These guys were great from start to finish. Madison walked us through every step of the job. Once we were ready, they got right on the job. The crew showed up bright and early. They prepped the yard and work area. The guys went to work. I left for work and when I returned home they had completed the job. The crew were putting up their tools and walking the property. These guys picked up every little thing on the property. The next day, they came back and walked the property again to ensure the job was done correctly. That didn't go unnoticed in my book. Truly a professional job. We highly recommend Ally Roofing!

Ethan and his crew did a great job. Ethan was very thorough with explaining the process and filing insurance claim. The crew did a great job replacing roof and did the entire job in one day, which originally was scheduled for a day and a half. Ally was second roofing company I have worked with and by far the best. Ally Roofing went above and beyond to help me get a new roof. Jared Morales and Bobby from Ally were very helpful in this process and walked me through step by step. My roof was very old and had noticeable damage but when I filed a claim with my insurance, the first time, the insurance didn’t want to cover to damage. I am a younger (female) homeowner and I felt I was being talked down to by the first adjuster I talked to through my insurance but, Jared Morales talked to my insurance for me and on the second try finally got me approved for the roof. For my case the whole process took way longer than it is supposed to but Jared stuck through and was persistent and it truly felt like he cared. He had great communication and never made me feel like I was being talked down to. The roof application process was very quick and they got it done in one day. They cleaned up very well and made sure nothing was left in my yard after. I’m very happy that I chose Ally Roofing and will be recommending them to friends and family in the future.

Bobby and his team were fast, efficient, and thorough! A few weeks ahead of time he came to our home to explain the process and answer all of our questions. The night before he came out to set up tents over our raised bed vegetable gardens. The morning of, his team arrived on time and took care to cover our decks and flower beds with tarps. Additionally, during the job, his team identified items that were out of code and took time to make needed upgrades. At the end of the job they cleaned up and even swept the yard with magnets to ensure there were no extra nails laying around. Overall, they did a fantastic job. This was my first experience filing an insurance claim for my home due to a hailstorm that caused significant damage. Despite my initial uncertainty, the process turned out to be straightforward after submitting the claim, signing the contract, and issuing a payment. Fortunately, I was away on vacation when the roof replacement was scheduled, which allowed me to avoid interfering with their work and noise of the construction. Through my Ring Cameras, I could monitor the progress and was pleasantly surprised to see the crew taking great care to protect my flower bed with a blue tarp and relocating my garden decorations to the center of the yard. Comparing the service to other companies in my neighborhood undergoing similar roof replacements, I appreciated the attention to detail shown by this crew that others weren’t providing.

Despite having a smaller home, the efficient crew completed the job in just a few hours and returned my garden decorations neatly in place. Later that evening, a team member came by with a magnet roller to ensure the removal of any loose nails or debris, preventing any potential flat tires. Returning from vacation to a new roof was a pleasant surprise, and I only noticed after the next rainfall that they had also taken the time to clean out my gutters. I guess it’s a sign of the times that getting Insurance Companies to pay a claim is like getting your child to try broccoli. Weather-related claims must be challenging for companies paying Arnold Schwarzenegger out of their billions of dollars advertising budgets.
Fortunately, we had J.R. And his Ally Roofing and Construction team to advocate for us. They gave us an honest appraisal and patiently explained our needs to the insurance company every time they said “no.” They are a local family-owned company who are well experienced. They honored their commitments and even avoided smashing my beloved plants that I’ve been trying to get started. JR was responsive to calls and texts and understood my vision in regard to color changes and design decisions. He coordinated different tradespersons so we didn’t have to.
You can trust Ally Roofing and Construction with your project. They are reasonably priced and will advocate for the best claim settlement possible from insurance. If your claim was rejected…give them a call.

Company was very courteous and professional from the moment they knocked on our door asking about our storm damage to the very end when they came back and made sure all of the nails were picked up and even put all of our little solar lights back in place. They were picked up after themselves and worked very fast. The quality of the work was phenomenal. Would recommend them to anyone. He maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process without ever being pushy. Ally just did our roof yesterday and they have been amazing. A few important distinctions in our situation:

1. We paid for our roof out of pocket. Our old roof was already about 20 years old. With that, the recent storm damage and our astronomical deductible, our insurance company (Farmers) refused to pay us a dime.

2. Our house was built in the 70s and has a number of skylights. These can be expensive all on their own. Eliminating them entirely was not an option for us as they are important to the style of the house.

JR at Ally was wonderful to work with. He was professional, timely and easy to get ahold of at any time. He called us back every step of the way and always updated us when he had new information and the process moved to the next step.

The company truly felt like our “ally”. They worked hard to keep our costs down where they could because they knew we were paying out of pocket. However, they were still extremely knowledgeable about the claim process and looked for anywhere we might be able to leverage Farmers to reevaluate their refusal.

The day of the job, their crew showed up bright and early. They were clearing shingles right away. JR alerted us mid-day to update us on additional decking damage revealed as the job progressed. This is, of course, common when a roof is replaced.

The crew was friendly and their end of day cleanup was impeccable. In fact, since the skylights were replaced, some dirt and debris fell through as they work. The crew helped clean this up inside the house before they left.

We had an outstanding experience with ARC. From meeting the owner at our doorstep, to the closing $ transactions, it was a great experience. This was my first time enduring a roof replacement. They were well organized, catered to my communication preferences, checked in with me, and adequately explained all the steps involved in the process. Roof replacement was done in a day! My yard looked better after they left then when they arrived! Nails were picked up via magnet (the man did a thorough job) and the folks they work with on misc items like fencing, were polite and communicated well. Overall, great experience!

On the night of January 11, 2024, Maumelle, AR, was hit with a massive hailstorm. The next morning, David Richardson with Ally Roofing & Construction reached out to me and offered to inspect my roof for hail damage; later that same day, he was on the roof.

A couple of days later, David contacted me and said he would meet my insurance adjuster on the roof to assist in handling the claim. He did just that!

On Wednesday, January 24, I received notification that my home insurance was ‘leaving the state and my policy would not be renewed as of February 24.’ Now, I had an open claim and a four week countdown to have a new roof insurance-approved AND installed.

Ally made it happen! Four weeks to the day after the hail storm, Ally installed my new roof. Their professionalism, communication, and thorough cleanup was beyond impressive!

In addition, David worked with my homeowners insurance to be approved for new gutters on the house.
