In was having some trouble with my 2022 Explorer when I first bought it. Everyone from the sales person (Steve) to the mechanic (Preston) went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle and to work out any and all problems with it. Everything runs well with the vehicle now, and I’m always pleased with the service. They make it a pleasant experience anytime I need to come in. Kudos to the lady answering the phones. She has the sweetest and most friendly voice of any business I’ve ever called.

Great service experience. The door to door pickup and delivery was a excellent service. Communication was excellent before and during service. Service advisor was very helpful and explained in detail all service to be performed and options that should be considered, but no pressure to add on services that I had not requested. Very nice overall experience.

I enjoy getting my oil changed and tires rotated at Natchez Ford. Ronald is my advisor. He is very friendly and professional.

I would give it 10 stars if i could, these people and their service was amazing. My boyfriend purchased a truck here and the service here was just above and beyond. We drove over 2 hours from Louisiana and they were so helpful, kind, informative, accommodating, etc. I can’t praise them enough. Kerry in financial made sure we understood every part of the process and warranties and our saleswoman, Caroline, made sure we were accommodated and helped to the fullest. The manager was amazing and extremely helpful as well! The entire staff was really kind and the environment as a whole was just positive. 10/10 Thank you all!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I purchased the Mitsubishi Mirage back in September of 2022 that's still listed on their website (as of 2/8/23) as my daughter's first car. We had it delivered by 2 very nice gentlemen, but after the delivery is when we noticed so much wrong with the car after I was promised by the saleslady and the manager that it was a great car! There was no back panel in the trunk leaving the spare tire exposed, a cigarette hole in the seat, air conditioner vents all busted, horribly dirty, dent on the back bumper and the list goes on! I sent a list showing everything wrong and they told me to bring it back to Natchez which is a 2 hour drive from me and they would fix everything on the list. I took a day off of work to get it there and then the next day I get a phone call saying that they can't fix everything. Our saleslady (Tameka Wilson) went from the sweetest person to having nothing but a horrible attitude! I'm hoping that someone that is thinking about getting this little Mitsubishi Mirage sees this message and realizes that it's not worth their time, money, effort or heartbreak!

Great people. I drove 2 hrs to look at a truck... wound up not being what I wanted but Mrs Tameka was very helpful. I hope I can do business with them in the future!

DO NOT TRUST anything that is said over phone from the salesmen at this dealership. If you are purchasing a used car from this dealership, ask them to FaceTime and give you a tour of the entire vehicle before you leave home especially if you are driving over 100 miles to buy a vehicle for your elderly mother.

This was the WORST experience ever!!! The salesperson lied and said the vehicle was great and that he would buy that car for his mother. Once we arrived, the salesman coincidentally was not there and left his fellow salesman there holding the bag and having to account for the junk car that was on the lot. The vehicle had engine issues severe damage that was not visible in the photos and clearly had been wrecked, BUT the CARFAX report and salesman said it had never been in an accident. It was also sold as is( I didn’t find this out until I got to the dealership and read it on a sticker on the back window of the vehicle), therefore, all the damage and mechanical issues would have been on the buyer.

We went down the road 2 miles to Natchez Toyota and bought a car with the help of Matt and Steve the same day!!! If you have to have a Ford, go somewhere else and find a more ethical and professional Ford dealership!

Cant Really Rate This Place Because I Can Never Get Service Here . ( Here's The Story ) This Ford Dealership Along With Others In The Region Will Not Work On Their Own Products Once That Vehicle Is 10 Years Or More Old . This Means That If I Bought A Brand New Vehicle From These Dealerships Today , Aug 3 , 2021 , Get Regular Maintenance On The Vehicle At The Same Facility , I Have A Window Of Service & Maintenance That Will Close On Aug 3 , 2031 . Not Satisfactory .

BUYER BEWARE!!!
On 05/03/2021 I visited Natchez Ford while shopping for a truck. I gave the saleswoman my social security number and information to obtain credit through FORD MOTOR CREDIT. I specifically told the saleswoman NOT to send off my SSN to multiple credit agencies seeking credit approval. I specified FORD MOTOR CREDIT ONLY. Now, I am viewing my credit report and what do I discover? Natchez Ford requested my credit report and then sent my SSN to FORD MOTOR CREDIT along with two other credit agencies. I DID NOT authorize Natchez Ford to do so and specifically stated NOT to do the very thing they did! I contacted the credit bureau and they advised me to contact Natchez Ford and request they submit a reversal to the credit bureau. I contacted Natchez Ford and the finance manager told me I would have to contact the credit bureaus and dispute the hard inquiry and when Natchez Ford received the dispute notification from the credit bureau, they would not contest the dispute so it could be removed. The are deceiving and dishonest at Natchez Ford!

I wasn't sure how else to go about getting this to the right person, but I wanted to let you know that Kathryn (Kat) the receptionist is an OUTSTANDING person. Even though I called the wrong number, she was just the sweetest person to me. If more people were like her, the world would truly be a better place. Please express my appreciation to her and let her know that she is doing an excellent job. People notice little things like that and it makes all the difference. Thank you Kat!

Found a Jeep on there web site cliff contacted me and said there a price drop I said tell ya what send me price and tax out the door 30 min later I got a text I sent over my Info and that afternoon cliff Called and said he have the Jeep delivered the next day. So the next day arrived and about lunch time my Jeep made it to Louisiana. The Jeep ended up having an issue and I solved most the issue couple sensors and that I was good to go but cliff insisted on the Jeep going to my local Jeep dealer ship because I had a concern of a tapping sound Jeep called me explain what needed to be done and I wasn’t out of pocket for anything Natchez Ford and Cliff general manger took care of it all and treated me like I was there number one customer will be doing more business with cliff and Natchez Ford from now on thanks guys for being about the customer and not about the sale or just the money.

The car was very nice for the most part, however the high price tag wasn't a great value.

The car needed a tire as soon as we bought it, and a few hundred miles after buying it, the oil needed to be changed. You'd think they would inspect the cars better.

My wife and I recently purchased a used F-150 from Lori Callon at Natchez Ford. Both Lori and her General Manager, Randy Johnson were very accommodating in dealing with a mechanical issue that appeared shortly after our purchase. They really stand behind their vehicles, and they quickly and accurately resolved our issue. We were pleasantly surprised and we will certainly, once again, drive the 3 hours from our home to deal with Natchez Ford in the future. They truly are awesome people with high principles and a sincere desire to please their customers.
