DaBella - Spokane, WA

Talk about creepy sales reps. I just had a rep show up to my grandmothers home (7:30 PM) and proceed to look in the window to the living room to see if anyone was home. Well I was and I was rocking my baby to sleep but the sales rep decided that he was going to knock on my door anyway even though I waved no from the chair. He then stood on the side walk directly in view of the window and pretended like I wasn’t there waiting for someone to come out for a long period of time. Well I sure as sh wasn’t going to so I had to call my husband to come out and talk to this guy. As he was talking to him he asked if we were the home owners and he said no because it’s my grandmothers home. Well the guy asked when was the last time the roof was inspected and my husband told him that it was done very recently (which is true my grandmas roof is fine). Then he said I’m going to have one of my guys stop by and inspect the roof next week after my husband already said no. Then the sales rep proceeded to say well I’m going to need a no from the homeowner herself so my husband said she’s going to tell you the same thing the answer is no. He then started walking away and said and I quote “we will see you later.” And all of that is just a summary of the entire interaction. The sales reps are creepy and awful who make me feel unsafe. I do not recommend this company and I see that I am not the only one who had an awful experience. Edit* we also called to complain and we got a huge lack of empathy supposedly from the manager. He just put us on the do not solicit list. Which didn’t do anything because we got a call from a sales rep 15 minutes later

Michael L was a great sales man. He answered all my questions. We went over some prices, and the quality. Definitely was a little more than expected. Thats what happens with high quality windows. If it was our forever home we would have and gotten the amazing open for easy cleaning windows.
He was extremely respectful, my dogs loved him. My kids said he was professional and friendly.
We now have started looking for our new home and can't wait to call Michael L back to have him help us with windows and bathroom.

Dominic was very informative and knowledgeable on the products available. He and Devon K. came up with very comparable pricing. We will be talking soon.

Blake and Zach are excellent representatives of DeBella roofing. They were able to provide the best value roofing solutions for our price point. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Pressured my grandfather into an appointment with two salesmen despite his insistence that he didn’t want to see a salesman and only had a couple questions that could be answered by email or on the phone. Once salesmen showed up their junior associate had a poor attitude and didn’t have the basic communication skills needed to function in society.

Gavin H and Jack C showed up and were very knowledgeable. They educated me about the value of DaBellas windows. Dabella is a company i would recommend to all!

Gavin H and Jack C came out to my house on their own time, they showed me their amazing roofing system that would protect me home for the future. I wasn’t in the right financial state to move forward, but I would totally recommend my family and friends to DaBella.

Great sales experience although it was a bit pressured. They sold us a new roof (shingles, vents, etc) and gutters in the middle of February 2025 in Spokane which was a challenge with the weather. The product and application was great. The coordination and communication of steps however needed improvement. We called more than we thought necessary to get updates. The final issue involved getting the new roof inspected by the city. Had to follow up again with the company and never did hear back if the inspection was completed. We did have a personal follow up visit 6 months later which was great and we gave all of the above info. They were going to follow up (again) with city about the inspection.

Conner, Joey & Matt were absolutely great to work with and we are excited to have our shower installed. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to walk you through and answer all your questions!

Joey, Matt, and Connor guided us through the process of getting a new walk-in shower. No pressure, laid back, and it fit the budget well.

Did not receive any service but had a door to door sale rep show up. I didn't want to give out too much personal info since I'm not interested in quotes or inspections, but did want to leave him a good review.

Cameron seems like a polite honest guy, he's out here hustling in the summer heat. Ambitious and has his routine down. Keep at it!

Devon k and Luis R worked very hard to make this project affordable.
They are so darn cute! Very kind, and likeable!

From the person that knocked on the door to set up the appointment, to Devon k and Brady K helping me with the sales consultation, to the gracious installers that came and finished the job,, The process was seamless and I would recommend them to anybody! The value that they provide is absolutely unmatched!

The job isn’t finished when they drive away, their quality lasts for years to come!

We got the best value at a fair price for the quality of their product. Our home is located on the south hill of Spokane and we can't want to see the final results.

Nila and Robert came to my home and were pleasant and listened to my story of why I am not interested in a new roof at this time. They had several ideas to consider and I will remember your company name should I want to upgrade to a new roof.

Just had the displeasure of speaking with Zeke in Medical Lake WA today 07.28.2025. Zeke tries to force sales, and force his way into an appointment all whole refusing to listen to the "customer". My wife was home when he knocked on the door and made his sales pitch. After she told him 4 times, that we were unavailable for a "consultation" tomorrow due to a previous commitment, he still refused to listen, and continued to try and force my wife to agree with him showing up tomorrow. When I called him out on this he got an attitude, and just said how rude I was. This person, Zeke, will be the reason I will never do business with this company. It's unfortunate when a terrible "sales person" ruins the reputation for a whole company.

Had to call the police on your salesman after refusing to leave our neighbors property. I advised him not to come on my property, however he said "dabella gave him the right to do whatever he wanted" he then came back and harassed my wife after waiting at the end of the street for me to leave. Really great business guys. Pathetic.

DaBella salesmen need to learn how to be salesmen. I was very polite in telling the young kid who was trying to sell me that I wasn't interested. After telling him "No" four times and explaining that I used to do sales myself so I understood that he was trying to keep the conversation going he continued to ignore me and talk. Finally after a fifth "No" and me being more direct he walked off, flippantly telling me over his shoulder that I had the free will to close my door at any time. I now know who I won't be using when the time comes for a new roof.

Cam, Dom, and their manager, Zach did a great job showing the value in their Glasswing system and how the UV protection works within the window system. A great Spokane window company!

Shame on DaBella for allowing a representative to go door to door lying about you have mold, mildew and moss growing on or in your siding.
None of this was found to be true with my mother’s house.
Plus so many other things that is too much to write.
Literally, buyer beware.
