Crew came on time and was mindful of our property and plants by covering things with tarps. They worked diligently and with care. Also they cleaned up all the debris and even went over the lawn several times with a magnet to get any missed nails. The salesman was fantastic and cordial. They did as they said and we are happy with our new roof. Yes it was expensive but it was needed

Jessee and his crew tackled our roof early on a Tuesday that began with one of the hottest weeks of the year. Starting early in the morning with a break mid day and continuing later in the day. Jessee was happy to keep us informed and answered our every quesion and he consulted us on some matters needing answers. I suggest to any future customers that you stay on site and make an occaccional walk around during the work. A couple of blipes occurred and were quickly rectified.
The salesmen from Erie expalined in great detail the materials to be used and our choices. We feel that we are in good hands.
One item. The new shingles will shed sand-like particles for a week or two from the time each is put on. This should be told to all new buyers early on in order to remove or cover all furniture and be sure the deck is fully covered. Not knowing this and without any tarps having been placed on an outside deck below to protect it as the demolitom was done and subsequent shingles added, that deck already dirty, got dirtier from the old tar like paper and dirt . Jessee himself scrubbed the affected area and made all well. It all took 4 and 1/2 days including a 1/2 day rainout!

The salespeople and support team at Erie were courteous and professional. The roofing job they did was on time, done with minimal disruption, and looks great. A great job!

Our window is beautiful and was done in one day. We love it. The only downfall is we never received updates during the process or ordering, we we had to reach out on our own for updates. Other than that we had a great experience. The guy who sold us our windows was great and the installer was friendly and efficient.

Erie Home contacted me immediately after submitting an inquiry about their roof replacement options. We scheduled a site visit that occurred within days of the request. The Sales rep / roof inspector arrived as scheduled to inspect our roof and provided bids based on their various products. He answered all our questions and spent time showing us the differences between Erie Home products and standard industry products using sample products of each. It appeared to me their products and installation methods were superior to standard roofing materials and methods. After agreeing on the products best suited for our situation, the company representative was able to secure immediate financing for our project. Two days later I was contacted by the project manager and arranged delivery of the roofing materials within a week of signing the contract. The installation crew was then scheduled 2 business days after the material delivery. The installation crew arrived as scheduled and completed the job in one day. They kept the debris cleaned up as they went. The crew manager kept me updated on progress and answered additional questions I had about the project. I am extremely satisfied with the job they performed, the improved look of our house and the comfort of knowing our roof is protected and warranted.

Arrived on time, polite workers. Cleaned up during and after installation was complete. The person supervising the installers was also very polite and provided answers to all our questions.

Do yourself a favor and don't talk to Erie home unless you want a timeshare presentations in your own house. Asked them out for just a quote but they insisted on leaving with a deal over and over. They tried to give me a bargin from starting outrageously priced than reducing to over priced. The salesmen tried to scare me into buying more add ons.

We were very pleased with Erie Home. Reasonably priced, quick delivery of materials, followed by professional installation. They completed our roof in one day. They cleaned up all debris and ran a magnet over the yard and decks to make sure no nails were left behind. Amazing workman ship. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It was a great experience from the salesman to the installers.

Salesman heard me state at the very beginning. I'm not going in debt for 8 square of roofing. I live in 100 year old home. On Social security money. 2 hours of sales pitch. $1000. Down + $100. mo. for 12 years=$15,400.00. Only $1925 per square. Then got snotty I wouldn't purchase. What a selfish self centered character. Zucca sons and daughters did my job. Affordable, Respectful, Quality workmanship, Estimated by a professional not a Salesman.

The roof was finished in one day and the clean up was good too. At night our house is already cooler. Superb product

Had new roof within about 10 days of initial meeting. They did it in one day - replacing roof, waterproof layer, ridge vent and deckair. Made a mess (2 layers of shingles) but had it all cleaned up by evening. Very respectful of property too. Loved our new roof color, too, Moracco Red.

Erie Homes did a great job on my new roof. From the sales team Jackson and Bill to Jesse and the installation crew everyone was awesome.

This company is completely unprofessional waste of time and efforts they come to your home just to waste your time they take your money and disappear they discriminate against the demograph of your area they were called multiple times just for them not to show up or return a call for services that they where paid for

They where absolutely completely unprofessional they discrimination aganist me because of the demograph of the area they were paid and the date was set on the day of they never showed up and they never returned any of my calls I shouldn't have to call you multiple times or chase you for to complete a service I paid you for you wasted my day and effort this company is not worth the headache complete waste of time I do not recommend they are not professional they take your money and disappear

Scheduled an appointment. My wife had something come up and couldn't make the appointment. These guys wasted my time by not looking at the roof or giving me a bid at all "because" she wasn't there. If they don't respect my time now, why should I believe these guys will ever respect me as a client in the future?

My roof was finished in 1 day. It looks really nice. The crew cleaned up the yards, making sure they got everything. They made sure they got all the nails picked up in the yard. I am very happy with it. Thanks a lot.

Erie was very prompt at every step from first phone call to finish, worked hard to complete fiberglass roof and new gutters and did a Great job. Where as other companies for bids, were very slow returning calls and meeting or not at all.

All aspects of the process from ordering, installation to the finished installation follow up has been open and enjoyable! I would recommend to anyone looking at replacing their roof to check Erie Home.

These guys were fast. Finishing the roof in two days a week after we signed up. They cleaned up after themselves leaving it better than when they arrived. The color choices were amazing and I love my new roof. They have financing so I could afford a fireproof, 30 year guarantee, 40 year life fiberglass roof with reasonable payments

From free estimate to the installation was a quick and easy process. Everyone I dealt with were very kind and the quality of the windows are amazing!

It is true..you get what you pay for. Which is why we went with Erie!! Yes they are expensive BUT your roof is one of the major things on your house. So you want a good product. Plus we have solar panels on our house so we wanted to only put ONE roof on. Also keep in mind that this roof has a 50 YEAR lifespan. So it was all worth it. If you have solar on your house you have to pay to have that taken off and then put back on for a roof replacement. So all in all this was more cost effective. These guys were amazing. GREAT service!! Strongly recommend these guys!!!!

After initial signing, Erie called me to set a start date. So within 7 days all materials were here and they were removing the roof, 3700 sqft of two layers. They had it waterproofed that night, re-roofed and cleaned up the next night. I don't want to imply they can do that much every job, but it happened here. There was a formal "walk around" before signing a "completion of work" form needed by my insurance provider. Attention to details including nail cleanup was particularly appreciated. Good Job!

Placed a call to Erie regarding a problem. Bill and Leo came out very promptly, They quickly solved the issue, which was not our roof.

Called and asked to have my roof looked at to see if it needed replaced. Guy showed up and asked if my wife was here also. I knew right away he did not care what i wanted he just wanted a sale. He came at night so couldn't look at the roof and told me i needed a metal roof. He was rude and arrogant and definitely will be using another company now.

Erie put a new fiberglass roof on my house. The salesman was cordial and knowledgeable, the installation was quick and efficiently done, and the team was professional.

They completed the roof installation on time, left no mess behind, and were very easy to deal with. The roof was professionally installed and looks great!

Erie representatives arrived promptly at my home to do the estimate. Both were very personable and explained the processes used to determine the materials estimate.
Once the estimate was complete, they gave a presentation of their product line, warranty information, and installation process and financing (if needed) as well.
Within 8 days of approval, the installers were there. My roof was completed in 2 days. Absolutely pleased with how the new roof looks.

Nice product and I like the warranty. But there was no communication at all. One day material just showed up. Made me late for work to do the car shuffle. Then they showed up a week later. Knock on door telling me to move my truck so they could start. That’s it! The work looks good, but didn’t get warranty papers and still don’t! They also left about a gal of nails around my yard. I had to do it! Poor customer service!

Patrick showed up to my house and wouldn’t leave. I told him I was not interested, and as a single mom I can not afford this. After two and a half hours he finally left. Two days later he showed back up and stood at my door for 30 minutes. I called the company and told them I want him to leave. He did not. Had to call a second time before he would. Everything from the representative explaining the products, the crew that replaced my roof in 90 degree weather to the gentleman that came to make sure everything was done and clean, was done above my expectations and with a grateful heart. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a good company for the roof replacement.

Our new roof looks amazing. It was completed in a couple days and everything was left immaculate. Very polite workers and the man in charge of was very professional.

If I said everything went perfect, I'd be lying. From the sales pitch to the finished product, there were issues along the way. After the initial install of the roof, I got up in the attic and noticed they did not produce the amount of plywood that was in the quote. I called the project manager and needless to say, we did not get anywhere. I had another manager phone number. I called Bill White and he apologized and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He had another crew come back out and tear off all the product and install the amount promised in the quote plus additional sheets. Additionally, after the first install was done I also noticed the gutters were sagging and I had leaf filter gutter guards installed last year. Bill had another crew come back and replace and install new gutters and black gutter guards. He knew that the experience we had wasn't up to par and he made sure after everything we were totally satisfied. I can now say, it is a 5 star review.

They did an excellent job on the roofing. And for the most part they did a great job on cleaning but I noticed nails was left on the back patio. But other than that great job and Jessie kept me up to date on everything.

Our new roof from Erie Home is beautiful! We are proud to have our neighbors comment positively as well. The ridgeline ventilation system is a great upgrade from our roof turbines and ensures that our attic will have proper air exchange. The product quality is reflected in the 30 year warranty + Erie adds an additional 15 year warranty on top of that! Wow! New gutter guards were also placed and we couldn't be happier about that! The full install was completed in 1 day and the team of skilled workers were seamless. This was our second encounter with Erie Home; the first was in purchasing windows. The same salesperson worked with us both times. Nothing but good to say!

Great service, and a good investment. Im glad I got these. No more climbing on the roof looking for issues (especially since I'm getting older). And the installers were quick and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

Roof was done quickly and professionally. workers were very nice. went above and beyond on some things. the price was good so I'm happy about that because it came out of my pocket. which brings me to my problems. they showed up weeks ahead of time. making it impossible for me to get another roofing company to come in and check for damage that may have been covered by my home owners ins. which is Erie's fault. i should have had a roofer and the insurance adjuster look at the roof before they did the work. because part of it may have been covered by ins. i should have gotten other quotes for hail damage. but i couldn't because they showed up ahead of time.

other than my mistake about not having it checked which is a long story dealing with my insurance company.

my other problem is the sales person. i was told i would get a $1,000 rebate, he was talking about it right up to the time he walked out to his car. he even told me if i needed a place to spend the money, he needed his car repaired. i never got the rebate but i did get a run around about how they didn't say that. i'm pissed about that. my advice is.... Record all conversations. if they don't want to be recorded, don't deal with them or any company. Don't feel pressured to buy the service right then. if what they offer is a good deal that day it will still be a good deal in a week.

i spoke to the office manager and was told after my 3-4th call they would send me a $100 amazon card. well a year later it has never showed up either.

at the end of the day they did a great job and it has stood up to two storms with high winds exceeding 50mph no loos shingles or any other damage.

a year later i'm still picking up nails out of my yard and flower bed.

i expected to see trucks with the Erie name on the side. but it was a Privat sub contractor out of KC no name on the trucks at all.

The installers were on time and were very friendly. I appreciated that they asked if they could set up their equipment in the front yard. When I affirmed that they could they were able to get right to work. Of course I could hear them on the roof, and glad it was not as noisy as I thought it would be. My husband would go outside and take pictures every now and then and then share the pictures with our family in another state. They were impressed to see how they were progressing. So we're we! When some of them took a break we enjoyed hearing the music on their radio. They almost finished the work that evening and let us know that they would be back in the morning. When they left we wanted to see the work they did and the roof looked just like the samples of what the field representatives showed us. We love it! One would never know it was a metal roof. The installers picked up all the debris around the house, too! We are very happy with the great job they did. I would highly recommend the Erie Home Roofing Resolutions to friends and family. The time for the windows to be made was shorter that I thought since they are custom made. When they showed up to install the windows, they did a great job. They even took down the blinds I was not able to reach and put them back up. They did a professional job, and left no mess behind. The gentlemen that did this job was respectful and checked with me on various situations. I'm very happy with the quality of the windows and the installation.

From time of sitting down with the sales person to roof install it was incredibly quick. Install team showed up early, worked late, and did a fantastic job. It was not a small roof and the team got it done with speed and quality.

Really liking our new roof. While we were hoping for a metal roof (lot over budget), we ended up going with the fiberglass shingle. The person who came to do the estimate showed us things previous roofing companies did not which explained so much as to why we continued to lose shingles. They also sold us on the warranty they provided. Install happened within 3 weeks. Communication was a little lacking and clean up wasn't totally to our satisfaction but still much better than the last company we had. The only negatives is things were left out about warranty restrictions/fees and we were pushed to sign the completion form before the follow-up we were told were suppose to have to show all the issues our previous roof caused are fixed. (No word on the follow up visit as of today.)
All in all, as of now we are happy with our new roof and hope our losing shingles like leaves are behind us. *edit got up this weekend to shingles already sticking up. Very disappointing. Called and they were quick to respond. However this does not give me comfort on the longevity of my VERY expensive roof I am paying for. Hoping it was just a one time issue.
05/23/25 Roof leaked, causing damage to upstairs bedroom ceiling. Called 800 number for warranty and told they would notify local company. Would here back in 24 to 48 hrs. It has now been over 48 hrs and crickets with more rain in the forecast. Will update if I ever hear back from them.
