Buying a car at Natchez Ford was easy and pleasant. Martha Tomlinson is an excellent sales person and seamlessly guided me through the process. I’m glad I took the trip to Natchez to get the car I was looking for.

I had a bad experience with the service writer. I must say that as soon as I made the service manager aware of the situation everything changed. Dustin is a great service manager. You know right off the top that he cares. I was even more impressed with the quality of service I received from the new service writer I had the pleasure of working with Wally. Looking like Natchez Ford already has a replacement for Dustin when he throws in his toolbox.

Cherish did a GREAT JOB keeping me informed of prices and parts needed to fix my truck! She.was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about problems with my truck. She was EXTREMELY Cordial and knew her Stuff!!

It was not extremely fast, but I was given a loaner and very satisfied with the results. Great job guys! Appreciate the good work and the service. Shout out to Anthony!

Pretty great experience purchasing auto from them that was delivered out of state. Worked with their team to iron out some title issues that came up when I later moved and they were extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely consider buying here again.

The staff is nice. I recently met Desiree she works in the service department, and she's nice. Mr Lavan Thomas salesman could have been the CEO. He's a great guy. Nice and polite someone you can talk with. He has directed me to a guy name, Justin he could be the manager of the service department. Not sure. Great person, friendly, handsome too. But he went right to the source of my problem. And I really appreciate that, so I'm going to see how it works out after leaving up my car. So I'll be back for another review. BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. We paid to have an engine replaced $14k, then had to take it back because the engine was no good. Natchez Ford charged us another labor fee. Then the truck was sent back to us with a busted oil pan. Now we have to pay again. The total cost is over $20k. DO NOT USE THEM. Horrible horrible service!!!!!

Nothing but good things to say, Mr. Justin went above and beyond to get all of my issues resolved in a timely manner. Will be a repeat customer!

Brad, Randy and their team are the absolute best in the business. If they don’t have it on the lot they will go get it and make everything simple and easy.

I would love to post a positive review as it was (mostly positive) before today. TLDR: don't do business here

On the drive home my wife called me and remarked that there were a couple of "spots" on the windshield. I didn't know what she was talking about. Her car has mostly sat idle in the driveway since then and those spots have now propogated into giant cracks all along our windshield that we now have to have replaced.

After this whole windshield debacle, I decided to detail her car today. In doing so, I got rid of the many coats of glaze/wax that they hit her car with in order to hide many scratches/imperfections. There are dozens of scratches and paint rubbings all over the car from light to medium that will cost a good deal of money to have professionally fixed.

All of this said I know I am the buyer and I am responsible for buying a car "as is" (used car). Many dealers use scummy tactics to hide things to make a buck, but I guess I just didn't think that Natchez Ford would do something like that as I had heard good things about them before. Her dad bought his King Ranch from there and it was immaculate and is still a good truck.

In conclusion, be careful where you go. Trust people as far as you can throw them. You won't ever 100% catch everything but do your due dilligence as people will always try to get a nickel from you.

We had a complicated issue with our car and Justin Conrad, the service manager, really came through for us and made sure it got fixed properly.

We were very impressed with Justin's professionalism and also grateful for the good work done by the shop foreman, Preston.

Buying a car can be stressful, but everyone was so laid back and chill that it really made the process so much better. We had a few hiccups from their end and they were super apologetic and made sure to check on us repeatedly to make sure we didn’t need anything. No games or gimmicks. Straightforward with their pricing and honest. We drove 2 hours to buy from them and would not hesitate to do so again in the future.

Traded in a used truck for a newer used Expedition. They gave me a fair deal on my trade, a great price on the Expedition and no funny business. They stuck by everything they said they would do. Would definitely buy here again.
