I had a small leak coming through some old caulking I noticed over the weekend and called today. Within 2 hours, Bryan assessed and fixed the issue in under 10 minutes. He was very respectful, polite and was very knowledgeable. Once again, Walter Roofing came through and did great work!

Getting a new roof for my home and garage was overwhelming for Noel Travis were both awesome and went out of their way to make this go as easy as possible from taking care of insurance work to everything in between. They came when they said they would all the workers were very professional and did awesome work and cleaned up well . The end result was everything and more than I expected and looks great. Thanks Noel for all you did and making this a great experience for me!

We got our roof replaced by Walter Roofing and the whole experience was awesome! From estimate to installation it was an easy process. Noel Medina had me an estimate the same day I called to ask for an inspection and the roof was completed within 10 days of signing the contract. I ended up getting 4 quotes and Noel got me class 4 shingles for the same price as some of the other companies class 3 shingles. We needed a small repair done on our roof and I went onto Facebook to see if any of my friends have a referral for a roof company. I saw a recommend post where several people mentioned Walter Roofing, so I decided to give them a call. A very nice lady answered the phone right away and took down my information. She let me know a project manager would be calling me back. Less than 10 minutes later Bryan Mojica called and we set up a time later that day for him to come over. When Bryan came he was polite and able to diagnose our roofing issue as a nail that needed to be hammered down. He then promptly grabbed a ladder from his vehicle and took care of it for us free of charge! We then had Bryan give us a quote to get our garage re-roofed and he was able to that less than 5 minutes on his phone. Walter Roofing is a very professional company that we will be using in the future for all of roofing needs!

Top notch customer service, thanks to Chris Jones! I needed a portion of decaying facia and soffit replaced plus removal of an old satellite dish. The entire crew was very helpful and accommodating. Once the weather cooperated, the scheduling and repair went without a hitch and was economical too. When I inspected the work, it blended perfectly. Clean up was impeccable and Chris helped me put up the left-over shingles and some of the siding for any future jobs if needed. The crew even painted the caulking to match the siding!

Chris Jones did an Amazing job. He reached out when he said he would, had a quote to me right away, and scheduled my gutters to be replaced fast. The day Walter and team came to replace them, Chris was here checking in with them. Constant and great communication. If I need anything else done, I will call Chris again!

Last year my neighborhood had an uncharacteristically rough spring and encountered 4 different hail storms in the span of 3 weeks with hail ranging from 1/2" all the way up to softball size hail. Safe to say the roofing industry has done well in our neighborhood. I hate door to door people, but I knew we were going to have them coming all summer so I decided to actually speak with a few of the roofing companies that came through the neighborhood and Walter Roofing stood out to most to me personally because Steven White was extremely transparent with how roofing claims typically work. We had some other life events that were happening so we didn't file our claim right away as we wanted to make sure that we could swing the deductible.

Well, we were finally able to schedule now that we have some consistently decent weather. I worked with the Cutler team of Travis and Allison Cutler on getting things finalized for scheduling which was super easy as Allison worked with me through text as that's the easiest way for me communicate during the work days. The day before I was scheduled, they came and dropped off all of the materials that they would need and the crew was at my house promptly at 7am the next day. The entire crew including Travis were respectful and kind. They were quick, professional, clean and friendly. They completed the entire job and were cleaned up and gone by 2pm. Hell, they even painted my stack all black so it didn't look bad because my dad and I had sprayed every seam black with flex seal to prevent leaking during the winter, LOL. Hard to ask for anything more during a transaction such as this.

I will absolutely be keeping Walter Roofing on my list as the first roofing company to call if I ever have any issues with the exterior of my home. Thank you Travis and Allison for making this a smooth job that I didn't have to stress over with everything else that is going on.

These guys are one of the best in iowa, if not the best, i had to use their services due to a leak in my roof from weather corrosion, this guy named noel medina was the first to show up, very friendly and profesional, he fixed the roof in 1 day with his team, if that's not fast i don't know what is. 10/10 would hire again.

We had a long section of fascia come loose from the high section of our roof during a recent windstorm. Matt came out the same day we called him to inspect it and had it repaired within a week (despite it being over the holidays).

They had to customer bend the metal and yet the quoted cost was about 1/3 what either my husband or I expected it to be.

Recently had my 24 year old roof replaced. II had spent a lot of time researching who would be the most affordable and best value for what I needed. The crew was on time, took care and precautions for the clean up as they had to tear off 2 layers of shingles, plus replace some plywood which could have been a real mess in the yard.
