I never leave bad reviews but I had to atleast leave one star to even make this review run like the plague this company is a complete rip off, they spend more money on advertising to lure customers in than actually being a decent company, so they sell you a pitch that you'll have warranty and one of there professional installers will install them, Welp that's a lie and the communication is off they suppose to call when there otw and thats far few and in between, the salesman didn't show up when he was suppose to and when the salesman did come he immediately wanted to put gutters around my entire house which I didn't need and that would've been 13,000 for gutters really I don't live in a mansion, so anyway got it down to 3,000 which was still alittle pricey but I'm thinking ok we'll have warranty and it'll be professionally installed, I don't have to worry about a rent man special job boy was I wrong they came the very next day and installed my gutters, they left flashing off didn't tack down some flashing and hangers and directed my downspouts the exact way I was trying to redirect water from, salesman was suppose to come back and check he had the contractor to send pictures which he forward to my husband, when I got home I noticed I could see in the top of one of my gutters and my wood was exposed on my house where they took off a piece of fascia board, smh since then we have called 4 times and actually had a appointment set for today which no one showed up for they say someone came and fixed it Saturday which is a lie I have a camera and I was at home most of the day Saturday. This company needs to be shut down because they are low down and dont actually care about there customers needs only the cash, they don't have a actual crew or direct branch number they sub contract their work, I should've followed my first mind and hired someone else and payed half of what i was charged and received better communication and service than this . Please! Please! choose another company and save yourself a headache.

Very efficient and complete presentation by the initial estimator. Installation was completed as scheduled and was done in minimal time. And so far the gutters are working as designed.

LeafFilter was quick to come and install the LeafFilter system. The system seemed to work fine during and after a rainstorm. We have not had any issues at this point. The gutters that were installed were also fully functional and looked beautiful after installation.

The men were getting the job done without standing around chit-chatting. The gutters were up in no time. The debris was picked up and hauled away. Very Professional.

Went to location of LeafFilter system Ridgeland, Ms. facility locked up tight yesterday Friday October 20, 2023. Knocked @ 2 doors no answer. Went to business next to them Bumper to Bumper auto business repair and talked w/ owner. She said normally LeafFilter parking lot is full Mon thru Fri. but no activity that day. Only one orange car parked across from blding that belongs to them. I called LeafFilter Ridgeland location while in parking lot and answer pick up said all there were busy w/ other customers @ this time. Asked to leave message w/ I did and asked to hear back from them for compensation and or repairs regarding of rotting under eaves of my home, as promised by you LeafFilter and guaranteed you would clean inspect repair adjust and replace if necessary before putting in your system which obviously was not done July of 2021. Rotting is getting worse and flood lights are filling up w/ water when raining and cracking and water damage is ongoing under the eaves several places around the house and most recently was told gutters are hanging too low to house. Additional Downspout @ front door for runoff from gutters and downspouts in corner to close to front garage suggested moved closer over to garage door and away from corner foundation. I need some help here!!!

LeafFilter promptly responded to my request for an inspection and quotation for gutter replacement - Then the Excellent installation team showed up on time, as scheduled, and did an outstanding job of for me!

The Salesman for Leaf Filter who wrote the contract for installation of the Leaf Filter Gutter Protection on my home told me that there was a discount available on the installation price for "advertising purposes". It seemed reasonable. He indicated to me that ALL repairs would be made to any existing problems with my gutters and that they would be sealed all around the house. Those statements were listed in my contract. Two days later he left town. Now I understand why he left.
The local leaf filter company DOES NOT install or service ANYTHING and DO NOT do repairs . They only use subcontract people for installation and any repair calls. The one guy they sent to my home for installation came in a very small personal SUV with only one too-short ladder and the wrong size material. He did a fair job of installation, using my ladder, after he got the right materials. He DID NOT repair ANY damaged or leaking gutters other than gumming up the corners with silicone, and the "repaired" sections leaked the next week.
After calling the local Leaf Filter company several times for a "warranty repair", they sent out yet another subcontractor who told me immediately that the necessary repairs and replacement of the rotten gutter corner WOULD NOT be under warranty..! I tried contacting the Leaf Filter home office and they told me all "warranties" would be handled by the local franchise. After two years, the gutter corner is still leaking. I would advise extreme caution in dealing with the Leaf Filter folks...ANY of them. The franchises do not have ANY on-call service people who WORK FOR Leaf Filter, and they basically told me I was just out of luck. I would NEVER recommend the Leaf Filter company to anyone, anywhere.
If you are considering Leaf Filter Gutter Protection, you better call around your neighborhood and check with anyone who has purchased those, or check with other gutter companies and confirm that my observations are dead on target. Basically, they are just unprofessional jerks, and you may not find that out until you have given them your check or signature on a contract...!! If you have problems after the first month or so, you're just out of luck...
If you happen to have brand new gutters, you might sneak by, until you have a problem of any kind.

Sales process was painless in that unlike others, he showed up and he cut to the chase and there was no long presentation because that would have turned me off. He showed me the product and told me about the guarantee of service, installation and product. He didn't try and sell me what I didnt need, just gutters. All of which is lifetime guarantee and goes with my house.
Quality, customer service, installation, and subsequent quality inspection met or exceeded expectations. Everything was on time and exactly as presented. The whole process was definitely something you no longer get in the norms of today's business environment.

Customer representative was on time, very polite, courteous and knowledgeable about product. Explained everything very well and employees were prompt on installation. I have no complaints and am very pleased that I don't have to pay to get my gutters cleaned any more.

Great experience with Leaf Filter!
From the first call to the final inspection, they were professional, kept me informed and provided excellent service and product.

Never had the leaf filters installed but the quoting process involved a salesperson that came to the house and gave a long presentation before finally quoting an extremely high price that was hard to imagine anyone in their right mind agreeing to. Then they began offering various discounts, one requiring me to agree to the sale immediately. Felt a bit like talking to a used car salesman. After stating several times I wasn’t going to make a decision today, he finally left. Didn’t really appreciate the sales tactics they used.

Not on time nor no phone call to let you know that they was not coming seems to me they get their money and then dont care about the customer. When i called all i got was i dont no why and then got smart with me and said do u want to cancel your order. What kind of business is this? If they dont come the time they said this will b the time i will cancel my order and get my money back. And if i do get them i will also rate the installation to on a later date. Funny later date

Gutter company that did not keep their promise about installation time, they did not even have access to the local warehouse for supplies. They never had the required supplies in time, project was postponed forever. After installation too, there were several defects noted, when we tried to call there was no response. Some materials were not even installed but we were charged the entire amount. Our gutter leak problem still exists, technician keeps postponing the appointment. Very poor service. Would never recommend them to anyone!

It has been more than a month and Leaf Filters have not sent a serviceman out to replace the filter screens that continue to blow off. Several months after my $$$$ installation, three of the screens blew off. After two weeks, a service person from Leaf Filters came out and put the screens back in place. Apparently, they are not secure because the same three screens have blown off again. My $$$$ Leaf Filter gutters are just ordinary gutters without all the screens in place. Until the so called "Life Warranty" is honored, Leaf Filter will get a very poor rating from me.

I had to have new gutters installed at my home. The price of these items were reasonable. I’m very appreciative of how the rep, Mr. Norm Green made it possible to get the exact color that I requested. The day the job was to be done was hassle free. It was done in a timely manner, installation was professionally completed. I was made aware of everything taking place. Completion on job was very satisfactory. Thanks LeafFilter!
