My daughter had her home built by Hines Homes a number of years ago, and I must say the craftsmanship is outstanding. I’m thoroughly impressed with the quality and would confidently recommend Hines Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home.

Our company (Stigall Plumbing) has been plumbing houses for Hines Homes for a while now and Hines Homes makes it easy on us. They are very efficient and great to deal with. On all there homes that we have been a part of and plumbed has been great to us, by have all the details worked out before we start and if we ever have questions they are very responsive and quick to get back with us. The craftsmanship of the houses they build are top notch, we plumb a lot of houses for other builder and Hines Homes build great quality houses. A plus to them is that there construction sites are always kept clean and looks presentable.

We worked with Hines two and a half years ago. We initially thought they were great and seemed very involved; however, over time, communication became nearly absent. Their focus at the time was solely on their new subdivision and our house (along with our neighbors’ houses) were immediately placed on the back burner. They do not oversee their subcontractors consistently which has led to very poor work and many, many repairs for us over the last two years. Our carpet installation was horrible. We have giant buckling in nearly every room of our house. We are currently having to repair an enormous leak in our master bathroom and closet that will cost us thousands of dollars. We have heard from several of our neighbors that they have experienced similar issues. They are more concerned with quantity over quality. If I could give zero stars, I would. We should not be having to repair so many issues after only living in our house for two years. I would not recommend Hines to anyone.

Brandon and Kelly are nice folks but unfortunately they tried to get too big too soon and never show up on the job site anymore, like one of their subcontractors told me. They’ll build you an average house with very little oversight on what their subcontractors are doing. Attached are photos of brick cracking after 5 months, a water spigot so high that it’s unusable, and window dormers not even on both sides.

Good luck if you select them as your builder.

Hines homes is great we did business with them over the past month or so and they are very easy to work with Nicole is who we worked with she was very professional and on time with everything i would definitely recommend hines homes.

We were referred to Hines Homes by divine intervention in 2022. We were relocating from Fort Worth TX with the plan to build our retirement home in Maumelle. Brandon and Kelly Hines designed and built exactly the home I requested. From the first Zoom meeting and throughout the design process and construction they were great to work with, listening to my ideas with the utmost attention and making recommendations that improved upon what I had in mind. Kelly came with me to pick out the items I wanted help with and left me to do my own thing when I didn't feel like I needed help. She even joined me via Facetime when she was ill to help with my countertop selections. The construction itself went smoothly under Adam, the project manager's, supervision. Adam was super responsive and kept me up-to-date with what was planned each week so I always knew the progress being made. I was in the unique position of living across the street from my new home and was able to watch the build closely. I was impressed by how long and hard the laborers worked and by how well-kept the construction site was. To me it signaled the quality and caring that went into the building of my new home. I would highly recommend this team to anyone considering building a new home.

We just moved into our Hines Home. We love it more and more everyday. First, it is just so pretty! All finishes are custom and upscale. Good design should also consider functionality and they do this so well. Living here is just so easy and everything makes sense. The layout fits how we live and entertain. As first time home buyers, we knew nothing about what we were walking into but from our first appointment/consultation with Hines Homes we knew we were in good hands. Kelly and Brandon were great! They are down to earth and really put us at ease with a lot of our worries through the 6-8 month process. They designed and built a custom home for us and walked us through every step of the process. We put in window coverings in a new Hines Homes custom home and I was very impressed with the detailed finishes. The colors all worked very well together and you can tell that every detail was very well thought out. We were extremely pleased with Hines Homes and our building experience. This is the third house we have built and it was by far the best experience we have had. Brandon and Kelly were easy to work with and always responded promptly whenever we had questions for them. They worked with us to create the perfect personalized house plan for us from a combination of several plans. Their 3-D computer preview helped us visualize the finished product and allowed us to make changes before the building actually started. Brandon’s ability to calmly and quickly handle the few minor issues that arose was very reassuring. Kelly was fun to work with and was helpful in offering design advice while maintaining our own personal style. It was apparent to us the Hines want to provide their clients with a quality home suited especially to the owners needs and desires. One year later and they still promptly respond to any minor issue we need help handling.
