful process without them. My family and I are eternally grateful. I would recommend this company and especially his team 1000x because I know everyone should have a team that is 100% for them.

Avoid this company at all costs. They charged the insurance company for things they never did, never finished the job forcing me to hire someone else after 2 months of waiting (2-3 days of actual working) and tried to get me to sign my dead mothers name on the insurance check so they could cash it. Oh and did I mention their excuse was that they’re short staffed? Funny because they kept on taking on more and more jobs - an employee doing work at my home told me this.

It’s even more sad that I have had different plumbers I’ve used tell me about how horrid this company is. Erx will 100% take advantage of you and your insurance company if they can. Save yourself the headache and get a real honest company to fix your home. I have photos of the bare bones they left my kitchen in for months but won’t post unless requested.

ERE was thorough and professional. They came to my home on time every time we had to schedule a visit. Thusfar the process has gone smoothly. ERE was also very communicative with me during this process. I highly recommend them

Working with this company relieved a lot of stress in this process. They are very professional. They backup there appointments with texts. They show up at the exact time they say. Their work is well done and they explain everything as they go. They also answered any and all questions we had.

I recently had a drain pipe break at my condo on a Friday evening, and we found 2 cracks causing dirty water to leak and cause damage in the kitchen, living and dining room. I was really upset and was advised to have ERX stop by to assess the damage. They were quick and scheduled someone to come next morning. Jorge Miranda, the mitigation supervisor, was incredibly supportive and communicative throughout the entire process.
Dealing with water damage can be nerve wracking, but Jorge and his team were awesome, they handled the communication with my insurance, providing all the necessary documents/info. They were quick, efficient and definitely went out of their way to help. They made the mitigation process so much easier, and I'm so grateful for all their help!

What started as - Jorge Miranda was fantastic. Always keeping me up to date, professional and overall made me feel confident in their work. His communication skills are top notch and the entire team was nice and professional. So far, the demolition process went as smooth as can be. ( This ended up being 5600. Other companies are shocked at that price)

Ended with - 4 mo and no work done. Left my bathroom and bedroom in shambles. My insurance also had enough of them and sent me new vendors. The second I called on the fact they didn’t do work for 4 mo - they decided to drop me. Other contractors ( insured) came in 7k cheaper! Run. Don’t use. Don’t go through what I went through.

I'm so grateful for the service provided by Emergency Restoration Experts. Jorge Miranda provided a clear plan of how my kitchen repairs would be handled after a leaking pipe caused water damage. Jorge did a terrific job communicating scheduling details and answering all of my questions. Jorge and the entire crew were courteous and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend ERX.

This restoration team has been amazing! The process is long but they assisted us through every step in getting our home put back together! Carisa and Kevin were so helpful! My husband and I highly recommend this team!

Fantastic Experience ! When I learned that we had a leak in our laundry room which seeped into the walls and kitchen floor I felt so defeated and hopeless. Chris B. came by to assess the damage and soon put wind back in my sails. He went into great detail on the entire mitigation and restoration process. When he left I couldn't wait to call my wife and tell her the great news that everything was going to be ok!

The mitigation team was then scheduled to removed that damage walls and flooring. They came by and in one day had everything cleared out. They even moved our washer and dryer and then put them back in place so that we could use them until the repairs started.

We were then introduced to Carisa in the restoration division. Let me tell you, I've never met a more pleasant, caring individual in all my years. Carisa took care of all the communications back and forth with our home insurance company. We just say back while she drove the process. We were constantly kept in the loop with the progress and soon had repairs scheduled. Carisa explained that our construction foreman Kevin would be coming by and would be explaining the restoration process.

Kevin, the construction came by and we immediately became friends with him. Kevin is a master of his craft and we informed that he would be overseeing all aspects of our repair. Kevin coordinates with all the various contractors i.e. framers, drywall, painters, and flooring. We were constantly kept up-to-date with the project and were able to reach out to Kevin at any time with questions.

In short order ERX had everything repaired and restored.
They took our doors back to their shop so that they could exactly match our in-place hardware, repaired the damaged walls, and even painted. As a matter of fact they even repaired the holes in our walls leading out of the kitchen from years of hanging holiday decorations saving me a ton of work as we are planning to continue painting after the project was complete.

Our walls and doors are restored and we were absolutely blown-away with our new flooring! ERX even worked it out with our insurance company to replace our entire flooring in the kitchen, living room and hallway as it is required they completely replace it being connected to the damaged area. What a blessing!

ERX our truly our heroes! Aside from the mitigation and restoration it's truly the people of ERX that make this company the absolute best in Las Vegas. Carisa, Kevin, Chris, and all the people involved in the project at ERX are like family now and we truly, truly appreciate and thank them. Just THE BEST !

I am so lucky that Emergency Restoration Experts was the company that my home warranty sent to me in my desperate time of what was an unfortunate disaster to my home.
Jorge Miranda was the first to arrive literally an hour after the plumber left me with the news there was nothing for him to do at that point. Jorge assured me that the situation was fixable and walked me through the process of filing a claim with my home insurance. All the next steps went smoothly and I am on the road to repair now.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and our plumber recommended checking for mold damage since the house is over 30 years old. ERX - Las Vegas handled the pack out of furniture, the whole prep and check for mold (we were found to be mold free) and the subsequent pack back of our things, including my prized vinyl record collection.

Everyone involved did a great job, whether they were ERX employees or subcontractors. They were on time, easy to speak to and friendly.

We were specifically impressed with Veronica's help in scheduling and Nikki & Lydia's work doing the pack back: putting our furniture back in place, restocking the kitchen, they took great care of our pet's cremated remains and put my record collection back together just right. Thank you!

It has now been 9 weeks and we are still waiting for a date to get our utility sink reinstalled. Mitigation was swift, 1 day to be exact. Walls demolished, cabinets and sinks removed, insurance claim filed. Week #6 insulation, walls,trim reinstalled, week #7 cabinets complete, week #8 we finally get water back in our downstairs bathroom sink ( yaaaay no longer a biohazard). Week # 9: 2 calls to site Supervisor, 2 calls to the office and we are still waiting for a date to complete the job. I wish I would have done a bit more research and comparison with other companies but now I’m stuck waiting. Sales Rep Chris was stellar ( of course), Admin in Mitigation and Repair was standard( Jasmin and Alejandra), sub contractors work was great, Site Supervisor ( Guillermo) was careless and kept putting stuff off on his Manager, rarely returned calls or answered his phone and when we did get a response it was “ he has no control over subcontractors and when they call and schedule”. Hopefully, our home will be put back together before the New Year :-(

Sorry for this long review, but this company must be stopped from their dishonest and fraudulent practices. There are two companies acting as one. Dolphin Properties Inc DBA Emergency Restoration – License #0040236. Principal – Christopher Lee Anderson – President.
On Saturday night, 10/22/22, my wife noticed that we had no hot water. I went out to the garage and found the water heater was leaking. I shut off the feed valve and dried up the water that was sitting on top of the water heater platform. Once I dried up all the water, with the water pressure off, the water heater stopped leaking.
I have a home warranty, so I contacted them on Sunday 10/23/22 and filed a claim. They set up an appointment with a company called Advanced Home Services, LLC. A technician named Dustin arrived at 1-PM on Monday 10/24/22, and said that he would set everything up. A short time later (on the same day), Jorge Villa from Emergency Restoration Experts (ERX) arrived at our house, and explained everything. I asked him why we needed restoration & repairs since there was no damage to anything except the drywall top of the water heater platform. He said they could not guarantee a final approval from the inspector, without the restoration services. Jorge offered a $1,000 discount to assist with our insurance deductible.
Emergency Restoration Experts-We received a “Mitigation” invoice from Greg Anderson for $3,466.06. That was for “emergency” mitigation and containment in the garage and in an adjoining bedroom in the house. As I said above, the only place that was wet was the top on the water heater platform. The garage floor was dry, the adjacent walls were dry, and the adjoining bedroom walls and floor were dry. In fact, the concrete slab floor of the bedroom and the rest of the house is about 3-4 inches higher than the concrete garage floor where the water heater platform sat, so any water that could have hit the garage floor, could not possibly seep into the bedroom floor.
Dolphin Properties-The “Repairs” invoice from Dylan Anderson was $5,149.74. Once again, none of these repairs were necessary because everything was dry. Also, there were several very large line item expenses for work that was never done. The $5,149.74 invoice for repairs was sent to our insurance company. However, the total invoicing to us was for $4,149.74. The $1,000 difference was supposed to be to help us with our insurance deductible. However, our insurance company never saw the $4,194.74 invoice. They only received the higher invoice. I don’t think that’s legal and my lawyer and the insurance adjuster both agree. In fact, in an email exchange with Project Manager Greg Anderson, he said, “…we would never charge your insurance company for something and refund you for it. That is considered insurance fraud…” But, that’s exactly what they did. If we had known at the time that the $1,000 discount was to be provided by the insurance company without their knowledge, we never would have agreed to that.
Before the mitigation team left, they hooked up the new water heater so we would have hot water until the Repair team came. When the Repair team came to do the repairs, they removed the newly installed water heater, and then stopped working. We were then called into the garage and told by the supervisor, that they would not continue working until we gave them a check for $3,649.74. Four men actually left the garage and went out and stood by the curb until we handed over the check.
After the work was done, the project manager realized how much of the work was never done, and reimbursed us ~ $1,300. By the way, our home warranty completely paid for the cost of replacing the water heater, so technically, this should not have cost us or our insurance company anything.
I filed a complaint with the Nevada State Contractors Board. After that, I received a phone call from Jennifer Waggoner. They offered us $1,000 in return for us withdrawing our complaint with the Contractors Board. We are waiting for the Contractors Board hearing.

They were on top of everything including getting what we needed from the insurance company. Jeff and Maria were excellent and always followed up to ensure project completion.

Stay away from this company. They are just trying to scam the insurance. They didnt finish the work. I didnt gear anything from them long time. I had to hire some other company. They tried to scam my insurance too. They dont have license too. I opened up criminal case

Our toilet backed up downstairs had sewage all over. Emergency Restoration came out and took out water and sewage. Broke up the walls. They had to take out floors. The people who works there and at Dolphins Properties awesome. The house is like brand new. Kevin who was in charge was awesome. He is so knowledgeable. Kevin was spot on with everything. The Girls Kevin had pack up our stuff was Maria & Nicky were wonderful. Tyler & Heber were awesome. The girls in the office Vy, Monica, and Jessica were so helpful. I give that company 10+. The employees were fantastic. Lewis was awesome too.

I received a call about a slab leak at my home and the home warranty called Emergency Restoration Xperts to handle the water damage, clean up and repairs. Not being in town this could have been a major headache but Nicole was amazing through out the entire process. Constantly communicating and advising of the next steps in having the water removed and then having the actual repairs done in a timely manner. Nicole has been easily to contact and keep updated on the progress of our repairs. I would recommend ERX to everyone and if you get the opportunity ask for Nicole she will treat you with the upmost professionalism and courtesy I could have asked for.

ERX provided great service from the first day we called them. Their office staff was courteous and always kept us up to date on when the repairs would take place. The contractors they used were professional and amazing to work with. Would definitely use them again.

The service was exceptional and Bobby was excellent at always saying in communication with me. I was able to get get top upgrades with everything that needed to be replaced in my bathroom. I would definitely recommend this company.

Bobby with ERX was very professional and pleasant to work with during the full restoration process. We had water damage from a clogged sewer line. It was a two month process replacing the flooring and repairing walls but that was expected and he kept us up to date as much as he could on all the moving parts. All of his subcontractors were very good as well.

I had a roof leak after a rare rainstorm and ERX responded right away to minimize the damages. Once things were all dry Dolphin Properties took over and did a great job. Alex and Mario did such a good job with the texture on my ceiling. It is like it never happened.

Bobby our Superintendent for the job did an amazing job on our house. We had some water damage due to a water heater leak and everyone who worked on the repairs did such a great job. They were quick, responsive and communicated us with the progress of the repairs. I highly recommended them.

Thanks to Bobby! He has helped me get my stove hooked up and did amazing. Overall did a fantastic job.

I get people tend to leave reviews only when they are mad and want to vent. I had nothing but great service from Bobby and his crew from start to finish. Yes we ran into a few minor bumps but these guys worked hard from 9 AM sometimes till 630 or 7pm to get my new floor in as quickly as possible. Bobby was always available for questions and concerns. You all can hire who you want but i promise you wont be disappointed with these guys

From start to finish my experience with ERX/Dolphin was very positive. Everyone involved made the process of mitigation to reconstruction comfortable and painless. The quality of craftsmanship and respect for my property was excellent. (Rafael and Miguel handled the drywall and re-paint… these guys were top notch!!)

My review is more about ERX’s affiliate, Dolphin Properties LLC, the one ERX recommends after they come out and do the mitigation and demo. ERX was great to do business with with! However, once it came time to begin reconstruction on what was demo’ed….do yourself a favor and hire a different contractor for your reconstruction. Specifically, Itzuri, the coordinator, at Dolphin was robotic and unhelpful. Every response was, “I’m waiting to hear back from your adjustor.” When I spoke with my adjustor, they had requested information from Itzuri weeks prior (and had apparently kept requesting it) and never received it. My project began in AUGUST and was finally completed in DECEMBER, but only after I had cut ties with Dolphin before Thanksgiving and hired a new contractor. Never heard from a supervisor or any other person in an admin position at Dolphin after I told Itzuri I was done with them. Pandemic times means there’s an abundance of business and my lowly shower (not BATHROOM, just SHOWER) is peanuts compared to what Dolphin must be working with.

The salesman stopped picking up his phone once the job started. ( Jorge ) instantly a red flag , the whole process took about 3 months and all that was done is the mitigation. I had to call almost every day to ask for a update on how everything was going . The most unprofessional company I have ever come across. McDonald’s has a better organized business then this place . Never again would use their service even if it were free of cost. In summary it’s a nightmare but see for yourself

We had a leak from the ceiling of the garage and did not know where the water was coming from. The plumber found the leak in the master bathroom's toilet and fixed it. Immediately ERX came and repaired everything step by step. We were amazed by ERX's professionalism. The drywall was replaced and painted like brand new, tiles were replaced and so beautiful. Finally, the toilet was placed. They always followed up on the repair work with us to make sure everything was fine. We are very satisfied with ERX and we will strongly recommend Emergency Restoration Experts!

My homes upstairs bathroom had a leak that came through the ceiling downstairs. They came in did the work they promised and made it look like it never happened. We are very happy with the work they provided, not to mention their tile guy was an extreme pleasure to have doing the tile.

He cared for my home as it was his, everyday when he finished he would clean up his things and make sure my house was clean and free of any dirt from his work. He would wipe down all dust with a wet towel from our bathroom all the way down the stairs on the plastic to the front door, we really appreciated this as everyone knows tile work can be very dusty.

I had a leaking out dated shower that caused water damage in the master bath. The repairs team is amazing and fast. Bobby the manager of the repairs and his team provided me a flawless new shower with quality materials and upgrades I wanted and choose. They were fast clean and professional.
My only gripe with the company would be the ladies that work in the office. It seems every time I call they don’t know what’s going on or have “forgotten” to post my payments made. I basically had to keep up with the accounting myself to make sure the bill is paid.
Seems the office needs better organization or communication.
The demo of my outdated leaking shower was also fast but I feel the demo guys could have been alittle less aggressive when ripping up my vinyl flooring.

All in all I am over joyed with my new beautiful master shower!

Great business. They were fast to clean up our mold problem in the kitchen and did such a wonderful job securing and sectioning off the infected area. They called our insurance company and worked directly with them negotiating pricing. Bobby and his crew did a great job rebuilding our kitchen and getting it back into working order.

Horrible. Took 1 full fir a response. Dolphin properties Horrible. Charged my insurance way to much. Really 600.00 to install my already owned shower door and 6 months to do it. Very sad. Thanks for taking a year to respond. And you already knew the problems. Because I had to call every day.

Do not let these people in your house!!!!
1. It took them 3 months to finish the leakage in my house.
2. They are the most difficult people to deal with! Worst communication and so unprofessional! They are all about the most money they can get from the insurance and out of your pocket. They try to add more issues so that they get more money out of you for every little thing!
3. When they demoed the house, they ripped out things that were not damaged and said don't worry the insurance will replace it.
They demoed a wall and messed up our electricity and tried to act like it was like that already when it worked before!
Also demoed another wall and wanted to charge us thousands to repair it. Until we fought it and they came up with a different solution to repair it.
4. They did a horrible job when they installed my flooring, tub, sinks and carpet. My tub was done with so many flaws. My baseboarding wasn't even complete as they left a closet with no baseboards (and I did not notice, until after because they covered the closet with the extra titles and our vacuums and such! I was so mad for not checking that one closet before they thought they were "complete"). My wood flooring was left with a big bump in the middle of my living room. The carpet they put in had nails coming out! We had stepped on a few a few times and was no joke abouslty painful my husband had to get a hammer and finish the job!

Worst experience! I suggest you find else where

Do not EVER take a recommendation by anyone to use this company! Worst experience ever. I have been waiting over 5 months for my house to be back to how it was. 5 months of living out of boxes. Horrible follow through and horrible service. I used them as the demo for a leak in one of my walls and for the company to restore and rebuild everything. Worst mistake I ever made. They initially tore out flooring they weren't supposed to touch and lied to me about when they were removing the floor. They brought a packer in to my house without telling me and packed my stuff WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! They tried to patch the piece of flooring with old flooring that was being torn out and now its lifting. They harrassed me every day about the checks from the insurance company, but once they got them it has taken months to get anything done and for them to finish. I finally called to speak to a manager and have yet to hear from anyone yet. Worst company Ever. Please save yourself the headache and heartache. Use someone else!

SCAM!!!! Do NOT contract this horrible company, they have ZERO ethics!!!!! They act like they are there to help but in reality come in and tear areas of your home apart that have nothing to do with the water damage you called about!!! They create an even bigger catastrophe than the original problem. They do this so they can bill you more than what the damage actually costs and as many people have stated they threaten you unnecessarily while they speak to the insurance company only to put a lien on the property without ever contacting you. They make so many promises only to say you didn't understand what they meant. Horrible company!! Horrible job!!! Do not use this company. They destroyed our home!!

We were charged 4,000 for them to just have giant fans and humidifiers all over the house when the project was a small area in our dining room. They placed fans in a room that didn't need it and charged 407.64 for each fan....they left the fans for a week with no contact or response and I believe that was on purpose to prolong the use of those useless fans since they charge by the hour with those fans, didn't fix the issue we had a separate plumber com in and do the work. They charge 476.25 to set up equipment and take it down, mind you all they're doing is UNPLUGGING fans!! They lied and charged us 5 hours of equipment setup and takedown when they were in and out with equipment in under 30 mins....again only unplugging fans. There is all kinds of bogus charges on our invoice it is unbelieveable. It's a scam pls stay away and find a different company. Our insurance is currently disputing these bogus charges because they know it's all a scam.

Did both cleanup/dryout and rebuild for a water leak inside a wall. The were always on time, every single person was incredibly polite/professional, and the work itself was great. House looks good as new.

Horrible company there bids 3 times more than anybody else. Had to use them for water mitigation and to rebuild the cabinets they tore out. They wanted half down on a $20k project that we weren’t even sure we were going to have them do. We had the rebuild cabinets under the sink and reinstall. When they took old cabinets out the pulled the mounts that hold the under mounted sink and when they put the new cabinet back they didn’t put the mounts back so the sink started to pull away from the counter and they put a stick under to hold the sink up now there telling me that’s not part of there estimate and they’ll have to charge more money to do that. They have terrible customer service kept put off install date and over priced I would give them a negative stars if I could!

Mark is very friendly. He explained the process thoroughly and helped me explain the situation to my insurance company. The process went smoothly.

To be honest if you need a company to do everything for you then these are the guys.
They will do whatever it takes to do the job right and fast. It can be very frustrating when you have water damage especially when you’re asking your insurance to pay for it.

Our home had water damage in January, 2018. Emergency Restoration came in right away and demoed the necessary areas for repair. The demo was done quickly and we were happy with the clean job. Then the nightmare began. It is now June and the kitchen is still torn up. Weeks go by without any progress. They have lost the cabinets, lost the caps for the soap dispenser and airgap. We told them the cabinets were no where, but they did not order replacements until they were ready to install. Because they are custom, we had to wait another 3 weeks to arrive. AND one short. They forgot to order a base cabinet. Because so much time lapsed the entire back splash had to be removed. The hood was dented when they removed it to begin installing the back splash. What a nightmare!

Wow! I am truly amazed by the professionalism, speed, compassion and all-around competency of this company. In my 40+ years of being a homeowner and having several situations I’ve never been treated so well by company that truly cared about my situation. Their technicians and maintenance crew are a wonderful group of people to work with. I guarantee you will not be sorry in hiring this company; to come in and take care of you in your hour of need.

ERX is very professional and responded very quickly even late on night. I had a really emergency situation water leaking problems at my rental property. Specially Miguel is very honest estimator and always came on time. I would highly recommend ERX .

I am at the beginning of the service but from what I have seen and experienced they are a great company with great people .The day my house flooded and i called for help they sent a young man Christopher out to begin the process . He was very professional and very helpful . Now I am at the packing stage where they are packing up my home so the clean up can begin . The crew they sent out are 3 wonderful people that are very professional about there work. I am so very impressed so far . When the work is complete i will leave another review God bless these folks for coming through at my time of need . and it all went wrong in the end .................................................

They were prompt and paid attention to details. The supervisor Miguel Torres thoroughly explained the work they were going to do as well as the insurance process. Miguel always answered his phone and when he wasn't available, he was very quick about returning calls. The entire crew was courteous and did a great job of remediating a disastrous situation quickly so there would not be any furthur damage. Very satisfied with their work and service.

Overall I had a great experience. The project went smoothly from start to finish thanks to Brian and all of the great people in the office.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give them a zero, I would. They are scammers. Wish I had time to look them up before I used then, but difficult when you have a water leak and are worried about water damage. Same story. They were recommended by a plumber after a leak. Had them come out and do the work. I was told I would not have to pay the deductible, but of course they renigged on that. They tore up things that were unnecessary and charged almost $4000 to have fans for a few days and to tear up part of a wall and a portion of my flooring. Their estimate to repair the damages was 50% more than the company my insurance recommended (Kalb), which were professional and did a great job. I'm glad I decided to not use Emergency Restoration for the repair work.
