Quick installation, took a day for the roof install. Answered all my questions on the process and spent a great amount of time on the clean up so nothing was missed.

The process was top notch from start to finish. The materials used were high quality, being reinforced where lesser shingles are not. The layer under the shingles was excellent quality also, being rated to withstand hurricane conditions. The warranty was another great selling point: 10 years any issue repaired at NO COST, the next 20 years any issue repaired at small OOP cost. After being presented with all the information my conclusion was, "Why wouldn't a person go with Erie?"

The crew did a great job starting at 8 AM and finishing the WHOLE HOUSE at around 7:30 PM. Everything was done well with attention paid to problem spots to make them right. They left the property looking better than when they arrived. I would not hesitate to recommend Erie to anyone needing roofing work done.

Interested in their product and gave them my information. They called me non stop from a Dallas number wouldn’t leave a message or email me. When I finally answered they wouldn’t even come out to my house if my wife wasn’t present. I would be more upset if they did that to my wife. Zero stairs and clearly not trustworthy.

Quickly scheduled an appointment for an estimate and a week after that appointment i had a new roof. The work area was cleaned up afterwards and the work was done Quickly and looks good.

They were very professional. They put the roof on and cleaned up after installation. If I had any questions they were answered right there on the spot. Good job by all. Still waiting for the yard sign I was promised.

The installation of our new windows was more painless than I could've imagined. All we had to do was make sure furniture was moved away from the windows. The team came in and secured plastic down inside and outside. When they were done, you'd never even know they had been there because there was no mess! They were friendly and professional and by the end of the day, this old house had 12 fabulous new windows! We are very happy with them and the installation process. Thank you!

I Loved my experience with Erie Home! First they visit your home to ask what you want done, look at the job, show you all your options and show you what that would look like. They have photos, descriptions, and even bring samples to touch and visualize. I had stone metal roofing put on. I was given all the time I wanted to asks any questions. I can’t afford to pay cash up front for a new roof, so they just looked up my credit and found a loaner for me that offered low easy payments. I believe it was only a week or so later the crew arrived in the morning. They finished in one day. Did a wonderful job! They laid out plastic or sheets to protect the surroundings. My property was actually looked at ahead of time so they knew how much area needed protection. They communicated throughout the entire process. I was informed of the date , time , process, etc. After finishing, the entire crew pitched in to help clean up the site. They were raking and everything. My yard was actually cleaner than before they arrived when they left. I will hire them again when I have the other property done. I will get a repeat customer discount. The stone metal roofing I had put on has a 50 year warranty! If I have any problems they will fix it. Also the warranty transfers if I sell the home.

They came at 7 and were done by 11. I couldn't believe it. Looks good!! And they cleaned up everything!

Erie Home was great. I had a great experience when they first came to inspect my garage roof and to it being completed a head of schedule. We were planning a week at the most but at least 2-3 days. It was done in under 5 hours. I’ve already been recommending them to friends, family, and coworkers!

I contacted Erie Home last fall to get a free estimate for a new roof. Everything seemed fine until it came time for the salesman to actually provide some numbers to me.

My girlfriend was literally out of the country at the time, and so wasn't around to hear his sales pitch. Because of this, he absolutely refused to give me the promised free estimate. He claimed that she had to be there, no doubt to apply high-pressure sales tactics to both of us.

Even after I told him that the house was only in my name, he refused to give me any estimate. I basically wasted hours of my time for empty promises.

When they called me back a couple weeks later, they still refused to give me an estimate unless my girlfriend was also there to hear a sales pitch. So I told them I was no longer interested.

Fast forward several months to today, and one of their salesmen was wandering around my neighborhood and knocked on my door. As soon as I saw the company name on his shirt, I was reminded of their failure to even provide an estimate to me. What's the point of wasting more time with a company that can't even give me a rough idea of what their products and services cost?

After several attempts to get a company to repair or replace our roof, we contacted Erie Homes for a quote. They responded quickly and we accepted their offer and scheduled a time to replace our roof. Each time Erie Homes came to our home they let us know they were there and explained what the days work would entail. Our home was a huge project and they worked until dark each day to get the job completed quickly and efficently. It was fun listening to their music and laughter as they worked. The roofers picked up and raked the area when they had completed our roof. I would recommend Erie Homes if you are looking to replace your roof. Our roof is beautiful and I am glad we chose Erie Roofing to do our roof replacement.

My experience was excellent. Before, during and after installation, everything about the process was explained and they made sure I was satisfied, especially with the cleanup.

My experience with Erie homes has been great overall. After having concerns with the roof that I had put on with them months ago, I was contacted by their Installation Manager, Kelsey Coffin. He came and looked the roof over and determined things were missing. In just a few weeks from him coming to inspect my roof he had sent a new crew to my home. They removed the old roof and installed a new one in 1 day. The crew was incredible and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. This experience has brought about a lot of confidence in the company’s team, values and warranties. The cost is above average but at the end of the day I believe they are worth it. They will be a company I will look to in the future if their services are required.

Worked with me with the cost and helped make the process of getting new windows not stressful. They installed all 9 windows in one day! Fast and efficient. Not a single leak and I would highly recommend!

The work men was on time . Very friendly and cleaned up. The workers took their shoes off when they entered our house. I highly recommend this company. We will have them put in more windows when we gets funds.

Company trolls neighborhoods pushing high priced roofing with a supposed transferable “Guarantee”. Price was at least triple what competitive (and long term Des Moines Based) companies would have charged. Service was delivered by a subcontractor who didn’t speak English. Salesman was unclear and over sold his product / services. And on top off all that there was problems with the installation. They also tried to and justify their high price by literally, PUSHING financing and a way to “afford” their overpriced service. They may need to be turned into the Iowa Attorney Generals office. They deserve zero stars, but Google wouldn’t allow that.

The roof looks amazing and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof replaced. Very professional and cleaned up their mess. They didn’t leave anytime behind and my roof looks so much better. Thank you

Presentation was great. When it came to the installation process they couldn’t get the measurements correct. They came twice to measure because the first measurements weren’t accurate. Now, when the windows did arrive in early August and the installation was scheduled. Two of the windows were sent in the wrong measurements. My children’s room didn’t get new windows installed but the installers removed the old ones and put them back again, causing the room to be really hot.

A month later, the installation manager contacted me via text to inform me the two windows had finally arrived and said he would follow up to schedule the installation. That occurred in 09/18/2023.

A follow up text message was sent this week with no response. Made a call today and it went straight to voicemail. It’s really frustrating this lack of communication and attention to this process. For how much they cost this whole process has been terrible.

Whoever drives the black Chevy truck owned by your company is irresponsible and dangerous. Kay527 is the license plate. He drives way over the speed limit, uses no turn signal, and cuts people off almost resulting in crashes. If you are going to advertise your brand you should be responsible and professional.

We jknew we were picking the best because they did such a good job telling us about the products using on our roof. All materials made in the USA and keeping our workforce in a job. We are happy with our new roof.

We love our new windows from Erie! They offered a variety of window features (and payment options) to choose from, they got everything done quickly and professionally, and every team member we worked with was knowledgeable and friendly.

Initially, they were great. There contractors were shady and slow. My drip edge was recycled. They destroyed our gutters by leaning there ladders on them. They showed up when it was pitch black begging to get on the roof to finish the job at 9pm at night...they refused to leave, until I presented my dog to them!

I called 2 weeks ago to have them look at my roof due to hail in our city a d they wanted to charge me $150 to come do an estimate!

Ps they never called back, I had to call them back.

The job was done quickly and the place was cleaned up n looking good when I got home. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was friendly and professional. I’ve already recommended Erie to a coworker. Great job!

Erie did the tear off and re-shingled the roof in a timely and professional manner. Good clean up and follow through to determine if I was completely satisfied with their workmanship. I gave them 5 stars!

They are nice, and I can Open my windows again!

Kinda expensive, but LIFETIME (and can transfer to new owners of house, when we sell) warranty!

I did notice, there are some security issues i am worried about (if window is open, you can Open screen and get into the house, very easily!

And it looks to me like bugs could possibly get inside (photos included), when I have the windows open, I know it's because our house isn't straight, so the windows have to be slanted... and I don't think you can do that. My husband thinks there's enough of a barrier, but I'm not so sure.

The windows definitely look nice and we don't feel the breeze we used to! So that's a definite plus!

I took videos of being able to open the screen very easily from the outside, but I can't upload them.

Edit: As mentioned above, great experience with the roof! Overall it has held up great. With the recent winds though my wife and I noticed there was one shingle that looked a bit wonky (not quite lifted but not fully seated either) on the peak. Before I had a chance to call Erie sent out some guys to fix the issue and inspect the entire roof. It is obvious from this interaction that Erie cares about their product and the work they do and are fully committed to making this roof last for the complete duration of the warranty.

We are incredibly pleased with the metal roof and absolutely impressed by the quality of service Erie provides.
