Update: Happy Ending! What a nice fella. I was so impressed with Brian’s response to my previous review and left him a thank you message. He promptly got back to me and again apologized and thanked me for bringing the issue to his attention. We chatted a bit and I mentioned a toe guard had fallen off the roof in the recent windstorm. It had been up there since 2018 but no one had mentioned it. He’s sending Angel out today to make sure the nail is fully pounded in and won’t cause a leak. I have to say, I am really impressed! I don’t expect to need another roof this lifetime but I will certainly contact him if something else comes up.

Earlier: I hadn’t inquired about roofing. I just had a new roof done a few years back. Yet this morning I received an unsolicited text from Shawn on my cell. It’s just too aggressive a marketing strategy. What other boundaries are they bad about?

Working with Evergreen Roofing was an amazing experience. I can't say enough good about this company. There were some personnel problems with some of the crew. I contacted the office the owner took my call immediately. After going over the problems the crew was removed and a new crew was put on the job. They showed up on time and started right away. The roof was done on time as scheduled. I can't say enough good about the entire crew and company. The clean up was spotless.

The crew at Evergreen is the embodiment of what a construction company should be. After a tree fell on our house and our garage, Kayed and his team not only helped us get back to normal, but their quality of work left us in an even better place than before. Their level of customer service through such a difficult time was phenomenal. I can't recommend Evergreen enough for any and all renovation needs.

We just completed a full remodel of both our main and guest bathrooms with Evergreen and could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, Kayed and the team at Evergreen made the process seamless. We were given a workback plan at the start of the project and the work proceeded on time and to schedule. More importantly, Ian, Victor, and Emily were great to work with, providing guidance on design, context to their recommendations, and quick answers to all of our questions throughout the process. The sub-contractors Evergreen partners with, particularly for tiling and cabinets, were all top notch. The quality of work was very high. I would have no hesitation on working with Evergreen again in the future and highly recommend them for home remodeling projects.

Love, love, love my new GAF roofing and upgraded ventilation system installed by Evergreen Renovation and Roofing's ace roofing crew! The crew worked as an extremely skilled team of professionals who not only did a great job, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves at the end of *each* day worked. I also love the beautiful colors of my new Barkwood HDZ shingles that look fantastic with my new home's mocha and cream-colored paint job. Already, I'm seeing significant reduction in my home's air conditioning use because of the upgraded ventilation system that's so effective. And my new GAF HDZ roofing's Golden Pledge Limited warranty on materials combined with Evergreen's 10-year workmanship warranty give me confidence that I will be able to count on my roof's longevity for the rest of my life. Couldn't be happier!

We just finished our bathroom remodeling with Evergreen. We’re very happy with the results! It’s our first remodeling project after recently moved to Portland. Huge relief to know we picked the right team! Kayed and his entire team are very helpful throughout the process. We especially enjoyed working with Emily! Incredible customer service! They replaced our roof in 2020 and did a fantastic job. We decided to sell the house in 2024 and an inspection indicated some minor roof issues. We called Evergreen and they fixed the problem at no charge on the same day we called. We highly recommend them.

We just completed a kitchen remodel with Evergreen and had such a positive experience. The team was very knowledgeable and communicative with any changes to the schedule and helped problem solve when unanticipated issues or design challenges arose. They work with excellent contractors who were courteous, professional, and did fantastic work. The entire process felt minimally invasive. We hope to work with Evergreen again someday!

Evergreen replaced our roof last month and did a great job. The crew worked very hard and got it done quick. The crew lead was super communicative and checked in at the end of each day to see if we had any questions. They even asked if we were ok with them working over the weekend which we were, and then continued through the weekend with only two of them to get it done. We’re very happy with the service we received and how it turned out.

The entire Evergreen Renovations team deserves to be recognized for their customer service and incredible design skills! We hired Evergreen to renovate our attic and were impressed every step of the way. We added a full bathroom and made the two upstairs bedrooms much more livable with new electrical, HVAC, and insulation (plus new paint, carpet, and millwork). They reconfigured closets to make them more useful, added some built-in shelving and cabinets, and we gained tons of attic storage space. The entire Evergreen team was so kind and respectful of our space. Parts of the project involved them working in the basement and first floor, where we were living, and they made sure everything stayed as clean as possible throughout the duration of the project (about 4 months). Kayed, Amy, and Emily were available to answer any question big or small, at any time. The project really felt like a team effort where they listened to what we wanted and we trusted their advice. All the subcontractors were also efficient, kind, and very respectful of our home.

We also had Evergreen replace our roof at the same time, and it was really helpful to have Kayed and his team coordinate that work with the attic renovation. Both projects were on time and according to the estimated budget. We’ve been living in the space for a couple months now and couldn’t be happier! Thank you! We would definitely hire Evergreen again.

We had Evergreen replace our 40 year old metal roof. From Bid to Job completion, their service and price was amazing. The got us an great roof at an amazing price. They install and tear off was done with amazing precision. They cleaned up everyday and communicated with me daily on their task. I will recommend Evergreen to everyone.

5 years ago Evergreen Roofing installed a new roof, and gutters on our home. They did a fantastic job. However in the January storm in Portland this year a neighbors tree landed on our roof leaving gaping holes and breaking the ridgeline. I hired them again to install a new roof, & gutter for me. I never considered calling anyone else. Their crew fixed all the damage with such professionalism.They did a great job. I highly recommend them for any job. They were so easy to work with last time and especially this time where their professionalism really showed as they fixed the extensive damage that was caused to my roof. We cannot say enough about the professionalism and gorgeous quality of work that Evergreen provided us. We underwent renovation of our entire second floor that lasted about 5 months, members of the team were not only respectful and concerned with our comfort, but became friendly faces we were always happy to cross paths with. We ended up adopting a newborn during this time period, which was a surprise, and Kayed, Amy, Victor, and Emily specifically were so kind and almost started to feel like family.

Kayed and Amy helped us work out our budget and what was important to us, and working on the design with Amy was way more fun than I imagined. Kayed made himself available consistently and provided the best and most empathetic customer service we have ever experienced. Victor was so respectful of our space that he moved our key hooks without us even asking, he made sure to make friends with our dogs and made sure the plastic partition was as convenient for us as possible; and that was just the first week of the project. His calm demeanor set the tone for the entire team. All along, but specifically towards the end of the project, Emily did such a wonderful job communicating with us and coordinating the finishing touches. Each of the expert subcontractors who partnered with Evergreen for our project were the best of the best, incredible quality. Special touches like a huge custom wooden table to go over the dog crates, and help making our garage more usable were surprises that the term, “above and beyond” can’t even begin to describe.

We are thankful everyday as we enjoy our gorgeous second floor, there are days we hardly even want to go downstairs. We emphatically recommend Evergreen for home renovations!

I absolutely recommend Evergreen Renovations and Roofing to anyone who is looking to get their roof replaced. I had been taking bids for having our roof and gutters replaced and contacted Evergreen. My first point of contact was Jason Costner who came out to the house, sized up our job, offered what options we had available and worked up their quote to replace the roof and gutters. The bid was very competitive with the other companies I approached and due to my interactions with Jason and the reviews I found online decided to go with Evergreen. I was not disappointed. Jason worked with me as my point of contact as we worked through the project. I had misgivings because we scheduled the project in January and as luck would have it on the cusp of the worst weather we had had so far during our 2023-2024 winter. Jason reassured me as to their crews abilities and they absolutely delivered! They completed the job in less than 2 days with another crew coming out a few days after the weather had passed and replaced our gutters in a matter of hours. I worked with Tami over email with the invoicing and billing. Tami was friendly, courteous and professional. Our roof and gutters look great and the job was completed expediently, professionally and at a fair price.

Easy process from quote to install. Had one issue with cleanup, but that was very swiftly addressed. I'm very happy with everything!

We had our 27 year old roof replaced by Evergreen Renovations & Roofing this week. Their construction guys were on time and were very courteous. They did everything perfectly the way that we had agreed to. And, they even cleaned up everything when they were finished. We really appreciated Edwin's special care to make it all happen effortless for us. Needless to say, we are completely satisfied that we have received the best quality at a great value. And, we absolutely love our new roof!

After talking to several contractors, we were happy to hire Evergreen after our first meeting with Kayed. We knew we wanted to change the layout of our tiny, and only, bathroom which would require working with a designer. The Design/Build team helped us with every aspect of the project, including a plan for a shower in our backyard to use during the construction. Amy, the designer, was adept at translating our ideas into renderings, and guided us through all the decisions we needed to make about fixtures, tile, lighting, and cabinetry. Having a strong plan in place by the day of de-construction helped us feel confident about the big change we were making to our house. Every sub-contractor that stepped in was professional, polite, respectful and efficient. We chose a specialty tile for the vanity wall—Tim, the tile-setter did an amazing job. Emily, our design assistant was readily available to answer our questions and provide moral support through out the process. We finished a 3-month design and building process with a bathroom the exceeded our expectations. We started with a basic, blah bathroom with a toilet view from the hallway, and ended with a beautiful space that feels like a spa. We didn’t have a lot of space to work with, but we managed to add storage and a bigger bathtub.

I would recommend Evergreen without hesitation. Feeling much more confident that we know exactly where to go with our future projects.

Recently had my roof replaced. It could not have been an easier process. From quote, to contract, to scheduling, to job completion…everything went smooth. The crew worked efficiently and did a great with the clean up. My new roof looks great. Highly recommended!

Evergreen Renovations has been fantastic to work with. We had an old rough attic space which was freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer. Working with Kayed and Emily they helped guide us through all of the design and construction decisions while keeping our budget and timeline in mind. Evergreen Renovation and Roofing did our new roof on Aug.28, 2023--in ONE DAY!! It's beautiful! These guys REALLY do an excellent job ! Jason was so easy to work with, and the team was great. When looking for a contractor reputation is everything. Evergreen lived up to their reputation. Responsive to my requests, fair quote, competent installers, and top of the line materials. Friendly genuine folks - a pleasure to do business with.

Doing a re-roof project in non-summer months in the PNW is not for the faint of heart, but the folks at Evergreen helped calm my shaky nerves on the days the rain came down.

The estimation process with Edwin was great, and the bid was competitive with the other 5 bids I received. Edwin knows the product, is experienced, and honestly the master certification with GAF was a big selling point.

Edwin was also incredibly responsive during the job when I had concerns and questions. We had the added challenge of fixing some condensation/humidity issues in the attic so we needed to add an attic fan, but also quite a few more additional flapper vents for the exhaust fans. Edwin helped us get aligned with the crew.

The owner Brian quickly called and came out to the house when I had concerns about roofing in poor weather conditions. We had a pause day due to light snow and I was reassured the GAF TigerPaw would protect the decking. They were able to quickly restart the next day and finished up over the rest of the week. The end result looks great, and I can't thank Chalo and his crew enough. They are pros.

I have found that when concerns and questions arise is when you really see if a company stands by their values. I can say that evergreen showed they care about their customers. The fact that the owner Brian called me back so quickly and visited the house, that Edwin was so responsive during the job process, and that Chalo helped me with the additional venting issues speaks volumes.

I can confidently recommend Evergreen for a re-roofing project ... even in the wetter months.

Kayed, one of the owners, is truly passionate about getting the job done well, they always went the extra mile to make sure things turned out great (and often better than expected). This company does not try to cut any corners at all to save a dollar, their goal is quality and it shows. Anything that was not as close to perfect as possible they would change for the better at their discretion. We are so happy with the finished product.
When going in to big project (master bath remodel) we knew it would be stressful but honestly the Evergreen team took a ton of stress off our shoulders and carried it for us. Emily saved the day multiple times and was always quick to respond. The communication was great (which is rare with contractors) we often talked to Emily several times a day (when needed) because we had questions and we knew we could always call her and get an answer. We were also impressed with the demo crew, particularly Victor, who was very respectful of our home and went out of his way to be helpful to us (for example when we weren’t home he offered to move a large mirror we were giving to someone out to the porch for us so the people could come get it). And the work area was cleaned everyday throughout the whole project.
I also must note the tile work is so beautiful!
Honestly it was a great experience and we can’t wait until our next project with them!!

I am a fine finish carpenter by trade and I have to admit that they got some nice straight lines on an old roof... It looks great. A aolid above average company and workers attitude..... I highly recommend them.

My neighbor used the Evergreen Roofing Company for their new roof. In the process one of their vehicles left ugly tire marks on my driveway. However, when I called, they came over and cleaned it all off the new concrete. I am very impressed by their friendly and thorough service. To me it says that they do quality work.

Alex was very helpful and made sure all items where covered in detail in the sales contract so that there where no surprises in work or cost. Angel and crew where profession and did quality work. Things went quite smoothly.

I hired Evergreen to replace a 30-year-old roof on my elderly parents’ home. After multiple inspections and bids, I chose Evergreen based on my consultations with Jason Costner whom I found to be professional and up-front in disclosing possible additional cost considerations.. He always made himself available to address any question or concerns I presented from the beginning to the end of the project. The office team also communicated status updates and provided great flexibility during the contract/payment process to accommodate personal scheduling conflicts. The installation team was extremely considerate and delivered my folks a new high-quality roof that will absolve them of future stress or integrity concerns. Upon completion the team cleaned up and placed any moved artifacts back into place. In terms of the pricing, they fell within the mid to lower line across the bids I received. I greatly appreciated that they did not front-loading unnecessary charges in the initial estimate which I ran into with other competitors. I highly recommend this team for any roofing needs based on my family’s experience and remain thankful to the team for all their efforts to deliver quality results.

Evergreen replaced our roof and renovated the facade of our house. They did a fantastic job on both! I really appreciate how easy it was to reach them to discuss any requests or concerns that I had. They were very professional, did a great job and always cleaned up afterwards. We found some water damage in our siding and they took care of that for us too!

Evergreen Renovation put a new roof on our house in Fall 2021 with new venting technology. We hired them based on a recommendation from friends and I sincerely pass on my recommendation. In spring 2022 the renovation side of the company totally remodeled our 1970's kitchen. It involved removing a wall to create a more open concept. The design team made excellent suggestions (shout out to Emily) that enhanced the ideas we had. I smile every morning when I walk out and the sunshine sparkles on the beautiful tile work and acres of counter space. The crew are friendly, professional, and answered all my questions during the process. Their sign has been in my front yard since the roof replacement last fall and I may never take it down. I highly recommend Evergreen Renovations!!

I recently hired evergreen for installing a new roof. My experience with evergreen was excellent from beginning to end I.e. getting a bid, scheduling, getting all my questions and concerns addressed, execution, and wrap up. Alex did an amazing job giving me a quote and dealing with the details of the project and special requests. He is professional and easy to work with. He takes his job seriously and meticulously. Albino and the crew were very efficient and skilled. They did a great job cleaning after them and prepping before the project started. The roof looks great and is well installed. I am happy with the quality of work and in general the job they did. I will recommend and hire them again for my future projects.

We had several companies come out to bid on our roof project. Evergreen gave us product options as well as an informative meeting explaining what they recommended and why. My consultant Alex asked questions to clarify understanding of what I was looking for so when I receieved their bid I was able to review multiple options.
Alex was kind enough to come out for a second meeting but brought Ed with him. I was expecting the hard sales pitch now that the second guy was here to but amazingly, Ed was knowledgeable and informative too. Zero pressure from either of the guys. Although it took me a few weeks to get my ducks in a row, Alex was clear and consistent in his communication. He delivered what he promised, addressed ALL my concerns in a timely, detailed manner and was the consummate professional throughout this process. Seriously, communication was ON POINT the entire time.
A couple of minor questionable moments: The expected Work Start notification was not recieved, and the main installer did not have a complete picture of the scope of work. However, those issue were quickly resolved. Things aren't always going to go flawlessly but these guys really get it because they made it right promptly and without question.
As far as the project itself, the guys worked the entire time they were here. They were efficient and thorough during the work day, and cleaned the ground around the house every night. Whent he project was complete there was literally no sign that the work had been done. Highly recommended from a very satified customer. Thanks Evergreen!

I cant wait for the next project. This is the best experience I have ever had hiring a crew to preform work. From the time I called for a bid and the sales person I worked with. Alex was fantastic, friendly and very committed to customer service. Once the project started the crew took extra cautions to insure all my beloved plants where protected and went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. I lots of experience with bids and construction and by far for the price and quality of the work is absolutely unbeatable. I cant recommend this company enough for the great work they did.

Finished up a bathroom remodel and bathroom addition to our home - just WOW. Evergreen continues to impress with their ability to stay within help us beautifully design within a certain budget. Especially during COVID, dealing with kids, and cats, renovation is not a fun thing. They worked with us in sealing off the areas, clearly communicated what was going on, and stayed committed to hitting schedules. They almost made the remodel fun/easy, which it never is. Evergreen also has some of the most friendly and thoughtful people in the business. We now have two new bathrooms that are just amazing! We will for sure use Evergreen for our next home improvement project.

Really could not be happier. I found these guys when our roof started leaking. Jason came out the next day and we agreed that we needed to replace our 22 year old roof. We were originally on the schedule for March but ended up getting moved up a month. Their original estimate was $7200 less than another estimate we got. After adding in a skylight and transferable warranty, we still saved around $5k. The guys that did the work were super fast and nice and even came back on a Saturday to seal the nails before a big rainstorm rolled in. Our roof is beautiful and, most importantly, no longer leaking!!!

I don't even know where to begin. Kayed and his team were NEXT LEVEL amazing. We started with a 2 bed 1 bath typical SE Portland home.... and they turned it into a 3 bed 2 bath oasis. I feel it necessary to mention that this project took place while I recovered from having a baby and cared for a newborn. One would think that the combination of construction and baby would be a nightmare - but it was a dream. As my partner and I discussed, when the project came to a finish after 4 short months - "what project can we hire them to do next, and man will we miss seeing them and having daily check-ins". They're efficient, clean, incredible communicators, honest, accommodating, immaculate attention to detail, and incredibly current and relatable in their approach to design. I can not wait to work with them again as soon as we're ready to redo the kitchen. I feel as though Evergreen became a part of our family, what a gift to have had the opportunity to work with them.

Evergreen remodeled our master bathroom, and they were exceptional; we would highly recommend them for your project! Every member of their team from start to finish was excellent at their job and treated us and our home with the utmost respect. They communicated well and provided us with recommendations about various details; they were knowledgeable and completed the project on time (which hasn’t always been our experience with remodeling). They went above and beyond; I truly can’t give them enough praises from character and integrity to quality of workmanship. Evergreen will be our first choice for any future projects!

Really frustrated with this company. They had the nerve, after talking extensively about the need for a personal inspection of my property, to text me and say I owed them $450 for a satellite quote. Then they did not reach back out to confirm the appointment I tried to schedule with them and showed up after I called and told them not to come since they had not confirmed. I don't know how their actual work is, but their initial process is not a good experience at all.

The crew did great. They were on time, cleaned up after they were done and did a nice job. They went above and beyond to come back and install some extra flashing at a problem area after the job was complete. We were left with a nice new roof and the peace of mind of a professional install.

The roofers were outstanding! Very High quality and fast! They arrived on Tues. morning started taking the old roof off, and before dark on Wed. We had an all new roof, with 16 sheets of new plywood replaced, where it had dry rotted. We are getting lots of compliments from our neighbors!

I put a new roof on my house this year and when I got quotes I decided on Evergreen and it was the right choice. Professional and they did a great job. On top of that was communication, when some bad boards were found the let me know right away. I ended up having to sell the house, and the buyer wanted the chimneys removed. I made sure to hire Evergreen back to patch up the holes and they went above and beyond to help get the work done for the sale of the home. I will always reach out to Evergreen first.

Kayed, Sarah, Brian, and all of the Evergreen crew just completed our kitchen remodel (see pics below, and pardon a few leftover birthday decorations) and first floor re-flooring project. Evergreen was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I were completely new to designing and remodeling, but knew that it was time for us to do some updates. What was completely overwhelming in the beginning proved to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. And Kayed and his team made it a truly wonderful experience. They were completely transparent, clear and precise on timeline and the smallest details, and were willing to go the extra mile to communicate when things were uncertain and challenging (supply, weather, etc).

Kayed was always honest and never failed to be on-site during the most important moments of the remodel as well as when we had important questions that needed better visualization, even though we live quite a distance from Portland. We were amazed at the great care that he took not only navigating the remodel of our home but also being sensitive and flexible with our roller-coaster family life (4 young kids) in the midst of all the work. He’s truly a master at what he does.

Sarah took so much time with us and made the design details seem much less daunting. Her keen sense of the simple but open and beautiful turned out better than we ever imagined. We were very impressed by her.

After getting multiple estimates for replacing the roof on my 70 year old house, hands down I felt most confident about working with Jason and the Evergreen team. Jason did a great job of explaining what needed to be done, the products they use, and the process I could expect. Pricing was competitive and Jason was really clear about what they knew going in and what might potentially involve extra costs. Angel and his excellent team from Evergreen were courteous, friendly, and very considerate. Jason was very prompt about responding to any questions or concerns I had along the way. I would definitely recommend Evergreen for your roofing project.

We originally requested a quote a year ago but put off replacing the roof for a bit. When we called back they still had our information and Ed, who we worked with, was really responsive and informative. When the roofers came out they finished in two days and kept us in the loop throughout the process. We loved them so much we decided to do our kitchen renovation through them too and looking forward to their work starting in January.

We called Evergreen for a roofing bid after watching them do exceptional work on a neighbor's roof. The rep was able to come within a couple of days and was very friendly and informative. He told us with pride that they only work with Master Roofers and that they have only 5-star reviews. We were eager to get their bid and to have them complete work on our home. The rep told us he'd get the bid to us within a couple of days.

After a week, we had not heard from him so we called and he apologized and said his boss was on jury duty and so that's why he had not been able to get a bid to us. After another week, we had not yet heard from the rep so we called again and at that time, he told us his boss was declining to do a bid on the job because we have a couple of small sections of flat roof on our home and they feel they can't provide a solid guarantee for a flat roof. We expressed our disappointment and told hi it's unfortunate that the company cherry-picks their jobs; of course you get all 5-star reviews if you only choose the easy jobs. Why work with only Master Roofers if you don't take advantage of their expertise and skill for challenging work?

The rep said he'd try talking to his boss again to see if he could change his mind. We then ended up going around in circles for over a month, with the rep not getting back to us so we'd reach out to him and he'd have some excuse for why we had not heard from him with a promise to follow up but he never followed up.

I'm not sure why we hung in there so long, continuing to think that the rep and Evergreen might come through for us. We finally gave up but our run-around with this company put us in a position of looking for a roofer in the middle of the summer months when companies are booked solid with jobs.

Evergreen most certainly must do great work, but keep in mind that they choose their jobs and only work on homes that they feel will not pose a challenge. We want people to know how they wasted our time.

My family and I had the pleasure of working with Jason Costner from Evergreen on a roof replacement. Jason was professional, down to earth, and very transparent about what we could expect. We met with a few companies for quotes, most of them seemed honest and high quality, but Evergreen set themselves apart. In the end there were no surprises, no hidden fees, final price was what was quoted, and the house feels transformed. We were also given the opportunity to get the roof replaced a month ahead of schedule and the two man crew got the job done in two days. Couldn't have asked for more!

After screening thru 9 estimates, from low end to overpriced contractor types, Evergreen was the one that gave us more than enough assurance that we were getting good quality service at fair price - yes, they delivered. On time, very professional, and explanation of work to be performed was very clear and upfront. The owner, Brian, was so personable and made several phone calls with us explaining every step of the way - including things that we should be aware of and possibly update on our home to avoid any future problems. I cannot recommend Evergreen Renovations enough. I added a master bedroom, bathroom, and a mudroom onto my house and from start to finish, Kayed and his crew were attentive, punctual, and responsive. First off the salesman Ed was very prompt with getting us a bid for the roof and gutters. Ed walked us through the financing process and this was very easy to do with his help. We were scheduled with minimal wait and the roofers arrived early and worked long hours until the job was completed. Soon after the roof was done the gutter crew arrived. The gutters look terrific and the entire house looks restored to new.

I would use this company hands down over any other company. There was an issue with the gutter crew leaving a mess and the owners quickly addressed the issue. The professionalism and customer service provided by this company was first rate and I hope more people use this company for their home improvement needs.

The team at Evergreen was amazing from beginning to end of our re-siding project. They were prompt and on time for every appointment. this was our first time getting siding done on our home. Our main contact, Ed, was very patient when we had concerns and questions.

The work crew was professional and courteous. They cleaned up at the end of every day. We have a dog and I appreciated the care they took to ensure nothing was left out for her to get into.

Our original project only included part of the house but the crew did such a great job and the siding looked great we asked to have the rest of the house resided as well. The response was "Absolutely! We'll keep on going then." After the job was complete the crew walked the site to ensure nothing was left behind.

We had a great experience with Amanda Stiles showing us what materials would be used for the new roof and what colors were available for the shingles. The installation was great, the materials were dropped off the day before the project was to start then the roofing team started the next day. They were very professional, answered my questions during the installation, and cleaned up the work area everyday. My overall experience with Evergreen Renovations was amazing and I will be referring people to them.

Great experience with these guys. Initially thought we were going to have a roof overlay, but ended up having 2 layers already. Turned into a complete tear off, but pricing was very fair. Job completed very nicely and has help up great.

We had a great experience using Evergreen for a kitchen remodel. Our dank old kitchen is now a family space that we use heavily. Kayed and his team were very thoughtful about how we would integrate modern touches into our old house. As with all old houses, you never know what you’re going to find behind those walls, and Evergreen was able to respond to each unknown with smart tweaks that allowed us to pursue all of our original design ideas. Truly impressed with their effort to keep a clean work site and with the level of communication at every step. We’ve already got the next project in mind.

Despite weather the job was done early and with high quality. The workers were nice and friendly. They cleaned up everything when they were done. We are very happy. Definitely keeping there number for future projects.

I can’t say enough good things about the experience we had with Evergreen Renovations when they came to install a new roof at our house. The person we spoke with on the phone for the initial conversation and estimate was kind, clear, and trustworthy. The office staff made things seamless and were great at communicating about deposits and scheduling. And the staff onsite during the job were consummate professionals. Of course roofing itself is loud but the roofers were very quiet on the job site, they were neat and organized, and they were friendly during our brief interactions. There was an issue with backing the delivery truck into our driveway and the drivers, roofers, and office staff were great at solving the issue with minimal interruption to the job. I was working from home and was not interrupted at all by the roofing, which was much appreciated! The crew finished just in time for the snow and ice storm and we felt really secure that we wouldn’t have any leaks or issues with the new roof. Plus it looks beautiful! Highly recommend Evergreen Renovations for a new roof of any other home project you need done.

These folks are amazeballs. We've worked with several contractors over the years and Kayed, Sarah and the Evergreen team were by far the best experience. Their work crew was amiable and easy to work with. They were punctual, stuck to the schedule they proposed and most importantly, did excellent work. They were also very conscientious about keeping the place clean and secure while they worked on it. We were in a pinch when our bathroom needed a fairly immediate renovation and Kayed worked with us to quickly get it done. Sarah was great as well–she helped us plan a look and feel that both my wife and I could feel good about. It's honestly the best looking room in our house.

Our sales rep Ed was great to work with but during contract negotiations when asking to clarify some contract terms and put what was sold in writing owners decided to pull out of job. It was a good experience until this point. I was pretty disappointed with amount of time invested and that we had agreed upon terms and then they backed out. Can't comment on their work as it did not happen and owners seemed reasonable but pretty strange outcome.

We hired Evergreen Renovations and Roofing because of the excellent reviews on Google and now we get to add a review. They recently finished replacing our roof and did a fantastic job! They addressed all of our concerns and even though it was a very rainy November they only worked when it was clear for the day and they knew they could get to a good stopping point and secured the waterproof layer. I am so grateful for the precautions they took to roof on the dry days and I loved that they cleaned up the roofing debris every evening. I feel like they did excellent work and it looks so good!!

We used Evergreen Renovations (Brian / Kayed / Sarah) on a recent kitchen remodel. I can't say enough good things about their services. They and all of their contractors showed up on time, the project was on budget and when I made an error they fixed my mistakes. I even got a discount when they couldn't fix lighting even though the electrician came out and spent an hour working on the issue. I got calls or texts the night before anything happened and Kayed either stopped by or called me after anyone left to make sure I was satisfied. I seriously can't say enough good things about Evergreen Renovations and I would highly recommend them!

Kayed and the Evergreen Renovations crew remodeled our kitchen for us. They are very knowledgeable, which meant our quote was accurate and we didn't have a ton of change orders/ up-charges with which to deal. They showed up on time every single day. They had the same crew each day and we were always able to understand and communicate with each person on the job. Every single person was respectful and kind. Their subs for plumbing and electrical were top notch - they clearly have a great working relationship because the subs bent over backwards to make the schedule work around some snow we encountered at the time. Other than the specialty subs (plumbing and electrical), they handled everything themselves. They posted the timeline for the project and stuck to it. Permits were issued the first time and handled without us getting involved. We remodeled almost two years ago and everything is still working great and they did not have to come back after leaving the job to fix or touch up anything. They cleaned up every single day and at the end of the job, they hired a cleaning crew to get all the dust throughout the house. (Wow, right?) You will never find another contractor like them!

Kayed inspected my very old roof and gave me an estimate that seemed fair compared with others. The three roofers (Junior, Angel and Horacio) arrived at 8 am on Monday and completed the job by Wednesday evening. They worked through some very hot weather without complaint and they were always professional and friendly. When I thanked them for being so professional and quiet (My neighbor had complimented them for this!), Junior smiled and said it was because they were experienced: "When you know what you are doing you don't have to yell out to one another." Best of all, the roof looks perfect and the "smart vents" are an excellent feature. I can recommend Evergreen Renovations & Roofing without hesitation. We had a kitchen remodel scheduled right before the COVID shutdown. What a disappointment to have to delay it, but wow, was it worth the wait. From the first time we met to talk about cabinets, counter tops, and design, we felt like Kayed and Sarah listened to what was important, shared their ideas, and helped us to create a functional kitchen where there was none, and beautiful to boot! Each team that came was on time and professional. Victor arrived periodically to make sure things were cleaned up and ready for the next step. Anytime someone needed to talk to us in our space, they arrived in masks, making us feel comfortable about having multiple crews in our home. We cannot recommend Evergreen enough. This is the second major project we've had them do, and if we need future work, we will call them. They care about you. They want you to be happy. They are responsive to questions, no matter how small. They're worth every penny.

Brian and Kayed and the entire Evergreen team were beyond professional. We had our roof updated from cedar shake to GAF laminated lifetime shingles - their bids were always reasonable and the materials used were high quality (before and after pictures attached). We feel there were lots of little hidden value points in their bids vs. others. They made it easy to work with our HOA as well. We uncovered extensive dry rot in our back deck and used them to help us fix this and add TREX to the back deck and waterproof the lower level. The results were beyond outstanding - we now have a worry-free, easily maintainable outdoor living space. We got several bids from other contractors and Evergreen was always in the reasonable range, nice and responsive, working with us on many unexpected items, including small design decisions. Most importantly, during this COVID time, they stayed within the boundaries to create a safe and respectful work site. They always act as if they were working on their own property. Highly recommend at least getting a bid from them and picking them to do even the most complex jobs. When we eventually remodel some interior areas, we'll also be sure to use them again. They literally lived up to their tagline: Over and Above.

From start to finish, Evergreen was amazing to work with when we replaced our roof. Jason C. came out to give us our estimate and he was extremely thorough in his explanation of the product, the scope of work, and the timeline. Their estimate was considerably better than any others we received. They started the work exactly when they said they would.
