We couldn't be happier with the work done by Inland Roofing and Supply in removing our old roof and installing a new one. They were timely, professional, and did high quality work for a fair price. Hayden worked with us from initial inspection and bidding through completion of the new roof, staying in contact and keeping us informed. We had developed a leak and they securely tarped the area immediately to prevent further damage until the actual roofing could be performed. He explained multiple options, answering all our questions with no-pressure. Clean-up was performed daily and double-checked on completion. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I had Inland Roofing roof my house 30 years ago. I knew without a doubt that company was my one and ONLY company that I would hire again. I called Inland Roofing for a quote. John Edwards, the owner came out on a Sunday and looked over our house and garage roof. John's expertise on the condition of our roofs was very helpful for us on making a decision. Knowing the reputation of the company and the costs would only increase we decided to have it done now rather than later. The 1st day involved Hayden and Cory stripping the garage roof. This roof had 2 layers of shingles on it so they were able to remove everything and prepare it for the new roof. They cleaned up their debris and checked for any nails at the end of day. John (the roofer, not owner) came out the following day and was able to lay the shingles on the garage roof. The following week Hayden, Cory and John started on the house. The house consisted of 2 layers of composite roofing and Cedar Shakes.They first prepared the side of the house by laying plywood over the siding and the windows that they would be working on. Hayden, Cory and John (roofer) proceeded to remove the layers of composite roof first and then went back to remove the Cedar Shakes. They handle the removal of these shingles in this order to decrease the dust from going into the attic. They prepared that section by having Cory on the ground while Hayden and John was on the roof. Hayden was taking the measurements and relaying it to Cory. Cory was cutting the plywood and handing it off to Hayden and John to apply. They then laid ice shield and tar paper. Hayden, Cory and John prepared the east and the south side of the house in the same manner. Once the tear off was done and prepared for the shingles, Hayden and Cory's job was completed. They made sure the area was cleaned up along with John's help, they checked for nails and left the area in good shape. John (the roofer) handled the laying of the shingles. He was very knowledgeable on this process. John Edwards came out every day and checked on how the process was going. When the time came, John Edwards went up on the roof and placed all new flashing around the chimney since the old flashing was unusable. I have never seen where a crew of three along with the owner worked so well together. The communication from them to us on what they were doing and why was top notch. Bottom line, this is a company that you can trust and will be there.

My grandmother just got her roof done. She loved how the workers were super friendly to her, very efficient, and kind. I recommend anyone needing roofing services to support this business.

I got 3 bids for a new roof for my elderly mother's house. What initially impressed me about Inland was how long they had been in business. Hayden called me back quickly and came over the next business day to check out the roof so he could provide a quote. He explained he was a 4th generation roofer, and it was actually his grandfather that answered my call. That longevity, along with Inland's quote being less than the other 2 I received and their roofing material being higher quality, is why I chose them. They did a great job of cleaning up the yard after tear off, and the roof looks beautiful and professional. Hayden was the main contact throughout the project; he is a hard-working and all-around nice guy who really cares about doing quality work for clients. His father, John, was also there several times to ensure the work met quality standards. I will be referring Inland Roofing to friends and family from now on.

Inland roofed our home 30 years ago. This year we had them do a tear off, disposal, and a new 30 year roof. The company is as good now as it was 30 years ago. When the inspector arrived he did a short walk around. I met him outside and asked if I could answer any questions. He said that Inland Roofing has been in business a long time and that they know what they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone.

From the first contact with Inland Roofing &Supply in Spokane, Wa. The experience was excellent. Hayden, came to the home to access the windows. He took time to really look further into how the existing windows had previously been installed. After giving a bid he came back before windows were ordered to check if there was any previous water damage in the existing window frames. Which they were, and he made the job done the right way. Hayden continued to stay in contact with me on what was going to transpire. His work was impeccable including clean up. I could keep going on but I would highly recommend Inland Roofing and Hayden.

Inland Roofing and Supply roofed a small a cabin on our property. They did an excellent job arriving for and completing the job on the date they had indicated. They cleaned up the site and carried away the materials that were removed so that aside from a new roof one could not have known anyone had been working at the site. They are a four-generation family owned business, which also speaks well for their work. Excellent service, cordial in relating to their customer, an all-round pleasant experience for us.

House needed re-roofing. Got 3 quotes, including Inland, which was the most competitive. Also read many of the positive reviews here on Google, Yelp, Angi's, etc. which convinced me to go with Inland. Hayden came out and checked things out thoroughly. Entire process -- tear-off (done by Hayden & Johnny) and installing new shingles was right on schedule. Johnny arrived every day like clock-work to nail the shingles and Hayden & John were on-site a considerable amount as well. Very pleased with the final outcome. Roof looks really good!

Our roof was incredibly old with multiple layers on it and needed replacing. John and his crew removed all the old roof, handling the cable dish with care, repaired multiple areas, hauled everything away, and installed a beautiful roof! They even checked out the stability of our porch overhang and hid the sway in our roof where the garage meets the house! They were incredibly fast but diligent. I especially appreciate that John was always honest and upfront about expectations, price, and timeline. Their price point is comparable to similar companies with good reputation, and they left our property clean. Most importantly, our new roof is working great!

Impeccable job repairing damage I had to my roof. It was on the front side of the house and extremely noticeable. The patch job was done so well I couldn't even find it to take an after picture. He brought multiple brands and colors of shingles to ensure he had the best match. Incredible job. I will definitely use them for any and all roof repairs I have in the future.

After interviewing and dissecting the information provided by 4 companies to roof my home, I selected Inland Roofing for the following reasons.
1) The big out of town companies had pretty brochures and charged nearly double for providing comparable materials and processes (I researched each material, process and the suppliers used).
2) John's estimate was simple and did not include items that were required by the county just to look like they were doing more than the other company. ( I , until all my questioned were answered.) As a woman I appreciated that he respected my knowledge and explained Items I did not understand with respect)
3) John's roofing supplier has been doing business with Inland Roofing since the family business started ages ago. As a result, when they could not provide my shingles, they upgraded my shingles at no cost to me.
4) The roof preparing crew headed by Hayden were respectful of my home and plants. They pointed out issues with the plywood which need to be fixed and actually showed me the issue when I asked. I did make cookies for them lol.
The installer was passionate about his work, and it showed.
In the end the job was finished early, perfect and on estimate. The best part was after all was finished John himself went on the roof to inspect every little detail. He made some minor adjustments and was satisfied the job was worthy of the Family businesses name.

Inland Roofing is the best roofing company in the Spokane WA area. I have delt with other roofing companies and they are overpriced and do not care about their quality of work. Inland put a new roof on our house, and they did it in five days, just like they said they would. It's a great family business that has been around since 1949. They do not try to rip you off like a lot of the other roofing companies in Spokane. It was a wonderful experience working with John & Hayden, they are honest and understanding people. Their goal is to do an outstanding job and they are very proud of the work they do. They give you a 30-year warranty on the roofing. Highly recommended... Inland Roofing came in with a very competitive roof tear-off and replacement bid. I selected them because of the vibe I got from the owner and because they are a small company that has been around for about 80 years in Spokane. They did not disappoint. They delivered a quality roof product, on schedule, and were very conscientious about the workmanship and clean-up.

Called Inland Roofing for a new roof, "post-Covid", and during the hottest summer in a long time. Despite services being in high demand post-Covid, they didn't turn me down. Inland got to me in a couple of weeks and installed in just a couple of days. This would be the second time I used Inland. First time was a few years ago for new vinyl siding and partial roof after a hail storm. They were fast on the install then too. As with some family run businesses they care about the work they do, so they do good work. I would use them again, however my roof will out live me.

I had Inland Roofing and Supply tear off 3 layers of shingles and reshingle my roof. They did a great job, and John and Hayden both did a good job of explaining that I'd need custom 5.5 inch drip edge because of the way the 1950s slats were constructed 4inches shy of the fascia board. I can't say enough positive things about this company. I called originally looking for estimates to repair some sections of my vinyl siding. I reached out to AT LEAST 5 or 6 companies, and Inland Roofing & Supply was the first of only 2 companies that responded at all. Unfortunately, they lost their siding installers during the pandemic but John was still SO helpful! He asked me to send him a picture of my siding & he basically did the legwork & let me know specifically what to ask for, and also gave me some alternatives in case I still couldn't find it!! Honestly, I am so grateful & THANKFUL for his help & knowledge with this because I had been asking for white siding when calling around, not realizing how vague a request that really is! In my quest for siding I figured I should also replace some windows so I reached out to Inland again because of how helpful John was, only to find out that his siding installers were also his window installers !! But once again, he gave me some good referrals to point me in the right direction. I will 100% refer them to ANY & EVERYONE who is needing any roof repairs or installation! He treated me the same regardless of who was getting my business, which is exactly how it should be.

Live in a home with a 3-layers of old shingles that needed to be removed after damage from a windstorm. Had several roofing companies evaluate and bid on the job. Inland Roofing was my first choice due to clear and consistent communications. John told me about the job required to remove the shingles, current code standards, and the process for re-sheeting the roof and replacing the shingles. The work was scheduled promptly, the job moved early into the work schedule and completed on time. The roof is gorgeous and I have nothing but praise for the work done by the Inland Roofing team. Will hire Inland Roofing for all of my future roofing needs.

We recently had Inland Roofing and Supply replace our asphalt shingled roof.
We received 4 or 5 bids and Inland was extremely competitive with their pricing. For the most part, we dealt with Hayden, who took the time to explain the variety of products they work with and let us know what he thought we needed and was upfront about what they might run into putting a roof onto our 42 year old house.
They began the work during the time frame promised, then started by completely tearing off 2 layers of old roofing before the reroof. They ran into some of the underlayment wood that was sagging and showed me where one of the trusses had come apart and that they would be able to repair it. I really appreciated the fact that they were honest about what they found and allowed me to see at the damage before having them fix the damage. There were other issues, such as correcting the venting on an addition that was subpar and adding vents to our garage which wasn't insulated when we bought the house.
They did a beautiful job! Hayden and their crew did everything we asked of them and more, all the while protecting our yard and cleaning up everything afterwards.

I have been hiring Inland roofing in Spokane for roof replacement and repair for 29 years. John and his son have replaced two of my roofs and my mother’s roof. Removing all the roofing materials to bare sheathing, and replacing any rotted sheathing. This is important living in the northwest to preserve the engineering snow load of your roof. They are honest, professional, and friendly. I would hire then again and highly recommend to anyone.

I haver an older roof that developed a leak after taking down a basketball hoop that had been attached to the roof. I wasn't aware of the leak until heavy late fall rains. I called Inland Roofing and John called back promptly. He was willing to take on a repair, in contrast to other companies that only want large roof replacement jobs. He took the trouble to come out and get up on the roof to make sure he knew exactly the brand and color of the existing shingles, so that the replacement shingles in the repaired section would match the existing roof. He kept me well informed about his schedule and when he would come to do the repair. He came as promised, did the repair for a fair price, and the new shingles match perfectly. I was very impressed with his knowledge of roofing products, and his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure the repair looked good while fixing the leak.

Replacing the roof on our turn of the century craftsman home was a five star experience from the beginning to the finish. The bid we received was professional, complete and included areas of concern that could cause possible overages. The process from getting a bid to the finished roofing project was seamless. The communication between Inland Roofing and us was impeccable. We accepted their bid one week prior to Covid. We were kept informed the entire time of what the status was and when they possibly could begin work. Never once did we worry about anything. Before the project began, they communicated when and who would be on the job and what we were to expect well in advance so if we needed to prepare we had time. They began the work when they said they would and communicated through the entire job, what they were doing and if they were leaving and why. Hayden was the lead on our project and we cannot say enough good about the young man. They respected our property and never damaged anything. Always asked before they assumed. John, the owner, would not accept complete payment until he came out and expected the job. He wanted to be sure all shingles were sealing down as they should be and that our property was clean of any roofing material. We thought it would be a quick inspection but John spent an 1 1/2 looking our roof and gutters for a complete job. The company is top notch and honest!

Inland Roofing and Supply has been wonderful to work with on the remodel of a home recently purchased and the new garage I built. Whenever I have needed them, John has been extremely accommodating. He will give me a window when they could be there to patch a roof after an old chimney was removed, or when the new garage was ready to be dried in and shingled. He always kept his promises, left the premises clean, and was wonderful to work with. I will stick with Inland Roofing every time.

I really can't speak enough praise of the new roof they constructed on my mother's home. The team was timely: they started on time and finished on time. They were polite, hardworking and professional. They did an excellent job and I the roof has made the home even more attractive.

These guys are Tops! They came quickly and were equally quick to solve our problem. They are friendly yet professional. Never during the process did they attempt to up-sale or take advantage of our "senior" age. Usually we are hesitate to recommend. Inland Roofing and Supply NOT the case. We highly recommend them. These guys were excellent. They removed moss from my roof and sprayed a special moss treatment with zinc. They also repaired missing shingles and fixed other areas around chimney and vents. They did it all within a week of me calling for a very reasonable price. My neighbor came home from being away for the weekend and commented that it looked like I had a new roof.

Inland Roofing & Supply provided a fair and reasonable quote to remove substantial roof moss, spray a zinc compound to kill any remaining moss, clean out our gutters, and seal all roofing nails. John from Inland Roofing replaced my leaking skylight promptly and at a very reasonable rate. It was an atypical size, but John got it ordered and delivered quickly and without incident. I highly recommend Inland Roofing. I recently purchased a home in need of a roof. I called several companies - some didn't return calls, others made appointments they failed to show up for and one that did show up didn't want to put his quote in writing. John at Inland, not only provided a reasonable quote in a reasonable amount of time, but in discussing the roof and some of the recommendations I had already received, his knowledge was apparent and I felt comfortable the work would be done correctly.

Inland's wasn't the lowest bid I received but it was very reasonable compared to the others. Here's the thing...irrespective of the quotes you might gather...you don't really know how much your new roof will cost until the tear down is complete and any potential issues uncovered. It is extremely important to hire someone with integrity, know-how and the ability to stand behind their work. That Inland has been in business for so many years, and with a fine reputation, was an important consideration in my decision to contract with them.

My new roof is on, it is as beautiful as a roof can be. The crew was considerate and easy to work with, clean-up was complete. Most importantly, I am comfortable with the quality of the work performed and that, if there are any future issues, Inland will be there to take care of them.

I needed quotes for a new roof on my 1950 house. I called about 10 companies Inland roofing was the first to call back out of only 3 that returned my calls. One told me they would stop by and never did. When John from Inland called me back I asked him for a ball park figure, so I would have some kind of idea of the cost. He told me he had a computer program that he could get satellite images of my roof, and he would call me back in about 45 minutes. When he called back he gave me a range of pricing and said it would be pretty accurate give or take. That first estimate just over the phone is almost exactly the final bill. That was really impressive. My roof had several issues from the past 3 install jobs I discussed those issues with John and he had good solutions. That is when I decides I wasnt going to look any further, and hired Inland roofing for the job. John and his crew recommended quality products and did a quality job from start to finish. They also cleaned up spotless. My roof looks amazing. I highly recommend Inland roofing.

Our skylight started leaking during a heavy rainfall so our need was urgent. John came out immediately to assess the problem, gave us an estimate that we thought was really reasonable, ordered the new skylight and the work was completed within two weeks. During the interim that area was fully secured to prevent further leakage and damage to our home. Inland Roofing & Supply has my highest recommendation.

Gave me an estimate for a new roof. I said I will call them in 3 weeks when money comes through. 4 weeks later they are booked through spring. Now I must find someone else. Hopefully someone more reliable. Bigger jobs are more important anyway I just have a small house.
