I like Erie Home roofing the crew did a great job and best of all my wife liked the colors of the Thank you very much.

They were fast and super helpful! We needed the roof ASAP, and Erie came through flawlessly. Would totally recommend to ANYONE!!

We called Erie for the first quote on replacing our roof as its pretty old and have noticed a few spots by the carport were getting wet. 7-1-25 Jeremy Freeman came out and inspected the roof and attic and took pictures, Jeremy's assistant Issac Clark showed up late(no big deal) they sat in his truck for awhile putting together the estimate and finally they asked if we could go inside to talk about the quote and repair. They presented the pictures and concerns and began immediately talking about how good of a company they are and how theirs the best in the nation, yada yada yada. Anyhow they finally started talking to us about the quote. Mind you our house is 1400 Square feet, they said our house was 2620 square feet the first quote we got was a metal shingle roof and we said we were fine with the asphalt shingles but they insisted telling us all about the metal and when it got to the quote is was $83k for a metal shingle roof for a single level home which is absolutely an absurd amount with a monthly payment of $1611. I immediately said NO. Then they moved to the asphalt shingle roof and the price of that was $48k for the same 1400sf single level home. We told them that was way too much seeing as I've gotten prices from coworkers for their roof replacements for near the same square footage and ive heard from $12-17k.

We told them 1 time we wanted to take time to think about it and they said lemme see what promotions we got going, a minute later dropped the price from $48k to $46k and we still insisted it was too much and that we could have to think about it then Issac said "im going out on a limb and calling my boss to see if we can get a better rate". He proceeds to go outside then comes back in with a $35k quote but to remove part of the awning we wanted to reshingle. The awning was an 10×12. Would cost us $11k to shingle that. No way. After telling them 3 times over we wanted time to think(hints to leave my house). I will add they showed up at 5:45 pm for the quote and didn't leave until 9:45 pm.

7-2-25, I got home today around 5:30 and before I get to my door, Issac pulls up to my house questioning me as to why I didn't get the roof. I will be reporting harassment if someone else shows up after today. We aren't paying over 2-3 times the amount other places would charge.

The only positive experience with this company was the women I talked to the previous Sunday to set up a quote.

If I could give this company zero stars, they would get below zero. They came out to do an estimate for my roof. Did the whole presentation… when it was time to do the pricing they refused to give me a quote because my boyfriend was not at home. I am the only person in my mortgage and I make all financial decisions when it comes to my home. They lied and said the system was down so they could not give me a quote. I finally called a week later and the male operator stated it was noted all owners were not available to do quote. I specifically asked so if a male is here, you can’t do the quote, this sad sack of bones said it’s our policy to have all home owners present. I am the home owner. Trash customer service, trash estimates, trash inspection and inspectors. Not to mention the inspector would not even send me the pictures that warrant a roof replacement. Also will be reported to BBB..

Great job installing the new roof. The crew was here about 10 hours and worked continuously until the roof was finished. Cleaned up so there was no evidence that they had been here, except for the new roof.

Very professional company. New roof looks amazing. Crew cleaned up property very well. One day completion, tear off, repair damaged decking, replace missing flashing, new boots and edging. Did not damage gutters. Would highly recommend.

Due to the storms in our area, we were in need of a new roof. We did not know where to start, so we just looked up roof replacement on google and Erie Home was the first to pop up. Tristen did an amazing job getting us started and make sure we got everything we need. Our roof looks amazing. Highly recommend.

The representatives were very knowledgeable & explained the product well. Since my insurance didn’t cover it, they did everything they could to help me get an affordable payment.

The roof looks great. The workers were fast and efficient. The warenty is wonderful. But watch out for the salespeople. The price was too high for (our senior ) budget. Salespeople were very persistent. They finally told us an amount we could afford. Plus they would give us a rebate. One (salesman) borrowed my phone and signed us in to sign paperwork. When I printed it out, the loan was exactly the rebate higher. He insisted the rebate was what brought loan to price we agreed on.

I was in need of a roof inspection and after a prompt response to my request, visit by a hospitable saleman, I have a beautiful roof that will be durable. All my questions were answered promptly. The crew were incredible. The clean up was more than I expected. I highly recommend giving Erie a call if you are looking for a high quality roof.

I highly recommend Erie Home if you need a new roof. When they arrived for work, they got right to it. They were very efficient, and cleaned up the debris as they worked. And just a little over six hours later, I had a new roof. Other than the new roof, you couldn't tell they had even been there. Thank you, Erie Home, for my beautiful new roof. It'll keep me cozy this winter!

Erie crew did a great job with tear off, reroof and clean up all in one day. Replaced any rotten spots and took care in shoring up the areas somtheh wouldnt leak again. Excellant products and roof really looks good matching the house.

The roofing material is good looking and the installation was quickly scheduled and quickly completed. In the financing side, the note is apparenly held by an outfit called PowerPay and they also open an account in your name at Chartway Credit Union from Virginia. You might want to obtain other financing. It may not be related, but ever since dealing with Erie I have been inundated with emails that are scams regarding non-existent PayPal, Amazon, Harbor Freight Tools, and Bit-Coin accounts. I have not been able to contact customer service at Erie.

I had a 7:30pm appointment today & no one showed or called me. If you want my business you can call me for an appt that works for my spouse and me. Do not tell me to call you, because it's not going to happen. Very disappointed in the manner in which I was left hanging.

These guys were effective and efficient from day one. They were professional and answered every question. I would recommend them highly.

Our house was built in 1925 and we had Erie Home come and replace our roof. They did an outstanding job. They had to replace boards and repair several areas. They worked so hard and finished within about 28 hours. The clean up was amazing! We are so pleased with the results!

Erie had our roof replaced in a single day. The installers were mesmerizingly fast. They cleaned up very well, though I found a few bits here and there (stuck in the bushes, for instance), but that's no big deal. They picked up all the big stuff and blew all the tiny bits into our yard.

We had a big thunderstorm roll through a week (ish) after the installation with very strong straight winds and heavy rain. Afterward, I could see no issues with the roof and it appears to have weathered it perfectly.

The roof ridges they put on have been working very well. Our attic temp dropped from 140 degrees (even more) in 100 degree outside heat down significantly. We believe the temp in the attic has dropped by around 20 - 30 degrees: tested on a near 100 degree day in the early afternoon. Everyone in the family has noticed that the house has been easier to keep cool, even though it's an old house that is rather leaky overall.

We really liked our salesman and it was because of him, personally, that we chose to go with Erie. I already knew many of the issues the salesman discovered which gave me confidence in his report. I highly recommend that you get an inspection of your roof by a third party beforehand. It'll help immensely when making such a big financial decision.

The sales pitch was rather arduous to endure and the cost of the roof was high. That's why 4 stars instead of 5. I was sold on the company and product long before the pitch ended.

I don't mind a high cost if the quality of work matches. That is the main factor for me, and to my untrained eyes, it appears I got what I paid for. It's just one of those things that you can't truly know about early on as it reveals itself over time. But the crew were fantastic from what I could tell and if their workmanship matches their speed, I won't have anything to worry about.

Overall, I'm happy with Erie and I'm happy with the roof. It looks great on this old house.

They had it done in one day, they protected any yard decorations we have and answered all questions. We had them installed 2 bathroom vents and an over the range vent and they went into the attic to hook them up since our house didn’t have any vents. Great job

The sales men came to our house and gave us all the options on roof replacement. They showed the products to us that they would use on our roof. Gave us a lot of options on the color that we could have. They stayed and took the time to explain all of it to us .Also explained what the warranty would cover and for how long..They scheduled the roof repair and we were pleasantly surprised at how fast they came to replace our roof. This was a good thing because we actually had a place on our roof that
when it rained ..it rained in our house. The crew showed up and replaced our roof in one day. It looks beautiful.. They cleaned up everything before they left.If you need your roof replaced this is the company to go with..And one think else they do have financing if you need it and will work to get you a payment that you can afford.

My roof was29 years old and had seen better days. Shingles were missing and hardly and gravel left on the shingles. My wife and i said it's time to bite the bullet and get it replaced. I did a such on goggle for roofing contractors in my area. After doing research good and bad i decided on to give Erie Home a call. They came out the next day (Thursday) to showed us the different types of roofs they install. We decided to go with the fiberglass shingles doing an overlay on the existing roof. We decided to use them. Now I was expecting about a month for it to get done. I was wrong, they called me the falling (Tuesday) to install it on (Wednesday). Well, there guys showed up and went right to work. The crew were the hardest working people I ever seen. They finished it that day and cleaned up all around my house picking up the paper, old shingles, nails and etc. If you're looking for a new roof give Erie Home a call. We called Erie roofing to get a quote because we desperately needed a new roof. From the time we met with the sales reps till the last day the contractors were on site it was nothing but good and timely service! Work is excellent, but the communication about the completion of the project could of been better. Cleanup was good. Overall very happy with my roof!
