Mike and Jimmy were out to our home first thing in the morning when we had a water leak happen the night before. They were extremely professional, courteous, and went above and beyond in handling the situation to make sure our flooring dried out. I would highly recommend them to any friends or family. Mike so kindly came out to my home to check for water/mold damage following a rain storm. He thoroughly checked the entire basement and finding nothing, he just told me to call if anything odd develops and he'll come back out. Excellent experience.

I have used Mike and his team at 911 restoration on multiple occasions. They are incredibly prompt, kind and professional. They get the job done and leave my home as pulled together as possible once work is completed. They are excellent at communication before, during and after the process. Mike came out to look at mold concerns we found during our bathroom renovation. Rather than get paid for an easy job, he explained it was a job we could do ourselves along with product and process recommendations. Hard to come by companies with honesty and integrity like that!

This is the second time we've hired 911 Restoration for a mold remediation job. Both times the cost was far lower than the estimates we'd received from other companies, and the work was done timely and professionally. I will definitely call Mike again if we have any future mold or water issues.

We had an emergency with a flooded basement and I called Mike at 911 restoration. They came within 3 hours with a whole team of people and fans and equipment. They returned every day for a week, removed the carpet and pad and didn’t stop till we were dry and well!

Mike Martin had done an excellent job mitigating mold on a garage ceiling related to uninsulated air ducts. So I called him a month later about another area of the home. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, and recommended basic construction work to prevent further damage. His visit saved us money. Thanks, Mike!

I called Mike to help with a small mold remediation problem and needed a quick turn around to stay on schedule with other renovation projects. Mike helped allay my concerns and was able to get me scheduled quickly. His team did an excellent job of taking care of the mold and leaving everything clean and neat. I used Mike Martin's 911 Restoration services during the late spring of 2020. We had our very full basement flood. We also had our AC go out at the same time, and Covid had of course just flared up. So, some very challenging circumstances under which to work.

I thought that Mike’s team did a great job for us. He was responsive, communicated well, was flexible and creative, and drove a complicated project to a successful completion at a fair price. He was also just a very nice guy to work with in general.

We had our basement flood and Mike and his crew were there ready to help within the hour we called. They were all knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to work with. I tried for weeks to get other restoration companies to come out after a pipe burst over Christmas. I found a review on Next Door of Mike and called. They came out that next day and finished the job in a timely fashion. His crew was great to work with and he worked patiently with the insurance company.

We were very happy with everything Mike and Chris and their crews did to fix our home. Mike was here within a couple hours of our call and got a crew working to contain the damage. Everyone he sent was competent, friendly and respectful. As soon as the damage was cleaned up, Chris was here with help and suggestions for the rebuild. The subcontractors were exceptionally good. Hopefully we won’t have another damage incident, but if we do, we’ll be calling 911 Restoration again.

We've used 911 Restoration for two separate water leak issues causing damage to our great room ceiling and our 2nd floor laundry. Both times, Mike was very responsive and prepared with a plan to clean up the damage and Chris with a plan to restore to pre-damage conditions. 911 Restoration is very skilled at identifying the source of the problem, removing all of the damage and restoring your space back as it was prior to the damage. I feel the prices were fair, follow up was excellent and the team showed up when promised. There's no doubt that if we need 911 Restoration's services again, that Mike/Chris and team are the first and only call we will make. We are very satisfied customers.

Mike and his team were great! I was in a bind when my basement flooded after a discharge pipe flooded while my family and I were gone over Christmas. Most companies told me it would be a week before they could even evaluate the situation.

I was about to start tearing out carpet when Mike called me back and told me he had a crew that had finished early. They were there within an hour and had removed water and carpets within 3 hours of arrival. Fans were placed to begin the drying process.

Not only did they save me time in my home but they save me time away from work. I have and will continue to refer this company.

With the bitter cold bringing frozen pipes, we unfortunately had a pipe burst and cause water damage to our finished basement. 911 Restoration was able to get to our job quickly (even with high demand for the area), was able to dry out our basement and remove the damaged drywall and carpet. We then used them to repair the drywall and replace the carpet. They made our basement look new again and worked with our insurance company to ensure we were compensated for our damages. At the end of the process I was completely satisfied with the professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship of 911 Restoration not to mention the price. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone without reservations!

911 was recommended to us by our realtor when our inspection turned up mold in the basement of our new house. It was a very large job, and the team was efficient and thorough. Later during a remodel project, I had some concerns about water damage in a shower. 911 Restoration was very prompt in coming out to inspect and advise.

The 911 crew showed up on time with a full crew. All of the workers hit the ground running, hanging plastic and sealing the damaged areas from the rest of the house. They worked in efficient unison, each person doing their part on removing water damaged, moldy drywall and insulation right down to the studs. I was amazed that they were done in one day with no leftover mess!

It was a couple of days after a heavy rainstorm that my floorboards started swelling. So by that point, water damage/flooding repair companies were themselves being flooded with requests. 911 Restoration got back to me promptly while others never returned my call. Mike gave a quick estimate, took pictures, and we were able to get to work quickly. He advised me how to go about working with my insurance company, told me what part of the work they would be able to do, and gave recommendations for some companies who could help me finish the job. I had a toilet overflow at a second floor of the townhouse. The sewage stuffs were leaking down to the first floor kitchen and basement. They were able to go in for the clean up in a day. I'm also using them for the remodeling of the kitchen. By the way, this whole thing happened during first year of COVID. I only done an video call with them for the remodeling of the kitchen. Everything else was done through emails and texts. I had a lot of trusts in them to do the job. Jobs are very well done!
