Absolutely incredible team! I had some issues with my outdated roof and leaks that were stressful no one enjoys finding damage to your home and having to deal with insurance but Julian made it a breeze! From beginning to end he handled everything and answered my million questions. I haven’t had a huge home project like this previously so I had no idea how to approach the insurance claims the whole process is daunting but he was extremely professional and advocated for them to cover the appropriate amount. We had a great experience with New Look! Brandon met with me about board and batten siding for our new home after we were having trouble getting someone to come out and get started on the work. He was very thoughtful and very responsive throughout the process! He also suggested a stone mason to do our stone work and they were wonderful too! We had one very minor hiccup and he was very responsive to make it right !

New Look re-shingled my roof. I was very satisfied with their quality both in the shingles and their craftsmanship. The shingles are beautiful designer type shingle’s providing multiple tones that go with brick. We have a large home and the roof was completed in one day. The team cleaned up very well and it looks amazing. I have also contacted them for other work on flashing around garage and gutters. All the work was top quality and great friendly workers. Would highly recommend them.

We recently had a tornado near our house and had other neighbors’ shingles, insulation, etc in our yard and on our roof. New Look came and cleaned the gutters and inspected the roof. They easily could have urged us to get our roof replaced, but they gave us the honest answer that our roof was in great condition. Had a great experience with New Look Roofing. We had a pretty severe leak and thought we may have had some hail damage. We called in three roofing companies for estimates and our insurance company. NLR and one of the other two companies was completely honest that there was no hail damage. It turned out that the insurance company confirmed that. Because of the severity of the leak and the roof being aged some, we decided to put a new roof on. New Look Roofing was in and out within one day to tear off and install our new roof. Colin was very good to work with and had great follow-through all the way.

My mom’s house in Valley Station sustained severe roofing and siding damage from Jan ice/ snow storm. Colin responded quickly, was very personable and professional. I cannot say enough about how efficient and respectable his entire crew was. They fixed the roof and siding 1000x better than it was before. A great company with great employees. They were there quick! And after a very thorough inspection, they provided a very detailed explanation of their findings, even beyond the problems spots and concerns I called them out for.
They could have attempted to sell me a roof, but instead they suggested a plan to repair small items we were concerned with and follow up periodically. It’s so hard to find contractors you trust these days that won’t give you an outrageous price and follow through with what they say they will do. I’ve used them three times for roofing and siding repairs and won’t use anyone else now. Collin has been amazing to work with and you will not be disappointed if you go with Nee Look Roofing.

Fast and efficient. Storm damage peeled off a few shingles and they did a perfect job getting my roof back quick.

I am a first time home buyer. My realtor suggested I call Colin with New Look Roofing as the inspection report revealed a leak coming through the chimney to the attic. I first contacted Colin on 11/7/2024. To his credit, he was very prompt and polite. He was able to look at the roof the following day 11/8.

Being a novice soon-to-be homeowner, my knowledge was limited. The inspection report mentioned it may be the flashing around the chimney. Colin popped up there and called me back on 11/8/24.

Good news, he said. As far as he could tell, the chimney just needs to be resealed. He said for such a simple job he would not feel right charging me a lot of money. He quoted me $200 total for the sealing. He wanted to cultivate a relationship for my future business. He gave me his "word."

Now, I admit I made a naïve error. I failed to get this in writing. But I was optimistic Colin's word held value. The closing process was more difficult than I realized and obtaining my home was looking like a faint dream. I followed up with Colin on 12/9/24 to schedule the repair for immediately after I close on my new home. Colin now does not remember me, which to be fair, I am sure he does a lot of business; however, now to do what he gave his word, it will cost starting at $400.

I sent proof of my initial contact with him and the call history. I did make a large mistake: I took his word and failed to obtain his price in writing.

He refused to honor what he told me. I told him my intention of writing this review to warn future first time home buyers. His response was "I don't think it's fair to write a bad review over a couple hundred dollars," demonstrating that Colin fails to understand this is about good faith and honoring one's word. He does not see it as losing someone's lifetime business over two hundred dollars.

So, to all future first time home owners looking for someone they can trust on this arduous journey, keep looking. You need a business you can trust and who will help you along your way. New Looking Roofing is not the company for you.

I had Brandon do a quote on a few items around the house. The quotes were all very reasonable. When I decided that I was going to wait on the bigger project and just do the small one he was totally fine with that and was not pushy at all. Leo came and resealed my roof and windows and went above and beyond on the job. Even secured a piece of siding for me at no extra cost. Highly recommend!

New look roofing just completed our new roof and did an exceptional job. I was extremely impressed with their focus on making sure we were happy every step of the way. Communication with Colin, and Jose was solid. Very professional! Enjoyed getting to know the crew especially Paci who did a great job on the flashing! Clean up was outstanding. The roofing job was done professionally at a competitive price (received quotes from four companies). They started around 7:00 and were finished by 3:30pm which spoke to efficiency. After the job was completed, I only found two small nails not cleaned up. Finally, I worked with Mr. KELLY who is a real pro. I strongly recommend this company.

We noticed quite a bit of moisture coming through one of the windows of our new construction home. We contacted New Look and they were at our house the next day to assess the situation. They were thorough in locating the issue and fixing it. Very happy with the whole process!

Could not be happier with New Look roofing! Throughout the whole process Colin was attentive and informative. Another well known roofing company said that insurance wouldn’t cover the wind damage from the May storms. Colin thought it would be covered, knew the Ky match laws for shingles and emailed the insurance claims adjuster twice. The insurance finally approved a full replacement and our roof looks fantastic.

A neighbor had some work done with New Look and we decided to give them a try for a replacing a few older windows and gutters. Went ahead and also had them replace all the aluminum siding on our garage(now hardie plank) and the entry door. Colin was great to work with the entire process, and the team did great work. We had a lot of landscaping around the garage, and they took a lot of care when installing the siding. Have had them come back to do more work, and plan to use them again in the future. Best crew we ever had. Every day they worked from sun up to sun down. Left jobside very clean after each day. Definitely deserve 5 stars. Our siding looks absolutely great, thank you Jose and your team.

I had the worst experience with this company. I inquired about my project and was ignored initially. After writing a bad review here previously, then I was contacted and they got to work immediately. I was asked to take down the bad review after 2 days and, as soon as I took it down, wait times started getting longer again. Almost a year later my window repair and gutter installation is finally complete.

The workers would show up to the house unannounced, which you think would be fine since they're working outside. Unfortunately, no one ever knew what they were there to do. So I had to stop working every time to explain what needed to be done.

A window was broken during the process and that took over 6 months just to get it replaced, then another couple of months to get the outside casing of the window finished. I saw the same company tear off and replace a whole roof from a neighbor while I was still waiting for my little 2 day project to be finished.
And the worst part was the lack of apology or even acknowledgement of my experience with them. No one bothered to call, email or text and apologize for my horrible experience so I hope they don't chose to do it here on this review, that would be very tacky.

I would look elsewhere for my next project.

I had concerns about the integrity of our existing roof having gone through several severe storms recently. Julian promptly scheduled and inspected the roof. There were a couple of minor issues found. He gave a general assessment of the entire roof. Within just a few days he had someone on our roof. Very happy with the response and repair time! Highly recommend this company!

The workers did an excellent job and high quality. No qualms with them. The management was never onsite to check the work, I had to make multiple requests for final items to be complete. My mistake that I didn't ask for a detailed write up since they committed verbally to a photo rendering of what we wanted and then they say after the fact that they never agreed to perform. Also said I wouldn't pay until it was done but then asked for payment before complete. I paid with the understanding they'd finish to our spec but apparently not. Very unprofessional at the end.

We had New Look do extensive and complicated work on the outside of our home. The craftsmanship was excellent, the customer service was and still is amazing and the attention to detail was spectacular. NL removed 30-year-old cedar siding from our two story walkout, and put in place Hardie Board. NL extended a roof over our back deck and upgraded 15 wooden posts around the deck and front porch. NL put on a new roof, replace all soffits and installed 15 lights around the house. The work crews were amazing - always on time, courteous, easy to work with and made numerous changes on the fly. We highly recommend New Look.

I had some issues with my roof over the summer. Colin came out quickly when my usual roofer said that they couldn’t get out to repair it for a whole month. This time, when I saw a new wet spot on my ceiling, I called New Look first. They came out and found a few popped nails causing my problems. The owner said they would fix it free of charge since he felt that they should have noticed it the last time they inspected the roof. I was dreading the unexpected expense and hearing it would be free made my day!

Let's be real, in the world of home building and repair there are some shifty characters out there to make a buck by putting lipstick on a pig—that means your money for some shoddy craftsmanship.
