I went through so many companies to give me a good answer on issues with my roof. The might Hod sent this company to knock on my door and now I have an awesome looking roof and all of my problems has been fixed. The communication and quick installation absolutely amazing. From the young man that knocked on my door to the sales rep to the project manager and lastly the workers that made it happen. I truly want to say Thank you.

The crew did a great job. Cleaned up well and was quick and let us know when they were moving around the house.

Inspection was thorough and educational. If you just want your current roof peeled off and the same thing thrown back on, Erie is not for you. They are more expensive than most other services but I believe there is value in their product and service. I was amazed at how fast they got started and finished. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed.

They were running behind due to the weather in the area, so they asked if they could come on a Sunday and We agreed. The crew showed up on time got straight to work and finished in a matter of hours!!! They were friendly and answered any questions we had. They cleaned up everything leaving nothing behind but a New roof!!!

Back in March, I was contacted by Erie Roofing (from an ad on Instagram), and we set up a "hassell-free no obligation" meeting with their sales people to assess our roof. A "broke joist" was found in our attic, above our bedrooms, and the salesman Jaleel Rose, who was accompanied by a trainee named Matt, said that if we agreed to put the roof on, he had a buddy who was an ex-Navy engineer and he could get the joist fixed through him at no cost to us. It would be replaced before the roof was done and they would add it on as gutters to our roofing contract, which would be paid from Erie to the friend. Scared that it would endanger myself, my husband and our 3 kids, we opted to put the roof on, under the guise that the broken joist would be replaced immediately. Less than a week later, we had 4 men on our roof, which was deemed unstable by Jaleel because of the broken joist. The stress of not knowing if these men would fall through my roof was immense and I asked Jaleel if they would be OK, and he said they would because the insurance they carried would "take care of them if anything happened on the job." It has been since May that I last spoke with Jaleel and have contemplated hiring my own inspector to see if I was lied to about the joist. It is in a part of the attic I cannot access myself. I feel swindled and like I was emotionally and financially taken advantage of by Erie Roofing and Jaleel Rose. Please, do not use them. I am stuck with the debt of this decision for the next 12 years with a possible broke joist above our bedrooms. I have added screenshots of our full conversation (between Jaleel Rose and I).

They may be a great company, but don’t go around soliciting in the name of “the city gave us a permit to do inspections so I’m knocking on doors like that “permit” means anything”. As though that’s anything but soliciting. And then say that my no soliciting sign does not apply because ~permit~. It’s Black Friday. I’m tired. The sign is there so go away. Will not be calling Erie even though I did just discover a problem with my roof/attic ventilation.

This company did exactly what they said they would do and completed my roof which looks great and they cleaned up all the mess.Would recommend this company to everyone.Thank you for your great job.

Everything that I was told about the condition of my roof was proven to me by pictures. The process of removal and clean up was done neatly. Everyone I spoke too was very courteous and answered every question with a smile. My roof was done in one day. I definitely recommend Erie for your roof.

Materials arrived much faster than estimated. Crew was efficent and got the job done in less than time than alloted. The roof looks fantastic! It definately added curb appeal.

I never do this but Many reasons why I'm unsatisfied with this company but one major problem here is I've contacted them numerous times about my ventilation popping up off of my roof, more than likely leaking when it rains, Said they would have one of the contractors reach out to me, it's been 1 month now. I'm tired of waiting 10/10 do not recommend like I said many reasons why... no I don't want u to reach out to me I want you to fix it NOW.

Job was done well and completed in a day and a half. Job site was always clean and there we no problems.

I am incredibly happy to have chosen Erie for my beautiful new metal roof. It took a little longer because of the storms and wind but those guys pushed through. For two days they were there early and left late. They would sit in their trucks and wait for the rain to stop. They did not just leave at the first opportunity. Alex’s and his crew practiced friendly professional service with big smiles and kind words.

My wife and I were impressed with the new style of a metal roof offered by Erie Home. The sales staff was very pleasant and no high pressure. They showed us problems with our roof and we decided to replace our roof. The installation team were very courteous and our yard, sidewalks and driveway were kept clean and free from debris. The job was completed in one day and everything seems fine. The roof looks great and several of my neighbors were surprised to find out it is a metal roof. I would recommend Erie Home to anyone needing a new roof. It is a real comfort to my wife and I knowing that we will never have to worry about our roof again.

Erie Roofing did a fantastic job installing my new roof. It was installed in one day but their speed didn’t take away from the quality of their work. I always concern myself with clean up after such work. I was extremely impressed with the clean up. When they were done there was not any nails, not even a rare nail laying around. Overall the installation crew did a great job.

Roofing looks great but it took several calls for response to get quote last minute cancelation for 1st install date
Took 4 days. Had to point out issues with installation all concerns fixed but should have been done right without my intervention the 1st time.

Our install went just like they said it would. It took one long day. Workers arrived early and worked until the job was complete. The roof looks great. Probably my only criticism is that by the time they were finished it was dark outside. They did a good job of cleanup but missed a few things because they probably couldn’t see the. Overall we are happy with the work and the crew worked in a professional manner. I would recommend Erie if I was asked.

What a great experience it was to work with Erie the roof was actually installed earlier then expected the old roof was tore off and new one started in one day, on day 2 they were finished and the job was beautiful, so happy with the color and the way it turned out. Thanks Erie for making a stressful situation into such an positive experience. Great Job

Installers arrived on time, completed work in good time, no disruptions, did an excellent cleanup job, and roof looks great.

The Erie Team did a great job from start to finish. Process was easy, the crew worked hard and long to get the roof put on, and cleanup was like nothing ever happened, except now we have a brand new roof. I recommend Erie because even though they were at the top of our budget, I don't worry about the quality or if anyone will be around to fix it if I have a roof problem in the future.

i was really satisfied with the roof replacement ,supplies showed up in a timely maner ,the workers were on time worked hard even in the hot weather,the roof looks great, looks real good with the color match of my siding the guy s did a really great job,cleaned up after finished put everything back an even put on gutter gardes,they even watched out for my dog who was in the way at time .i am very pleased with the work that done great job

My roof was awful, leaking and old. Erie came in and did a thorough inspection, told me what was needed, gave me a fair price, and followed through with everything they said. I recommend this company to anyone.
