from the clear explanation of the process with my needs in mind to the installation with a hard working and informative crew to the contact with supervisors and the complete clean up of the yard and attic i am completely satisfied with the product and installation.

Expensive but you get what you pay for. Extremely high quality in materials used. Hard working and very detailed installers. Other than cost, I have no regrets whatsoever.

We had a roof replacement on our home. About 30% plywood replacement of roof base due to heat and moisture damage so it was definitely due. Roofing was done in 3 days with tarps applied the first night knee the open roof (good thing since we had overnight rain). New ridge line vent system to improve attic ventilation and reduce further heat and moisture damage. A thorough cleanup of debris and it looks great.

Erie home did a wonderful job on our roof. They have a quality product, done in 3days, and did all the clean up. Will recommend

Only 2 days in but love the product and how it looks on the house. Miguel and his team of installers were awesome! Very communicative, easy to work with, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Even my 4 year old granddaughter commented on how friendly they were and looked forward to seeing the “boss” (Miguel each day. They were thorough in their work and cleaned the area up upon completion.

The sales people were amazing, the workers did a great job on the roof. However the financing that is offered is a scam. It charges interest daily, by the time it is paid off(unless you can afford double payments) you pay almost 2x what you paid for the roof. I was not told this during the process ( no one reads the fine print when they are desperate for a new roof) It should have been discussed openly during the sales pitch.

Very happy with the new roof by Erie Homes. They had a great professional team who were efficient and personable.
I went with the fiberglass shingles which were more expensive than others, but look great on the house.

Workers showed up as scheduled to replace my roof. The weather was not the best but they persevered. The shrubs were covered to protect them from falling debris and all was cleaned up when the job was finished.

Erie Home did a wonderful job. Hats off and a big shout out to the awesome crew and a special thank you to Gordon, Keri, Matt, Miguel, Jose.

The materials appear to be top of the line. The installation crew were outstanding, and the people who did the scheduling and putting the materials together got everything right the first time. I feel the job was worth the extra money.

I had a text from the installation manager about the same time as they arrived.
They completed the installation in 2 days & did a great job of cleaning up.

Completely professional!!! From the sales all the way through to the cleanup after the roof was installed. Incredible work by the independent contractors who are specially trained to install these special shingles. We went with the metal variety, and it looks amazing! Wish I could post pictures, but our roof can’t seen from the street. Highly recommend the people at Erie and Swift Exteriors for their amazing work and care for our property and satisfaction.

Erie‘s home replaced my roof on my house and garage. There was no hard salesmanship. They were courteous. It was done in two days. The workers that did my roof and gutters were respectful. They cleaned up. You’d never know I had it done and I love my new roof thank you Erie Homes I will highly recommend to anyone.

roof was put on between raindrops and done expertly. A lot of people on the crew that worked together as a team. Nobody was slacking but they seemed happy.

Roof is great so far. I guess the 30 year warranty will provide the long term delivery of satisfaction. We would have given a 5 star review except for the company’s communication with us. We were promised by the sales team that good communication was an Erie company priority and that they would communicate with us every step of the process. They did NOT and we were left in the dark numerous times by staff. We were very frustrated and had difficulty planning our time. Superior product, premium price and very poor customer service!!

Hello my name is Kenneth Carman and i had Erie Home put a new roof on my house because of water leakage they came out in this cold wintery weather with 40 mph winds and did the work in a day and a half they were professional and the hardest workers I've ever dealt with answered any questions i had i recommend them 100 percent

Excellent work. They cleaned as they worked. Once done they went over the perimeter of the house with a wide rolling magnet. I would highly recommend Erie for your roofing needs.

Erie Home came to the rescue. My crawl space was horrible I found out we had mold and mildew I happen to see Erie Home on Facebook and decided to give them a call. I couldn’t believe my eyes on what an amazing job their team did. It looks brand new under there and my new sump pump machine is awesome. I can say this was a good investment. The crew was great! They did a great job, they were done faster than expected. The quality of their work is very good. Our roof looks great. We made the right choice going with erie.

Erie Home workers were professional, efficient, and cleaned up afterward. Then went beyond by cleaning the deck and inspecting the roof several times and making improvements. Would definitely hire them again.

The communication was top notch. They seemed to have a hard time getting subs to come out to do the work. The workers who did show up did not have great communication skills in English, but they worked in inclement weather (gutters) and paid attention to what we instructed. I do wish they had not worked in the dark. Makes me question if they could see what they were doing. Damon came out to do a final inspection (2 months later) and he was great. I would say, overall, he and Ryan are responsible for our good experience with Erie Home. Thanks, guys.

We have quite a steep roof. We were told a crew of several people would come and be done in abt 5 days. We had 2-3 men show up for the first 3 days, minimal language skills, we had to use Google translate to communicate. We never really saw more than 4 people until around the 7th day where 5-6 people were scampering around trying to complete and clean up the workspace. To my knowledge there was not a foreman, nor anyone able to communicate with regarding concerns.

Also, we are a rural home, where did the people go to the bathroom? There are no gas stations or restaurants nearby, and no portapotties available. I dare ask. I was careful not to go wandering around our property.

The “free” gutter guards are not appropriate for our steep roof. Even on a drizzly day, the water pours off the roof missing the gutters altogether, dripping at the entrances/exits of our home and during heavy rain, we have cascades of water pouring off of the roof seemingly missing the gutters altogether. I called, and their solution? I can remove them. Gutter guards have proven to be a bit difficult on our roof as we have many Doug Fir trees with fine needles. Our previous guards worked ok as long as we kept the needles at bay. The new guards Erie installed, there were no needles to contend with, the guards are just extremely fine mesh, that just doesn’t seem to allow much water to go through, thereby pouring over the edge.

We paid a LOT of money. Hoping the roof will live up to their quoted “guaranteed” standards.

Extremely great at providing the best option for you. Provided on site review and all selections and was very fast at getting the job started and completed. On-site contractor was on time and cleaned up was great.

Good people doing good work my salesman Ray was great to work with! Great response times when situations arose and they needed to be contacted.

I regret calling these guys for an estimate. They will call you constantly to the point it seems like harassment. Even after I told the guy I was going to think about it for awhile., and yet they keep calling. I keep blocking their number but they seem to find a way around it, they just called me on a Sunday morning at 8AM. I called them back and told them to stop calling me again.

I'm sure the company is fine. The guy who came out to quote us for the roof, is in the wrong business. I made it explicitly clear on the beginning that we only wanted a standard compo roof. Told us that the house had 2 layers of shingles. Wrong! This is the original roof. House built in '04. Wouldn't shut up at all. Giving us his sales on a metal roof. Told him 3 separate times we don't want a metal roof. Yet he is still pitching it to us. Talks down to you. Wasting our time. Didn't even care we have things to do. He wouldn't leave. I've talked to roofers for over 50 years. None of them run their mouth like he does

Salesmen Raymond and Kevin were terrific. Overall project was done quickly and well, 3 days, tear off, minor repair & reroof. Roofing crew seemed to be a family and worked together very well. They were respectful and great folks.

They were wonderful and finished early. I was expecting 3 days and they worked so fast and were very thorough with their work. They cleaned up both days leaving nothing behind. Then on the 3rd day that I expected them to work the only thing that needed doing was hauling off the dumpster and they were so quiet with that that I didn't even know that they'd come. Their work was wonderful and my roof no longer leaks.

I will try to tell this story briefly. The day before Erie Homes Roofing crew were to arrive, I tripped on the stairs and was airborne straight towards a plaster wall. This is a 1905 house and where i crashed was a real 4 x 4. I thought I was going to die right there.. I broke nothing but the wall. When I got out of the ER I was one big ball of pain wrapped in an Oxy cloud. That's when Erie's roofing crew arrived. They went right to work. Working around all of the obstacles to get the job done. And done right. I could not get out of bed for 10 days. The fall was on 6/1/24, I finally was able to inspect the job. It was excellent. Erie Homes is the kind of company you can just let them go. They worked well with out my supervision.

Eerie Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish. It started with Tyler coming to the house. Tyler is a young, energetic man who is knowledgable and experienced. He got right up on the roof and into our attic to take plenty of pictures showing us the wear and tear and problems we didn’t realize we had. He showed us all the materials they use and exactly how it would make a difference. The method used and type of shingles at the peaks create a unique ventilation important to solving the problem of mold and heat in important areas that need it. A problem of ventilation we didn’t know we had with our stove was even corrected in the process. The installers they employ are very friendly and came to our house ahead of time to let us know when they were going to start. They were very friendly and made the work on a large and complicated roof look easy. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Overall, it was a great job done by an experienced company and we made a great investment adding excellent value to our house.

Made an appointment for a roof estimate and the day before got a call confirming/requiring both homeowners to be present which was not an option. Said it's their "policy" that we both be there and would need to reschedule, however this was not mentioned when I made the appt. In my experience that is a high pressure sales tactic and not a legitimate business practice where an estimate is given and then customers decide on their own timeline. No thank you Erie Roofing.

Good original quote,but lack of follow up with sub contractor and me the homeowner. Most of work wa done as talked about however I do have some issues..

Buyer beware. A rep stopped by 3 weeks ago for 2 hours of pushy salesmanship for a $40,000+ roof on top of an existing roof. The sales person refused to give us information until the end of the sales pitch and seemed irritated that we still wanted to research other companies in the area. They informed us that other companies do not provide the same quality products like they do (really?). I do not need a tornado proof roof unless I lived in an area with tornadoes and baseball sized hail.

I requested a quote for a roof and two gentleman showed up on time. They inspected and we sat to talk about what they felt I needed. They gave me a price and I told them I would need time to think about it. They continued to pressure me and simply would not let it go. They expected me to make a decision on spending $50k plus after thinking about it for 10 minutes. I all but had to ask them to leave. If you don’t like being badgered with high pressure sales tactics this is a company you may not want to work with.

Erie Home made getting our roof replaced easy and affordable. First on our initial call, Tyler made a detailed inspection which located some serious issues that we had not seen, which allowed us to include those in our initial bid. Tyler also worked hard to help us get the style and color of the roofing that we were looking for. All of Erie’s products are top notch which made us feel confident we would be getting a roof that would last.
Second, our project started very quickly and was done in a few days. Erie’s crew was professional, respectful and very skilled. I used to be a contractor and their crew was amazing. From stripping off the old and making sure everything was cleaned up to replacing the rot that had been found to laying down the new roof, this crew was outstandingly skilled.
I highly recommend Erie Home as my Wife and I could not have been more pleased. Our roof looks so good now, we can’t wait to paint our house to look as good as the roof does.

We asked they come to look at our roof recently damage by a tree fall
Courteous and appeared on time Gave photos of the damage but they went into their detailed presentation and my wife and I said great but now we want an estimate and perhaps types of shingles that upset them and they virtually demanded we listen to the entire presentation -folded their ipad and stomped out
Not rude but we wanted a price and examples -not according to protocol it was like they HAD to control the presentation and we HAD to sit through it all
We need a new roof wanted a price but evidently if you don’t sit through the entire dog & pony no deal Very odd we obviously must loo elsewhere

Routinely calls twice a day, darn near everyday since November 14th and harasses a 78 year old man. When called out on it, their only response was "there was a double inquiry", as if that justifies you calling someone at 8am and 8pm twice in the same day for over a month. Shady practices.
